Heather Pray Best nail salon Ive been to in years. We recently moved to the Granbury area,which means I had to say goodbye to my long-time nail tech. I tried a few places in Granbury that were meh. Then I found Acron Nail and Spa. They are fabulous. Always super clean, great selection of services, with top-notch nail techs. If that wasnt enough, they have the pod message chairs. I cant say enough great things about them. Leave your nail salon and come to the best.

Elisabeth Binion A technician was available when I walked in for pedicure. She offered a choice of chair..I took one that didnt work, as I prefer sitting still and comfortable. The pedicure was very good - definitely recommend!

Brenda Schumacher Really disappointed. I was put in a broken chair (no massage, no movement, no whirlpool swirling around my feet) and ignored for 30 minutes while one of the workers sat two chairs over from me playing on her phone (or a game?). Finally I got up to leave and then suddenly they were "ready". Maybe they were good at one time (and I heard wonderful things about them), but not now.

Melissa Clements 11/10 would recommend. The spa is very clean, the nail techs are friendly, and their color selection is expansive. Emily has been taking care of us for years, and I’ve never had a complaint. My nails ALWAYS look perfect when I leave and the polish really lasts. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone!

Kendall Scott My husband went in for a pedicure and I had a manicure / gels. The lady asked if I wanted them cut short, I was very clear in saying I did not want short nails. My nails were long with the exception of one broken nail and one medium length nail. She cut them short anyways.... She told me that they needed to match the one broke nail that was short. They arent even cut evenly, see pic. I was upset with how short she cut them to which she replied they will grow back. Her snowflake is cute thus the reason for 2 star.

Ivon Torres This was my first time going since we’re new to the area and it definitely won’t be the last! Very welcoming as soon as you walk in, and attentive. I sat down with Daisy and I LOVED HER. I went in for a quick fix on one of my broken nails, and she completely understood what I wanted. She’s definitely my person, such a sweet woman, I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about her. She makes sure you are happy with how everything is turning out as she continues her work. Definitely recommend you going to her!

BlingyVee 100% I had stopped getting my nails done because everyone I’d gone to did not listen to what I would say. I like my nails thin & naturally looking. Mindy has by far done the best, knock on wood. Hopefully she sticks around to be a keeper

Derek Stalkfleet I had my nails done by Mindy and she did better than any other set of nails I’ve ever had applied! That is saying a lot! She took her time and made sure my sculpting was perfect, not only perfect but so good I made her stop my original design and go with a naked nail because it was so smooth. Miranda Sweeney My daughter, who is ten years old, really enjoys getting her nails done. We have tried a few places in Granbury & found Pretty Nails & Spa is THE BEST! The staff there consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness towards her. They engage in friendly conversations with her, inquiring about her experiences at school, her participation in volleyball, and other aspects of her life. In return, she shows genuine interest in their lives, asking about their daily routines and how busy they have been. The staff at Pretty Nails & Spa is not only exceptionally kind and accommodating to my daughter, but they are also incredibly affordable. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment over any other option available. The individuals employed there are truly remarkable and sweet people.

Heather Kunert They werent very friendly, made me feel like we were inconveniencing them by going there. Didnt ask us what type of pedicure we wanted. Both of our pedicures were done in 15 to 20 minutes. My daughters dip nails looked great, mine did not, she barley did 2 layers of dip. She only gave us a very small selection of colors to choose from. She didnt file my nails. She did both our pedicures and nails, and we were in and out in 1 hour...... I went here based on rave reviews from some people but we wont be going back.

MAG I just had the most amazing manicure and pedicure with the lovely Tu. Such a nice leg and hand massage, perfect shape and wonderful conversation. She’s my new bestie ❤️ 10/10 experience and I very highly recommended her. Ive had some bad experiences at some other local salons…..one even forgot to paint one of my toenails lol. Just give her a try, you won’t be disappointed

Lydia Blackwell Absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had and it was very fancy. They give you a menu of what type of pedicure you want and then they serve it up in what looks like tapas plates. I then have her wax, my legs, and it was glorious.

A G Great experience! I went in for the first time (walk-in) and loved it. I got a dip with a manicure. The price was reasonable and less than what most would charge with a tip. They are very hospitable and without me even letting my nail tech know my preference for my nails she knew exactly what I was looking for. My nails turned out great and she was fairly quick. Going back again and for a pedicure too.

