Yesenia Gomez I am new to the area since December and needed a new nail place. I am so happy to have found Shadow Creek Spa. Ava did my first two sets. She did amazing!! Its hard to find someone who doesnt do bulky nails. They look natural..not thick as other nail techs do. Ava was not available last time I went in, so Lily did my nails (red), and she did just as great! Love them ❤️ definitely a repeat customer.

Han Bui Do not come here. I came for a simple removal of Gel-X Nail extensions and the lady burned my cuticle multiple times and thinned out some areas of my nail to the point where it started to burn into my nail bed. Morover she still left some of the gel-x nail on my natural nails. This process took 1 hour. It took forever and they damaged my nail multiple times. Will never come back. The photo is the remaining gel-x Im peeling off my nails.

Stephon Quinn Today was my first visit and man this place exceeded my expectation! Hospitality was amazing! Happy hour nail specials! Jacklyn did Amazing on my manicure. Barely had to tell her what her what to do. She was wonderful. Jessica did my pedicure and let’s just say I’ll be back to see both of these ladies! Thank you!

Desaray Russell Hello today I am trying my hardest to be cordial and work with this company. I got my nails done on Sunday 2/23 & it is now 2/25 that my nails look like this. First I had to get 2 different people to do my nails on Sunday because I spoke up at the nail shop how my nails are incorrect. I called & requested a refund but at first I was told “no refunds” “no nail shop does refunds”. I then assured them I work within the same industry so I know that is false I’ll just speak with my bank, someone else contacted me from a cell phone stating I can get a refund if I come into the shop. I stated multiple times I work on the other side of town & they will be closed when I can come in & I was told “just come on your vacation time”. This place will do a bad service & then make it difficult for you to get your money back do not recommend. This has been the worst experience since the owner switch. They have not tried to work with me just want me to come in & get “free stuff” I just want my money back & to wash my hands with this company

Nadia Hernandez I LOVE coming here to get my nails done… they always come out looking amazing. I didn’t like the base and didn’t even mention it but he KNEW it wasn’t something I liked and he took the time to remove it and find the perfect one for me. Amazing place I would never go anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding, they connect with you! That’s what makes them stand out the most is their connection to their customers!! 10/10

Grace Baker This was my second time coming to this salon, and although there was a bit of a wait, the service was great! We were asked multiple times if we needed any thing to drink while we waited, and the host was very kind. My stylist, Cindy, was very kind as well! She was able to take my idea and turn it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. She was very nice and we had great conversation while she did my nails. I will definitely be requesting her more when I visit this salon.

Rosemary Morrell I have been trying to give this place a chance since it’s so close to home. There’s usually a small issue every time I go. This last time was awful. The lady doing my toes cut me twice then put orange on the toe she cut. The lady doing my nails spilled acetone all over my shirt and pants. The dip powder was uneven around my cuticles because she didn’t bother to prep my nail beds. I had her fix the uneven nail bed. The top coat was rushed and their dust under it making it rough and ugly. The only way to fix the bad dip was to totally redo them and I was already there 2 hours. Also, no one offered my anything to drink. I asked three times and they either didn’t hear me or ignored my request. When I went to check out all they offered was 10% off the pedicure service ($6 off….) That’s not combinable with my reward points. Don’t waste your time here.

AYLIN ESTRADA My experience with Mykieu ( my nail tech ) is always superb! I love my nails. She’s so good. She’s fixed my nails even when someone else screwed them up. She’s so chill to talk to it really makes the the ambiance more comfortable.

Overall I am satisfied with the service I received today. This is my second visit to this salon and I have been happy with my nails both times!

GRACE LOPEZ I had a very pleasant experience today at Pure Organic Nail & Spa. I was greeted with friendly smiles and was seated right away. Ling assisted me and helped me choose the best color that I was looking for with the photos that I brought in. I love the shape and color and I had a wonderful experience. Ling is very talented and friendly and my nails and cuticles look better than ever!

Christy Stover Their pedicure service was absolutely relaxing. Alley just took her time to do an amazingly thorough job! She did very quality work for scrubbing and cutting all of my cuticles and just taking care of my feet. The fill was great too. She even made sure each nail was even and smooth. Great application of the polish as well.

Im very picky when it comes to how my nails need to be painted, how even it should be, where it should stop, etc. They always nail it. Highly recommend this place!

Iymen Baharon This is the best salon in town! I personally never liked getting my nails done at a salon but I decided to give it a go. They did not disappoint! My nails came out absolutely perfect. They took their time, were meticulous with the shape and my cuticles. I got blue ombre color powder at a good price which is a bit cheaper than other places.

