Daysi Abarca Best nail salon Thomas is great!! He knows what he’s doing what I asked for and what I got (decided to do them longer) great place and friendly staff. 1000/10 My sister did her nails with Tom Hihi also great! this is what she asked for (made some changes) and what she got it. Thank you 1000/10 both of them.

Natalie Manders I have to say I am so so pleased I went to Ocean Nails the other day. I normally do my own acrylic nails because I am VERY particular about my nails and i have had quite a few not so great experiences at other nail salons that i have been to in the past. I got this set from Amy and she did an absolute phenomenal job! Every step of the way she double checked with me to see if I was happy with the shape, length, color, etc. she spent so much time filing and shaping them, making sure every nail was perfect. I also have very sensitive skin and nails. Amy took a lot of care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!

Sharonda Davis AMAZING customer service and friendly atmosphere. I’ve been twice and had a pleasant experience both times. My nails ALWAYS come out perfect and they make sure of that. I brought my friend here this time for her birthday and she was happy with everything as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Brianna Williams Typically, I love coming here. The customer service and experience is good. Unfortunately, my usual nail tech left. My mom and I got pedicures today. She had the classic and I had the green tea. My pedicure was satisfactory. I had to ask ther nail tech to stop (twice) what she was doing to address the bleeding. Additionally, I requested medium length, coffin, french tip nails. The nails were cut a little shorter than medium, but I accepted it. I explained that my nails were not coffin shape so he had to file / shape some more. Rgis took the nail length down. The tech tried to get the shape but they still came out looking square/round. Additionally, each nail looks different. I dont think my nails are worth $75.00. I explained all of this to the owner ( she still charged me for long nails). She applied a 15% discount ($9) as a gesture, but that is the current special for Sun-Wed. She was unwilling to see my perspective. Im cutting my losses. After spending $146, Ill find a other shop.

Alaina Granado This was my first time in and I’m so glad that I chose to try this place. The receptionist was very kind and checked on myself and everyone else around me multiple times throughout the service asking if everything was okay and offering a drink. My nail technician was Andy and he was so very thorough with his work! I always worry about going to a new place but they made me feel so at ease. You could tell this wasn’t a show either, it’s how they work on a daily basis and that’s so nice to see, it makes you feel taken care of! I will absolutely be returning for my nails. Today my services were a classic manicure with dip powder. Lovely place, I really hope my review never changes because they set the bar for themselves really high!

Paola Bowman This place is great. I’ve been coming here for a while now and always have a great experience. They do amazing work and all the staff is so nice and attentive. Anthony the owner is so professional and kind. Their new helper at the front Carlos is also super nice. All the techs are awesome, hard to pick a favorite. Obsessed with my latest color pick, chrome on orange, makes for a cool copper look.

Vanessa Huebner I came today at the time they opened. There were about 10 ppl there in line. I understand they were busy but the lady that did my pedicure; was rushing so fast. I even timed her during the massage. She massaged one leg for 45 seconds. During the scrub, it was 30 seconds per leg. I was in and out in 20min. The absolute WORST pedicure I have ever had. I did not enjoy anything about it. I didnt even get my nails painted. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Aleeah Nunn Moody Annie, Tyler & Mimi always do an excellent job! Annie is very creative---but most of the other techs are as well. I absolutely love my nails every time & the hospitality with drinks & just pleasantness is very much appreciated. This is an awesome nail salon!

jocelyn I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I showed what I wanted and wasnt told beforehand he would have to hand draw it. Tyler there was great when doing my nails. He did try to do the hearts but did get frustrated when I wasnt happy with the results of the hearts after trying for 30min. Yen came up to me to tell me that the hand painted hearts wouldnt come out exactly the same and if I dont like it to get it painted all white. This is what I was charged -full set pink and white $55 -special shape $5.00 -long nail 10.00 -design 15.00 -extra 10.00 I think they charged me extra for being picky with the hand drawn heart shape. I will not recommend this place.

Erin Flippo I was hopeful to find a new salon after moving to this area and the reviews online were good. This was the most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. For my pedicure, the tools were not sanitized and were loosely in the technicians box. The exfoliating tools were not sanitized prior to, and they just dipped it in the water to clean it off before putting it on my feet. At literally every other nail salon I’ve ever been to, I’ve never been charged for getting my nails and feet done at the same time- I was charged an express fee without being told. The guy doing my nails turned to cough mid session, covered his cough with his HANDS (no gloves) and then grabbed my hands and kept working. I was in shock. Final top coat flooded my nail beds, sloppy French pedi, polish smeared and top coat on my skin (tried to attach pictures to show). $100 total. Here’s to hoping I do not get a staph infection after this session. Please do not go here if you are looking for a sanitary session and hidden fees.

