I have no complaints! they might not be the most luxurious looking place but they definitely do a very good job. I’m normally an extremely picky person when it comes to my nails and hair and everything, but I have not one complaint with alpha nail. I used to go to a luxury nail salon and Alpha nails takes their time and has better service and techniques any day of the week than the salon I used to go to❤️

Leyah Morris So good!! Miss Anna did my nails and Miss Jessie (the manager) finished since my friend and I were on a time crunch. They did an amazing job! Two sets in under 1.5 hour, high quality, very gentle, very pretty. Prices are great, def worth the 50$. Their selection is very wide, and they’re very talented. Environment is relaxed and sophisticated. We were offered smiles and drinks immediately. All in all 10/10 recommend. Check them out!!

Koral *READ for a solid review* If you’re concerned finding a new salon START HERE FIRST OF ALL, personally I have never loved a salon so fast before. I came here after being cancelled on by my regular salon (that I’ve been religiously going to for one specific tech the last 6 years) and I am so glad I came! *Disclaimer I’m a short nail girly* Jessie and Anna took me immediately as a walk in as they did with customers who came in during my appt keeping everything moving fluidly. I’m such a nervous Nelly because I bleed like a stuck pig when nicked, but with the genuine quality care they take in their work and in serving me was insurmountable calming my nerves and really sealing the deal for me making this my new salon. At no point did I feel like they were rushing through my services to get to the next person or lack in quality yet at the same time they managed to serve 4 other people while I was there getting worked on with only 3 staff at the time, talk about quality productivity! The complimentary beverages were an awesome bonus. The shop is very quaint and homely. The prices are extremely fair for the quality of people and care/detail in their work! I will definitely be coming back every time I need nail care after this experience.

Tabatha Mcmullan When I called them up and asked them the prices of French manicure and a pedicure they told me $40 for the French manicure and 27 for the pedicure well after I got it done she hands me a paper and it equals up to $119 and I its a good thing that I brought extra money with me but still I told them thats not the price you told me on the phone which I had already gotten them done so I had no choice but to pay Im very unsatisfied because they didnt do that good of a job to equal $119 thats just ridiculous and I will never ever ever be getting my nails and toes done there again. I hate to sound mean but if youre going to tell me a price and then after you do it a whole different price its way higher than yeah we have a problem. I was so mad that I did not even tip them

Andrea Castillo The atmosphere in there is great. The lady that sits at the very end of the salon has energy and had me laughing. However, I think since I was a new customer they also put me with the girl that had least experience. I didn’t even take a picture of my nails after as I was so upset. 3.5 hours for a acrylic removal + black French tip with a few dots. I felt bad for the girl. she was nice but I didn’t say anything because I had somewhere to be and she had taken longer than expected. I had to file them down and paint over with my own gel polish at home. Not coming back. Everyone around me was walking away with amazing work, why didn’t I get the same experience. I really wanted to like this place. 3 stars bc of atmosphere and customer service but the work I received was not up to standards.

Gloria This is my second time coming to this nail salon, giving them a second chance after going to get a pedicure and didnt last long I asked for the one that had the hot towel included and he had only patted the hot towel not even lasting a mintue where he quickly removed it and proceded to finish me up, mind you the salon was nearly empty that day. However on my following visit, unfortunately it did not went as planned. My daughter and I got our nails done for the holiday season. The color of my nails wasnt what I had asked for. The nail tech did not asked me if I wanted acrylic powder or shellac, and proceeded to get the shellac and she applied the shellac on my nail, then i quickly asked her that I thought it would be powder and annoyingly responded me by telling me that she would have to restart my nails so I just left it alone and proceeded to get my nails done with shellac due to seeing her reaction, and feeling as if she made side comments that made me feel uncomfortable. Dont get me wrong the nails are pretty and the atmosphere is very clean, and the staff is very attentive to you, its just that the nail tech made me feel very uncomfortable.

I wasnt able to get the name of my technician, but she did an outstanding job! I give her so many props and she worked exceptionally!
