Torrick&Anna Henry Let me just start by saying PLEEEEEEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated like this. I started with making an appointment. From the moment I arrived they were super short with me. I should have walked out then! No colors were offered to choose from. So I tried to show “Trish/Tish” a picture of what I would like. She literally just kept saying “I got it, I got it.” (She DIDN’T have anything!!) She had some guy doing my nails and he kept messing up and starting over 3x. The guy doing my feet cut me twice on my toe and once on my heal. He was just looking around the (EMPTY) room NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place! TOP NOTCH ** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PRODUCT **

Rebekah Youngblood I think customer service is super important in an overall review and will therefore allow it to carry the review closer to the 5 star mark over negative feedback. The customer service here is superb, they “treat you like family”, the mood was lighthearted between the workers and owners, the employees talked to me like they’ve known me my whole life and made me feel comfortable. I had a French shellac manicure ($45) and basic + shellac pedicure ($50). My pedicurist did a great job with everything, except they really don’t do any leg or foot massage, maybe one minute each leg total, I don’t recall a foot massage at all. It’s strictly pedicure with their $35 basic option, no relaxing aspect at all. I’ve had a million pedicures and sometimes I notice nail salons do this for the $30 or $35 pedicure that is their low tier option, even though their description includes the massage time. It’s like if you don’t spend $50+ on pedicure alone (not counting shellac) then you don’t get that treatment, which to me signifies a shop I don’t want to get a pedicure at. As long as shellac is a $15 add on, I will continue with the low tier pedicure option every 3 weeks for cost efficiency. The place was very clean, the equipment was clean, the shellac options were top notch high quality products. My real disappointment here is the products used for my shellac French manicure. The white tips cracked on each nail, the clear coat is bumpy and bubbly. One week in and my nails look so bad I have to have them redone already, whereas normally a French shellac manicure looks good for at least 2 weeks where I usually go. My friends love this place, and my normal go-to was closed, so I thought I would try them out. I honestly probably won’t switch because the pedicures are a lot more relaxing where I go, and the manicures look a million times better. I think the shellac and shape look awesome on my pedicure, wish I had the same results for the manicure. 4 stars from me.

Sarah Evans This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I came here twice for pedicures and both times were horrendous. Both times it was a male nail tech. The first time they did such a sloppy rushed job my gel polish was too thick and didn’t cure properly. The next day I flew out and I vacation and when I re moved my shoes after my flight at my hotel all of my polish was smudged and wet underneath the first layer. Also they do terrible cuticle work, basically like you never even got a pedicure done. So frustrating to get on vacation and have ugly feet the whole time because you went to a terrible nail Salon. The second time I was reluctant to return but my husband and I were in a rush and had been in the same shopping centre doing other things and decided to get a pedicure last minute. He is not a discerning nail customer so he thought I should give them another chance. This was a terrible idea. I had gel polish on my toes that they had to remove and he filed my toes down so far on my toes they are paper thin and almost bleeding. I repeatedly kept jerking in pain and telling him that he was filing too much. I stopped the pedicure once he removed the gel because my toe nails were basically sawed off. I could not bare it any longer and at this point knew my toes were ruined and I needed to grow them out. The other really disgusting part of the salon is that several female staff could tell how annoyed and uncomfortable I was and didn’t help or take over. Two of them proceeded to try and sell me more of their services…eyelash extensions. Are you stupid??? They also didn’t take any responsibility and got me to pay for the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I don’t leave reviews often but I think people should be warned - this place is TERRIBLE. Lastly there is NO VENTILATION and it reeks of toxic cleaning products and acrylic nail dust. I honestly think this place should be out of business. Horrific customer service/awareness, not well priced, dirty, annoying sales people, and horrendous pedicures. Finally just look at the photos of my feet - they literally sawed my toe nails almost entirely off.

Justina Barone-Lambert My 1st visit to Nails & Spa of Montgomery was amazing! I was greeted with smiles and quick service. I was worried because two of my nails had cracked. I thought fixing it would be painful and the finished product would not turn out well. I was reassured it would be no problem and Trish was right! The power is not thick, it’s shaped correctly, and Nothing was painful! I have found my new home for nails! Thank you Trish!

Mary Froelich My first time coming here. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel like Ive been going here for years. All the staff was so welcoming. Phil did my pedicure. AMAZING! Von did my nails. BEAUTIFUL! And Trish did my christmas art design. BEAUTIFUL! I definitely will be coming back. Everyone was so kind. I highly recommend going here for all services!

