Andrea Galvan The pedicure was okay but seemed like I was burden to the staff. All I got was a simple white French tip gel manicure and it was poorly painted. For the price I was told i was expecting better.

Jennifer Lujano I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. I always have a great experience from the moment you walk-in, you’ll be greeted. Ann does a flawless job on my manicures. I’ve shared mani inspired photos and she always executes or does better. I get the best pedicures here, always leave with my feet feeling and looking refreshed. I have always walked out satisfied with whatever it is we get done, nails, toes eyebrows etc. These people have become our family and have always been so welcoming. Making sure we are happy with what we get done and do exactly what we want if not MORE! ❤️ The employees are beyond sweet and dedicated to their business. Addy Hilliard I have never had a better experience! Super friendly and great customer service, even offers drinks! Rachel did these gorgeous nails for me for my upcoming concert and she made them look better than the reference photo I used! I also got a pedicure and a french tip on my toes, these flawless nails, and an eyebrow wax and it took less than two hours. Amazing results. 100% recommend!

Ama Hot shot I had such a wonderful experience at Gravity Nails! The salon is beautifully designed, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appt. My nail technician took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed perfectly. The attention to detail was amazing, my nails turned out flawless! And my pedicure was so relaxing! I’m beyond happy with my nails and pedicure, will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Gravity nails!!

Alexis I went for a simple “clean up.” The girl in charge immediately called it a manicure, which I kept correcting. The girl doing my clean up filed my nails horribly and they were all jagged and uneven. I was trying to be nice and explain how they were uneven and the girl was visibly getting upset so the other girl came and made them uneven too!! Like seriously? Now I’m out $22 and I shouldn’t have even paid because the service was awful and my nails look terrible.

Haylee McBride Guy who did my manicure kept complaining so much about the previous client wanting two nails fixed. He rushed on mine and didn’t clean up underneath. They weren’t terrible, but definitely noticed how off they were when I left. Probably won’t return.

Destiney Lira I want to start by saying my experience at the nail salon wasn’t bad at all. I actually enjoyed myself. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I paid about $200 for both services including a tip. I am giving one star because my gel polish was completely off the nails in only 2 days and chipped off others. My nail broke off in a week. If I’m paying that much I do expect for them to last at least 2 weeks.

Steph James Gentleman was nice and place wasn’t busy when I first arrived. It started getting busy and ppl coming in and out and the man got so nervous he was rushing through my set! I noticed and kept pulling my hand out of the uv light to look closer and he said to stop that they would look good once finished. Well he finished and asked if I liked them and I said no! He was nice about it but instead of offering to fix them he said come back tomorrow. They were so tacky and bumpy I was so disappointed! Everyone going in to get their nails done knows how long the work takes so I don’t know why he was rushing! I will not ever be going back! He did my daughters nails as well and the work was very bad!! I attached both photos! I ripped them off and went to Heavenly Nails, I heard very good things and they did not disappoint!

Mayra Alvarado DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! My nails got botched so bad,I’m so embarrassed I can’t even go back to fix them because it was sooooooooo ghetto in there, no AC, & just plain filthy. My nails are crooked & bumpy because the guy was rushing for no reason …..I’m so sad I wasted my money here…..

Lucas Traweek Very sweet staff, but the store is absolutely filthy. Nail dust everywhere, clutter everywhere. Not a very relaxing atmosphere. Again the staff was very kind and sweet the dip I got is very lumpy and looks like I need a fill already. I will not be going back.

Amber Reynolds This place is hands down the best place I have found in the Midland area to get my nails done, they genuinely care about their customers. When I took my mom (who is paralyzed) in to get her nails done they tried so hard to figure out a way to get her into the foot tub so they could take care of her feet. Unfortunately we couldnt but they did take care of her the best that they could. They were super sweet & her nails looked great! Mine & my daughters were also amazing!

miranda muñoz I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail spa salon in the area! I will be definitely be coming back, everyone was really nice and made me feel welcomed even with a toddler with me! My feet feel and look amazing and my hands are prettier than ever!!

Nikki Lane This place never disappoints! I absolutely love Brittany! Ombré coffin nail shape. She’s fast and thorough and the price is fair for the time it takes to provide these nails. 10/10 only place to go in midland I also love the drink offer when setting and they give the best pedicures!