Jeannine Konkle I was recommended to Nail Time and Day Spa by a family member after recently moving here about a year ago. I’ve been here a few times and used Sandy and Vicki 2 with absolutely no issues. I loved both of their work! Unfortunately today I got someone different. I came in for a soak off and new set. I stated I needed a soak off to the receptionist as well as the nail tech. I told the nail tech twice before the service started I needed my current set SOAKED off. He started filing the nails down they usually do before soaking them off. Next thing I know the nail starts popping my nails off. I did have some that had already lifted and were barely hanging on. But once the nail tech got to my thumb that was NOT lifting whatsoever he tried to pry it off. When the tech forced it off he ended up ripping my real nail from the nail bed about 1/4 of the way up my nail. Of course my nails off started bleeding and the tech asked me if it hurt as if it wasn’t supposed too. He just ripped my nails off from my nail bed and it’s bleeding!! Of course it hurts! I then stated AGAIN that’s why I said to soak them off. I wish I would have gotten a picture before the tech put the solution on it to stop the bleeding. These were supposed to be my birthday nails since my birthday is in a couple days. Now my nail is burning and throbbing in pain and will be for my birthday. If it wasn’t for me being a really nice person I would not have tipped. This wasn’t the first time I got a tech there that didn’t listen when I said to soak my nails off. I had a previous experience with another tech who I mentioned several times I wanted to soak a current set off before having a new set applied. I told the tech several times while she was trying to pry the set I had on off that I asked to soak them off. Eventually that tech soaked them off but it took 4 or 5 times telling the nail tech I wanted them soaked off.

KerriBerri Vickie 1 is the bomb. Best pedicure ever. She doesnt rush you, gets the callouses off and gives amazing massages. Would give 10* if I could.

Callie Burnett This is my new favorite nail salon. The drinks are delicious and the staff is so kind. Very clean atmosphere. Vincent is my guy! I ask for very challenging free hand designs, and he knocks it out of the park everytime.

Wood City Limits I have been coming to Onyx Nail Bar for years now. I not only get my nails done here, but also my lashes. I love the relaxing environment. I can enjoy a drink from their fully stocked bar while getting my pedicure. My nail Tech Vincent is so creative with my nails, he always has a new cool design in store for me. My favorite relaxing place away from home.

Kelli Whall I love Onyx. Their color selection is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the server goes around offering refills. They have a good variety of offerings by price point; we almost always go for a pedicure and like to switch up the package and the scent. We recently splurged for the golden pedicure - not something well do every time, but it was very enjoyable. Between the face masks, steamer, and golden scrub, it was hard to pick a favorite part. My go-to tech is Lisa and my wifes preferred tech is Hoang - they are amazing!

Chelsea Wallace Idk if i just go during the wrong hours but i got two chatty people the dude doing my pedi dropped a bottle on my leg in the water… the girl burned my nails. The whole service was sloppy and i paid 84$ for it…. And to top it off they asked for payment before service was done…. Ive never had that done in such a rude manner. They even made a scene of getting a 10$ tip when i didnt even want to tip because it was a shit show…. I barley go out to do these types of things for myself but im reminded why i really dont go out anymore.

Tee Bazzelle Absolutely recommend in every way possible! Not only were be immediately greeter and assisted, we were given a moment to enjoy the scenery. This is definitely my forever spot now. Rachel did a beautiful job on my nails. This was my first time getting Gel X and I will not go back to acrylic. Those cranberry mimosas were lovely and my daughter enjoyed her sprite topped with cotton candy. I recommend every service they offer. Side note: found them on Tiktok

Catalina V Found this hidden gem on TikTok and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to pay them a visit. I got Cara and I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, very friendly staff that ensures the guest experience is the best it could be. The drinks were phenomenal and unique. This will be our new go to spot, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. And the prices are comparable to all the other nail salons I’ve visited in the area.

Rebecca L Jenny is the best!! I come in every 3-4 weeks for a builder gel manicure and she does a flawless job every time. My nails never chip, break, or lift, and Im usually in and out in an hour. Couldnt recommend her enough!!

Jordyn Poole I have been going to this nail salon for 6 years and since it has changed ownership, the quality of services have declined drastically. When I got to the salon, there were maybe 4 customers there and many employees. The lady that did my nails was rushing through the process so quickly she was burning my nails with the dremel. When I pulled back because it hurt, she said sorry but please don’t do that so I don’t get hurt. She then proceeds to SLICE the skin around my nails with the nail file because she was filing so fast. After telling her it hurt MULTIPLE TIMES, she proceeds to do the same thing 5 times! She finished my nails, gives me the ticket and proceeds to go lay down under a blanket in the back on one of the massage chairs. I left the salon with 5 burning cuts around my nails and for what? So she could go lay down and relax. This was my very last straw, and I will never be going back!

