Alysha Hobbs We chose this place based on reviews but unfortunately it was a Mother’s Day mani pedi gone wrong at every turn. There were 4 of us and each of us had issues starting from the moment we arrived. We called days ahead and made appointments but when we arrived they told us they forgot to write them down. That was red flag number one but we let it slide because we were sat immediately. However it turned out they took advantage of the fact that two of us had to get our previous nails removed because they left us soaking for an hour and a half and we ended up taking off our own nails. One of us got power French tip and as you can see in the pictures they turned out with bubbles in multiple pictures. Another one of us asked for acrylic with French tip design but due to the language barrier they started to do French tip acrylic meaning pink acrylic and top white. We stopped them from doing that but they continued with the pink and then painted the white tip. They then tried to charge us $80 for the nails until they agreed to remove $30 because we didn’t like them. Beware they will add additional charges for EVERYTHING and will not tell you until you pay. Example: acrylic nails base $45, remove nails $10, tips $5, $15 French tip style, polish $5. I have never been to a place where acrylic nails cost $80!!!! As you can see in the photos the pink with the French tip was not a good look and not at all what we wanted. A third person started to get acrylic nails but stopped them after they insisted on doing a colored acrylic. Not at all what we wanted and rather than listening to what we wanted they kept saying “lots of people like it you will see.” It’s like they wanted to push the more expensive designs on us rather than doing what we wanted. Finally the fourth one got the bright dip nails that turned out very bumpy as you can see in the images. The only thing that we enjoyed were the pedicures. But after all was said and done we ended up still paying over $400 for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures. None of us have ever experienced the outrageous pricing at this location. Maybe some people will have a better experience but please be aware the pricing will be extremely high.

Melanie Puterbaugh I’ve gone here 4 times now, and each time I leave impressed! Hannah is great and will work with you to get the perfect design. She is really talented. All of the nail techs are great and they spend a lot of time on pedicures as well.

Jazzmine Williams Burned my toe with the drill several times in different directions while removing acrylic despite me telling him to stop and pulling away 2-3 times. Left with it completely lopsided and uneven. I didn’t trust him to fix it without causing me more pain. Place smelled of sewage as if they were having pipe issues. I should’ve left when first walked in. Shaping was nice. He accidentally hit my big toe with his hand, putting a gash in the paint. Instead of redoing the toe right away, he put another layer of paint over it despite it clearly being uneven. I asked him to redo it and he blew me off. I had to repeat myself 3 times to which he responded he didn’t understand English. Another lady came over to translate. I told her I wanted the toe redone. She translated to him, he then said something to her in protest based on his body language. She responded, presumably telling him to do it anyway and walked off. She didn’t say one word to me nor did she acknowledge that anything was wrong. Overall experience was terrible. I didn’t feel welcome. They claimed to not have wine or liquor despite the bottles being lined up on the bar. The massage was good but that’s not what I came for. I needed my cuticles and callus removed and that was just subpar. I shouldn’t have agreed to come knowing the person I wanted to have service me would not be there. Disappointing and painful experience. Would NOT recommend.

Trin I’m posting another review since I have received a different service from my favorite nail tech, Angel! I got the dip powder on my nails with no nail extensions this time since I badly split my nail the morning of my appointment on Sunday. They came out fantastic, I got them shaped square, and the shade of purple has a subtle sparkle to it and it is beautiful! She is always so personable with my mom and I (she also got dip nails, but an almond shaped French manicure). I’m a bit more shy, but she always makes us feel comfortable and does a really great job! Book with her!

Angela Latta The best! I moved to Frisco from Detroit in Jan and I had the same nail technician for 8 years...it was a struggle to find my new tech but only after trying 3 salons, I walked into Belle Vous Beyond an instantly knew this was my place. Not only does Sam slay my designs, shape, and crazy ideas; she and the entire staff make me feel special and welcomed. I found my forever nail salon!!!

PinkTStorm Fabulous experience! First time here and was immediately greeted by a very happy and friendly Sammi who looked at pics of the nail design I wanted and was matched with a wonderful, sweet and talented nail tech, Tony! We had a great time with conversation and he did my nails with such care. Tony exceeded my expectations and made my nails better than the photos! Everyone came by with positive comments and checked in to make sure we were doing good. After so long of searching I finally found my new nail tech Tony at Grey Stone. Everybody is awesome here, so you can’t go wrong with anyone! Totally recommend!

Erin Adores Today was my first time in! I am VERY picky and today did not disappoint! Andrew greeted us as soon as we walked in! He was so helpful and happy when assisting us! Ciara did an amazing job on my gel manicure and design. I am happy to have found my new salon!

