Kat Kas I called and asked if they had time for a dip manicure. I arrived on time and they proceeded to put nail polish remover on my nails. I sat there for 40 minutes with the nail polish remover on my hands, and no one ever came to do my nails. I took them off and they charge me $10. I’m very disappointed they told me they had time. The lady literally left me for another client. Also they have a sign in there that says “FREE PERFUME FOR GOOGLE REVIEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️” so some reviews may not be truthful.

Carlesha Patterson I gave the shop 2 stars because it is very clean compared to most nail salons I have visited. I have been to the salon a total of 3 times. First time was a pedicure and the tech did a really good job, she took her time and did it correctly. The second time I went for another pedicure by a younger girl and she did it very quickly not really scrubbing the feet as well as she should. The last time I went in for solar nails for my birthday and it has only been a week from today and it is already peeling. The tech did not take care of my cuticles and I previously had on red polish which she really didnt take off properly and you can see it. I dont know if I will go back again.

Im so excited to come back. I was in and out in about an hour. This place is inside the Madison Avenue building. Its such a hidden gem.

Maira Hild This is such a great place to go to get your nails done! As soon as you enter you are greeted by friendly staff. The whole space is modern, bright, and clean. There are a wide variety of services offered for any beauty needs. I have been going to Julie for a while now, and she always does an amazing job with any idea I have for my nails. There is always care and attention to her work. She does my nails EXACTLY like I like them and stays in my budget. I cannot recommend this place enough and will continue to visit!

From the moment I sat down with Linda, I could tell she was a true professional. She took her time to ensure every detail of my manicure was perfect. Her precision, technique, and the way she took care to shape and paint my nails made them look absolutely flawless. Lindas artistry shines through in every stroke, and she made sure to recommend the best products for my nail health. I only trust her with my nails now. Facey Erin (Wishmiss) I went in today to get some fun nails done for the upcoming Christmas season and had a wonderful time. The lady who did my nails was very meticulous and I really appreciate that! She worked so hard to get them looking perfect. I also had her draw some snowflakes; she kept critiquing her own work but Im super happy with them. They dont look like perfect stamps or stickers on my nails and I love that because no two snowflakes are the same. They did a wonderful job on my nails!

Jennifer Adams I came here because two of my friends talk highly of Kim, a nail tech there. She was unavailable so I booked with Joe, who had also been recommended. (This business has an online booking platform, but I called to make this reservation that morning….) When I arrived a young-ish girl started working on my nails. I thought perhaps she was just prepping for Joe. Nope. Unfortunately she ended up doing the whole job. She frequently would get up and walk to the back of the store and play on/mess with her phone, thus extending the whole dreadful process even longer. She asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed and I said yes, but when I checked out I noticed a $10 charge for that. I’ve never paid such a high price for cuticles! But the worst part is that within hours of leaving, the nails (which were so thick you could have measured their height!) started popping off like Grocery store Press On nails. (See picture) I went back not once, not twice, but three times for repairs and still half of them have popped off while doing everyday tasks. In 30 years of getting my nails done, I have never had such a miserable, money-wasting experience. Terrible nails- over charged and truth be told, everyone there except the receptionist was about as friendly as a shoe. With a nail salon on every corner, skip this one and go elsewhere.

Kris Taylor After much searching when my old nail salon closed down during COVID (yes, Ive gone without nails for almost 3 years!!) I found this gem today! Kim and Trina were awesome!! They were friendly and easy to talk to through the whole service. My daughters comment as we drove home was "Id go back just to be friends with them!!" Im a product oriented person- if Im going to pay to have my nails done, I am thrilled to have new friends- but the nails better be excellent as well! They are!! Both Kim and Trina were meticulous- making sure every edge and stroke was perfect! My daughter showed Trina a picture of what she wanted and I swear you couldnt have told the picture from the end result-- PERFECT! Kim gave the best shoulder and neck massage with my manicure and my nails (just gel- I didnt get anything big this time) were exactly the right length and not too thick. Bottom line- I was 100% pleased and will definitely be back!! The shop was clean, Trina and Kim were professional, careful, friendly and efficient, the other staff was nice and friendly, and the price was appropriate for the services.