Rachel B Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment On January 5, 2025, around 1:00 PM, I called BB Nails to schedule a pedicure with Nene. Nene has always been professional and quiet, delivering great service. However, today I was treated rudely by both Nene and Kim. During my pedicure, Nene began polishing my nails, but the application on one toe was uneven. When I pointed it out, Kim, who was not even working on me, came over and claimed the issue was due to skin from my cuticles, which was untrue. She started speaking loudly and displayed a dismissive attitude. Despite her behavior, I stayed calm and simply requested the service be done correctly. When I finished my appointment, I still gave Nene a tip as I paid. However, I was told by Kim that Nene no longer wanted to service me and that they would not provide services to me in the future. This was extremely upsetting. I would like to speak with the manager regarding this incident. I’ve noticed that the prices vary each time I visit, which raises concerns about fairness and transparency. Furthermore, the behavior I experienced today felt discriminatory. It’s disheartening that many Black women, who contribute their hard-earned money to this business, are treated poorly. When I asked to speak with the owner, Kim claimed she was the owner, though I question the validity of this claim. Her actions today lead me to believe she misrepresented Nene and escalated the situation unnecessarily. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this business. No one deserves the treatment I received. I am considering reporting this matter to local news outlets and believe further attention is needed to address the unprofessionalism and potential discrimination at BB Nails. Stephanie Catule Visiting Texas from Boston we had an amazing experience at Nail Bar of Texas! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group of five, making sure we were all comfortable and well taken care of. The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. We were even served mimosas! We all left feeling pampered and completely satisfied with our nails. Shout out to Henry for my beautiful nails he did such a great job! He did exactly what I requested. Also Tracy did a wonderful pedicure her leg/ foot massage was simply amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable nail salon experience. They even have a cute little pedicure station for kids if you want to bring your kids along for a pamper session.

Ruff Roasting Coffee I’ve been going to Nail Bar of Texas salon for many years, but hadn’t been in a long time due to me moving. I stopped in today without an appointment, I walked in 10 minutes prior to their opening and was seated right away and taken care of. The process was smooth and my nails were done really well! Will return soon!

Anika Shetye I am a long time costumer of the nail bar of Texas, and let me say the service is 5 star no doubt. The environment is always so relaxing and the people are kind. Also, the massages they give, even with the most basic pedicure, are always so good! And when I got my acrylic nails done, a man named Henry did them for me. He was very precise in what he did and the nails came out great!! Pricing is also very reasonable, I do recommend trying this place out! ❤️

HeyyLatosha Nina did an excellent job on my nails, but I encountered some issues. The day after my appointment, one nail chipped, which I had fixed at no cost. Unfortunately, the next day, two more nails also had chipped polish. I went back again and had one repaired, but removing the diamonds on the other would have taken too long, so I left it as is. It’s been less than two weeks since my nails were done, and one has already broken and fallen off. I’ve never had problems with chipped polish or broken nails at other places in Texas. On a positive note, the pedicure was nice and very relaxing.

Chelsea Eaton I’m very picky about who I let touch my eyebrows after I had them messed up at another place. Donna complimented me on my eyebrows numerous times & did an amazing job. I also wasn’t really sure what I was looking to get done with my nails but I knew I wanted something simple & more natural, she knew exactly what to do. I’m so pleased with the entire experience here. I will most definitely be returning & if you’ve been on the fence about stopping in, do it!

The services offered and the quality services is amazing. I had a pedicure and a manicure, and she had a full set of acrylic nails and a shellac toenail polish applied. They now offer eyelash extensions, facials, and body waxing! I’ll be back for my eyelashes next. I highly recommend that you check out this place- you will not be disappointed!

E Denise White So, Sunday was my first time visiting. This is not my usual nail salon. Its closer to my home and I thought Id have a nice experience, because of the reviews. I made my appointment for first available and was assigned to Dana. I arrived 5 minutes early.The front desk staff was nice and polite. The young lady let me know that the tech would be like 10 minutes. Dana ended up showing up 25 minutes later. She walked towards me and said Im ready for you and then hurried off and disappeared. Thankfully, she was in the first bay. I walked over and told her what I wanted. I wanted this purple black based chrome (20). The first thing she did after my previous set was removed was cut my cuticles. I barely had cuticles. For a little over 2 hours, she was either silent and are talking to 2 other male techs. She was a bit rough with the nail buffer block. I said ouch once and pulled back the next, and she was like, "Sorry," and still was rough. It hurt. Fast forward to chrome application. This lady put on a latex glove to apply the chrome. Im like, oh, she doesnt want chrome powder on her fingers... no, she used her finger to apply the chrome powder. That was strange. My nails definitely look like my 13 year old nice applied the chrome. They didnt even have the advertised purple I wanted. She was trying to tell me it was purple. It was blue like (21) is supposed to look. But we went with (21), and it was a pretty shade of purple. It wasnt what I wanted, but I went with it. She wasnt trying to figure it out for me to get what I wanted. After she was done, she dabbed oil on my cuticles on my left fingers and rubbed it in. Once my right hand was done under the light, she dabbed my right cuticles. (Didnt rub them into my cuticles) This lady said okay and got up and walked out of the bay. I rubbed the oil into my cuticles and put my rings back on. I looked to see if that was her washing her hands. Instead, it was another tech. I was definitely dumbfounded. That was rather rude. That bothered me so much. I paid and still tipped her. Only to get home and see how much of a poor job she did on my chrome. My cuticles burn, and my fingers are a little sore from her roughness. This isnt a luxury nail spa. But I really wish I wouldve had another tech. I wouldve returned and recommended if I had had a better experience and better quality work.