LaDena Gengo Tammy did an amazing job on my nails in the maroon. I went back today and had them redone. She was getting a much needed day off and the gentleman that helped me today was such a joy to be around and laugh with. He did a fantastic job on this set too. I absolutely adore the place.

Kaitlyn Rogers I always come here to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady is amazing! I never get my nails done but decided I wanted to get them done for my birthday this week. I just wanted black tips. After the lady was finished with my nails, I washed my hands and noticed some imperfections, but wasn’t going to say anything. The lady at the front desk, noticed I was looking at my nails and asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they just looked a little messy. She immediately had me sit back down and had a gentleman fix them up perfectly in just a few minutes. I was very happy with them after a little more detail to shaping. They were all very kind and attentive! Sometimes people get offended when you aren’t happy with their services, but they were very polite about the whole situation.

Frances Guenther No public restrooms. The man at the front was incredibly rude! My granddaughter was playing with the colored nail chart things ( not hurting them) he told me to put them down or I would have one hell of a bill. This place acts like they are doing you a favor

Ramona Chaney The service was great! My French tie set was the exact shape I wanted, but theyre still really cute, so no complaints. My nails are the bomb!! I even purchased nail oil for my cuticles which smells really good. My overall experience is a HARD #10

Brandy Pyle You want your nails done? They will do the hell out of your nails. I get acrylics from here and I’ve never had such a secure set. They never come loose or chip — and I work with my hands. Beautiful place. Very clean and good air conditioning. They have a million nail and pedicure spots to sit. I absolutely love this shop. Best I’ve ever been to.

Dana Scalf Wow!! This has been the best full set and pedicure I have gotten in a very long time! My nails look amazing not a single cut and my fingers aren’t sore! They look perfect! The guy took his time and really paid attention to all the details! They don’t have a lot of colors or design options but that’s okay with me. My pedicure was great also!! I love the fact that if I go next time I’ll have the same people and know what I’m getting. Also the fact that it was by appointment and there was no wait! Will definitely be going back here!

Vee Andy always does such amazing work and their prices are the best Ive found. He pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks perfect. Hes very patient and takes his time, even when people like me request complicated designs.

Johnette T. I had a wonder time at Envie nail salon. My nails and eyebrows look fabulous. Hannah, my nail tech was awesome. We had a great chat and I appreciated her recommendations. She pays attention to details and does great work. My nails look healthy and gorgeous. I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks while I was serviced. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Everyone was friendly, even the receptionist and the manager. I highly recommend this place.

brianna storm First time here and was blown away. I originally only booked a pedicure (last minute) when i walked in i was immediately greeted and sat with Fina for my pedicure. (she was super sweet and gentle; highly recommend) i asked to also add a full set (again last minute - right before close) The Manager Ben was very polite and allowed me to get a full set so close to close. Su did my nails and her attention to detail even though it was past closing was amazing. (again definitely recommend) overall even though i was a difficult customer the treated me very nicely. 100% will be back again!

audris estelle I truly enjoy getting my nails done here! The owner Ben is so professional and polite! He always greets me upon entering and I love that! Xu does an amazing job on my nails and toes! She isnt unnecessarily rough, like most techs! The atmosphere is really relaxing after a long shift at work. I would recommend to everyone. Great customer service!

The staff was very professional the spa was impeccably clean, and the services offered were second to none. The owner Ms Lynn was very welcoming and nice. The stylist Lisa, Stephanie, Summer and Linda all do such a phenomenal job transforming my hands and feet although Id arrived just before closing a couple times they are still attentive and perform with quality and Ms Lynn always have valuable tips to share on how to maintain my skin and nail. I can’t recommend NT Nails and Spa highly enough!”

Alexis Erickson-Lambdin Wow! Absolutely amazing service. My daughter got an ingrown toe nail. The girls at my work told me to go here and ask for Kathy. They said she was a miracle worker. She did not disappoint. Absolutely annihilated the ingrown toe nail. My daughter finally felt no pain in her toe for the 1st time in since this happened. The girls were all so friendly and sweet 100 out of 10. Definitely will be going back and recommending.

Chelsey Rainwater The salon is always clean, and the staff is always friendly! I am not a consistent client, this is more of a special "date" for my daughter and I, but we are always greeted with the warmest welcome as soon as we step in the door. We never feel rushed, and the genuine kindness of the staff is what keeps us loyal to this salon! From my very first visit, I have never felt like a stranger!

