Mike Calandra Im here with a friend helping with a ride. Yesterday we went to get the MRI and the paperwork sent from here was not sent with the correct orders. Someone at this facility made a big mistake. Upon arriving today the front desk people seem very full of themselves and dont care for their patients. I will never come back or recommend this place.

I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Lilly! Lilly has literally been helping me since Sunday 12/8. Helping me get my medical records to a knee surgeon. It’s been a difficult road with wrong fax #’s, me not being able to walk etc. I’ve been in severe pain & everyone I reached out to Lilly she did everything she could to help me. Not only doing everything, she was so very kind, helpful, persistent & empathetic to what I needed! LILLY, you are a STAR! I wish you all the success in your work endeavors! Thank you! Sandy Mather

Amanda I was scheduled for surgery on a specific day (October 11th) so that I could arrange care for my children during their fall break. I emphasized several times at previous appointments that I could only do surgery during this time as well. However, I received a call from the surgery coordinator today (9/30) stating that Christina and Dr. Saing were rescheduling my surgery because the lab that grows the cells for MACI surgery had not yet received authorization from my insurance. I called the MACI case manager and was told that they not only didn’t received authorization from my insurance, but they also didn’t have enough time to regrow the cells before my surgery. This was all because the doctor’s office didn’t send over my information until 9/26 even though I’ve had the surgery scheduled for 2 months now. I should have went with a provider elsewhere after the rushed appointments and poor communication with two other surgeries I had done here. I told them I was cancelling the surgery and finding a different doctor.

Emina Cavalic I never leave reviews even when ive had a bad experience with someones facility . this particular office has some of the most stuck up front desk workers and rude as ever ! ive called multiple times trying to get papers faxed over to a office and after being pushed around 3 calls back and forth they no longer wanted to answer my call. i called from my second phone which they do not have on file and they answered immediately . when i got on the line with someone the refused to help me . worst customer care ive ever experienced . will not be proceeding with them ever again.

Polk Dana I love this office! I love Dr. Reyna and his team! He has a humbled spirit, who keeps it all the way 100% with his patients. He is honest, and checks you out thoroughly. He doesnt rush the visit like most doctors do. He takes his time with compassion, and he is a God-fearing man! It cant get any better than this. Love you guys.

Torrey Green If u wanna die, come here. It’s the most unprofessional doctor’s office you will ever encounter. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to voicemails. They don’t value your time. The front door is locked with the receptionist looking at you from her desk 90% of the time. It’s a complete clown show! It should be shut down forever and not thought of again. Negative 0 Stars!!! Don’t waste your time and money! I wanna keep ranting but y’all get the picture!

Matthew Campbell Don’t waste your time with this place! My wife and I made an appointment for our son online. When we showed up for our scheduled appointment time, the door was locked. So I called the number listed on the door. Spoke to a nice lady, who informed me that they don’t get online booking till several days after… keep in mind we made this appointment two days ago. Basically, she explained to me that their online booking system does not work and they did not have a physician in office today, and that I was welcome to come tomorrow. (The name is “Today Clinic”) don’t think so! Don’t waste your time with this place!!

Christina Bivins I decided to try this clinic since I do not currently have health insurance. I had a great experience. The clinic is very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very nice and professional. I didn’t wait long. I received great care from the Nurse Practitioner. I felt I received equal if not better care to than I have received at larger Dr’s offices when I have had insurance. I would definitely recommend them.

Zdravka Radkova I took my mom to the clinic and we had the best experience. There were no people waiting when we got there and we had to fill out only one page of her medical history. The nurse listened to us and addressed all the symptoms my mom was concerned about. Her assessment of my moms condition and the prescribed medication was adequate and my mom healed within a week of our visit. The service is very affordable at $79 for basic visit without insurance.

Amber Lievsay My name is Amber Clark, I just really wanted to take time to leave a review for Today Clinic. I think more often then not, people make reviews based on merely bad experiences. Well, this facility is deserving of a great review IMO. Dr. Choi has been so great from the first time I came in. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and above all, she actually CARES about you. Her nurse (whom I do not know her name) is also very gentle and kind. This place makes me not want to hesitate to keep up with my health. They are a real god-send, especially to people who are self pay. These people will treat you well, and I am so thankful that I found them.

