Mary Arme I cannot say enough about how fabulous KC and Hannah are! Im pretty picky, but KC creates beautiful, flawless nails every time! Hannah is the best for a pedi, too! Today KC went above and beyond to very carefully and gently remove dipping powder nails from my broken hand and give me a beautiful sparkly gel polish. I would not have trusted anyone else!

J F I have been getting my NexGen manicures done by Kevin and Pedicures from Hannah for close to 2 years and the quality of their work is unsurpassed! I keep it fairly simple, but I have seen them both do beautiful, detailed designs on Al lengths and shapes of nails. They are warm, friendly and they listen to your needs and requests. I am never disappointed with their service! I am so happy they moved to this new location. I had issues with the owner of the previous location blocking Kevin from doing my manicure, opting to do it himself!

The Mango If you have to go to any salon, pick this one. After getting my nails absolutely butchered at a different salon, I hesitatingly decided to go to this one. The hospitality and talent of this shop is simply unparalleled.. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel compelled to leave a review. The owner, Tracy, was so considerate and thoughtful, she felt like the auntie I never had LOL My nail tech, An, is incredibly talented, gentle, and precise. I felt so relaxed. It’s my first time coming out a nail salon without my fingers or nails feeling sore/nicked. My hands always looked stubby even after getting my nails done, and I don’t know what witchcraft they did but they look so slim and elegant now! I will definitely be returning in the future. Just for perspective, I attached pictures of the same design done at the other salon. You wouldn’t believe the world of difference.

She recommended products to buy and where to get them. She is a perfectionist and I really appreciate her. I was very scared since my grandmother is diabetic but Mindy did a superb job!!!!

Allison C. Mindy is just wonderful! I had fallen badly and damaged my toenail. I had toenail splinters embedded in my skin that caused an infection. In one visit, Mindy fixed what my doctor-who is a wound care specialist-failed to do in three visits. Everything healed completely in three days, just as she said. Nobody would ever know that there was ever an issue now, though it had previously looked unsightly. She is an expert and I am very grateful to her! She is also a very kind, genuine, personable lady and I really enjoyed talking to her. I think Mindy is truly a healer and her pedicures are the best ever.

miranda Everyone was very nice and professional, unfortunately, the quality was not that great. I got the dip powder and my nails are very thick, bumpy and just look very cheap. Also, was not pleased with all the additional charges(not mentioned at any time until checkout); $5 for tips, $5 for shaping(rounded square) and I’m sure if I asked for cuticle treatment it would have been an additional $5. I am happy to pay for what I get, but be upfront about pricing. I chose this place because of reviews but sadly it was very disappointing. Thankfully my daughters were pleased with theirs, which I agree turned out much nicer.

There are lots of color options to choose from and they have a great variety of complimentary drinks they offer as well! My nail techs were incredible as well! I’m terrible with names so unfortunately I forgot who did my nails but he was training some other people while doing my nails and was very respectful and efficient. The whole set only took 30 minutes! I was very impressed and got exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was very posh and clean, even offered beverages! I also love that they have a rewards program. Great experience, will absolutely be coming back!

J L This is my second time coming here and let me tell you, everyone is so talented!! I was watching other nail artists working in some really extensive sets in there and I was amazed!! I wasn’t able to get my first techs name (she was fabulous!) but this time I had Christina do a free hand custom set and although it’s a simple design she went above and beyond my expectations!! She free handed the whole design from the tip to the design itself. She was careful, she was attentive to what I asked for and she delivered!! I’m so happy to have found my new favorite nail shop!! Hannah Abbey Unsatisfactory experience overall. 3/5 because it was clean and they were friendly. I did the Renew pedicure, which is advertised on their menu to include paraffin wax and a massage. I did not receive the paraffin wax or massage. When asked I was told the sugar scrub application was the massage and the cold lotion washed off with a room temp wet towel was the wax. All in all the $50 Renew pedicure was only worth about $25, you receive cuticle treatment, sugar scrub and lotion with polish for $50. For the manicure, my previous color was not fully removed. They left chunks of the previous red color all over the fingers, cuticles, and under side of my nails. They did not fill grind out around the nail beds after they dipped the powder which resulted in jagged, thick nail beds that are painful in the cuticle area and you can see the old nail color around all my cuticles. Total cost was $115 and I immediately left there and drove 20 minutes to my normal salon who completely removed and re did the dip powder/manicure and did a 20 min foot massage all for free. Go to Majestic Nail Bar on Preston in Plano for services with the exact same pricing but 10/10 quality every time. Not here.

Tania Martínez I made an appointment through class pass and drove 30 min from my house when I arrived Judy was the rudest and most rude person to me, I let her know I had Two appointments, for hands and feet and first she denied it, then she went into her calendar and literally there were my appointments listed. To which she literally replied well I cant attend to you and went on to sit and continue attending to the girl that was with her, she literally ignored me and I never heard an "Im sorry" or a solution. My husband called the place and she literally handed the phone to the customer to explain to my husband what was going on and the customer was the nicest thing lol sounds so crazy but thats how my day was today. WORST PLACE. Ty Judy for ruining my day
