kayla ware Tina is the best nail tech at US nails! I’ve been going here for 3 years now and she does an amazing job everytime and she takes good care of her customers 10/10. This is my most recent set and I love them!

madison moore I had a great experience, and I loved my nails but unfortunately I contracted contact dermatitis from a acrylic set, and i’ve been painfully dealing with it for months now. The skin on my fingers have been peeling and itchy. They have great artist but be careful!

Nikki s I found this salon on IG and came in for a balayage. When i have gotten this service at other salons it typically takes 2 hours. After 3.5 hours i asked whether i would be done by 1pm (4 hours after start time) Stylist expected 2pm. That is the only thing i said about it until my hair was finished and washed. This was 5.5 hours after start time. I left with wet hair because i had other appintments and had not planned for an all day affair. After i was able to dry my hair there are straight bleach lines as well as orange chemical marks. I was told by stylist and manger that i rushed her so she did not "melt my roots" properly. I did not rush her and would hope a stylist would not damage hair even if they felt rushed I chose not to have my "roots done" by the stylist to attempt to fix it. The salon refunded me 95$ of the 500$ service which they said is the service charge for root color. Which makes no sense. I dont feel that i received a balayage. I certainly did not 5.5 hours is not how long a balayage takes. This was not a balayage. I did not rush the stylist (obvious from the fact i was there for 5.5 hours). All the photos are from the evening same day as the balayage.

pam truly (xoxo, pam) I went to Pink Mango Nail Lounge with high expectations already bc of all the reviews i saw on here and came out with the best, cutest nails i’ve ever had. I literally have received sooooo many compliments on this set. Lluvia was the sweetest and time flew by talking to her. I will definitely be going back to her anytime i need my nails done. I’m so happy i found this place :)

Itsel Sanchez Came in very excited to get a hair extension consultation a 2 years ago. The person who did my consult instead of selling me the product Alexa talked me out of getting extensions. I attempted to return to get a consult and the person on the phone pretty much talked me out getting extensions before even walking in here. Love this place and the owner but some of the staff is not the greatest.

Federica I loved the look of my nails when they were first done. I got them removed after 2 weeks and my nails are absolutely wrecked. It’s been almost a month now of daily nail strengthener usage and my nails have never been so bad. I’ll never go back unfortunately.

Unfortunately, almost immediately after leaving, I noticed bubbling at my nail beds and an uneven texture across most nails, leading to a very unpleasant sensation. To make matters worse, the extensions began to chip after just one shower the following day. The service felt rushed and indifferent, giving me the impression that my satisfaction was of little concern. It was a regrettable experience, and I would advise new customers to consider other options. It seems their focus is primarily on regular clientele, sidelining the needs and expectations of new visitors. Latest Update- Unfortunately, a friend of mine encountered similar issues. She was treated indifferently since they only focus on their regular clientele and she had a disappointing experience at this salon. I strongly advise everyone to carefully check the charges and ensure no one else handles the payment screen for you. When my friend confronted the technician, she laughed it off and pretended not to understand before walking away. When my friend genuinely let them know that she was disappointed with their service , the male manager who was there was very rude to her and asked her to leave. She felt super threatened.Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Be cautious with your billing at this place and I strongly recommend to find another nail salon that is way better than this place.

Lynn I came in last night for a fill and to fix a nail (my first time at this shop). Tom was the tech who did my nails. I came in around 5:30 pm or 6. He was rude he didn’t greet me nor did he try to have any conversation with me. Many times he was rough with me I had to ask him not to dig his nails into my fingers while he was filing my nails. When he used the auto drill he filed over my cuticles more than once and hurt my fingers. When I inquired on how much the fill was he told me 27 for fill 20 for length (my nails arent that long plus he filed them down) and 15 for something else totaling $62 I felt like he thought I couldn’t afford it. He never offered me anything to drink and they clearly have drinks for customers. Others around me non black were offered drinks. Towards the end I asked for a drink and he brought me a sprite he was speaking in his language with another Male tech and he made a gesture with his hands and laughed and they both looked in my direction. I was raised in Irving and I’m appalled this is how a black woman is treated when I’m spending my hard earned money. He didn’t deserve any tip but I tipped him $5. I’m the type of woman who spends $150 sometimes $200 at a nail shop who treats me properly I normally tip $20 plus for good customer service. I’ll never return to this nail shop. I left upset and disgusted by his rudeness. His work was less than satisfactory. I saw the difference in how I was treated and how others around me were treated I was the only black woman in there. How dare yu assume I can’t afford to get my nails done. When it was time for me to pay he looked like my card was going to decline lol how sad. I don’t see how they have such good reviews with someone who behaves like him Working there. If they lie and say I wasn’t there I will post the transaction I have no need to lie. If you are woman of color think twice before spending your money where you’re not welcomed. Oh and the receipt mentioned acrylic and solar fill I didn’t receive solar I’m sure of this I’ve been getting my nails done for yrs he really ripped me off for extra money so sad but it’s ok I’ll never return there.