Kara Derrick UPDATE: A manager did reach out to me and offered to let me come back in to reshape. Was still not very happy with the reshaping, but the bigger issue is the topcoat is peeling off less than a week after!! I am new to the area and drove 30 minutes away due to how good the reviews were here, but it does not live up to all those reviews. Everyone is very nice, but I asked for a rounded almond and end up with talons after asking to reshape. On top of that these nails were $70 dollars and are no where near worth that.

Chelsea Hoffman I absolutely adore this nail salon! It’s a wonderful experience taking my 8-year-old daughter here. The staff are incredibly kind to her and truly listen to her ideas. This time, she chose a cute, spooky pink design, and the results are flawless. I also enjoy getting my nails done here—they consistently do an outstanding job!

Sharon Cameron Found this place through Google & reviews. I was going to go to Ruby at nail art salon. Ended up not going due to reviews about cleanliness. I asked for Anna, she is so cool. Very kind, gentle and did my cuticles before applying nails. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. I also asked for some french tips with less ombre nails. She understood the assignment and killed it! She did good with color matching as well. Thanks Anna! She is an excellent nail tech and I will be back :)

Anabel Rogers Mietlinski Please don’t go here. Nail techs are not professional. I show the nail tech a picture of what I want. She completely gives me something off in color and shape. They don’t know how to do designs. Also, my pedicure tech left spots of nail polish around the side of my toes. First and last time at that place!!!

Taneeka Armstrong My first time going and I love it!! My nail shop closed down. And I needed a new place to go I was skeptical. Because my last nail shop did a great job. After reading the reviews I gave them a chance and I don’t regret it! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails!! I can’t remember the young lady name I think it was Angie maybe she did awesome!! Edit I went back to this salon for the second time. And lets just say they didn’t do nowhere as a good job as they did the first time!!! When I tell you my cuticles were destroyed omg. The lady that was doing them kept running the fingernail buffer all over my cuticles! Until one time I snatched my hand back because it hurt! I wish I could upload the second pics so you can see my cuticles! I’m taking 2 stars off the only reason I’m keeping 3 was because the staff was friendly!

Janet Casazza I have been coming here for a while now with my in-law. We followed our favorite manicurist and pedicureist. Peter and Laura do a fantastic job every time. We travel from Waxahachie. We both have ingrown toenails and they dont bother us anymore. Weve gone on different days and everyone has been nice. Clean but limited parking. We will definitely be back!

She didn’t speak up at the time because she didn’t want to hurt the nail tech’s feelings. However, this is not what she asked for, and we will not be returning. The heart is messed up and smudged. Alonna Neyhart Great experience! My feet were in pretty rough shape when I showed up, but Tony managed to get the callouses off and get them looking good enough for me to wear open-toed shoes. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating!

Karen allen My 6 year old daughter and I came for a mani pedi, the service was great. They were very personable. My daughter can be nervous when it comes time to get a pedicure but the pedicurist servicing her made her feel so comfortable. She was talking to my daughter, respecting my daughters request. My daughter wanted her hands to have the opposite color pattern on her feet compared to her hands and that’s exactly what she got! With out any questions, my daughter was even told how great of an idea it was. My daughter was so relaxed she felt comfortable enough to take a NAP! The manicurist continued to do her nails and even after she was done she put the seat back and ensured my daughter was comfortable so that she could continue to sleep. We have gone to places where my daughter felt out of place and like she wasn’t heard, so this meant a lot to her ( I know because she told me) and it means the WORLD to me. Thank you guys for treating her like the princess she is! For me, my nails and toes look awesome, AND I wasn’t up sold on getting things that I didn’t want, like Gel on my toes. My manicurist Linda was very nice, and she didn’t rush! She stayed and completed my services patiently, and I’m very happy with the results. I will see if they stand the test of time, if they do,they have 2 new regulars.

Audrey Davis Update to the initial review below: The initial review was based lack of customer service to make the effort to pleasing customers and delivering the quality of work deserved for the money spent for service(s). About a month later, I received a 20% text from Majestic Nail Spa and decided to give them another try. When I went to the nail salon; upon checking in the blonde Asian woman asked my name…then asked if I was the one who gave a review on google a month ago. Of course, I stated yes. She was extremely rude and stated that they could not service me because it’s the review I wrote. In other words, they banned me from their salon. I could understand is I was an irate customer who made an unnecessary scene. On the contrary, I quietly stated that I was displeased with my nails and did not force my viewpoint even after being ignored. I left and sat in the car and wrote my review. Upon returning to the salon and being told in front is everyone near, that they could not service me, my respond was, not a problem…and I quietly left. Most establishment tries to retain their customers and attempt to rectify issues. Not MNS. Be ready to be banned if you leave a negative review. —————- This is my 5th visit to the salon. I have not been 100% satisfied as of yet. I continue to come because I’m looking for a permanent place for nails salon service. On this visit the tech did not file down the dip powder, well at all. The powder is so thick on my nails, and it’s not even, My nail shaped is inconsistent. Some are filed slanted. Whenever I identify an issue with the technician and even management, they just say okay move forward. Never any correction. Never any suggestions. This is my last attempt to make this my permanent nail salon. This salon is too expensive to not receive premium service.

