C R Its been 1 week and 2 days the nails are peeling they are very thin. I waited an hour, was not even offered a water. I told her I liked my nails a little on the thicker side to make sure they do not break and if they are thin they hurt She said no I dont like to do thick, I can do gel to make them stronger. I said I didnt want gel I wanted dip. The lady was pleasant enough not rude. But I didnt even get the 20% off for a new customer and I made them aware it was the first time I had been there.

Sadie Campman Vickie did my mani today and was very sweet and pleasant to interact with. I got an almond tip with my acrylic nails and opted, after her recommendation, for gel polish rather than regular. Its $20 extra. My nails were $65 total which I think is reasonable these days - I dont do fake nails often so not positive. I pointed out a couple nails that looked cockeyed to me and Vickie was happy to shape them to be straight! I also like how theyve updated the decor with flowers and what not.

Ann Wilson Have come here for several years and have never been disappointed.. The salon is very clean and colorful. The staff is friendly and welcomes me when I arrive and says goodbye when I leave. It is a low stress salon and unlike other salons there is a sense of calm and peace.

M A Not sure how I’m not seeing any reviews about Dawn’s service. Never greets us upon entry, isn’t friendly and whether she loves her job, questionable. Honestly will probably keep going cause she does a good job on our dog but would be nicer if she were pleasant.

Alexis Glasscock Took my dogs in today! Out of all the groomers in Greenville that I have taken my dogs, this is definitely the best one ever! Usually my small dog gets scared and anxious, and likes to bark and go crazy but I didn’t notice none of that when I dropped her off and picked her up! As well as my pitbull who people are usually scared of, she was sweet and knew exactly how to handle him and he was just gentle and sweet with her. I love how she got all my small dogs facial hair just perfect considering the groomers before could never manage to cut it. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Jackson Michelle My 4 legged kiddo (Peanut) absolutely actually LOVES going to Dawn’s! As soon as we drive up, he knows exactly where we are and practically tries to jump out of the vehicle before I even get out. And it helps that she always takes her time and does a great job grooming my little guy.

Deanna Stephens I dont typically leave reviews, but I cant let this one go. I just walked out of here and I am absolutely upset with the outcome of my nails. This was not cheap, and the mess thats left behind, the Knicks and cuts, the horrible shaping and dips and holes on the surface is just terrible. I had to get my nails done at the same time as my toes and they made me turn off the massage chair as soon as I turned it on because the nail tech couldnt work with it on. I was hoping for better after seeing the astounding reviews but Im disappointed. My toes arent much better but I wont be posting that Pic. I still paid and tipped for their time, but man.

Lindsey Robinette I won’t be coming back. I got dip nails done yesterday. I was cut multiple times on my fingers which has now left one quite sore. The work isn’t completely horrible, I’ve just had a lot better. It’s very inconsistent with shaping and the level of the dip powder. Some places are almost translucent in the blue. The nail tech was also cleaning her dirty tools in front of me while my nails soaked. They are also asking you to leave a positive review at checkout to earn a gift card. Wasn’t a fan of that either.

Alicia The moment I walked in the place it felt clean, organized, and friendly. They got us sat down quick and shared some promotions going on. I loved the pedi I got. Very relaxing and soothing. It came with a 25 minute massage and they had a timer to show how long left that kept track for them to focus on the massage. They offered us drinks. They have coffee, soda, wine, and cocktails. I had the blue Hawaiian cocktail. It was nice and added to the experience. When they got to my nails, they added the tips on and did next gen for me. MOST other salons I go to NEVER clean out the under side after dipping the nails. I always leave feeling like I have to go and clean it out myself. HOWEVER this place cleaned it out and I left feeling like I didnt need to do anything extra after. They have the nail brushes when washing your hands after and I feel like several places Ive been to just dont. They also gave me this heated neck pad that smelt so great and relaxing. One of the ladies main job was to do custodial work did an AMAZING job of helping the nail technicians clean up after and put things away. She kept the place very neat and clean. Definitely didnt go unnoticed. I will be coming back! The manager/owner was very active in checking on people and making sure they were taken care of. It wouldnt let me post pics at this time. I can try another time.

Karen Padron So in love with the color and work done. The first time, the polish smeared on my toes and had someone fix it right up for me. And I dont mean just patch work. They started over and did the work again. Appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend! Michael, the owner, will take care of you, just speak up.

Taylore Nicholl This is actually my favorite nail salon in town, and I have been here often, but today I had pretty exceptional service. My technician was Jimmy. He was very detail oriented, which I really appreciate. I hate going to get my nails done and have a relaxing thing, but you can tell they are in a rush. Not Jimmy. He took his time and my nails look incredible. I specifically always get gel paint, which people tend to mess up sometimes with uneven coats or bubbles if they aren’t careful. He also was very gentle with handling which is another thing I really liked about his service. Love it there!!

Truley Cater I used to go to an entirely different salon in Greenville but I decided to go to this one instead. This place is amazing compared to the other one I went to. The lady that did my nails was super nice and made sure I liked the shape, color, length, and design. She also recommended acrylic over dipped because it lasts longer which I appreciate. The only downside was that it was a lot more expensive than the other salon I went to. But they also had a 20% off coupon if you’re under 18 and pay in cash. So it went from $97 to $77. She also matched the design I asked for perfectly! Lovely place and super clean as well. I’ll probably come back and I would recommend coming!

Meredith McAllister I love this place! I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years, and I swear this is the absolute best they have looked in a very long time! Hannah is not only sweet, but her work and attention to detail is top notch. She even added a hand massage at the end of my nexgen manicure! Y’all, nobody gives a hand massage anymore as part of a manicure. The best part is that a high level nail service is finally right here in Farmersville! She replied to me “ uh we’re busy at the moment “. Meanwhile I was the only black African American in there and they weren’t even busy. Sam Turner My daughter and I have been going here for years and have always loved it. I have to leave a negative review today because they charged me for a service I didnt receive. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. I asked for both services listed as Heavenly. The pedicure I received was 100% the Heavenly service and I am satisfied with. The manicure, however, was not. What I received was a mix of the Classic and the Deluxe. If you take the Classic service and add a hand scrub and hot towel with a lotion massage of my forearms, thats what I got. Then, I was charged the extra $20. I didnt get my nails painted because I wanted them buffed so they would be shiny for a few weeks. They nail tech didnt buff my nails either. He hurried through my service so he could get to another lady waiting to get a pedicure. I am disappointed that the owner charged me for a service I didnt get. I hate having to find new service providers.

Mai Phạm June made the long drive to the shop very worth it! I recommend her for sure! My son had a mini manicure and pedicure from Joe. He had fun and was entertained by Joe’s conversation, so the service went by quick! Joe also did my gel pedicure; it turned out so pretty on my toes! The white color had no streaks left behind and I love the sparkle that was added. Joe paid attention to the sides of my nails and almost no gel was on my cuticles. Such a clean and classy look! Overall a relaxing experience after all the holiday chaos! The manicure was acrylic nude/pink-ish color as the base. 8 fingers had hand-drawn designs that turned out so elegant. My ring fingers were foil stick-on designs of flowers. It was suggested and I am in love! I will do this again in the future! In addition, there was a small gem placed on each nail. The attention to detail was on point. The shape of my nail is called Oval. I came in with long round nails and Johnny filed it into an elegant oval shape.