Andrea Bennington I have been a patient of Medical-Surgical Clinic since just after I was born at Flow Memorial Hospital in Denton in November 1965, so you could definitely say that I believe the doctors and nurses here are the best. Dr. Beste is a terrific GP. He takes the time to TRULY listen to what you have to say AND the time to explain your diagnosis. I have never felt hurried at my appointment with him and he always asks if I have any questions. Expect a wait at times, because he does not rush his patients in and out. Dr. Beste is thorough at writing up your medical info while talking with you and has at times referred to his notes in my file to remind me about something we had spoken about previously. I am thankful for his knowledgeable care and his awesome, funny personality, too. I have seen Dr. Beste for everything from my yearly health physical, PAP exam, sinus infections, a broken arm, inner ear infection, wart removal, Flu Shot, Tetanus Shot, diagnosing contact dermatitis, chronic asthma, Tick bite, draining an abcess and to my most recent diagnosis of HBP. He has handled everything medical for me except pregnancy and childbirth and I hope I never have to see anyone else. I hope Dr. Beste never decides to retire! ; )

D Dr. Disraeli is awesome. He rates 10 stars. This review is not about him. It is about Baylor. I called today (a Friday) to schedule an appointment, which took less than 2 minutes in the past. Today, and also the last time I scheduled, it took well-over 20 minutes. Just to schedule an appointment? The scheduler asked about my issue, symptoms, and pain level. When told, she put me on hold, then came back explaining that I must speak to a nurse. I told her that I dont want to speak to a nurse because last time, the nurse (who sounded like she was 16 years old and babysits on the weekends), just wasted my time by asking questions that were unrelated to my issue. Questions like, do I have thoughts of suicide or self-harm? Am I able to care for myself? Do I have adequate food? The questions were obviously being read from a prepared script and were an annoying waste of time. Jeeze! I just called for a normal appointment with Dr. Disraeli. Second time on hold today, 7 minutes and 19 seconds. Afterward, the scheduler said Baylor requires her to have a nurse call me back because of my pain level, which I reported as 6 or 7 on a scale from 1 to 10. The scheduler never once asked me when I would like to come in, nor did I ask for an immediate appointment. Back on hold again for several minutes. When she retuned, she apologized that there were no appointments available today. I replied that I never asked for an appointment today and that any day in the next 2 weeks would be fine. When I pointed out that she never asked when I would like an appointment, she became irritated and explained that she was following her assigned Baylor protocol. Bam! back on hold again, When she again returned, she said Dr. Disraeli does not have an appointment available during the next 2 weeks but immediately said this Monday at 8 AM was available. What? I still dont understand that one. Nothing is available but Monday is available? So, as I said earlier, Dr. Disraeli is amazing, but the Baylor corporate cash-cow has streamlined their customer service and concern for patients into a model of ridiculous inefficiency. Maybe its time that Baylor and I part ways.

Alyson Law I have been a patient of Dr. Disraeli for the past 10 years. His office and staff are always professional, and it is a very friendly low stress environment. He is very thorough and is quick to provide results in the portal. I drive 30 minutes to come here. It’s worth it for a great doctor and team. I highly recommend!

Laura Haller From the receptionists up front to the nurses who give vaccines, everybody is very pleasant here. Dr. Disraeli himself is also very considerate. Like most doctors, he doesnt get unlimited time to see you, so make sure to bring a list of concerns/questions. I brought my list and he was able to get all of my stuff answered in a timely manner. The online portal for scheduling appointments/messaging the doctor is also pretty handy. I had almost given up finding a new general doctor because of how far out you have to book appointments/how long it takes to give information over the phone to most doctors offices. Thankfully I booked a slot with them online a few weeks out from the booking date. Overall, great experience, and its a very responsive office!

Todd Ghedi After 20+ yrs as a patient, I am fed up with poor service. Consider this a PSA: Called in Monday for a blood pressure Rx refill authorization as I had no more refills approved. This is a highly common Rx not a controlled substance. Knew I would need an office visit so I booked an appt online for one of the openings in Sept. On Monday, I shared that I had 2 days left and would appreciate them calling it in to my local Kroger. Thinking it would be ready Wed, I check and nothing approved. Thursday the pharmacist says the refill was denied. ?? I received no call, text or smoke signal from the Dr office. So I hand the pharmacist my empty pill bottle and ask for 1-2 tabs to pay out of pocket as I am out. He says they cant because the Rx is expired. Now its Friday and my blood pressure is high because the Dr office hasnt called in the Rx. Call in at 7:30am with the same request. Please authorize a refill and yes I already have an appointment. At 3:30pm today, no action has been taken. Why is the big question. I will send kudos out to Mary in the office who was my third frantic call today at 3:30pm. She made it happen, why the others didnt Monday or at 7:30am this morning is a mystery. Be aware you too could receive this kind of treatment.