Anastasia Yang Love how they came out. Oriana took a lot of time and care into my nails and cuticles which I appreciate. Few streaks on some nails, but I dont mind it too much. I would come back again.

Demy Hagan I did not want to drive 30 min to my usual nail salon so I figured I would give them a try, but I left disappointed. I asked for dip and as you can see the nails are very sloppy. The dip did not cover my entire nail and the color was see through on the sides and by the cuticles. The nail tech kept burning my fingers with her tools, to the point I had to keep pulling away from her bc she was hurting me. Then she charged me $60 for a simple short dip set. Most places charge $50 for medium length nails plus tip added. Then when I got home I had to file the sides because most of the nails were not filed correctly. I should’ve known things were not going to turn out well when I asked for skinny (narrow) nails and she put wide tips on. Overall, not happy with the service.

Debbie O I came here to get nails with design. When i walked in it was completely empty. I showed them what i wanted and they said they could do it. The person i spoke to was to do my nails. Instead, she sent someone else after i sat down and all they did was take off my top coat, buff and painted my acrylic nails with a gel polish and charged me 60$ under the ‘extra’ itemized category. No design. It is inconsiderate and rude to change techs on a customer without discussion or notice. People have places to be and things to do so the time should be honored and respected. My pedicure of 66$ was messy with cheap polish that continued to streak even with multiple coats applied. I guess it’s empty in there for a reason. I said this to them and I will say it again, I wont be going back. Unless you want a basic job done for 60$, i recommend finding another nail spot.

Madelyn Nelson Worst french tips, White powder all mixed in with the pink base. I pointed it out during the process and he said there was something wrong with the powder. I went back the next day to have them fix it and she just put another top layer on, barely masking the issue. And acted like they couldn’t see the issue afterwards, although it was apparent. You can see white specks all over in the photo. I didn’t find the staff very professional or the environment/ tools to be very clean. Google pics are very misleading. I would not recommend this salon.

paola Marquez STAY AWAY If I could give zero stars I would!!!! The cleanliness of the shop should have been the first sign but being new to the state I decided to try it out to be left with the worst experience EVER. it was a rush job it looks like a chop shop did them and had not a care in the world how they turned, I shared my concern with the quality received and was told it was "my own nail that why the look that " way absolutely not and was told i will give you a discount your total is $65 when that is what I was quoted when I made the appointment this has been the most unprofessional experience ever they do not care I was so upset with the work I asked to just get them painted over and they comp peeled off within 3 days

Kimberly Do First glance: nail shop is dirty and workers are unprofessional. Quality check: the techs don’t check their work. I had to ask to reshape because nails were crooked and to check under the nails because there was excess powder. I received a dip service and the tech had the drill too high. Burned me. Also did way too thick of a dip making my nail wide and fatter than they are. Dip total $55

Chelsea I got my toes and nails did. My toes are good but my nails I got red gel overlay. A man did them. It didnt last a week before my nails started chipping. And my nails are really weak. I had gel previously and instead of just buffing the top and scraping the rest of the gel off... the guy used the electric filer and thinned out my nails. My nails are exteemly weak. Im going to have to wait a long time for the weak parts to grow out. So disappointed especially when they started chipping after day 4. I wont return

CARLA MCK Hannah was really patient and great but I will not be back. I was told that two people were available to handle my dip set and my pedicure. When I arrived, everyone looked at me as if no one spoke to me on the phone about scheduling my appointment. I sat down to begin my pedicure only to find out that no one was available to do my dip set, which caused me to say for two hours in total, which is absolutely unacceptable. I could have booked an appointment elsewhere if I would have known there would have been such a wait originally called. Lastly, the very petite lady that’s checking people out needs to work on her customer service. She’s checking people out with a mask on and also has an accent that is challenging to understand but was getting upset when I asked her to repeat herself. Take the mask off when you’re checking people out. When I left, she snatched the tip from my hands and walked off. I don’t care what she recalls, that’s exactly what just happened. I thought it was best simply to walk away and I decided to not return.

Chi Nguyen I usually do not have my nails done because it is uncomfortable for my work. But thanks to Noodle, she introduced me to a new way to make my nails more comfortable and beautiful. I have received many compliments about my nails! I love it! Ask Noodle about this nail revolution technique! By the way, I like the environment here. Its clean, cozy, and family!

