Jasmine Bowen I’ve personally been getting my nails done by Michelle for a little over a year now so when she moved to this new salon I had no problem following her. Normally I am a very specific person and will not get any other services than my nail because I’m fully confident in Michelle’s work everytime but at Nailvana I am comfortable coming and getting a pedicure with my mom or doing facial wax because everyone here is very kind and helpful. Now ofc I most often go to get my very intricate nails done with my favorite person who I know will make sure I’m happy with my nails, even when I’m picky, and that they’ll last me a good while. Let me tell you, Lyn is who I chose and she did amazing work on my nails. She is my number one now. It’s sad to know that she is moving and I just met her but she recommended Anna or Johnny for my next service. I will most definitely will, since she suggested it. Lyn is one talented woman. Cammie D Very welcoming! I thought I found my new place but not sure just yet. When I left I noticed my powder nails looked dented in some spots. My nails didn’t look good despite the technician getting my almond shape and length as I wanted. The issue was that my nails looked thick and the nail bed was not the natural nail look I requested. Note: I was not told but any shape other than square or round is considered a special shape and they charge extra. Also, not told but it is extra for French tip paint on. I was not aware or would have chosen round and a solid paint color. When I called, they said powder nails were $50. I left paying $75 and it’s just not what I expected. Maybe worth another shot and post edit, if I decide to try again. They did get me right in at about my appointment time with just a few minutes wait time.

Melissa Guinn DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. They were so rude to my daughter and two nieces. The nail tech slapped her hand repeatedly, raised her voice at her for not being able to understand broken English and sent her out with nails that looked like a joke. She asked for 195 (light blue) and got 95 (purple) instead. She got dipped and her tech sent her out with chipped nails from the get go. Color did not reach the cuticle and the nails were crooked on all three sets. After hearing about their experience, I will never let them return. This visit cost $300, the same price any adult would pay, and all three girls were well behaved the entire visit.

Kelli Martinez don’t even bother coming here. i am beyond disappointed in my nails beyond unsatisfied to say the least. I had dip done they are beyond thick and then i had to ask her to add the shine otherwise they would’ve looked worse. She left dust all over my nails and they are stained as well. Jessica Wu I’m giving this experience a 5 star because Jason fixed my nail and did an amazing job. The pedicure is great as well, the technician treats my toe very gently and carefully. However!! I am so unsatisfied with the first manicurist, he is so unskilled, he shaved my old nail too hard and breaks my own nail tip and tried to glue my nail back together, I refused to use glue and instead have the whole top part of nail cut shorter. After that he put 1 base gel plus 4 layers of color gel plus another layer of clear gel on my finger. Each of the layer is uneven brushed. At the end, my nail looks so ugly, so bumpy, the gel is so thick at the nail tip. OMG! I’d rather I have never done this, I told him straight forward I don’t like it. And he said he could redo it but it would look the same. He blames my nail has uneven thickness and bumpy because my nail has its own curve. This is ridiculous! I have been doing gel nail for many many times and this is the first time I hear this excuse and I believe my nature nail grow fine! Honestly this is the first time I asked someone redo my nail, he is so bad skilled! He just don’t know how to do it! After a while, I asked Jason to redo it all over, and Jason did it perfectly in just 15min! This is definitely not my nail’s problem. Please avoid unskilled manicurist! Don’t waste your time and money!

Shelby Sanchez I truly love the way my nails and toes came out. This is the first place i have ever seen such detail and perfection done on my nails especially when i came at 4:15 and they close at 6 they took such great perfection on my pink and white toes with pearl chrome and on my pink nails with pearl chrome by the time they were done it was almost 7 and they didn’t rush they didn’t hurry me they did everything with great service. I will forever come here and ask for Jason for my tails and Tee for my toes. Thank you Jason and Tee I will now and always come to you guys only for my nails.

Today, I decided to try a new salon in town and I absolutely loved it!!! The salon is gorgeous, clean, and relaxing. Everyone was so positive, happy and nice! They decorated for Christmas, it looks adorable. The lady who did my nails, Ivy did an amazing job on my acrylics. She paid attention to every little detail and made sure they were comfortable on me. She offered me drinks and was so kind to me. My acrylic nails feel light and perfect. They are smooth and pretty. This nail salon restored my confidence in acrylic nails. I would recommend this salon to all of my friends and family. They also gave me 10% off and a free nail oil!!!! Love this salon ❤️❤️

Destiny Vasquez Tammy was my nail tech. The environment is friendly. It’s pretty busy and they do not price gouge. I was very impressed. The gel is top tier. This salon carries quality products. I am very much in love with my nails and will become a regular customer. I am a very picky and particular customer. My nails are nice and thin, they don’t have acrylic thickened under my nails. The gel and clear finish are well done.

They offered us drinks, were patient when we took forever choosing nail designs and made us laugh the entire time. My nails came out amazing and the nail tech did a wonderful job. Crystal Edwards I find it amazing that we spend $140 but the minute you choose shellac polish over dip, they treat you like are wasting their time. This lasted me two days. They want you to spend max amount of money there by getting dip so they do a crappy job when you want shellac.

Suenitos Microschool I typically wait until I’ve had at least six visits before leaving a review for a nail salon, as it’s rare to have consistently positive experiences at the same place. However, this salon has been consistently excellent each time I’ve gone. It’s conveniently located near my home, and I’m happy to have found a place I love. My only suggestion would be to space clients out more during pedicures, as I prefer not to sit directly next to someone when there are plenty of open chairs. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service!

Lillian Ruiz I’ve never ever left a bad review anywhere but this place. I asked my nail tech if my nail tips were even which they were not and then she started talking about the length of my nails beds which i understand. But then got angry at me and then another employee came over and said the same thing! Which i understood and finally told me it will be even when we finish. This made the first nail tech very angry at me. Which led another employee to do my nails if they would have communicated to me when my nails were done they would be even. But getting angry is not acceptable. Then when my mother was deciding her nail color they took the book out of her hand before she was done it was obvious she wasn’t finished she was asking for help very inpatient. Sadly disappointed This was supposed to be a fun experience.
