Damariz Delgadillo First time at Chloe Nails and I loved my nails. I got them done with Mimi she did amazing really kind and loved her work. I asked for acrylic French tip and she did amazing. I’m so obsessed with my nails. I will be coming back with her again. Place was so beautiful and relaxing.

Carmen Fuentes Absolutely loved this place!! Wendy was the tech that helped me and she hit it out of the park!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she brought it to life. Will definitely be going here for all my services!!

Erika Alaffa It was my first time here and I was sincerely impressed. The salon has a nice, spa like aesthetic. The smell and ambience was welcoming. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30 and Tony and Tiffany were ready and attentive, they sprung into action! Our matching nails set were exactly like the sample we showed them, the material of the acrylic nails and materials they used felt and look like top quality! Overall, it was an amazing experience here, we will definitely be returning!

Mariel Lopez I’ve never had any issues at this establishment, but today I went in for my regural pedicure and the young guy nail tech ruin my experience with them, the job was so poorly done by not painting my nails right but ended up painting my toes as well. Then another nail tech, a girl this time, try to fix it and gave me several cut on my toes, I did not want to continue with the whole pedicure of getting the massage on my legs or anything else since this took 3 full hours of my day. Did not get a discount or anything even charged me a full price for half the job.

Juliet Gonzalez The service was fantastic. I was warmly greeted with smiles and felt very welcomed. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. I’m thrilled with my nails—they’re almond-shaped and a warm pink color, if I’m not mistaken. 10/10

Melba Torres Great service, my daughter and i went to do our nails and the girls janet and kathy were very friendly and professional, they made us feel very comfortable (it was our first time going there),they did an excellent job and we loved our nails. We will definitely go with them from now on.

FernZ First time getting a pedi and gotta say I felt like I was a long time customer. Kayla was amazing and took care of feet while being professional and courteous. For someone’s first time I am definitely going to be returning.

Jessica Gomez Outstanding for an RGV nail shop! Beautiful facility, and lots of attention to detail. I highly recommend the dip on your fingers and the blue diamond pedicure.

Angela Salinas Got a basic manicure on Saturday. Nail polish started peeling completely off not even a day later. I did not do any hard labor or anything of the sort to cause the polish to just peel off on its own. Little by little they just started coming off but I did notice from the very beginning that the polish looked wrinkly and scratchy. The polish was not applied evenly and there were some patches on my nails. My cuticles were also pushed back a bit too much and now I have scabs and redness on them. I also got an eyebrow wax and the girl did a decent job but she did get wax in my hair and couldnt get it out. I called to get a refund but they told me no so oh well. The ladies were nice and all but the job they did was mediocre at best and they need to practice more. I would not go back.

Shannon Miller Received the best pedicure I have received in some time. It was pleasant relaxing and un rushed. The facility has a great ambiance. The technician did a superb job. I’m not from Texas but whenever I visit the area I definitely will return to get a manicure and pedicure. I recommend the Nail Factory if you wanna receive excellent services.

Edna Perez Took my 9 year old daughter and asked for 15-20$ package they had on the service list that included the nail polish scrub and nail clean . They sat her down and worked on her while they had me in the waiting area. Her nails were horrible and with dirt under her nails. I ended up paying $30 because the lady said they put my 9 year old daughter the gel polish I did not ask for when I just wanted the package I pointed to her. I didnt want to argue so I paid because it looks more bad on the business them charging whatever they want when I clearly stated before hand what they should have done . First and last time I ever go there and definitely don’t recommend this place where they clearly only care about never seeing clients again and trying to screw them over. Also its a very tense place where everyone working there seems to be upset or in a bad mood.

Paulina Ramirez I’d like to start off by saying I initially left the salon happy with the experience. I like my full set and I’m happy with it. However I’m so unsatisfied with my pedicure. I went in yesterday 01/31 and by today 02/01 I noticed the some of the gel on my toes was lifting and that the gel had been placed and cured on the skin. I feel like this could have been avoided if she had applied the gel more carefully. When I tugged my skin to separate it from the gel, the whole gel (design and base coat) came off. Again this could have been avoided if applied properly. I initially didn’t mind the pricing because the ambiance was enjoyable but now I’m disappointed that I spent 65$ +5$ tip for a pedicure that didn’t even last 24 hours. And now I have to spend double the money to get a new pedicure elsewhere.

Moni Gonzalez Service was excellent! I called to see if they had availability for a walk in and they did. Super thankful they were able to take me in at the last second. I felt welcomed, everyone was nice and the price was not bad ! Plus they have water , coffee and tea . I highly recommend coming here.