Courtney Graham Jolie is amazing. She did everything I specifically asked for and Moore she did a cute leopard print on my nail which I’m in love with and the shape and overall look at my nails is great. I am so in love. I will definitely be going back To her as long as she does nails!!!!

Natalie Mechell I have been coming to this nail salon for years. I have been very happy with their services and how they greet and know me. Anytime I have had an issue or complaint (per my picky-ness not their quality of service/work) they have been accommodating. Tony, Angie, Andrew, and David have all been so helpful and kind to me and to anyone I have brought with me. Overall, I would recommend this nail salon for their level of service, cleanliness, and quality of care for customers.

Emily The service here is the best in town! Vivian has been doing my nails for months and always does them perfectly and exactly what I ask for. Everyone is so friendly and eager to make their clients happy. American Nail Bar does not disappoint. Stop in and see Vivian and Tommy!

Janna R. Thurman I have been getting my nails and brows done at American Nail Bat in Frisco for several months now and have been nothing but pleased. Andy and Vivian do an amazing job with my dips nails. The service is awesome and the prices are very straightforward on the sheet listing that you fill out when arriving for your appointment. I would recommend American Nail Bar to anyone looking for an upscale nail experience with great service.

Bosarge Anna (Mrs. Bo) I absolutely love this location for Aria Nail Bar. Every time I come, the experience is personalized. They are so friendly and really want you to be happy with your service. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is open and lovely. Tommy has been doing my nails for a couple of years now. I have very tiny nail beds and they’re hard to work with. But he makes it look easy. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you guys for always making me feel so pretty!

Hudda Mirza Every time I come here my nails last a long time. Initially I thought the color I chose looked a lot darker on me, so Jason helped me out and him and the person who did my nails offered me free chrome. It turned out amazing and I’ll come here again!!!

Pavitra Kala My cuticles still hurt after a week of getting my nails done at this place… firstly i wanted chrome nails and they dint have the colour i asked for but the guy at the desk said choose any other similar colour ill make sure to make them look like chrome, which clearly dont and i had to use my own nail polish after coming home on top of the nails i got done as you can see in the pictures. Second and most annoying thing was the guy who did my nails hurt my cuticles filing so badly many times and when i complained he said “you get tattoos done and it hurts right but when it hurts a little on the cuticles you complain” i mean seriously?

Kaimana Namahoe Went in on Saturday and the gentleman who did my manicure was rushing. He was going so quick for the dipping process he cut nail cuticle. It’s a black matte dip manicure. 1st picture was on Saturday and 2nd picture is from today. ( it’s only Monday) My nails are already chipping. The man who did my pedicure 10/10. Just wish that these nail techs cared more about taking care of customers than getting a quick pay.

Amy X I’ve been going to Victory Nail Lounge for the past few months. They have a wide variety of nail colors you can choose from which is great! The service has always been good and consistent. I love Aiden and Simon! They do a great job.

Cindy Ciancanelli Not a nail salon I will go back to. Did a poor job on my nails. Asked for pink and white, how can you mess that up? Well you can … under my nails it was caked with filler, the white was not straight. The pink was more of a peachy color. Just a messy job!

Kathryn Modawell The massage is always the make or break deal for me and when I tell you Simon blew it out of the park… that’s an understatement. I literally will never go anywhere else! Son did my nails and has such an eye for detail. He is fantastic! 10/10 recommend this place!

Brianna Harrell I’m so sad after leaving my appointment! I’m used to getting my nails done in Frisco and have never been upcharged like today I only wanted regular paint for my pedicure & full set. They kept pushing for gel and I kept telling them paint only. I already had gel on my toes, so I was charged for that take off, but if I would’ve chosen gel they wouldn’t have charged me even though they would’ve had to take off. The acrylic on my toes needed a fill, however I asked for her to do a new one and she insisted she could make it look new. There is a huge hump in my big toe and she said it’s my nail shape. I’ve never had this issue before. I wanted French tip but she said she couldn’t with my toe shape. On my full set the artist did an acrylic set which I did not ask for I only want paint. I was upcharged for that plus they did not disclose the design I asked for would be an additional $30 to the $70 acrylic full set they charged me! I walked out paying $200 for uneven toe shapes and sizes and a $35 paint design. One of my nails literally has this yellowish tent to it. Absolute rip off and it’s sad that we have to deal with this when just trying to have time to ourselves!!