Madalynn Mitchell I am also a very nervous person who wants to be quiet and simply read my book and I will tell you this was the calmest, most quiet, relaxing, ENJOYABLE environment I’ve ever come across. I bite my nails and pick at my cuticles as I get very anxious and I went to try to find a nonjudgmental place that would help my nails look better long term. No one said ANYTHING about my nails being bad. They were SO nice. I was recommended to come here by a friend, but I wasn’t expecting much. I just wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. I have been to MANY nail salons, as I have moved all over. I have NEVER been more impressed. Mai was so detailed, kind, and professional. My nails are beautiful, even as just a simple manicure. I spent $128 for a deluxe pedicure and manicure (which included a manicure with dip and a design, and a deluxe pedicure with hot towels, lavender scrubs, oils, and lotions, and hot stones. Great price!) I’ll go to Mai and NT Nails II til the day I die. I’m SOLD. (Thank you, Mai, for being so nice to me and letting me simply read my book and get my nails done. I had the best day)

Shelby Sterling Wonderful experience! Welcoming attitudes, nail tech was gentle and paid attention to detail. I never felt rushed when picking a color and the tech never rushed during the service.

Laurie Curtis I have been coming to NT nails for many years on and off depending on work location. This is a salon I would choose over any other. The service is top notch. Henry always greets me by name (even if he hasn’t seen me in years) and makes me feel like family. He ask about my girls by name (even if he hasn’t seen them in years). And the services performed are always perfection.

Maggie Johnson I came to N T Nail & Spa a few months ago before I moved to Conroe, and the experience was great. When I did get moved down here, I knew where I was gonna go. My experience was the same. I explained what I wanted, and they got it done for me. I took my daughter back a week later, and she was also happy with her experience. Its hard to find a good place to get your nails and feet done and also have a good nail tech. I am very particular how I want my nails, and they did not disappoint. The price is a little higher than what I am used to coming from a smaller town, but it is still decent. I recommend N T Nail & Spa for sure.

Patricia Keith I went to NT about a month ago (this photo was the day after) and I was very pleased and will be returning for a new set. These nails lasted over a month with only one breaking off around 3 weeks, and I work with my hands a lot. These nails were done right! I dont know the name of the gentleman who did my nails but he was extremely precise and I got compliments on my nails so many times. I came here only because my boyfriend took me , I had never been here, but I will definitely be coming back!

Gia Bby I been coming here for years and always go to Holly and Kim!! I recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel pampered for a good price!! Very gentle when working on my nails which is something I extremely appreciate! Great service from the host, to the ladies ( or gentleman ) who do your nails until you leave!! I appreciate everyone there and will continue to go there until I move out of the state ahaha!

Cyrissa Pierce Been here many times and this was the first time I elected to do something other than a solid color. Tammy did not disappoint with the ombre; Im so happy w/ my full set, just in time for my birthday & new years! Im not one for posting feet pics, so Ill just say Angel was amazing with my pedicure! I usually dont get one, but the French tip looks great and the leg massage was so good. A little conversation & relaxing time after having a baby was what I needed!

Katie Boyd Bellacio is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. The salon is beautiful, clean, it smells good and not like the chemicals you associate with a nail salon. The prices are very reasonable. All of the employees are kind and attentive but I especially recommend Selina. She is so sweet, a talented nail artist and she pays great attention to detail. Overall I can’t say enough good things about this salon. I highly recommend anyone come here for a good experience

Stephanie Friddell I have to say before anything that I loved my technicians, very patient with my 3year old but I was not told in advance that I would get charged $20 extra for shellac on her tiny toes and nails like really?!!! How much damn shellac are you spending in her tiny nails!!! $25 for the bow design in the picture in 2 nails….i know i should have told her I didn’t like it but that on me, but at other places the technician has told me that she couldn’t do the design ot something. Also $25 come on… plus a charge for length… they are not even long! Now I’m going home to fix this design…

Yasmara Diaz Update: 10/27/24 decided to give them another try since they opened earlier then most salons and they refused to give service because “ our staff isn’t confident they can give you the experience you want”. I went down 3 minutes to Malibu nail lounge and they were open 30 minutes before it says online. Didn’t have to wait and I’ve never had bad nails from there. So it ended up being a win for me! If I could give zero stars I would. Not only because of the terrible quality they provided but because they don’t know how to solve issues. They messed up my toe. They tried to fix it and made it hurt because they kept grinding it down after every mess up. I had to tell them to stop using the nail drill. I asked for regular polish after they tried to fix it twice but instead got the manger to come help. It was almost a whole hour of them putting on nail polish and filing it off. It could have been that they are using cheap or old nail polish or maybe the old Uv lights they use. They tried using one that had tape on the cord to hold it together. I Still got charged for the pedicure without a discount. They said they discounted the shellac because they couldn’t get it to dry. But in reality its not a discount since I didn’t get the service. I also wasted 2 hours when I’ve been in and out in about a hour before. I would understand two hours if I had to wait for them because they are busy but I was seated and worked on as soon as I got there. I could have done a better pedicure at home and saved a 112. People who came in when they were almost done with my pedicure left before I did because of how many times they tried to fix my toe. Now that I’m home I’m looking at my nails and they also did a lousy job on my hands. I’ve never had this experience with them. the troubling part is that they don’t know how to fix mistakes or make a unsatisfied customer happy. I’ve been a noa customer for over 5 years. I’ve only been coming to this location for 1 since I moved to Montgomery. I rather take the drive back to spring because of there superior service.