Amany Elraheb This place is a little gem! I was a walk-in asking for a fill in and design with a stiletto shape and Lee did amazing! My shape is great and she asked questions every step of the way to make sure it was what I wanted. And now I have a stained glass masterpiece on my hands! They were reasonably priced for the design! I’d definitely come back! I also got a gel deluxe pedicure and it was done well!

Jasmine Johnson On 02/26/2025 - just 8 days ago today I decided to go to this salon for a fill in/new set! They were not busy at all so upon arrival I was seated. I showed the nail technician an inspired picture that I got off of THEIR instagram page (chicnailsloungeirvingtx) & based off her reaction to the picture I could tell that she wasn’t too sure however I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After she removed the work previous done by them on 02/09/2025 she began to file them. Filing was so horrible that I had to ask to file them myself. She proceeded to attempt french tips & they were uneven *I gave her tips on how to make them even*. She moved on to the designs & it was an epic fail. Nothing was done correctly/neatly & I advised her that I did not like anything about them. She as well as the 2 men working were speaking in their language in which I could tell she was asking for assistance on how to complete the inspo. They allowed her to practice on my nails for nearly 2 hours before taking over! I watched people that arrived after me leave before me! The guy that answers the phone eventually came correct everything due to her accepting that she couldn’t complete the inspo. Another young nail technician arrived & stood over me along with the mid age technician that was previously working on my nails LAUGHING pointing & speaking in their language - at this point i’m annoyed. He did GREAT however they took too long with assistance knowing she wasn’t qualified. I also STILL paid full price! Due to it being practically empty there’s no reason I should’ve been there 3hrs. Please note that it is OK to tell a customer you’re unable/uncomfortable with completing certain designs - IT IS OK & IT SAVES TIME!

Maya Valencia - Guzman I came to get my nails done, he did the shape and style I wanted but with the polish he only did 1 coat of each color and even filed off the gel off the side of the nails and its started peeling and to pay $65. I just got them done saturday . I asked for white and black and it was about an hour and a half before they closed so I didnt want them to stay late.

Jazmine Corbin I got an overlay for 50 dollars. It literally took less than 20 mins to complete the set. I usually pay $35 for an overlay at this same place. I will not be returning. Simply outrageous.

Shawna Abraham I would give this place negative stars if allowed!!! This is by far the WORST nail salon to ever go to! Mine and my daughters full acrylic sets popped off by themselves within the first 24 hours of having them. My nieces gel polish completely peeled off within 12 hours of having them done. None of the nail techs listened to what we wanted. My nail tech tried to switch me with 2 other customers, and when she was unsuccessful, she paid more attention to other customers than me. She applied glue and powder on the skin surrounding my nail to the point that all of my fingers were raw when the nails popped off. They didnt do the basics of a manicure either; no cuticle trim or nails cut to the appropriate length for an acrylic set. I had to wait 10 minutes while the nail tech ate her food in front of me at her station. There were nail techs and customers yelling to talk to each other so they could be heard because of the number of people in salon. There were a significant amount more of things wrong here.. They dont do refunds either!!!

Amy Rash I’ve come here several times and always received excellent service. I’ve had their standard gel pedicures, and I typically get a gel manicure with a builder gel base as add on. Their team is so fast and friendly! I’ve come both with and without an appointment and never had any issue with wait times. Also the space is nice and clean, and you don’t feel on top of the client next to you. Check it out!

Ne Celi I spent $120 in total. I paid 20% service fee. When I asked for pedi price Ive been advised that pedi was $35. I already told them I wanted in Gel but at the end of payment I got charged more. This could be miscommunication but overall I was not satisfied with my result. They said its due to my nail but Ive been doing my nails for 10yrs in different shop with same condition of nails and this never happened. They only blaming on my nail condition. If they knew this was going to happen then why didnt they inform me? Like they said if this was going to happen, who would want to pay over $100 for nail that is not gonna last you a week. All my nail edge has been lifting up since day 1. Customer service was awful. I would not come back to this place.

neekita khatri I had the worst experience at this nail salon, and I will NEVER be coming back. From the moment my appointment started, the nail technician seemed like he was in a rush and didn’t care about doing a good job. He was extremely rough with my hands, and by the time he was done, my cuticles were actually bleeding! He didn’t even take the time to properly buff my nails, and the whole process felt rushed and careless. On top of that, the final result was awful. My nails look uneven and poorly done—definitely not what I was expecting or paying for. If I wanted a sloppy, painful nail job, I could’ve done it myself at home for free. The lack of care and professionalism here is unbelievable. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you actually want good service. This place is not worth your time or money, and I would never trust them with my nails again!

