Kayla Woodward So I actually had gone to the pretty nail salon near csl plasma center on n Yarbrough. My Experience with Tiffany was okay but when she did my acrylic nails they hurt my nail bed so bad! Like I was crying every time I touched something. Well I tried to go back and fix them couple weeks later. After I called told them my issues they said to just wait it out, they said if my nails haven’t been done in a long time it would hurt. Well 3 weeks later still in. Pain. So I decided I’m not dealing with that I called here and I talked it out with the manger Lynn I think and she helped me asked me about my experience there and what I wanted to do. They allowed me to do a walk in and I automatically got help. I can’t remember the guys name who did my nails but he was amazing the entire time taking off my acrylic nails he was super gentle didn’t hurt me not even once. He made sure I got what I wanted when I showed him my photo. But he replaced my acrylic to dip powder nail with gold line designs. Yes, the price was high BUT ALSO REMEMBER YOUR PRETTY MUCH IN AN OUTLET MALL. So I love my experience they were attentive and kind and helped me when another places messed up my nails. They literally feel like my normal nails. I love this place it’s the only place I trust to get my nails done now.thank you guys

Mr. Peter did my nails and did Amazing work with the Gel builder, design and just keeled my nail the healthiest. He knows what he is doing and ensured my nails exceeded my expectations. Sonia Garcia Trisha is hands down the best pedicurist Ive ever had! After 20 years of pedicures in different states across the country, she recommended the serum pedicures and oh my goodness! Now Im going to bring back my mom and aunt back for the same treatment. This is hands down the best pedicures Ive ever received. The staff is very welcoming and Trisha made me feel extremely comfortable, calm and relaxed. I love all the changes youve made to the salon. I used to come before but stopped coming and now for sure I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Trisha!

C R Beautiful Full Set Clear Pink from Trisha! Nail drills make me nervous due to past experiences, but she was really gentle—no cuts or burns. Trisha is so kind and funny. It was great chatting with her.

Merlay Chiado I recently visited this location for pedicures with my mom and daughter. While the service itself was satisfactory, I have a few concerns. First, the gentleman providing the service to my mom was overly friendly to the point of being flirtatious, which felt unprofessional. Secondly, I was pressured into choosing a more expensive pedicure package for myself and my daughter. The technician repeatedly insisted on the $78 package, claiming that gel polish would be included for free. Despite my attempts to opt for the $50 package, he kept flipping back to the more expensive option, convincing me that it was a better deal. However, when it came time to pay, I was informed that the promotion I was promised was incorrect. Although the manager apologized, they refused to honor what I was told. Instead, I was offered a discount if I scanned their QR code and left a 5-star review with pictures. This felt like a blatant attempt to manipulate customer feedback and avoid addressing their mistake. I appreciate the quality of the pedicure, but the lack of professionalism and misleading promotion left a bad impression. I wont be returning.

Amarige Azzam BEWARE. I went in with beautiful natural, long nails and they got mutilated. The tech had to start over 4x and kept going shorter. Go elsewhere

Dominique Sosa I had a very pleasant experience here with all the services i received but the day after my pedicure my toe started to feel sore and i realized it had puss! so although they are very friendly and thorough, lack of cleanliness is very important and a deal breaker!

Abigayle Zepeda Love going here to get my nails done! I went yesterday to get a full set done with Tiffany, and she was awesome! She was very kind and had great attention to detail. She gave my nails a well overdue manicure and made the acrylic the perfect shape, super thin, with no bumps. This place always delivers. I will be coming back again soon!

Leslie Turner Ive been to many nail salons over the past 4 years however I have never been to a salon that not only offers you free drinks but the handy work of this gentleman Tommy was top notch! Normally it takes around 2 hours to get my nails done but I was here just a little over an hour and this is the best my nails have ever looked! I will definitely be returning to see how well a fill in for my nails will turn out :) If your looking for a good nail salon look no further! You will get treated well here on top of them taking the time to make sure your nails look good.

Marissa Korver Second time going, both experiences were amazing. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and also seemed to be amazing help to the technicians. I absolutely loved my nails, my daughter loved hers as well but my other daughter did not like how hers turned out. We let them know, in which immediately set us up for a fix a couple of hours later in which they turned out perfect. I love this place and we will 100% be returning!