Steven was amazing at creating the design I wanted and so patient with hearing what I wanted. Absolutely love my nails and couldn’t recommend them enough! My nails always turn out stunning, long-lasting, and exactly how I envisioned them. If you’re looking for a nail tech who is both an artist and a joy to be around, Z is the one! The salon is spotless and is in such a convenient location. Everyone there is so kind—they treat you like family the moment you walk in.

They truly give you what you ask for and execute it perfectly! It took me over a year to find a nail salon like this where I live and couldn’t, so I will gladly drive the 30 minutes to continue coming back here!

Betsy Stephenson I went to this Nail salon as a surprise and I would like to say I wasnt pleased the nail technician I had she was very rough and while she was cliping my skin off my cuticle they started bleeding which usually never happens, and worst part the girl didnt care she kept going hard and rough. The whole thing seemed rushed I dont recommend you try the Cowboys Nail Bar. The gel Nail color had been left all over my finger tips, and the technicians were very rude.

Lacee Noel 10/10 recommend! Stopped by last minute for a full set. My nail tech was super sweet and made sure everything was perfect each step. Super convenient that they are open until 10 on the weekends!

Jas Went there for the first time and had an amazing experience! The salon is new, beautiful, and relaxing. And there’s a bar! The manager was so nice, helpful, and always checked on how the customers were doing. Amber did my nails and she was sweet and did such a great job. I found my new go to place and can’t wait to come back :)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I tried out the cat eye manicure with Leo and love how it turned out. I’ll definitely be back again.

Lori Ovalle My experience here was so NICE! The facility is very clean, plus the decor, seating, lighting is beautiful! I really felt welcomed & cared for by the staff since I called in to schedule an appointment, to walking in, & receiving great service for a Gel-X manicure. My nail technician (I believe his name was Jason) was very sweet & wonderful at doing exactly what I asked for. I’d happily recommend to give this lovely salon a try! :)

monica kudva I have been to Gloss Nail & Spa several times now.Their front desk customer service is great. I had Rachel the first time. While my hand nails looked good, I felt there were some tweaks that were needed. I went back to Rachel and she took my feedback and provided me some options. No attitude at all! Rachel did a fantastic job on my hands and John did a great pedicure. I have no complaints. I love my nails & will definitely be back.

Ingrid Prince Tia has been doing my nails for 5 years now and she is the BEST! She always takes does a great job and I never have ask her to redo anything. She does dip for me and it always last FOREVER. Typically lasts 3-4 weeks (see pic below). I highly recommend coming to see Tia and Andy!

Pratheesh & Merlin Varghese I was hesitant about trying a newly opened salon but went for it & I’m glad I did. Kimberly did a gel manicure on my natural nails and it’s notably the best manicure I’ve had in Frisco in the last two years. She did a great job at filing & shaping them as requested and gently filing off my previous gel polish without damaging my nail bed so I can continue to keep them healthy. Overall friendly, efficient & detailed service!

Manantiel Grove Romeo was so good I love the cat eye nails, my nails stay on for three weeks. I have been coming here for years wonderful job. Very good service and any drink at the bar it’s so clean in here and the pedicure is very relaxing.

Reese Rivas Caroline killed it once again! She is the sweetest nail tech that I’ve had in a while. What I love about her is that she checks in frequently throughout the service to ensure that I’m happy with my nails. She has a very calming demeanor and is such a sweet soul. Love my little chats with her. Won’t be going to another nail salon- Caroline is my girl! (:

Kasey Mills Absolutely wonderful experience! Caroline was the sweetest person ever. On top of that she was so thorough and did amazing work. I took a chance on this place and now I have my go to spot. Always wonderful to go in for nails and come out feeling overall happy!

Allison Olsen Caroline did an amazing job! She asked me if I liked how it was looking throughout the entire process and reaffirmed that we can fix anything I dont like. My cuticles are usually super sensitive but she was so careful and gentle.. I did not feel rushed at all. Very friendly! I spent $70 which was a little much for me but I felt like it was worth it for how quality my nails turned out and how great the experience was. Definitely coming back and asking for Caroline again. Thank you!

Kelli Kendall This is THE place. I take my mom to get pedicures with me, and she has nerve damage to her feet. It is so important that where we go the esthetician will be gentle and patient with her. Danny and Lee are the absolute best. Whenever we come in they remember us, and take the best care of my mom. The pricing is amazing - you get high quality spa experience for a fair price. There is no short cutting on the reflexology massage or the care they put into getting your nails just right. If you are looking for a place to bring friends and family, where you will be treated with respect and friendliness, and where you will get nails that make you feel beautiful and pampered, look no further because Happy Nails is that place!