Dez Ceil Nail Lounge, located in the lovely Las Colinas area, is conveniently situated and offers a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the fact that I was able to walk in during the middle of the day and be seen right away – no waiting! The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing, creating a relaxing environment. The prices initially seemed reasonable, with a full set of acrylics starting at $45. However, the cost quickly escalated. I opted for a single, simple design, and a removal, and the total price ballooned to nearly $100. While the service was prompt, the time spent on a relatively basic design felt a bit excessive. Overall, while Ceil Nail Lounge scores points for its location, beautiful interior, and quick service, the final price and the length of time for a simple design were a bit disappointing.

Kristen I recently visited Ciél Nails for a pedicure with my two daughters, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On November 21, while one of my daughters was getting her pedicure, the technician cut her cuticle on two of her toes. Despite my daughters repeated requests for the technician to be more careful, she continued to experience pain and even cut a second toe. After spending $245 for three pedicures and my nails, I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns. The next day, I noticed that my nails started lifting. After returning from out of town the day after Thanksgiving, I went back to Ciél to seek assistance. The nail technician, Katie (who did my nails the first time), was called to fix my nails, but she reacted negatively, speaking loudly to her colleague and blaming me for the issues. During the process, she was rough and even cut my cuticles while trying to shave my nails down. Afterward, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who was incredibly kind and understanding. He expressed shock at the condition of my nails (for the second time) and assured me that he would discuss the situation with his manager. He offered to have my nails properly redone, which I appreciated. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care from the staff was disappointing. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services in the future.

Abi W First time coming here and I was impressed! The salon is very clean and there was no wait on a busy Saturday, the staff stayed on top of everything without making you feel rushed. My technician Long did an amazing job with the foot massage and French tip. I think people might find the massage to be more intense than another salon, but I think that’s what makes this salon stand out. The wooden tool used to release pressure points was new to me and I loved it! Long made sure to check that the temperature was good for me before placing any hot towel, wax, or stones, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend Ciel for a luxury experience at a reasonable price.

Hannah Batchelor Changing my review!! I have had these nails for not even a week! I then came back to get 2 nails fixed! N right after leaving the salon AGAIN one falls one..Tiffany was my nail tech she does good designs but tbh doesn’t do my nails right..she told me it’s because my nail or finger is too small n that’s why they didn’t last NO I have my own nail tech n when she does them for me that lasts for weeks but she was too far at that time so I wanted to go somewhere new n I end up getting a cheap job done! Never coming here again!

Hiba Abdullah Best nail salon in the area by far. This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who works here is incredibly polite, respectful and attentive. They have the latest colors, designs and styles and offer complimentary drinks as soon as you walk in! The ambiance, talent and energy in here is absolutely the best I’ve seen from any nail salon. I am so happy with my nails, they are clean, perfectly shaped and beautiful! Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She helped me select the color I wanted and took her time to perfect my catseye design. 5 stars.

She took the time to ensure everything was perfect, from shaping to polish application, and the results were flawless. Cayenne Price Love this nail salon! I’ve been looking for a “go to” salon for two years and finally have settled on Nail Lounge. They do a great job every time and have a huge variety of colors/services. Would definitely recommend!

gabby valadao DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I never leave bad reviews because I feel bad for the company but this company clearly doesn’t feel bad for their terrible work. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this is by FAR the worst place I’ve ever been. First they quoted me an amount over the phone and I specifically said I wanted French tip and they said it was $65. After they did the nails it jumped up to $80. When I said I was quoted $65 they said it’s typically $25 extra for French but we’ll only charge you $15 extra this time. They have to be so delusional if they think I would believe it’s typically $25 extra for a white line. Then not even 24 hours later TWO of my nails POPPED OFF . By the end of the day SIX of my nails had popped off. This is insane and they offered to fix but why would I keep coming back and inconvenience myself?? They only thing they offered was $50 back and when I asked if they could at least return $65 because I paid $80 they said “we don’t bargain it comes out of my paycheck when we refund” which is INSANE like the $80 didn’t come out of my paycheck for their terrible work. Press on nails would’ve lasted me longer than this. READ THIS REVIEW AND DONT EVER GO HERE IT IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!!!!!! The picture I added was only about 24 hours after I got them done.

Ana Vega My pedicure was excellent. My do full set was good except a few flaws like she was in a hurry to have them dry that a few of the nails messed up and she didnt clean up my nails afterwards. My facial wax was going good until she kept on applying the used strip on the area she already waxed thus peeking my skin off my cheek. I have a burn on my face now. I have her to because she has to make a living and maybe shell learn from this review.