Bergen Smith Majestic Nail Spa is my go to! Tony did my pedicure and he did an incredible job—his attention to detail was outstanding, and he truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. Not only was he skilled, but he was also fun and hospitable, making the entire experience so enjoyable! He even gave a fantastic massage that left me feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for top-notch service with a personal touch, I highly recommend asking for Tony. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Kim Janie Wonderful place! After a long time of not getting my nails done, I went in for a full set of gel extensions with gel color over. Amy, whos also the manager, did a wonderful job. Another lady, I think named Jenny, assisted getting the gel color on and she is also a complete pro. I got short nails, with a light blue and black half-moon design. It came out so well, they took pictures for their website! I also came in on a busy Saturday evening, and my appointment ran over the closing time. Amy and Jenny still gave me a great manicure, no corners cut. Everyone was polite and friendly all the time. Highly recommend this place, and plan on making it my regular.

Rose **PLEASE READ** I’ve visited this salon a few times in the past and have generally had good experiences. Today, I got Gel7x extensions for my anniversary, but unfortunately, several nails were angled awkwardly upward, and there were noticeable gaps between the extensions and my natural nails. At first, I tried to overlook it since I’m not one to complain, but within 40 minutes, the discomfort became too much to ignore. I went back to the salon and explained the issue. The staff initially attempted to fix the gaps, but since that wouldn’t correct the angles of the extensions, I asked to have them removed. Kimberly was incredibly kind and took the time to remove the set and redo my nails beautifully—this time with no gaps and no awkward angles. I truly appreciate the salon’s willingness to accommodate me and make things right, which is why I’m giving them five stars. I won’t mention the name of the first technician, as they did a great job on the nail art, and I see this as a learning opportunity rather than a reason to criticize. If you’re a first-time customer, I highly recommend booking with Kimberly or Trang, as they both do exceptional work. I’ve attached photos of both sets from today—the light purple nails are from the initial set, while the dark blue nails are Kimberly’s work. The color change was simply to better match my original reference picture. Overall, I’m grateful for how the salon handled the situation and for ensuring I left with nails I love.

Diablo Mobile Detailing Me and my wife went here on a whim, and so glad we did. I had Cindy, she was polite, friendly and professional. Honestly one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. She was very thoughtful to make sure everything was a comfortable experience, from making sure the towels were a comfortable level of heat, to making sure her leg massage was a correct level of pressure. I’ve had a few experiences as a man in a salon where they “go through the motions” because they think I will likely not know any better. I felt a level of respect and patience with Cindy that a lot of nail techs have not given. I highly recommend going here and asking for Cindy, especially if you bring your male significant other. Incredible service. Cindy took her time, made my day, and then took on the Karen customer who had an attitude straight out of the gate. Cindy, showing even more grace and patience with her managing to deescalate the situation and calm down the customer and creating a non-hostile environment again. Got a pedicure and a show. Loved my experience here.

Miss Liz Update 11/19/24 I want to give Adam a shout out, he was so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nails came out perfect just the way and shape I like them. I had to drop a review for Diamond gave me a great pedicure and the massage was amazing – seriously, my feet feel like theyre walking on clouds! She was very nice– the whole vibe at the salon is nice and welcoming. The staff made me feel good, and those complimentary drinks? So good! Overall, I am happy with my experience.

My second visit was with Tammy... I dont think the picture does any justice. My nails are beautiful... the service is still wonderful. I will return. New Design... Amanda and Diamond were great. I have never had the same person twice (on purpose). I want you all to see the talent at this salon. I come in with a picture, and they do what they do. I love the color and design. Lea and Hailey... love my design... I call it the tuxedo look (a band I made up)... it is beautiful Today, Hannah took care of these nails. Look as at the festive details. Love love love my nails. Oh yes, I received a gift also. Best Nails is really awesome. Keep up the great service. First time I had the same person twice. I asked for Hannah, and she was available... you see the detail in the nails, the palm trees are popping... she did an excellent job... the entire team and service is GREAT! From stepping in the door all the way to completion... the drinks are nice also. New photos... something cute and simple elegance.