If you’re looking for a clinic that’ll give you an unforgettable experience (and by unforgettable, I mean the kind that’ll make you question your life choices), this is the place! A band of highly unprofessional masterminds run this show, and their customer service skills are truly groundbreaking—if “groundbreaking” means not knowing a thing about how to actually serve a customer. Their superpower? Depleting your bank account faster than you can say “fraud.” You see, they’re not just any ordinary clinic. No, no. They’ve perfected the art of billing your insurance for services you never knew you needed (or, you know, actually didn’t need). Tests? Oh, they’ve got tests—irrelevant, unnecessary tests galore! All cleverly disguised as part of your “routine check-up.” Genius, right? But the real kicker? If you dare to question their money-making tests, they hit you with the classic line: “Oh, it’s your first visit, you have to do these tests!” Silly me, I thought I was just there for an annual check-up, but apparently, I signed up for the full scam experience. Fast forward to when the bills start rolling in, from the clinic, from the lab—oh, and twice for the same visit because why not? And when the insurance company rightfully says, “Uh, no thanks,” guess who gets to foot the bill? That’s right, me! And when you call to discuss this, you get the pleasure of speaking to a robot that repeats scripted lines like they’re auditioning for a B-movie. Fantastic. I could go on for days, but I think you get the point. Unless you enjoy being scammed, overcharged, and talked to like you’re in a customer service purgatory, do yourself a favor and steer clear. Consider this your warning: STAY AWAY! doctor Jalil Khan may be good as I don’t know much about him as it was my first visit.. but his clinic made the first visit a last visit and a bitter experience I would always remember..

Joann Richardson Dr. Khan and PA Reena bedside style of practice is Class A and what I have been so fortunate To be use to, However since Office Management has changed I’ve had the worst experience from office staff! I pray that they don’t ruin his practice! I have recommended his care to more than a few co-workers I pray that they are not met with the subpar service from staff that I’ve experienced just recently! Respect of person and kindness cost nothing! It’s priceless! PS. Ms. Emma and the young Ladies that call you back are GREAT!

AZ I have been a patient of Dr. Jalil Khan for several years, and my father also visits his office. While Dr. Khan initially appears to be friendly, Ive recently had a disappointing experience with him regarding my medication refills. I have been taking levothyroxine for my thyroid condition, and Ive found that Dr. Khan has made it increasingly difficult for me to continue my treatment without unnecessary hurdles. For instance, he insists on frequent blood work every three months, which not only seems excessive but also adds financial strain due to the associated costs. While I understand the importance of monitoring ones health and adjusting treatments accordingly, I feel that this approach is overbearing and does not take into consideration the patients well-being and financial situation. I am disappointed in the level of care I have received and will be seeking an alternative healthcare provider who better understands my needs and concerns.

J A The folks there are very nice, I really like dr Kahn. I am frustrated tho that I cant get a hold of anyone on the phone and its highly unlikely to get a call back if you leave a voicemail. Not sure how patients can get appointments, medicine, or help if no ones there to answer. Ive been calling all day and theres been nothing. Its likely Ill consider switching doctors soon since Ive had trouble receiving prescriptions at the pharmacy and I cant get help if I call even if I spend all day calling too.

Kelsi Phillips I’ve visited a few times now and I’ve always been pleased with the experience. Dr. Desai is very kind and knowledgeable. All of the nurses are spectacular and understanding. They make you feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are super personable and definitely make the experience even smoother. I love getting to see everyone when I go in. It makes the trip that much more enjoyable. Very good vibes. Everyone is so kind.

Katie McCray My husband and I have been coming to Dr desai for years. We love him and his entire staff is amazing. I love klare every time I get her as my nurse. Padma is very nice and thorough as well. Pam at the front desk is very helpful!

Erma Richardson I have been going there for about 20 years. They take care of my health needs. I am satisfied.