Matisse Let me start off by saying I’ve been here several times before and my sister gets absolutely perfect and gorgeous nails done here. But my experience this time was not so great… Paid around $50 for a refill… The tech did it in like 20 minutes when typically at the other salons I’ve been to a refill takes like an hour. He hardly brushed the acrylic dust off my hands before applying new, so it’s mixed into my new nails and stuck around my cuticles which he didn’t remove, he was extremely harsh with the drill, he filed away almost all of my natural nail once my nails were complete (they were nice, long, and strong when he had first removed the set I had on prior), and then once inspected, there’s gaps on the side…likely won’t be coming back anymore.

Lavender Frog I was refused service for questioning an added fee. i am a regular there and have never questioned their fees before but noticed they have been upcharging a lot lately. I asked for a refill-no shape change and no length change/no cut down. The only extra item I wanted to add was a chrome finish. They tried charging me: $40 refill, $6 for “length”, $15 for chrome, $6 shape. I asked why I was being charged $6 for length & $6 for shape when I didn’t change either? She removed the fee for shape but said it was extra because of the length of my nails. I said I was not going to pay that $6, that should be included in the refill price. She then instructed her nail tech to stop working on me and told me they would not finish my nails (she was buffing them, preparing to polish). They did not charge me for the service, I left with them half done. So, if anyone is looking for a nice place go to Martini’s & Manicures instead! They finished my nails! And, you tell me; are my nails too long for a regular refill????

Raelynn Gill If youre looking for a new nail tech, look no further! Definitely go see Sophia! She always goes above and beyond on my nails. All I have to do is show her an inspiration photo and she takes it to the next level. Shes been doing my nails for almost a year now and Im so glad I found her. And if for some reason Sophia isnt there, Tina is also amazing! Everyone in the shop is always nice and polite. I love the atmosphere. Its also very clean.

Kam Kyle has been my go-to for a while now, and he always does an amazing job. I’ve attached some pictures of the sets he has done. He consistently takes his time and executes my ideas perfectly! I definitely recommend him!

waynen criner terrible nail shop!! she messed up my cuticles, damage my finger nails , and took 1 hour for a regular gel manicure . She didn’t even get all the skin off my nails . Horrible nail shop. i don’t recommend this nail shop . I am new to the area and I will never come back !!!!!

Kailey Smith If you want to leave with rough heels after a pedicure this place is definitely for you. Literally worse shap than when you go in. 3 of us got pedicures, 2 left with rough feet.. The person who did my feet was nice, but definitely not worth the price and defeats the purpose of a pedicure.

Adrianna Cervantes I wasn’t going to comment at first and now I’ve had the set for over a week but I’m disappointed. My friend and I went for the first time and I asked for shellac. The tech convinced me to do dip powder even though I was okay was paying more. She grabbed the wrong color and tried to correct it with a shellac coating. It’s peeling and it looks ugly. The set had so much potential to last but it’s ruined by the chipping/peeling color. On a positive note, the ladies that talk to us were very kind.

Carley Dunford Classic mani with deluxe pedi using gel polish. Jessica and Suzie did an amazing job. Very welcoming, caring and I truly loved Suzie’s bubbly personality. The atmosphere is relaxing, they have very comfortable foot baths with massage chairs. Very new and I love it. Edit 02/07: Two days later my nails already started bubbling to chip and peel. I was going to come back in to repair the one nail but by day five, they are basically all peeling and just not properly adhered to my nails. Gel polish on average lasts a minimum of 10 days without chipping. So I’m disappointed. I’m not sure if it was something wrong with the application, polish brand or the curing of the polish. I won’t be returning because I don’t have the time or energy to hope it will last correctly the next time. I hope anyone who gets gel polish in the future will have a better experience.