Wonderful nail tech, took her time with the design, great attention to detail, creative, suggested few modifications to original design that turned out awesome. Abby Arnold Renee did an amazing job on my nails! I get so many compliments. They have the “cat eye” effect which looks so cool. Renee tried out a few different color combos for me on tips so I could see which one would look best and was so thorough. Will definitely return!

Michelle Cordova First time we came to get our nails done here today and it was amazing! Super clean and comfy environment and the absolute best nail techs. Heber did my nails and they are perfect! He was super gentle and quick and fun to talk to and my nails look amazing! Im so glad we came here and will definitely be back!

Karina Sandoval Amazing salon! Staff is super friendly & nice. I went to get my nails done for my birthday & I showed them an inspo picture. The owner Kelly did an amazing job! She took her time to get my nails right & made sure they were perfect. She made them look exactly like the picture. They offered me a water or a soda, which was very thoughtful. This was my first time here, & the staff made me feel very comfortable. Thankful for this salon, will definitely be my go to nail salon now!

Nelia Hernandez I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. This place is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. The owners are very professional and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in and offer you water or a glass of wine. My pedicure was done by Sidney and Thomas the owner did my acrylic nails. I was very happy with the results. Both Sidney and Thomas were very friendly. I highly recommend this place for your next pedicure and nail appointment.

janely posadas Tiffany is your go to gal for a full set nails & all the other girls are friendly & will adjust your pedi to your liking if you speak up about it! Everyone is friendly & welcoming! Love it here!

ALEXIA M. PATINO My experience was absolutely awful. Im pretty sure the owner’s wife did my nails, and she was incredibly rude, not saying a word or asking any questions. I simply told her what I wanted—French tips with gel. Instead, I was charged for and given shellac, and I have no idea what kind of style these nails are, other than ugly. I would probably be able to find press ons that look better than these awful nails she gave me. To top it off, I was charged for shellac removal, even though I came in with bare nails. She also didn’t apply any cuticle oil or offer any aftercare. My original total came out to $210 because she added a $40 tip for herself, which I did not agree to and DID NOT pay simply because she didn’t deserve it. I ended up paying $172 when I removed the tip she gave herself. The only positive part of my visit was the lady who did my pedicure—she was fantastic, attentive, and my pedicure turned out great!

They have snacks and refreshments while you wait, a large flat screen for entertainment, and youll even enjoy fun back and forth banter with the owners. All the staff members seemed happy and welcoming, and I loved that someone periodically walked around offering complimentary snacks and drinks. Mari and Sandra were amazing! Another huge plus was the lack of a language barrier, making communication effortless. To top it off, my nails turned out beautifully—I got shellac on my feet and dip on my hands, and they matched the colors perfectly. Given the quality of service and the location in North McAllen, the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Annaleah Lozano My first time here and I will be coming back! The employees were so nice and patient with me. I told them I’m really bad with my nails and don’t know much about the differences between what they were offering. I told her I wanted dip and a manicure so they explained it to me before getting started. They offered water and had a movie playing while the tech worked on my nails. She did amazing! She took her time to make sure they looked good and I am so happy with the result!

Lisa Cazares This salon desperately needs a manager. How can a responsible business owner leave his salon without leadership and expect things to run smoothly? My 80-year old mother had a scheduled appointment at 12 noon for a shellac pedicure and acrylic nails. It’s 2:15 and she’s been moved to four chairs while they find someone to do an overlay. There are multiple nail teks available but front desk says none can do acrylic. Then why schedule her? Sapphire Nail Salon takes mom in and completes her pedicure and nails in two hours without issue. Their owner is always present to ensure her business runs smoothly. Can’t say the same for Allure. It’s not the nail techs fault, it’s lack of management. Wow.

Rolando Gomez Started going back to this place and been getting good pedicures and customer service. However went in today and saw they had new staff and I had a nightmare pedicure. The lady was horrible, rude, and I could tell she was rushing through my pedicure. I was being patient with her until she cut the top of my pinky toe when she’s was scrubbing my feet. When I questioned her urgency to finish quickly, she immediately became defensive and told me I had a bad attitude and told me to leave. I’ve been getting pedicures for years and never been treated like this or been cut before . The old staff, the lady from Rio grande city were so nice, patient, and thorough when giving pedicures. I will never go to this place again as long as this lady is working there.

Timbermutt Honestly, I had such a nice time! I went with my mom, she got a nail and pedicure, and I myself got a pedicure aswell...since its by appointment, they really take their time, not rushing. Hilda is very nice and welcoming! Everything was nicely kept, clean, and hygienic. The service was 10/10. Overall the price was fair for what we received! Definitely will make this my go to nail salon ☺️ Was the most relaxing nail salon Ive been too in a long time
