I followed her because she has never once in all these years failed to deliver impeccable customer service on every level from cut, styles and color to attending to you throughout your service. I was gone for a few years and I am so glad to be back. I do not, even in a pinch, use anyone but Daisy! She delivers above and beyond! Her color is on point. He hair cuts are precision and she will NOT cut off too much. She gives excellent and professional feedback. If I come in with an idea thats wouldnt be flattering for me, she tells me in a kind and professional way. She offers suggestions for colors and styles that best suit me while as closely incorporating what I want as possible. I cant say enough.

Taylor Mealey I’m so glad I found this place. We live 40 minutes away and there are no good nail salon options close so we decided to try this salon. It was so clean, the employees were very welcoming and did a wonderful job. For the price I paid for two pedicures, one full set and a manicure for my mom, it was well worth it. It was one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had.

Sparrow I get my nails done by Skye all the time, and never once have I left disappointed. Hes always on time and has done an AMAZING job every session, the colors hes picked when Im undecided are perfect and every time he does art its all been free handed. If theres anyone at this spa I would recommend going to its him. Skye takes his time to make sure youre comfortable and it really shows. After a session with him I leave feeling better than when I came in. Ive lost a lot of the photos Ive taken personally so heres a mix of ones Ive taken and ones hes taken (hes done more colors and designs than just these photos too, but again Ive lost the pictures.) I 100% encourage you to request Skye! You wont be disappointed. My 5 stars go to him specifically!

Meetal Shah Brianna’s pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was meticulous and didn’t just rush through like most of the recent experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

Kelli Iutzwig She repeatedly argued with me about how I want my hair cut. I told her multiple times I only wanted to cut off one inch and she cut off 4+ after I firmly stated I only wanted one inch. Now my hair is way shorter than I wanted and I strongly dislike the length and the way it looks. It sucks paying for a service and your stylist still ignoring what you asked them to do. Don’t recommend at all.

Photography Beyond Postcards Highly recommended, I am very happy with the service. Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get my preferred date and time. Came in for a haircut with a request to cut a ponytail for hair donation. Great care was taken to make sure that the hair was clean. It was cut gently to ensure that the ponytail will hold together in the mail. And the best part was how great my hair looked after the stylist was done. Transitioning from a very long hair to a short is usually a challenge. But with my new hairstyle , I get a lot of compliments.

Molly McKinney WOW!! I get a perm once or twice a year to help me with volume. When I went to Elegance, I was very anxious because the last place I went absolutely fried my hair and scalp. First of all, the stylist at Elegance was a genuinely nice person, very knowledgeable, and was sensitive to my concerns and explained the plan for how to protect my hair. Then, they shampooed my hair, but they also massaged my scalp! It has been a long time since I’ve had the experience with any company dedicating time to customer service in that way. Finally, they gave detailed instructions for after care, including what to do and what materials I could and couldn’t use. See picture for result! My hair is undamaged, still soft and shiny, but now it’s curly! I am so incredibly impressed and highly recommend this business. Thank you for taking care of my hair!!

Jessica Rae Gilliam Ive tried a few places around town for a while and I really like this place. The couple there that owns it is very nice. My nails look great. My pedicure turned out awesome as well. I like it so much. I went ahead and booked it for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding! Its not fancy. Its a little mom and pop shop but thats what I like about it!

bryce bennett I followed Van Tran from his last salon to KV nails and I definitely don’t regret it! The salon itself is so beautiful, clean, and welcoming as well. There hasn’t been one time I’ve gone to Van for my nails and been disappointed, he always does such a thorough and amazing job at any of the nail sets I ask him for!

Maegen Oudie Great experience here. Fairly priced, I got a basic manicure and pedicure with shellac all under $100 with Lee! My only suggestion is plan to have a little bit of a wait even if you have an appointment set, I was booked with another manicurist but due to their availability when I came into the salon I got someone different. Place could use some renovations as well to update the place, but other than that everything was good!

Alyssa Briere Your nails will most likely look great, but they won’t last long. I’ve gone three times now to continue giving them a chance because of how good my nails look by the end, but they never even last a week without at least one nail chipping. I get a shellac manicure so for me it’s only the polish chipping, but it chips especially within the first 3 days. This salon does not care about nail health. I was utterly shocked at how much my nails were scraped on with the metals tools so aggressively. The staff isn’t super nice but they’re definitely not rude, just not welcoming. Overall, if you’re looking for cheap, great looking shellac nails - then this is your place. For long lasting nails, great service, and true nail care, I would not recommend QNails. I got mine done for the third time by them yesterday, I’ll attach a picture. One is already chipped and the overall look of them is not satisfying.

Tatiana Rivera i went back in january for the first time and got a simple green set done; right away, i was extremely happy and impressed with the outcome of my nails and the attention to detail that was put in them to make them perfect!! the retention is AMAZING, they lasted 4+ weeks (and i had to put them through hell at work), until i went back at a refill done! the service is always amazing and everyone is so nice, it feels very comforting. so happy to have found a go-to spot

Makayla Pulley This will be my FOREVER salon in town. They are the sweetest people with the best staff, and they do an amazing job! I have spent years trying to find someone that does nails I actually enjoy (I am incredible picky but terrified to make a fuss if i don’t like it). They have also been amazing and helpful with my family member that comes in regularly and has an intellectual disability. She absolutely loves her sets every time she comes in and is completely comfortable with their staff. They have been the best with both of us and gladly work with us if we change our minds at all. Please if you can try this salon out, it will be WELL worth your while Even if you go just once, they make you feel like family almost in that short time!
