Kim Great overall service! Ive been going to Kara for many years now, and she and Rafael are fantastic, fun, and extremely talented! I usually go in with a vague description of what I want my hair to look like, and Kara knows what do to do make that happen or makes suggestions for a better choice to suit my curly hair needs. Curly girls know curly hair best! Anyone can quote the facts, but when you have to experience and manage it daily, theres a completely different viewpoint! Shes expert at seeing where and how to cut so that I get exactly what I want. Highly recommend!

Ilana Ariel Erin is the best for anyone with curly hair! I was always so nervous going to hairdressers in the past because they would chop way too much off and didn’t know how to frame my face. Erin is a pro at cutting curly hair and coming up with ideas to help accentuate your features and boost your confidence!! She is patient and she can take the reins if needed if you don’t know what to do with your hair. Highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about their hair being touched but wants a change.

Three months later I was about to travel and perform and she squeezed me in - during busy holiday season-and gave me yet another haircut I adore. As this one grows out, I keep messaging her and telling her how much I love it. Erin is low key and laid back and completely approachable and open to making sure you are happy with the cut. She is excellent at what she does and above all, she cares.

Cherie Borgman Erin has been coloring and cutting my hair for over 20 years, and I think she is wonderful! She listens to my ideas, and when she is finished, my hair is always better than I imagined. She knows what she is doing! And she knows about products. Plus, she is really fun to visit with! Erin is the best!

Shes a rock star with all types of hair, but I wouldnt trust anyone else with my curls. David Dunham Mona is fantastic! I had been seeing someone to cut my hair for over 10 years when that stylist moved away. Anyone knows changing hair stylists is frightening. But Mona is a breath of fresh air. My former stylist had gotten to the point that it seemed like a 20 minute automated process. Mona took the entire hour and was amazingly meticulous. She listened to my preferences and concerns. But she also made gentle suggestions, all of which I’m happy I listened to. I am much happier with my “look” and I recommend Mona 100%!!!

Rhainnin Brock One of my favorite haircuts ever! Mona was so great!!! I have been looking for a hairstylist that works with today’s trends and techniques but also is great with long layered hair! Courtney T Miracle worker!! Sam was able to fix my hair disaster caused by another stylist. My damaged, over processed hair with a horrible haircut was made fresh and new by Sam. He spent time listening to my hair problems and came up with a plan including a 2 step color application since my hair is so damaged. He styled It so well and recommended products including items I already had at home! He was able to camouflage my roots until my hair is healthy enough in 2-3 weeks. I look and feel fantastic now!! He’s a genius!!

Javeria Ashraf Sam is amazing. I have been looking to get hair cut in layers for at least last 10 years but never found someone who can do such an amazing job. Sam spend plenty of time first to go over what his client wants and he would spend so much time to give u the results you want. I have been to his salon 3 times in just one month and i am so happy with my hair color and cut. BTW he is also gives you complimentary head massage!! He is the best. Tali Machfud I have been going to Stephanie, owner of Chosen Design, for 4 years now and she never runs out of fresh ideas and what’s to keep me current and stylish. My hair is always on point and my opinion always matters to her! The salon is I. The most adorable space in Downtown Plano not far from cafes and boutiques. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and I always enjoy my time at the Salon. Stephanie also cuts my 12 year old son’s hair and is always patient with him and listens to what he wants. Fay ensured that I got the best hair color done, talked to me, even offered me coffee and chocolates and cheered me up. Amazing lady out there, she’s not just an amazing hair stylist but also a sweet hearted woman who fixes you inside out. I ended up going out with beautiful hair highlights and also with a smile and a relieved heart. So, just go visit Fay and you won’t regret it.

When I called this salon, they were also fully booked, but they were able to squeeze me in within 10 minutes of my call. Everyone was so welcoming and kind—from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the girl who washed my hair, and of course, Karri, who worked magic on my hair! The place is really clean, and I was impressed with how spotless the restrooms were. The waiting area is nice and comfortable, so you don’t mind hanging out while waiting for your turn. I love how welcoming the whole vibe is, and with so many services to choose from, it’s easy to find exactly what you need. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and get pampered!

Dianna Alligood Ive been a tenant here for the past few years, and this is by far the best place Ive ever rented from. Management actually cares about you, and Ive never had a single problem with my room or anything else. The AC works perfectly, unlike in other suites Ive rented, and the building is beautiful.
