Yareli Ortega Gladys is a hairstylist that always goes above and beyond to give you exactly what you want and is always able to fit me into her schedule last minute! She’s a natural at what she does and you can definitely tell she enjoys doing her job! I love that she always makes conversation I’m a shy person so she makes it easier to talk with her. I’ve been going with her for about 4 years now and never had one single problem definitely recommend her!!

tif57t Santino is a Master Hair Cutter/Stylist and will most definitely give you the haircut of your dreams and desires. Im 82 now and have had soooo many pedestrian haircuts and looked funky and grew out the same. Santino with all his training knows exactly how to cut my hair, no crazy places sticking out uncontrollably and so easy to style youll never need anything but your fingers to style it yourself. Easy to talk to and knows so much about the world, gardening, cooking and just life in general. Santino is a joy to watch as he creates your perfect hairstyle made to compliment your head shape and face. Santino is very precise in his cutting technique and explains what and why he is making the cuts that he is doing. How many hair stylists can do that? Cant compliment Santino enough for his expertise that I get to experience in the most relaxing setting ever devised. As well, the best haircuts Ive ever gotten are from Santino. You definitely will not ever ever regret having him cut your hair the best ever!

Sharon Helm Santino cut my hair for over 20 years and I was deeply saddened when he moved to Texas. I have short hair and he always knew how to really make it pop, working around my cowlicks, and creatively knowing the perfect length. He received many new clients from so many people asking me where I got my hair cut.

Lynne Reichardt Santino has always cut my hair beautifully! It is so nice to have my hair done on his beautiful garden patio. He was trained under Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell and knows how to cut geometrically. Not many stylists know how to do this. I highly recommend Santino.

Riley Dugan Oh, how I miss Santino! He was my hairstylist for almost 18 years before he broke my heart and moved to TX. Not only was he technically precise with his cuts (and being a busy mom, sometimes I couldnt go in as often as Id like, but the way he styled my hair made it last longer in between sessions), but I loved hearing about his life such as his travels, his garden, and his cooking. I havent found anyone else to do my hair like Santino, so I highly recommend him. If youre lucky, he might give you one of his tomato plants!

logan gray Vicki is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair for over 10+ years, and she is the only one I will ever go to. She takes her time and listens to make sure she doing exactly what you want and what is best for your hair. She is a cut and color wizard! I dont know how she does it but my hair comes out PERFECT every time! She will even teach you how to keep your hair healthy and at its best. I would never recommend anyone else!

deanna seeley Vicki always has a warm and friendly smile on her face. She always does a great job with my hair which is very fine and not the easiest to manage. My mother has also gone to her faithfully for 3+ years and calls her the color whisper!! Vicki is AMAZING with color and especially the fun bright colors. Hollie Harper There is not much I can say that everyone else who has commented, hasnt already said. Vicki is amazing. I think she has done my hair for the past 15 years (give or take a year). She is great at her job. I tend to think I am an easy client. She may disagree. I usually come in wanting a change but not quite knowing what I actually want. I tell her "Just do whatever. I trust you." I have never once been disappointed. I moved to the Georgetown area about 5 years ago. I have tried three different people at two separate salons here. I have shown then several pictures of what I am looking for. I walk out paying a fortune, with hair NOTHING like what I was wanting. Since then, I decided to just make the trip back to Kerrville for Vicki to do my hair. Last weekend I came in with medium length brown hair and left with the cutest caramel/blonde bob. I do not think there is one person I have seen that has not raved about it. I literally just had a coworker message me asking for the salon info for who did my hair. If she is smart...she will make the 2.5 hour drive.

Sarah Candice Candi squeezed us in which we really appreciated. She gave us a set appointment/time. Upon arrival my son had to wait for about 20/30 while she finished styling/blow drying another person which is totally fine she takes her time we appreciate that. But she didn’t give my son that same courtesy. We used her once before she took her time. We tipped like 12$. So this time After she got finished she admitted it was fast and she had two of her family members waiting for her to cut their hair, she said. My son’s hair was completely uneven, choppy, side burns were cut sloppy and he had hair ALL OVER HIS FACE! And neck! And welts all over from the large hairs just left on his face and neck. I mean covered in hairs! You charge 30$ plus tip to rush and be sloppy like that! Not cool. His front hair is uneven. So you take your time with that last client and rush with him! Please just understand every client matters.

She listened to my every desire and asked my questions to make sure I was going to get what I wanted and the end result was flawless. Shelby Bross Im usually scared to get my hair cut, because i usually just keep it super long. I was able to get an appointment right when I called for the same day. I got Tiffany for my appointment , and she was Amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, and even excited to make the change. This is the best hair cut I have ever had!

Roaming O. I wish I wasn’t writing in a negative review but I must share my experience at this business. I had hair extensions done, they are known as V lites, the cost was over $1000. That same night, the extensions started falling out and the next day, they completely fell out. I have attached photos. When I confronted the owner she said she would not refund me but she would buy new hair and install at no cost. I have since been trying to reach her and reschedule for over one month now. No one has yet to return my calls or respond to my messages. I will now be reporting to the BBB. To top it off, I purchased an eye brow tattooing certificate as well and I also have yet to get a response to my calls to schedule. That cost was $375. I feel completely scammed. I would not trust this place of business and will be taking these folks to small claims court. In response to your denial of ever having serviced my mother, we have verified your business and also have all receipts. Hopefully no one ever has to go thru this at Salon Crown!!!
