Jessica Weber I visited this salon in June and was so happy with my haircut by Fallon. She perfectly understood my hair needs and I was relieved to find a trusted stylist in a new town.
In November, I reached out to book with Fallon again, but she was no longer there. They suggested Grace. I agreed and booked her for the 30th.
My appointment was at 2 pm, but I received a text asking if I could come in at 1 pm. I accommodated, as I have two small kids and it was during their nap time. However, about an hour later, Grace asked if I could come in again at 2 pm due to a client’s extended coloring time.
I arrived at 1:45 pm, but Grace was still with a client. The receptionist informed me she would wash my hair for Grace. I asked for a consult, but she responded, “What do you want done?” I explained my hair needs, and she said Grace could review my hair while it was wet.
When Grace was finished with her other client, she came over and finished washing my hair. We then went back to her chair.
I gave my reference photo (layers, a face frame, texture/dimension) and she seemed confident enough to cut my hair. She finished cutting it, showed me what she did (although I couldn’t really tell because my hair is wavy) and offered to curl it. I paid a $62+ tip and left around 3:40pm which was way longer than I anticipated on staying.
I left my hair curled for 5 days and finally washed and blow-dried it. It was SO uneven, with gaps, holes, layers that didn’t blend, chunks of hair missing, and heaviness on top. I was so upset because I spent so much money for my hair to be ruined.
I reached out via Instagram again on December 12, showing them the damage and expressing my unhappiness. They said I was outside their one-week policy window but wanted to ensure I was satisfied. They offered to have Grace cut it again with a manager on duty. I hesitated to have Grace recut it, but I accepted since that was their only offer.
I returned on December 17th for it to be fixed, but it wasn’t. The stylist could see the issues and “corrected them”. When she was done, the manager was called over, said it was perfect and there was nothing else to do. But there were still so many issues. I felt like my concerns would be dismissed if I complained again since it was the second time I was there and the manager had seen it and approved it. So I said thank you, left, and reached out to my local FB groups to see if anyone knew where Fallon went so she could truly fix it. She corrected it, charged me less, and it looks so much better!
I’m disappointed by my experience at this salon. I really enjoyed my time there when I went back in June but this experience left me with hair trauma. Especially after going back to have it fixed and being told it’s perfect when it clearly wasn’t.

Katie Driver I have been going to this salon for about ten years, visiting the same stylist. She’s always been able to do anything I want to do with my hair even drastic changes. It’s no surprise she is frequently requested so her books can fill quickly. Additionally there is an apprentice/associate who assists due to this. Unfortunately for me, that means I pay HIGH prices for the HIGH level stylist, but receive LOW level work. I’m so disappointed that I took a day off work, spent $250, and debated even posting this.

Kiarah Soria I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now and I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and you can tell the women that work there really support and uplift one another.
My hair stylist is Taylor and she always works her magic on my hair whether it’s going lighter or darker! She always listens to what I want while also giving her recommendations. I always recommend this salon to anyone that ask me.

Ive been seeing Robyn for over four years, and she always makes me feel stunning, so I knew she and her team would be perfect for my bridal hair and makeup. And they were! My bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom all looked absolutely gorgeous. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently, even finishing with time to spare before we headed to the venue.