Sandra Walker I love Ohana Nails! I usually don’t feel comfortable in nail salons but this place is great! My Nail Tech/Artist Angie is so kind and made my first time so easy! She would explain each process, help me understand how different nail styles look and feel and made the whole experience fun! :) I have kept going back to her each time I need my nails done! They have such great colors and her artwork is phenomenal. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails each time :) Because of Angie and everyone at Ohana Nails I now love getting my nails done and look forward to feeling great about myself and my nails! :) Everyone there is friendly, the location is clean and they have really nice chairs and offer beverages. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure and prices are really affordable :)

Grecia Bejarano I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my daughter and me—two pedicures and two manicures. When we arrived, they started with the pedicures but rushed through them. On top of that, they charged me for an adult pedicure for my 9-year-old daughter, even though they didn’t complete the full service. Then, the technician told me she couldn’t do my daughter’s nails because she lives on the east side. I understood, so another young girl took over. My daughter asked for flowers, and I was aware there would be an extra charge, which I didn’t mind. However, instead of actual nail art, they just put stickers on. As she was told to wash her hands, one of the stickers started peeling. I mentioned it to the technician, and she simply said, “I’ll add glue” and used nail glue—seriously? I wanted to give the salon a chance to respond before leaving a review, so I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram with pictures, but I haven’t received any response. I didn’t even get my nails done because of how rushed and poorly done the services were. I payed $115

PrisRNBSN My nails look absolutely stunning and the entire experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. My nail tech Didi shaped and polished my nails to perfection, and my skin felt so soft and rejuvenated afterward. The salon was calm and cozy, with TV entertainment. On top of that, they offer complimentary drinks like mimosas, margaritas & even coffee—which made me feel extra pampered especially because I work so much and need a break. I highly recommend trying their Maui package; it’s the ultimate treat! Didi and the rest of the staff are professional, attentive, and truly talented. My money well spent!!

The salon’s beautiful decor and setup create such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Ariana and Jacqueline provided outstanding service—they took their time to ensure our pedicures were done perfectly while engaging us in great conversation and making us feel truly valued as customers. We also loved the complimentary drink selection, which added a nice touch to the experience. While the salon doesn’t have massage chairs, the level of care and attention we received more than made up for it. We’ve been to places with massage chairs where we felt like just another number, but here, we felt genuinely welcomed. The services are well-priced, and the couples’ pedicure package was a fantastic deal. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning!

Arson Nieves Absolutely loved my nails, the environment was very welcoming. My nail tech (Victoria) was so easy to talk with and we had pleasant conversation. Just overall a lovely experience, getting to speak with someone you connect with, getting your nails done with a glass of wine and a massage at the end.

My nail tech Elizabeth did a beautiful job, she is very detail oriented & took her time with my Russian manicure/rubber base gel. The level of luxury here is beyond anything I’ve experienced. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail during the manicure was incredible—the precision of the Russian technique and the application of the rubber base left my nails looking flawless. The salon itself is beautifully designed, exuding elegance and comfort. Elizabeth was not only skilled but also attentive, ensuring that every step of the process was perfect. If you’re looking for a high-end, one-of-a-kind experience, Chéri nails is the place to go. I will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone I know!

Erika Gomez Atmosphere is great but nail techs are all fairly new and have no idea what they’re doing. They charge an additional $15 to remove gel polish even if it’s on 2 toes. If you’re looking for a place to get a foot massage with your pedi this is not the place for you. The tech left parts of my nails unpolished and after addressing it she painted on top of gel with the color and then didn’t apply more gel on top. The service took over 2 hours to complete.

I received gel manicure and pedicure plus eyebrow, waxing and under arm waxing. I am definitely glad I came. Emyly Villarreal Tiffany did such an amazing job on my nails. She did my nails according to military regulation which she was familiar with. Simple, feminine , and natural looking. The whole experience was relaxing and she was constantly making sure I was comfortable through the whole process.

Diana Espejel I don’t get my nails done often maybe once a year. Today i got a manicure and pedicure. Both nail techs took their time and did a great job. I felt taken care of and not rushed which was nice. Tiffaney did my full set and i loved how they turned out. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Tabitha Herrera Ive been here twice and had two different nail techs. Great job both times with gel nails and designs. Super reasonable prices too. I dont get my nails done often, and I definitely recommend this as a consistently great place.

Alma Alvarez If I could give zero stars I would. Took my two little girls to get her nails done and they did the same thing two different people and one charged $25 and the other $35. When I question why it was a different charge the lady began to scream saying that nails cost money and that she could take them off my child. Very aggressive and horrible customer service. Will never go back. Don’t recommend this service for anyone.

Eliza Kristine Hernandez I absolutely enjoyed my nail service here. We walked in to make an appointment the night before and arrived earlier than the recommended time. We had pedicures and full set manicures. They provided complimentary mimosas and sweet Moscato which initially helped with relaxing us even more and were treated to what felt like deep tissue leg/feet massages. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Kim as she specializes in acrylic flower designs. Originally I had a different vision for my nails going in but they had the most beautiful color on their toes and hands called Pixie Dust and from there on my idea was gone. Kim worked with me on my nails as well and was super accommodating with any specifications I had or customizations I added on at the end of our session and requested. Most lovely nail set Ive ever enjoyed, great shaping and application. Love love loveeeee them! Pictures dont do it justice they glisten in the sunlight. I would 100% come back here again if only I wasnt visiting in town all the way from VA. Dru Aragon First time I went there the lady took her time and did great. I went back today and had a terrible experience. I spent $70 for my nails to look maybe worse than they did before. I can’t believe I paid for this. Zoom in to see my cuticles and she just cut my nails off rather than file square. My hands are so dry.