Cristina Martinez I went here for the first time yesterday cause my regular salon was busy and I was not disappointed! Leo did such an amazing job on my nails, he did exactly what I asked for and replicated the picture I showed him perfectly. He was very fast but not rushed, you can tell he knew what he was doing. If you have any doubts dont! The price, service, and end product were all great. I think Im gonna start going here from now on.

Cindy Vo I had an amazing experience at Organic Nail Spa! The salon was clean, the staff were friendly, and my nails and toes turned out perfect. SUPERIOR when it comes to pedicure services and selection. I got the SPECIAL PEDICURE: I never experience fresh cut oranges. Everyone was so skilled and paid attention to every detail. Abundance of color choices to pick from as well. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend! Worth the price!

Rome Harrison The atmosphere is breathtaking, the customer service is amazing! I always get the King pedicure and let me tell you it’s like floating on clouds! The attention to detail is beyond belief!!! I love it here!!! The manicures are great and the eyebrow wax is on point!! All around the best spa I’ve ever been to!! The drinks they offer are amazing as well!! The staff know how to make you feel special!!!

Melissa Sheley RAVE: I just got the BEST pedicure from Organic Nails. They switched to using disposable pedicure kits so the same tools aren’t used on every person. It’s super clean and the pedicurist gave an amazing massage. They were already great but they really upped their game!

Nallely Delgado Don’t ever go get your eyebrows done here. Skinny lady at the front, messed up both my eye brows. I have my brows micro bladed so I have them shaped. I literally just needed them clean around. Well she waxed way past my shape and left them super thin! So upset

Christina Lunsford I have to say service was beautiful, not a problem there. They were very kind. but I was over charged by far. Paid 65 for a pedicure when I told the lady I wanted the 45 dollar one....and then paid 130 for some basic nails. So after I tipped both people 20 before I knew my total, my total was 192. 230 altogether, No thank you. Simply because of the price I wont go back unfortunately.

Chelsea Curry I just moved to Midland from out of state and Gossip Nails & Spa is right up the road from our neighborhood. This was so lucky!! The owners and staff were so kind and extremely professional. This will be my new go-to-spot!

Brooklyn Wynn This was my first time going to Gossip nails and I was extremely impressed! I was seated right away, the staff was very friendly, the salon was nice and clean, everyone was chatting and the environment was very friendly and welcoming! My nails came out perfectly and Cam and Ty were very sweet and gentle! I was pleased with the pricing as well!! I will definitely be returning!!

Brandi Reese I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and had the best experience. They allowed me to sit and wait in a pedicure massage chair rather than in the front until someone was able to get me. They were very friendly, engaged with their customers and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Kimmy did my pedicure and I absolutely adored her! She talked off and on the whole time and did not rush through the pedicure at all. I expressed to her that I had an in-grown bothering me and she took her time working on that for me which was so appreciated. Kaden did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. He listened whenever I explained what I wanted (even though it was basic) and I could tell they truly care about the health of your nails. They are pricier than other places I’ve been but worth it in my opinion for a great experience and service. I will absolutely be back and recommend Gossip Nails to others.

Emily D Welch The only reason I’m giving it a 3 instead of a 1 is because my nails do look good. The issue is with how long it took to get started and finished. I walked in at 12:07pm on a Thursday afternoon, thinking this will take about a hour to do a basic pedicure and a full on my nails. They got me sat in a pedi chair and started working on removing the gel in my toes. They didn’t run any water in the basin until the gel was completely off my toes, which took about 15 mins to do, bc she kept answering her phone while working on my feet. Mind you, it’s December and it was chilly. Like I said, I got the basic pedicure, but the massage in my legs was absurd. All it was, was the tech rubbing the scrub on my legs. There was no massage. After my toes were done, she sat me in a chair for nails. I sat there for another 10 mins waiting for someone to come and start my nails. After waiting for 10 mins, the same girl came up to me, VERY close to me, placed her hand on my shoulder and asked if I wanted something to drink (she was too close to me, in my personal space for sure) I had my cup with me so I said no. After this, she finally sat down and started removing the gel from my nails. Once complete, she said, “he’s almost done back there. When he’s finished, he’ll come up here and take care of you.” And then walked away. The guy who was supposedly supposed to be doing my nails was literally walking around the place texting on his phone. Finally when my boyfriend came in to give me the hotel key, he sat down and got started on my nails. I left the salon at 2:30pm sharp. I think it’s absurd that it took 2.5 hours to do a basic pedicure and a basic fill. I’ve never had it take that long. Absurd.

