Samantha Lippard Went to have a pedicure done today and did not have the best experience. First I was seated in a chair that rocked and the foot tub didn’t work till mid way through the pedicure. I got the organic pedi for $55. No biggie it’s what I wanted, I choose the lavender and mint scent. Throughout the pedi I had flakes of mint leaves stuck to my leg and even some after I left. I asked to have my nails trimmed back and they are not even the same shape one is rounded and the other is square. My big toe is cut from the trimming around my toe. I did have gel polish on before but was not told it would cost extra to remove. Also several people who entered after me had been offered gel polish for the pedi but I was not. Onto my polish, I have spots where the nail is showing through and one of my toes looks like the whole nail is crooked.

Tara Newsom I spent $160 for a mani/pedi. People were nice but my nails looked horrible later in the night. I guess the gel was old. I went back the next day and they offered to fix. I went with totally different color and it started changing colors too. I didn’t have time to get toes redone but after 2 screwups I won’t be going back.

Alice I’ve been coming here 3 years. I tip 10,15, and $20 most days. Today was not busy.
I asked for the classic pedicure because I only had an hour. My service began at 4:55 and ended 13 minutes later; this service was $35/30 min.
The technician neither massaged my left foot nor did she clean under my nails. The technician asserted that she did not perform services which she deemed “unnecessary.”
This was the worst nail service I’ve experienced in decades.
I typically will not complain, but I felt compelled after my left foot was completely ignored. I know that sounds petty, but who does that? When I spoke with the owner, she minimized my frustration.
This place has gone downhill.

Anderson Anderson The absolute worst service! Not only was I descriptive in what I asked for but I told the tech SPECIFICALLY what I wanted and showed her several photos of how I wanted my toes….she seemed in a rush the entire time and cut my nails down WAY too short, my toes look horrible! I left the salon not only in pain because she cut my skin and I may have an infection now but also so upset because she still charged me full price! I want to mention I waited an hour!!! With out even being asked if I wanted anything to drink…

Tyler Webb I had a highly unsatisfactory visit to Posh Nail Bar,and I feel compelled to share my experience. From start to finish, my visit was marred by a series of disappointments and frustrations.
Firstly, the nail technicians who attended to me was extremely careless and caused unnecessary pain. While trimming my cuticles, they cut too deeply, causing bleeding on my manicure and pedicure. Despite my clear discomfort and requests to stop, they continued without showing any concern for my wellbeing. It was an uncomfortable and distressing experience that left me questioning their professionalism and skill.
Additionally, the nail design I requested for my manicure was not like the picture I provided, the color on my pedicure did not match my manicure and looked as if my 5 year old painted my nails.
To make matters worse, after the first attempt failed, the salon provided me with a second technician who also struggled to achieve the desired results. It was frustrating to have paid for a service that required multiple attempts but still fell short of expectations. After speaking with the “manager” who’s reading was that the technician did not speak good English, instead of rectifying the situation, the salon offered a mere $5 discount on the $15 they charged for the nail designs. This gesture felt insincere and did not adequately compensate for the subpar service I received.
Overall, my visit to Posh Nail Bar was an incredibly disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism, the disregard for my comfort and safety, and the failure to deliver the requested nail design have left me with no desire to return to this establishment. I strongly advise others to seek alternative nail salons that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold higher standards of service.