Ciarra Johns I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon and tech and I think I finally found one!! Came in on Sunday as a walk in and they were able to get me in for a pedi and new acrylic set. It was a bit of a wait but not too bad. I believe making an appointment would have reduced that wait time to minimal if not 0. I can’t recall the name of the girl who did my toes but she was great. Focusing on the health of my nails and not filing them down too much. Tamira did my nails and was quick professional and above all was gentle. From the application to the her use of the drill. I have very thin natural nails and I felt she was considerate of that. I let her freestyle the design and though what I got was not her original plan it still came out incredible. I’ll definitely be going back to her. This place is also very clean and sanitizes the tools in between customers and use new scrubbers for each person. Again. I will be back!!!

Kenneishia Jones Found this business on a fb hair page. Read the reviews and they were really good and I really liked the idea that they are nail techs and this is not a chop shop. I booked an appointment on Thursday evening with Tamira for Friday morning. Tamira was very kind and personable. She listened to all of my concerns and questions and explained the prices of my services to me ahead of time, as well as the prices of things I may want to get in the future. This definitely calmed all anxiety surrounding what I would be paying or what I would choose to pay for in the future. I showed Tamira a picture of what I wanted and she pretty much did my nails spot on. I love the shape of my nails and she has been the only person who has shaped my nails the way I like them. The atmosphere of the shop was chill and relaxing and I cant wait to go back and keep trying new things. Im confident that Tamira will be able to accomplish whatever task I throw at her! If youve been debating about trying them, this is your sign to GO!

Helen Adelina I found Tamira years ago and absolutely love her work. I just recently started going to her frequently, I like to stick to my french tip and she always does a beautiful job! The shop is also always clean and everybody is very friendly.

K I have given this place many chances, as I used to be a regular but small incidents just push me away, today was my last one. I work every single day and got out today saw that this salon closes at 5pm and I live down the street. There was no one in the parking lot so I sat in my car and checked the time it closed again and it was 5pm I looked at the clock and it was 4:25pm I’m looking at the door and I see the owner go and lock the door and walk away fast thinking I cannot see inside or see him locking the door as I was getting off my car. I will never return here again. This is why this place is always so slow and good techs leave because customer service is just horrible. I came down the street on Edgemere and Saul kleinfeld and they took me with open arms ☺️

Sydney Ross I moved here at the beginning of the year, and discovered multiple nails had grown fungus under my acrylics due to careless application from my previous nail tech out of state. I walked into the salon in desperate need of help and KIM immediately sat me down and got to work. She was so kind and caring, and made me feel so welcomed. Since then she has helped me revive my nails back to life, getting them healthy and start growing them out again. She is always giving ideas and opinions on what would look cute or good with my skin tone and always makes sure that I tell her what I’m comfortable with. Hands down the best salon and nail tech. I will be going to her for as long as I live here.

Della Carroll I am very very happy about my visit! I actually walked in when they were super busy, in which they gave me several options. I am grateful for that. My experience was only brought down by a client being rude to the staff. I am always treated as a priority and made to feel amazing throughout! I want to thank you for amazing service!

Marco I set up appointments for my wife at various locations at times depending on availability and time. This time around I tried out Orchid for my wife. I called, set up an appointment and sent her on her way with the money on the date. She has her preferred place but that wasnt available within this timeframe. So I set her up with the Deluxe Mani with Gel $45+13 and the Orchid Spa Pedi With Gel $69+$13. Only one of her feet were really taken care of vs the other on her Pedi. One foot was left feeling rough and was rushed. On her Mani the tech cut her and scraped her cuticles, did a poor job on the nails. Quality is non-existent, 2 days and already falling apart. I dont recommend this place. The staff was courteous and the services seem very interesting but the bottom line is that If the service is sub par and the quality and durability are almost non-existent then they get a poor review and one less customer from me and my wife. Update Wife went back for the guarantee fix. Well. Its was worse than the original. Instantly broke hours after the fix. Please avoid this business for your nail needs. I posted the picture of the thumb nail completely destroyed the same day.