Cassie Hernandez 5/5 stars! Heavenly Nails Salon exceeded expectations again! My nail technician was meticulous and thorough. The results? Flawless nails that lasted a month without lifting. Impressive! Highly recommend for quality and longevity.

lashone lashone This place has a few nail techs that don’t have a clue what they are doing and they also over charge. Got charged the same for a super short set as I did my super long set. Pricing doesn’t make sense. Also change $25 extra for shellac on my pedicure. The picture posted was a $65 set. I typically pay $65 here for a much longer length

Loren Lopez Regular customer here. I came in for a nail fill only to get the fill not the same color as my previous set. I mentioned it to them when I noticed without them telling me. They said chrome would cover it but I asked to see the chrome before he did all of my nails to see if I’d like it. I did not like it and so I asked to do white shellac. He kept huffing, pulling my arm hard, and shuffling his things almost as a throw. When I asked the manager to take my set off because the paint was uneven and patchy he told me basically that’s how white looks. Had I known I would have went a different route before we did white but I’m not professional and wasn’t sure how they expected me to know that without voicing it to me. I was asked to pay for the soak off and fill. I have never complained there and normally love their work. This situation showed me they don’t care for loyal customers and would rather not help and get an attitude when a customer voices an issue.

Amber McGuire This well decorated nail salon has won themselves a new patron after a long, luxurious pedicure. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed with the size and decor of the space. All the massage chairs were brand new, and some of the nicest Ive seen. I ordered a pedicure that included a milk soak, real aloe vera leaf rub, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax treatment. The gentleman who took care of me took a lot of time, paid attention to sanitation, and was very thorough throughout the whole pedicure. I just got a glitter shellac, so not a fancy design. My feet and legs felt and looked fabulous afterward. I am looking forward to another trip next week.

Katie H My daughter had her birthday party there this morning. They opened early just for us, provided drinks and snacks for all the 8 year old girls, and all around did an amazing job. I am beyond impressed and I highly recommend them!! Thanks so much again signature nail bar!

Ashleigh Hoagland Love this nail salon! The team is polite and friendly! I am always greeted warmly when I walk in the door. I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple stylists, and each one is professional and provides A+ service. I had to go 4 weeks in between fills - life gets crazy - and you would never know! The quality and professionalism of this team is amazing! I bring kids for pedicures too and they do a great job with them. Very patient and kind. Needless to say, I would highly recommend!

Shelley Moore Tammy and the staff are amazing. Always willing to accommodate. They have a full line of polishes and services. Friendly! Tammy has been my nail tech for over 7 years. I no longer live in the area but every time I visit I make sure she does my nails. Trust me when I say a good nail tech is hard to find…..went through 8 in 10 months while living in Indiana. She knows what she’s doing and is quick and efficient.

Elizabeth Holden 10/10. We do not live in Midland but go often to shop. We normally get our nails done in the town we live in but lately its been frustrating with our local shop. I told my daughter we should look into a place in Midland, called Midland nails. Was able to scheduled that day. By far the quickest, cleanest, cutest fill in weve both gotten in MONTHS. We both do a design, my daughter a 3D. We were in and out within an hour. Carrie and Ryan were amazing. The owner was super friendly. I will drive to Midland once a month just to have our nails done.

Hailey Cooper So me and my friend went to this salon and the people were friendly and clean but the thing I want to complain about is not even a week after we went my shellac toe nail polish peeled off and my nails didn’t look good so I went back they fixed the toes no problem! I asked if my nails could be reshaped and the design fixed after reshaped and they charged me $20 extra dollars on top of what I had already paid the day we went and this is how my nails look! My nails are scratched from the drill and the design doesn’t even look good nor the shape for the price and quality I will probably not be back! And I didn’t want to go back or call because it would have been my 3rd time

Nicole S. Favorite place in all of the Midland area! Every person in there is so detailed oriented and precise! My gel polish has lasted at least 3 weeks, and Im really hard on my nails. This last time I went, my nails grew way out before my polish started wearing off. Love the team at Shine!