Gina Cone Dr Desai caught my anemia when other doctors missed it ( after 1 1/2 years!). He listens and is very thorough. Some people have complained about having to do follow ups regularly but it’s not surprising since he’s an internal medicine doctor! If you are looking for someone that sees all the connections, he’s your doctor!

TX B Dr. Desai imposes long-winded religious sermons upon sometimes vulnerable patients who are paying for his time. He exhibits condescending, misogynistic behaviors often. He requires patients to make frequent appointments for simple things that could and should be able to be handled over the phone, like prescription refills and blood test results. He takes advantage of his elderly patients. He does not maintain adequate care when his patients are hospitalized. This has caused serious and undue physical and emotional suffering for his hospitalized patients and their families. He does not always follow best practices and utilize current research when determining the treatment/medicines for his patients. He may send a patient to the ER for something he should be able to address over the phone or in his office. His office is dirty and antiquated. He does not always follow HIPAA protocols and has left sensitive patient data easily visible to other patients and non-staff people in the office.

Naaserden Chang My wife had a procedure done with Dr. Munira Dudhbhai. We’re researching for an Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor and she was highly rated. From the beginning to the end, Dr. Dudhbhai was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient in explaining the procedure and answered all the questions. Her extensive experience had positively shown in all her answers. The procedure went well and successfully. Dr. Dudhbhai did a great job for my wife and we highly recommend her.

Prapti Anandita Dr. Dudhbhai is the best doctor I ever had experience in consulting. I have been her patient for more than 6 years now, and she is the one who delivered my baby. The office staff has also been amazing.

Jay Russell I must say I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and primarily have only dealt with Regina Kogan who has helped me out tremendously and she’s the first the tell me I have fibroids. The front staff is rude and that’s that. I recently met Dr. Dudhbhai because I was considering having surgery and wanted to go over my options with her. I didn’t like her energy at all and she said some things that really rubbed me the wrong way and in that moment I decided to not let her do anything and I’d rather not deal and go elsewhere. She didn’t gain any trust and should consider the things she tell people.

I feel they really listen to me about my concerns, And Dr. Dudhbhai Really takes the time to explain options and help me understand the best possible solution for me. Truly, this is the best OB/GYN care I have received in my life. I wish I had Dr. Dudhbhai When my children were born!! Cant recommend highly enough.

Paula Cho The experience was great, from the time you check in to the time that I left, I felt that I was cared for and seen at a timely manner. Dr. Yoo is very intelligent and very informative without using confusing language and I felt that he was very thorough in his assessment and gave me information about possible side effects of the medication he was prescribing and how to minimize them by either taking it with food or the time of day I would feel less of the possible side effects. Even at the reception desk they made sure which pharmacy to send the medication to for my convenience including the amount of refills available and when to follow up. Highly recommended

Bride Adonay My experience of doctor Lee was very calming and listening to me until Ive talked to him. He observed patients symptoms and explained well enough till I understood. I think doctors and patients are trustworthy relationship.

Annabel Ive been to this doctor years ago and he prescribed a $200 lotion that didnt do anything. came back today to give him another try bc I was recommended from a friend and was disappointed yet again. his front desk staff are kind; however, the doctor was rude and incompetent. he came into the examining room as if he just woke up from a nap and was irritated during the entire 5 minutes he spoke to me. please take your medical needs somewhere else. I know I will not be returning.

Omaima Flint Had my baby boy here. The nurses were amazing. They were all so kind and accommodating. The doctor and nurses who delivered my baby were excellent. My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms. It was a really good experience.

Arianna Lyles I was seen yesterday and Candace she did a great job on my pelvic ultrasound. I was pregnant twice and never had a great experience with them being done I always felt uncomfortable but she made me feel safe and at my choice in what I wanted to do. She is respectful of your wishes and your body your choice. My nurse also was a great help and was respectful and she was understanding of my pain.