Tammy Dexter I love this place. They always do a great job with my nails. Today I got a pedi and the little flowers look great on my toe for Valentines Day! Just please make sure that you let other customers know that it is disruptive for them to be watching TV on their cell phone. There was an Asian woman getting her toes done next to me and I got to listen to her Asian Tv show for 45 mins when I just wanted to kick back, relax and enjoy the soft soothing music they have on. But tonight I couldn’t hear it. Not the salons fault, I’m sure they probably felt awkward in telling her to please use ear buds if she wants to watch a show.. so not to disturb the rest of the customers

B I got my nails done at this salon. Ive been going to this salon since June 2024. Nini did not resolve the issue I had with my nails. Instead my nails just got worse. I keep having green spots on my nails because of water getting in between the powder and my nail. I went there every 2 weeks sometimes before 2 weeks to make sure my nails were being refilled and new sets on time. If it was done correctly the green spots would have grew out. But instead it just kept getting worse. When I will go to do my refill, instead of her remove some of the loose nail on the side she just refills the top and thats why water kept getting in my nails. But its hard to communicate with someone that does not speak English very well. And when I took pictures of my nails and tried to text it to her she said shes on vacation. I just dont feel she cares about her customers.

Dilys Green When I saw my nails starting to grow long and lose shape, I decided to go to the salon to “renovate” them, and luckily Phoebe did it for me. I must say it was very impressive. My nails were completed after a few steps. Very helpful .

Naomi Thomson Lily does super beautiful and thoughtful nails! I chose gel polish with a simple design, but thanks to Lilys meticulousness, it looks really classy. She gently cuts the skin, files the nail shape properly, and the polish is smooth and shiny. Anyone who wants beautiful nails and a relaxing feeling should definitely try Lily !

Halcyon Jenkins After a busy week at work, I decided to relax with a manicure and was lucky enough to have Brian take care of me. Everything went smoothly until the end. I was really surprised by the results. My nails are really beautiful and strong. Will always recommend to my friends .

Milly Salas i was looking for a new nail salon and i saw this salon had good reviews. i was was waiting for 45 minutes which isn’t the problem but when someone stared doing my nails i asked for a overlay. once she stared she made my nails shorter even though i had my natural long nails and i didn’t want to shorten them just shape them. i asked for a french tip and once she stared and i saw something i didn’t like she seemed bothered by me asking her to fix it. i wasn’t satisfied with the service due to her having a problem with what i asked her to fix after she was done with my nails she charged me 65 dollars. i just think for the length, it wasn’t a reasonable price and i won’t be coming again.

Kelsey Walker It started out okay, but ended horribly when the nail tech taking care of my cousin said he only had 3 base options for a French manicure, which wasn’t true because my nail tech showed me over 15. It was nearing closing time now and he still didn’t bring what she showed him initially & he then said he had to leave and if she could come back the next which wasn’t option. At this point she only has tips on & he’s ready to walk out the door. He started to take them off after she asked him to and then left. So she had 6 tips still on with partial acrylic on one nail. The receptionist came over & was extremely rude, luckily another nail tech came to take off the tips and acrylic. I will never go to this location again. Terrible customer service. She came in with nails & left with none. You’d think there would’ve been a discount on her pedicure or something for the inconvenience, but instead they threatened to call the police when they thought she was going to leave without paying. Absolutely absurd.

Trinity Schiel I have previously gotten my nails done at this establishment and the nails have been very nice but the employees…not so much. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of coming in at the end of the day to get a last minute set of acrylics and as I was waiting for the nail artist to finish the clients nails the client asked if the employee could make them more slender and sharp on the edges. This request seemed to send the employee into a frenzy and he started to snap at her. The girl could not have been older than 19 by the way. In the end she asked if there was anyway that they could fix it because she was not very happy with the end result especially since she had shown the employee a picture of what she wanted. The girl at the front desk honestly was doing her best to de-escalate the situation but the nail artist insisted that it was not possible to fix also proceeded Flo throw his hands up and raise his voice and he was the only employee currently doing acrylics. Anyways I ran out of there once I realized that employee would be doing my set next. I left disappointed and mortified at the employees rude behavior.

Jennifer Hawkins The pedicure with Amy was fine. Lena upsold me on a full set. Which is the thickest I have ever received and they are uneven and lumpy with fibers in the gel. I kept telling her my hand and arms were sticky and had chunks of wax and she left me like that I had to scrub my hands to get the sticky off and still have wax under my nails and all over my arms and clothes. I spent $185 and I have never been so disappointed. The photo doesn’t do it justice but there are still little pieces of paraffin all over after her cleaning it and me scrubbing

Triana Trinh This salon has so many people in it making me think I would get great service. Instead I left crying and offered a 10% discount like that did anything. I asked for a simple design which they could not even do. I think it was a simple design and if you cant do it, say that. I asked to get the hearts taken off and now its bubbling. VERY bad service, do not waste your time or money here. NEVER coming back