Kaylah Alvarado I walked in with my mother today and we were greeted right away. Man at the front was very nice and got us situated right away. The lady I had ( I didn’t get her name ) did not say one word besides what color I wanted. As she set up I accidentally understood “up” thinking to lift my feet and she very rudely said “ no” and shoved my feet down. There were moments where she would dig in a little aggressively so I would flinch but I felt that I was being a bit dramatic and she just didn’t move or say anything. I paid for a signature pedi and I didn’t even leave with a scrub on my feet. The massage was as if she was just smacking my legs around and then threw on lotion and called it a day. Everything felt rushed and like she didn’t want to be there. My big toe nails were fully grown into perfect squares and I ended up with very badly trimmed nails. I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in so long and decided to treat myself but ended up being so disappointed. I’m embarrassed. When the lady was done she just got up and left and went with another client not letting me say anything. The lady beside her doing someone else’s nails had let me know I was done and helped me out my chair .

HONG VO I went to DHB Nail last weekend with my husband and we both had an amazing experience! I got gel X manicure and gel pedicure while he got their special Serum Spa Pedicure . The interior is clean, has cute decors and all the polish colors are beautifully displayed. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from. The staffs are friendly and my nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. I’ve been getting so many complements for my new set of nails. The massage chair and foot bath added a very relaxing experience and we both overall are very pleased with the service. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and pamper ourselves again soon!

Paul Shofner Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. Ive been getting pedicures for over 20 years. Mahalia tells me because she is a nail tech so she can not cut back my nails. Then she and the owner keeps trying to tell over and over that she can not do that only a Dr can do tht. They are not in grown nails. This place is a scam. 1st thing she ask if she could cut my nails. Why else would I be getting a pedicure. Completely bad place. I Ask if that was on website and of course it was not. Appalled at this business. Well never return for a 65 dollar pedicure of just barley rubbing my feet The owner is argumentative. They kept saying the same thing over and over almost as it was rehearsed. So Im sure this is not the 1st time this has happed. They sure didnt mind take my money for an incomplete service. I did not have ingrown nails as I told the nail tech. But I did want them trimmed on the sides. You should be ashamed of your business. Post something on your website or tell the customer when they come in that you do not trim the sides of the nail. Instead of waiting till the end of the service. That is the scam!!

Anel Carreon This is the 2nd time I visit this salon with my daughter and son in law while visiting from Austin. They are always so welcoming and accommodating. The nail shop is very clean and the employees are kind, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this salon.

CC andDB I recently had a gel pedicure with chrome at your establishment before my vacation abroad. Unfortunately, upon arriving at my destination three days later, I discovered that the polish on three of my toes had completely peeled off. I contacted the owner to express my dissatisfaction, but he was dismissive and stated that since I was no longer present, there was nothing he could do. While I understand his point, I found his rudeness to be highly unprofessional, when a little empathy would have eased the loss of a $125 for a pedicure that didnt last 3 days. Due to the poor customer service I experienced, I would not recommend your establishment to others. Furthermore, the owners dismissive attitude and lack of apology for the inconvenience caused have left me deeply disappointed. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your customer service in the future.

Cody Went with the wife I had a great pedicure but she received a manicure and ended up with a cuts all on her cuticles most noticeably her thumb which was bleeding. Most definitely don’t recommend for nails they are supposed to be French tip and it was un even etc. 12/4/24. I would not recommend.

Kristina Gonzalez I finally decided to get a pedicure and take my baby girl. She had a good time, and her tech was really nice to her. I LOVED my ocean… pedicure, Dan always does an amazing job. I only have a small “complain/comment” I was charged $11 more for a powder nails instead of acrylic, But other than that I love coming to this location. I definitely recommend it.

Leslie Beautiful place ! When you walk in it gives peaceful vibes. You check in online and they greet you immediately! There were plenty of pedicure seats. And they had more than two people working which was great , we didnt have to wait long . We got the Pure Powder spa which was so relaxing n refreshing. This is my here nail place to go !

Teri Lynn This was my second time coming into the salon. I got a full set last time and this time was a fill in and a nail design. I feel like the lady was a little frustrated with me because I wanted a design. She kept wiping it off and redoing it. She didnt really talk to me much which I am fine with. I noticed there was a hair in the acrylic on one of my nails. Most likely from the brush she was using because she kept pulling little hairs out of it. I told her I saw a hair but she just laughed a little and didnt say anything. I felt a little awkward but just hoped the nail design would cover it. When she finished my nails she said "thank you" and stood up and walked away. When it was time to pay she had the pay screen already up and I had a birthday coupon to use so I asked if it was applied and she said yes. When I said I was going to pay cash the total decreased by 11 dollars which weirded me out. The tip was still applied but the total dropped a lot so I was confused thinking she overcharged me at first and hoped I wouldnt notice. All in all Im happy with the nails I just wish the experience was better since I came in for my birthday and to treat myself.