Oyuyu K Have been going to this nail salon a year now. Ms kayla has been doing my nails and I can’t complain. Her work is top notch. Very neat and last long. Customer service is everything here. Clean environment with refreshments while you’re getting yourself pampered. The owner is so welcoming and you can’t tell it’s her on the floor working and just checking on the work done. Definitely my to go place.

Cece helped me pick the colours and did my nails and Trish did the cute artwork exactly as the designs I had requested. They turned out very nice. I am satisfied with the service and the friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place!

Amy L I visited Fabuluxe Nail Spa for the first time today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! From my initial call to when I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. They even offered me a mimosa and water, which was such a nice touch! I got a gel manicure and a classic pedicure, which included a relaxing massage, scrub, and gel polish. Ms. Holly did my pedi, and she was so sweet and gentle, while Anna did my mani—she was absolutely amazing, love them! The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top-notch, place was clean, and I can’t wait to come back!

Holly Von Der Ahe LOVE Fabuluxe Nails!!! By far the best nail salon I’ve found!! I searched for three years after moving here for a place that does great nails, great staff, proper hygiene processes, and maintains their polish (not diluted with alcohol)!!! This is that place!!! I love Jenny for my nails and Katie for my pedicures, they both always smash it with what I want and are so nice!!!

EmaLyn Knowles I unfortunately have thinner nails, Tee was so gentle and made sure to touch base with me through out my service to ensure I was comfortable. He was quick but detailed and did a wonderful job. The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. The person answering the phone/working the front desk was very kind. The service start to finish was absolutely amazing and I left looking cute AF

Abbi Kendziorski Tina was the best!!! I had dip done with a design and she executed it perfectly!! They were very transparent with me regarding the capabilities of each tech which was very appreciated. We were able to find a design where Tina felt confident and one I loved. I’m so happy I went here, it was an overall great experience from the customer service to the services provided. Please ask for Tina she was very sweet, patient, and talented!!!!

Mercy Mercy My daughter and I had the most amazing experience at Ooh La La Nail Spa! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is elegant, clean, and relaxing—perfect for a little self-care escape. The nail technicians are incredibly skilled and pay close attention to detail. Jason is my go to and Helen did amazing with my daughter. They took their time to ensure our manicure and pedicure were flawless, and the results were beyond my expectations!. I also love that they use high-quality products, making the experience feel even more luxurious. Alyssa Rae Tammy was the sweetest & most gentle nail tech I have ever had! She was so efficient in her work & did phenomenal. The shape is perfect, the color is better than I imagined & you could see how much pride she takes in her work. This place is so clean/sanitized which is HUGE for me being immunocompromised. The salon is peaceful & does not have any crazy overpowering chemical smells like past salons I have been to. I will definitely be coming back to my girl Tammy !!

Shaye Dodson We had our daughter’s 11th birthday party here & it went great! The customer service was fantastic & they were very accommodating to each of the girls and we got the cutest pictures afterwards with their photo wall.

Christian Polizzi I made a two hour appointment the day prior and it took almost three hours on a Saturday mid-afternoon. This was including design consultation consisting of a composite of three different Christmas nail ideas and removal of my previous dip set. The time it took was perfectly understandable. This was my first time at this nail salon and I highly recommend it. I wentwith Gel-X nails and they use Apres not their own. I wanted a sculpted look. Everyone at this establishment were very polite, professional and kind in every way. Mia was my nail technician from start to finish and she is truly talented, an artist by every right. I have definitely found my new nail technician. Mia is very gentle, detail oriented and precise. I left a very happy customer and with exactly what I was asking for. I could not be happier! I will definitely be coming back in the new year. The first photo is the set I actually wound up with whereas the rest are the individual design ideas themselves.

Kaylee Absolutely amazing service! The luxury pedicure is so worth it, both John and Brian are amazing and did a great job with painting my toes. Hannah did amazing on my nails with Nexgen acrylic. Love this place and highly recommend. They walk around and ask if you want snacks or drinks and are always so kind.

Angela DuBose Mia did an amazing job with my nails! Pink and white acrylic ombré with chrome finish. It’s hard to find someone that can do a good ombré with acrylic. Just moved to the area and I am so happy to have found them!

Sydney W Don’t mind my cuticles but I am very pleased with the turn out of my nails! Eric did my nexgen and Connie did my pedicure. It’s very difficult to find someone who can get the shape you want right every time, but Eric knew exactly what I wanted! They both did a fabulous job, I will be returning :)
