Springorchid1022 Over all the place is fine. Went there several times in the past year. Girls are all nice, and the place always looks super clean. My issue is the inconsistency with the work. I was always given to girls that had little working there. I think the owner did a pedi on me maybe once. And I never knew how long the work would last. Like sometimes my nails would look nice for 2-3 weeks. Many times though, theyd last like a couple days and the gel started chipping off or crystals would come off by the next day. I really wanted to keep going here, but too many times I wasnt happy with the results for long. Not just the lack of know-how from some of the techs I was appt to and technique, but Im inclined to say that the quality of some of the materials. Might go back some day. For now, I think Ill try somewhere else.

She gave me exactly what I asked for and I loved my acrylics set so much. This is the place to go when you want the job well done, it’s a very profesional setting, it’s affordable and clean. 10/10 for me.

The wonderful nail tech (I feel awful about how bad I am with names, I don’t remember hers) was unhurried and took the time to make sure my nails were lovely and to my satisfaction. Lots of friendly regulars as well, which I always take as a good sign for any business.

Josue Hertzkamp *Disappointing Pedicure Experience* I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure, but unfortunately, it was a mediocre experience. The technician seemed inexperienced, struggling to properly cut and clean my nails. What was even more disappointing was that the pedicure lacked attention to detail. While I was given a hot towel, it was simply placed on top of my legs without being wrapped around them, which felt impersonal and unprofessional. Additionally, the service didnt include a massage or nail buffing to give my nails a shiny finish. If youre looking for a high-quality pedicure experience similar to what youd find at a Vietnamese salon, this place falls short. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this salon for pedicure services.

Maya Bernal I showed the tech different photos due to color, shape, design and all, and she did exactly what I wanted. I feel it was even better. I totally loved how they came out. She did an amazing job, did not hurt one bit, even when she filled them. I totally recommend it, super nice, great atmosphere, clean. They told me they will have 20% the whole month. I did not feel it was expensive, totally worth the price. Will come back again here. They even offered me water, and opened it in front of me due to not able cuz I was getting my nails done. Totally recommend it, great experience.

This last time was the worst experience with nails I’ve had. First off the nail tech looks new , nervous and inexperienced. She says oh you have gel on I said yes I let them know on the phone when I booked the appointment. I ask her to fix a broken nail she says she doesn’t do nail fixes. Okay? She clips nails doesn’t ask what length, she pulls my nail with her hand and hurts me. She leaves another nail tech comes in and is much nicer and has more people skills. I ask to get extensions in all nails since the other girl left them so short. She says there won’t be time because they’re all out to close. Mind you I booked an appointment for 3 and they nagged me about coming in later. Very dissatisfied with this service. May nails look gross and chipped after one week. Never going back.

Cort KEN ATEEE!!! did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails. this is the best salon ive been to in brownsville. the atmosphere and staff were incredibly friendly. I came as a walk-in and was seated in 5 minutes. Andy also did a wonderful job on my toes. both were quick but so detail oriented throughout the whole process. would highly recommend and I cant wait to come back :)

Emily This was my first time here. The staff was wonderful. My pedicure was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had in a pedicure before. I got the green detox with helen. I got a full set of french tip nails with daisy and she was great, minimal filing only when needed and very gentle. Very satisfied with my services. It is pricey but totally worth it! Will be going back and I can’t wait!

Amy Modglin I want to love this place bc it’s convenient and next to Target. The issue I have is their lackluster pedicures. During my $75 pedicure, they only spent 3 minutes on the massage portion. 3 minutes is unacceptable for a luxury pedicure and it was not relaxing at all. This is the third time this has happened at this salon so I do not recommend coming here for pedicures if you actually want to relax.

Ms Obeyy I’ve been going here for over 6 years. A guy usually does them for me. beautiful work and an excellent tip is always given. However. this february i went to get my nails done and he wasn’t there. A new lady ive never seen there before did them for me ponytail no makeup w glasses, the work was beyond horrendous. out of all 6 years going there i felt treated without respect. she not once measured the acrylics to make sure they were the same size. I said “don’t you measure them first so they’re the same size?” she said “no no different method different method” then proceeded to rush my acrylics.in which i said “please don’t rush.” and she didn’t listen. Not even the simple act of painting them was presentable it was splotchy and thicker in some sections, not even the entire nail was covered in nail polish from the sides and tops. some acrylics itself when brushed on was thicker in some nails than others and you could see the difference in thickness when you saw them. Not even the coffin shape was done correctly. I did as I usually do. I waited. I paid and I tipped very well. But I have never been so devastated or disappointed coming here after years of loyalty. Worst of all these set of nails were for a vacation trip. they were even more important to me than usual. I couldn’t even smile looking at them. I’m sorry but I am afraid you have lost me as a loyal customer.

natalie jimenez I went on 1/24 to get a mani and pedi with shellac and these are the results after not even a week! The shellac started peeling the day after but I’m not one to complain so I brush it off and now 1/30 almost every nail is peeling. I do not work im a stay at home mom so it’s not like I do hard labor so there’s no reason why it should be peeling unless the shellac is cheap. I paid $50 for this manicure which is not cheap. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do , I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I should’ve stayed with my regular nail tech who only charges me $30 and my shellac stays for over a month but I was impatient and booked here.

Miatha Pizana 10•13•24 came in this Sunday do a pedi been abt 2 weeks abt time to follow up came with my gurl Emma she did great I picked the 2nd package which was good just a but different to the usual basic one consist of a bit more massage yet was good. Wish they had a back room so they can get in that deep tissue the one on our calves know what Im saying IYKYK anyways was still good didnt do all them crazy nail designs either just chose what I was in mood for purple and green. Hey, why not it is October lol anyways come give this salon a try they are all absolutely friendly and amazing staff throughout the whole store. Any of the girls will hook you up.
