Adrienne Neiman I was very happy with my experience at this nail salon today! I got a matching French tip set on my nails and toes and they look great! It was my first time at this place, they started on me right away (11:30am on a Sunday, was so thankful they were open), the guy who did my pedicure was very nice and checked with me multiple times to make sure I was liking everything. The guy who did my nails was fast, efficient and also checked to make sure I was happy. Both guys did great! The salon is a beautiful place, it was very clean, well kept and professional!!! Gaby Padilla $75 dollars for mid quality work is crazy. They charged $10 for a french tip on top of the already $65 and she didn’t even paint it on correctly or good for that matter. Every time i would have her fix something she would barely fix it and try to argue, i don’t see how i can pay more attention to detail than all these “nail artist” laziness is what it is.

S G Terribly overpriced. Took my granddaughter to get a full set.. They charged for length and shape plus every design. $85 Though they look nice and I liked who did them this price is outrageous. Never coming back.

arabelle I absolutely love the atmosphere you guys present. The mix between two different lightings really gives clients the duality of choosing, although I do prefer the dim side. The nail techs are beyond friendly and make sure everything is well before they move on to the next step. The staff are wonderful as well, always asking if the clients need a drink or some assistance. My mom and I go at least once a month, and when we do it is always the most pleasant experience. There are times when you pause at trying a different nail salon, but Im glad we went. They have a huge selection of nail colors in regular nail polish, shellac, and gel. We had a complementary drink and it was delicious!

Sydnee Pratt Went to get a set for the first time in a while and got home disappointed. The tech who did my nails was extremely sweet but after 2 hours and $70, I probably won’t be returning. All nails have a lean to the right and a square opposite side. Asked for medium length coffin, coffin is not what was received. Lengths are off and some are angled crooked when looking from top of the nail. By the end of the two hours, I just wanted to leave and not sit any longer. Salon is clean and presentable but this isn’t the first time I’ve left with wonky shaped and angled nails. They look tacky and will most likely just end up cutting them off. UPDATE after being reached out to by Sky: Went in to have them redone and immediately began getting berated and lectured about the damaging nature of reviews on a business as i sat down. I understand hearing negative instances about a business is not fun but clients do have a right to voice opinion, especially when the service was subpar. After sitting for two hours, I wanted to leave from my initial appointment, not sit even longer and have someone redo them same day. It also took a closer look to notice the issues. Originally the set was going to be redone but I changed my mind after getting berated at length to just having them removed. Once it came time for the actual removal, he pulled out a single nail tip and was just going to rip them off using the other nail????? My original set was LESS than a week old. Popping them off would only cause MORE extensive damage to the nail bed than soaking, it doesn’t take a nail tech to know that. I was only given the choice to soak AFTER I told him not to rip them off. This told me that no matter the situation, he was not inclined to care about the integrity of anyone’s nails, especially someone that had a previous negative experience. I left the shop after this and did not have my nails redone. Reviews can be damaging, but handling negative situations in a poor manner is even worse as a business owner. I truly had good things to say about the shop as whole until this experience, despite TWO bad sets now.

Phatima Garrison Our new go to place! First time visiting this nail salon and let me just say from beginning to end it was a great experience! My husband decided to experience their SnS pedicure and enjoyed it tremendously. He didn’t get the young lady’s name that did his pedicure, but she is the only one in there with colorful hair! He said she did an amazing job! I had a beyond basic pedicure and manicure and I’m truly happy with my feet and nails. They are professional, they take their time, and genuinely want you to leave their shop feeling like you had their very best experience! Machelle Bates I started coming to princess nails just over a year ago when we moved to town. I absolutely love Ryan and Cindy. They are amazing people. With just the two of them they work off appointments and I love that theres no waiting when I get there. I would say the majority of their clients are 40 and above and they cater to them like they were the only people in there when its their appointment time. When youre through with your appointment, Cindy goes and opens the door for you and if its windy she even goes out to your car door and help you in your car! They definitely go above and beyond service! I highly recommend checking them out if you want to feel welcomed, able to carry on a conversation, and valued as a client!!

Unfortunately there are people out to get something for nothing or cant be pleased. It is the price of serving the public, but KNOW THIS...you guys are outstanding. I love Ryan and Cindy and the way they have taken care of me. Up till 7 years ago, other salons would stop caring for me once I started to become a "regular". Ryan and Cindy have never done that, quite the opposite. They value me as a customer and never fail to tell me that they do. They know my name and they give me the same excellent quality work and friendly service every single time and if something isnt quite right, they care enough to fix it. It is a very comfortable and clean salon. I always feel safe and pampered. There is so much more good I could say about this place.