Sara Wilson My recent experience at Medical City Lewisville’s ER was exceptional from the moment I stepped through the doors. The check in process set the tone for a remarkable visit, with your staff immediately demonstrating a strong culture focused on patient, safety and teamwork. Each team member I encountered was professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Due to my symptoms, I was promptly taken back and placed on a sepsis protocol, receiving IV antibiotics within five minutes of arriving. Your staff listened attentively, took swift action, and undoubtedly ensured my rapid recovery. Even the small gestures-like conducting AIDET and offering a more comfortable bed during my extended stay-made a significant impact. Just a week earlier, I visited a different local ER for a medical emergency, which later escalated to the sepsis. Disappointed by the care and lack of patient safety at that facility, I chose to drive farther to Medical City Lewisville, and I am so grateful I did. Your hospital has earned my trust, and I will always make the extra effort to come here for care moving forward. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Donald S Came in Sunday night, firing out both ends and dehydrated with extremely painful cramping. the inpatient process was quick, I was admitted after only having to wait in the waiting room about 5 minutes. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional and quick, even one of the housekeepers who brought me a warmed blanket! Hopefully I will not need another visit to an ER any time soon, but I am so grateful for everyone that we encountered, and glad to know such an amazing team is literally just down the highway from us.

Shara Smith Cindy the NP was great. The RN was very busy but was doing her best. As someone who knows what staff to patient ratios should be, it didn’t appear to be staffed appropriately. X ray tech was great. Registration was not smooth. I kept getting kicked out of the system when trying to connect.

Miranda L I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. After my 2 hour drive I arrived, and it wasn’t until they had me fill out paperwork that they told me that they would not take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for my appointment. I am unsure why they did not clarify this with me when I called to verify a week prior or even before having me fill out paperwork. Also not sure why they still have themselves listed as in-network when they refuse to take the insurance. I truly hope that their intentions were not to make more money off of an out-of-pocket charge for service on my immediate need to be evaluated for an injury. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and caused much frustration. I highly recommend not wasting your time and finding a different provider, as this business lacks communication, respect, and care for their patients.

Nick Pappas I’ve been a patient at Pri-Med Care for years, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Both Dr. Khan and Dr. Chandra are incredible physicians who truly care about their patients. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain things thoroughly. The clinic runs efficiently, and I rarely have to wait long for my appointments. The staff is professional, friendly, and makes scheduling or following up super easy. On top of that, their services are very affordable, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a reliable and compassionate medical team, Pri-Med Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!

kat I have to say the doctor is very sweet and nice but she has to be over extending herself to a point she is not following through for her patients. I have not had one visit I didnt have to call the office multiple times to get what I actually went in for. Every referral has been worse than this office. I hate to say it but I have to give up after trying for a year to get quality service. I feel like all my visits should be refunded at this point because the time I have had to take away from my own work has cost me more money than the visit itself just so i can get the meds I went in for in the first place. Niceness get you through some of it but it doesnt help the medicines i keep having to go without for MONTHS. RIDICULOUS. Do not come here if you are in dyer need of medication refills. It wont happen or if it does, you will be waiting months.

Saikat Mazumder STAY AWAY FRoM THIS CLINIC.. Beware and stay away from these cheats.. A bunch of unprofessional people work there who doesn’t know anything about customer service. And the only thing they know is how to cheat customer with their money.. they are fraud and they bill insurance with wrong services and duplicate services.. they will make you do tests which are irrelevant and unnecessary as part of the annual preventative checkup guaranteeing everything will be covered by the insurance.. and when I resisted I was told that it’s my first visit and so I should do all tests.. I just went for my annual preventative checks.. and finally I got a bill from the clinic and also from the lab for those unnecessary tests.. and they charged the insurance twice for the same visit and when insurance rejected they charged me.. that too I got to know about the clinic bill when I called their clinic for the lab bill.. and when you called them , they don’t understand anything and keep repeating like a robot as if they are reading some predefined scripts.. I can keep writing on and on but the bottom line is stay away from this clinic.. unless you are fine with your hard earned money being cheated by these folks or unless you are fine under extreme mental anxiety and pressure while talking to these clinic stuff.. STAY AWAY.. STAY AWAY..

Himantha De Silva If you want a covid test done ASAP and tried everywhere to get an appointment and failed just give these guys a ring. They didn’t have an available appointment but was patient enough to listen to me and go out of their way to fit me between two other appointments. Why I appreciate it? Cause none of the other places took even the time to ask me why i wanted to get this test done immediately. The staff should be given an award for their attentiveness to their patients. This is the GO-TO place.

Julie Andrews You will not find a better doctor than Dr. Beste! He has the BEST bedside manner and a wonderful personality. He listens and I’ve never had a feeling of being rushed. Thank you to the staff who is always so kind as well.