Christina Simmons I tried the nail salon today and I can’t say enough great things about it. From how beautiful it is inside, chairs are amazing and have lots of options for massage. They offer drinks to help you relax and enjoy the little bit of time you carved out for yourself and I had the pleasure of having Macy and she’s amazing. I picked the deluxe pedicure with shellac and her massage was the best one I’ve had since I can’t remember when. This will be our new nail salon!!

Kathy Perla This is my third time coming here. I definitely recommend Kha. His attention to detail and great service has resulted in one of the best nail services. Yes my full acrylic overlay and gel set was a bit more than some of the other salons in the area but it is well worth it. The thinnest and well done set His wife also did an amazing ghost design I wanted. Love my nails! Second pic what I showed them for reference.

Ashley Holbert I went in to get my nails fixed after wearing a full set that I got for my baby shower only 10 days prior. From the moment I left the previous salon (Malibu Nails) I knew I didn’t like my nails. But I was in complete shock and didn’t address this with the previous salon due to how much I had just spent for something I didn’t love or even like - I figured the problem must be me and maybe they will grow on me. But they didn’t. They were different lengths, the shaping was AWFUL, the color was not at all what I asked for. Fast forward, I needed them fixed before my maternity photos so I tried a different salon near my house (we just moved to the area and there are 3 within 5 miles, the first one I went to being one that I’ll *never* return to). I decided to try out Tif Top and walking in I felt immediately better just based on their attitude and willingness to hear my concerns and fix my set. I sat with Ivy and she was wonderful. She was patient while we found the right shade I was looking for, she gave me quality recommendations and ultimately we decided a soak-off and fresh start would be best because the base we had to work with was just atrocious. I will absolutely be coming back and I’m so happy to know I found my new go-to nail salon.

Billy Little Omg Cindy is incredible!!! I had dip nails done with a manicure and my nails have never looked so good. She is a miracle worker on ingrown nails. Cindy was so kind and friendly we chatted through out the entire visit it was very pleasant. Most other salons I never got to have a real conversation with my nail techs.

Jennifer Luley Jennie did a great job on my nails and was very sweet. I have recently started the learning process of doing my own hard gel manicures at home, but it takes me forever to do, and I am still improving. She was kind enough to talk through steps and answer my questions throughout the whole process, which I know not everyone would be willing to do. She also took the time to make sure I was happy with the shaping, and I didn’t feel like she rushed or was too rough at any point, like so many nail techs often do. I will definitely be back! Side note, I purposely asked her to make my thumb nails shorter… I am too rough on them at work to keep them as long :)

Alexis Gutierrez This is my second time here and I had a great experience again! Molly kills it every time she does my nails. They lasted about a month and a half last time. The staff stayed late to finish both my mother in law and I plus 2 other guest that came in. Great service and spirit! Definitely coming back! Update December 2024: again amazing experience, Molly and Tony killed it again! Pink nails this time and they look amazing!

Melissa Clements-Kimball Molly has been doing my nails for 10+years. I literally drive over an hour because I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails. Molly and Tony I 10/10 recommend! Tried something new this time and she nailed it just as I thought she would!

Jo Beretta Went here for the first time because my main salon happened to be closed on a Sunday. I hadnt been to a salon in almost 4 months after my son was born, so I was due! Tony, Molly and Tina were all extremely friendly! I had to wait a little bit because of a customer pitching a fit that Tony had to diffuse, but all the other customers that went there were so sweet. I even made two new friends while there. I loved the job they did and even though more customers came in after I had waited, Molly and Tina took the time to ensure my nails were done beautifully. They didnt fall to the pressure of others waiting since I had waited over 30 minutes. I even found my new place to get my eyebrows waxed which I hadnt done in over 10 years (bad experience with a different salon). Ill definitely go back, though I do wish they had a punch card system like my other salon does.

Your Local Guide First time and last time. I went because of good reviews but the nail tech I had (Kim) was horrible. She was super rushed, threw things around as she was working on my hands. Incredibly inpatient. When I asked to see the nail color palette she literally huffed and puffed as she went to get it. She then proceeded to speak in her language for 5 minutes straight to other people and smirking at the same time. Sure you can speak whatever you want in your own business, but it was very weird timing. She threw my hands into different positions and not gentle either. I started to say excuse me and ask for someone else, but the fact they hired her shows me maybe they’re all the same. Sucks, im new here Im just looking for a nail place. Guess ill keep looking. And if you get her make sure your nails are the same length, because Im home now, and I just now remembered she also didnt even check the lengths of each hand to make sure they were the same on both hands, and yeah they’re not. Horrible place. Joe did my toes and she paints the skin too.