Kayman Legan These are the best nails I’ve gotten and I’m 21. There’s no crusty stuff under them, she paid amazing detail to shaping, and it was truly relaxing. I showed her a picture, and for the first time ever, they came out prettier then the picture. Most the time I watch them do my nails and I end up leaving angry because I notice when they miss a spot or aren’t making them even. I 10 out of 10 recommend, she was truly perfect.

A The gentleman who did my nails was very nice, however, the service was not good. My nails are crooked and bumpy. He filed both my toes and finger nails down so low, they hurt. I’m surprised they’re not bleeding. My nails are all lopsided. The paint is rough to the touch. I imagine because it’s old. They even have streaking from whatever liquid he kept adding. And I didn’t feel comfortable asking the gentleman to fix it because he spent a good portion of our time unpacking some serious trauma on me and asking personal questions about money and religion. I paid $100 for the pleasure, only to have come home and wash my hands with a gentle nail brush, and watch the paint immediately chip off (because it’s bumpy!). Unfortunately, I won’t be back and I regret going to begin with.

They listen to your ideas of what you want for your nails and toes and go above and beyond to provide the best service! I personally see Tiffany for my nails but everyone there is excellent! Also is managed by the sweetest lady, Anna!

Jennifer I was out of town trying to kill some time and ran across this little gem! From the moment I walked in Anna made sure I was attended to and kept checking on me through out the service. Tan did my pedicure and Julie did my nails. Both were Fabulous and I would highly suggest. Definitely trying to figure out my next visit to my boyfriends dad how I can make some time to swing in there.

Becky Pierce I’ve been a loyal customer for 6+ years, haven’t ever had bad service. I’ve had to wait a few times but never long time. Each customer is treated with respect as well as doing a very good job. They have many types of pedicures and an amazing array of colors to choose from. When searching for a salon give them a try. Cost is between $40-$60.

Cortney Gault I was in the area for a Women’s Conference at a church in Glen Rose and stopped by Upscale Spa and Nails in Granbury with my friend for a manicure. Holly was my nail technician and she did an amazing job! I showed her the inspiration picture that I had and she did such a great job of replicating it. This was easily one of the best manicures that I’ve had in months! Holly cleaned my cuticles perfectly, which a technician at another salon didn’t even bother to clean up at all. If I lived in Granbury, I would absolutely be a repeat customer. Everyone was so friendly and I loved Holly’s attention to detail! I highly recommend Upscale Spa and Nails.

Karen Victorino Went in for a pedicure since I had my little one with- they offered to do my manicure as well even with my daughter being with me. They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time. Manicure definitely was rushed since the beginning she didn’t even clean my cuticles correctly. I asked if maybe I should just do my pedicure AGAIN since I was holding my daughter and she said “No, I’m patient” and proceeded. I wish I would have never had it done worst manicure experience ever. My 6 year old niece would do a better job. They charged me 85 for this awful manicure and pedicure. The gentleman with the white coat and glasses asked to pay the amount I told him that was crazy for the manicure quality, he then ignored me continued to charge me then said “Its gel” not even a sorry or let me fix it. Never again! I definitely don’t recommend!

But Why I had a man. I forget his name but my god were these awful. He just kept saying you have to trust me and then let me leave like this. They separated me from my friend which I can understand but it was just me and this man. I was quite uncomfortable. At one point I even pointed out mistake and he just filled them down a little and then would say “you just have to trust me”. I ended up going home fixing them myself because I don’t have time to go and get my nails AGAIN. He was taking phone calls to and setting appointments for other nail techs which can get confusing but if you can’t multitask you shouldn’t be doing nails then. They were so bad and it’s upsetting because the friend I went with had such beautiful nails from a different nail tech. 6 out of my 10 fingernails were bumpy. I was so defeated and just wished I could’ve asked for a different nail tech but I was putting trust in him because I didn’t want to judge but I was so embarrassed to leave with this.

Kelli Martin BEST IN GRANBURY I love this nail salon. Ive been to so many salons in town, and Unique Salon has the kindest, friendliest staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. While I was getting my nails done, I observed my surroundings and listened to how they called customers by name as they walked through the door and how customers were treated. Richard was so kind and cheerful, greeting me as I entered. Tony did my nails and has been doing nails for decades. They turned out perfectly!! Its like he already knew exactly what I wanted. He is soooo nice! I like the "old school" solar nails, and Tony did a fantastic job. A lot of the newer folks around town are not as adept at crafting the solar nails. Tammy, another manicurist, came over and talked to me. A+++ rating from me. I will not go anywhere else! Love you guys at Unique Nail Salon!