Sarah Zoppoth Dr.Beste has been my primary doctor for over 12 years. He listens to what my concerns are and has the best bed side manner! He takes the time to tell me what’s going on with my body and how we can tackle it to beat whatever it may be. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to my health. I truly think he is the best doctor hands down! The wait time is longer than some but his level of knowledge and the friendly front desk ladies especially Joanna make it all worth it.

Kevin Landreth I had to terminate a 20 year relationship with another practice because of their refusal to accept Obamacare. From Day 1, the entire staff at this office has shown a level of genuine concern for me unlike anything I have ever experienced. Special shout out to Casey, who is always smiling, energetic, very attentive, and engaging. Not uncommon to get a follow up phone call from Casey a week or so after a visit just to check in. Great care here!

Judy118 Bell Dr. Beste has been my doctor for Years and is by far the best doctor I have ever had! I am shocked to see any negative remarks; if you have insurance make sure to check when you schedule your appointment so there are no surprises. He is very patient and takes the time to listen to everything you have to say. When I moved my 80 some year old mother in with me she was super impressed with him and loved him as well. Even though I have since moved from Lewisville I continue to make an over hour long drive because I flat out refuse to find another doctor. His offices and waiting rooms are always spotless with vintage decorating. Now that he has a partner in the office with him, appointments are much easier to get.

Shaun Lush The employees who work here do not care, most of them act agitated/annoyed and it is extremely difficult to get appointments made and get medication. I have run out of my medication twice already because the phones send me straight to voicemail and they do not check or do call backs. I only just switch to the Lewisville location but I am going back to Denton Mhmr because the people in Denton actually care about their patients.

Militza arenas Horrible experience. The first time I came here every thing was great. A few years down the road and everything went down hill. Since enrolling again around May Ive only seen my Dr once. They scheduled an appointment and confirm the date. Came for the appointment and they had changed it t to the previous day without informing me so I missed it and now the Dr cant see me until next month but I wont be able to refills on my medication without seeing the Dr so Im screwed. Definitely stay away from this place.

Thai S They seriously need to improve their scheduling system and their communication amongst each other. After 2 stand-by appointments (which took them hours to tell me the original patient came to their appointment and I was no longer on stand-by) I was scheduled a date SPECIFICALLY for ME, NOT another stand-by, and when I came in on MY TIME AND DAY, I was told I had nothing available for me. The lack of efficiency and communication between the Doctors and the front desk is severely messy, I believe that is why their appointment setting is sloppy. Lenore D Awful experience. Staff was clearly overworked, disorganized, and ill-informed on treating severe trauma patients. They will twist your words, they will isolate you and intentionally trigger you. This has been the most traumatizing experience Ive ever had in a health care setting. I will thank Jesus everyday that I will never be in or apart of this system designed to assault and harass our weakest members of society.

Enes Odabas They had all the vaccinations I needed for immigration examination and it was only $10 per shot even though I have no insurance of any kind. Lady in the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Thanks guys

Mari Alej Front Desk people are so rude, when there twice, early morning, they dont give me all the information, just half of it. So at my second time thats when I found out, I was just wasting my time, the person whos in charge of doing application is there only Tuesdays and they give numbers. So I got there at 8.20 am and they dont have any numbers left. So it will be appreciated if Monday when I was there at 8.15am, to know all that so I will not going to be like ok I didnt know that. The excuse they said both time, its because we dont have enough employees. So sad!

Katelin King Dr. Mehta is one of the best doctors I have been around in a good while. I have not been to a GP in some time and my experience was nothing but comfortable, calm, and informative. She has been the doctor for many family members and friends for many years! I feel lucky to be apart of that community now.

She’s so patient and dedicated, and you can really see it in how she interacts with her patients. She never makes you feel rushed and genuinely cares about your well-being. Its so refreshing to find a doctor who is this committed to providing compassionate and thorough care. I also have to give a shoutout to her excellent staff. Rusinder Bains Dr Mehta is awesome. She has been the Primary care physician for over 17 years for 4 members of my family. She has taken care of us whenever we have needed her and she checks on us after hours. Not a lot of doctors would do that. I am so glad that Dr Mehta is our doctor. Her staff are awesome . Office is always clean. Prescriptions renewed immediately. I have been very happy with Dr Mehta

Now that we have been with her for few months, we r affirmed that she is a very good doctor in general and specifically for my mom. Staff is very friendly as well. Definitely recommend her!!
