When I told the stylist I didnt like the color and that I received highlights she said " its the lighting " that makes it look too light. Definitely wont be returning.

Brandi Swann I went to get a peek a boo color right before Christmas. The top color was beautiful, but the blue I got under was gone in a week. I followed the stylists recommendations and used the colorwash shampoo she said, but it still faded. She lead me to believe it would last up to 2 months. When I reached out to her about it, she suggested using the same colorwash shampoo and then ghosted me when I tried to follow up. I know these colors fade a lot more compared to darker shades, but when you pay $200 for a color, it needs to last more than a week. Will not be returning. Edit: owner reached out and apologized and refunded me. Very nice of them and I appreciate their quick response and courtesy.

Staff is friendly and receptive of how you want your hair cut, rather than how they want to cut your hair. They also gave me suggestions on how to get the style I want. Gigi took her time and made sure my cut was precise and non irritating. Really blown away by her professionalism as a stylist. I usually would drive to downtown Houston for a haircut; Glad to find my new place! I feel so confident in my new haircut, thanks Gigi!

Nakita Polk If I could give zero stars I would ! Our family moved here from Niagara Falls a year ago, my son has been going here for a year . Im back and forth for my professional Wax & Beauty Bar in Ny. Every time he has gotten he hair twisted here I have told him it has looked horrible but he 16 and kept booking here. Today he went and again his hair looks horrible ! And not only that the unprofessional stylist texted my son stating the 50 dollar was counterfeit, so he called her and I got on the phone with her and instantly she starts to say she going to make a police report. How unprofessional........ I wouldnt dare contact my client(s)with that rude ghetto behavior. I told her "well thats not a need " its 50 dollars..... Ill send it to you. If its counterfeit then he was given counterfeit. Why not ask first and see how we can resolve this? This is a greedy business that does sloppy work with an unprofessional stylist! I wouldnt dare let my client leave looking like this. If I would have goggled her salon before allowing my son to find one on his own this would have never been a choice. Even the photos of the salon looks unsanitary and sloppy, for my standards. I will be investigating to make sure the stylist is even licensed, which I doubt because this is unprofessional work and behavior.