Haylee Christine I have gone to Diana for almost five years. I have always been treated like royalty and given an incredible experience. She has amazing attention to detail and her designs are always beautiful and elegant. I recommend her to all of my friends and family and lots of strangers who constantly compliment my nails every time I get them done. Nellie Anger Usually, I’m not too picky about my nails as I get the same design every time, however I really don’t like when people waste my time and misrepresent their services. I arrived at this location at around 9:00pm and I did not leave until after midnight to almost 1am. That’s a completely unacceptable amount of time for nails and a pedicure. The worst part was that they didn’t even complete my nails correctly. I asked for dip nails only to find out on hour 3…they do not have that option for me. There were approximately 3-4 customers in the spa including myself and there were 4 technicians. There is absolutely no reason for a technician to be 25% - 50% through a service and just get up and walk away for 20 minutes or more while I’m still covered in chemicals. But that’s exactly what each of the technicians did at one point or another then eventually passed my service to another technician. Obviously, this explains the extremely long service time. It also appears they open at 10am and end their working day after midnight? That seems completely unsafe to me. If I had known that, I would not be encouraged to arrive late for fear of the staff’s exhaustion putting my fingers and toes in danger. Also, the staff appear so tired that they have displeased attitude that will affect customer perception. Also, they are distracted. Every technician in that spa was on their phone for at least 5 - 15 minutes of my service (since every technician did a part of my service I know this to be true). As a service business owner myself, not giving your customers your whole focus is rude and sometimes dangerous. My advice? Completely ban cell phones on the spa floor—have staff put them in a basket where they can’t touch them. Hire 2 shifts of staff for your business and increase the price of your services after 8pm. That should more than cover the cost and it will keep your staff happy (who I suspect might be all family members) and will double your customer satisfaction. Track your customers requirements on a check list you provide at the beginning of the service so you know what a customer asked for (every time a new technician “restarted” my services they didn’t know what I had asked for at all). I like that you are a late night weekday nail salon (I think there should be more) but that shouldn’t come at the expense of customer safety or convenience. I know many people would be happy to pay more for extended hours, but please stop wasting customer’s time and putting people’s health at risk to save $$. Clean up your spa, menus, and equipment give your services cleaner, minimalist, and luxury appearance—that will help justify the higher prices as well. Host special events on the weekends (and promote them) where you hire a DJ, the charge a nominal cover with cost of your services. Have better drink options on the weekends and charge after the first drink. I know these things have an initial cost, but if you don’t invest in your business, you can’t really complain when customers aren’t willing to invest or trust in you.

Jada Cave- Brown My friends and i decided to go to this nail salon. We wanted to get our nails done and also added in a pedicure. At my visit I was cut pretty bad and no antibacterial was added to stop the toe from bleeding or heal the cut a little faster. The nail tech apologized which is on but several cut my toe to the point it has started to become infected. Every one has had the opinions on the visit but mine and my friends was not acceptable. Will not be returning after going to doctor to treat toe

Becca M Luxury nail salon. Ive been getting my nails and toes done exclusively here for 2 years. Anna is fantastic. She is quick but meticulous and I always leave satisfied with my nails. Bill, hands down, gives the best pedicure massages. Anna also waxes my face and armpits and I highly recommend their waxing service as well. The place is very upscale, chairs are comfortable, and everyone who works there is friendly. They play music and have muted TVs visible from anywhere in the salon. Highly recommend.

Ashley Moore I am very particular when it comes to my nails...but Laura did an amazing job the first time I went to her! I showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted the shape and she did it without a problem. I dont normally like doing dip because I feel like its too thick, but now thats all I do with her. She was very precise and careful. After the first appointment, instead of going as a walk-in like I normally do, I booked an appointment with her because she made it such a positive experience the first time. Shes wonderful!

Sonny is an awesome nail technician and will go on and beyond to provide a perfect set of nails. They have a huge selection of colors, an extensive service menu and all the workers are attentive and pleasant. Alisha Jo My cuticles were cut raw and they still hurt weeks later. The pic is before another lady had to redo my nails and she did a much better job. Still had to pay 120 including the pedi which was also not up to par. I was there for 2+ hours. Their approach was not very apologetic or kind except for the lady that redid my nails. I will not be returning to the salon bc I hate looking at my nails only to see them peeling and in extreme pain. Summary: peeling, painful nail beds,rude and inexperienced nail technicians, unwelcoming hostile environment, overpriced

Rory McAnelly My wife and mother in law had the worst experience here. Owner and staff are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes. They complain when they screw up the nails and then tried to rush them out as fast as possible. They then rushed them out and sprayed windex on my wife’s toes. Avoid this place. Never offered a refund nor a discount for the poor service.

Patricia This nail salon, treated me horribly. I went in for a pedicure and manicure, the pedicure lady was giving me a horrible massage and was constantly criticizing my feet. Once she finished my pedicure, she did not put on my sandals but the lady next to me in the chair had her sandals put on. The manicure lady was filing my nails so hard that my skin started to bleed. My nails and skin are in pain right now and when I went to check out, they stared at me to see if I was going to tip them. You want me to tip you after you made my skin bleed and gave me a horrible massage? This is the last time I will be visiting this nail salon and will not recommend to anyone. This is why I don’t go to any nail salon. Save your money and time because they will take forever to get your nails done here.

Angie V Had a collagen mani and pedi (expensive) over the weekend. My polish chipped and smudged immediately. The massage was really good, but the actual nail care was non existent. My nails are not smooth, cuticles were not pushed back/trimmed. With what my dad was charged, he treated my sisters and me, we should all have flawless fingers and toes.

eddie i love this place!!! it was my second time getting my nails done and I wanted a solid color which I ended up choosing navy blue and the woman who did my nails was so sweet and so kind. She kept asking me if they looked good if everything was OK if the length was good, I ended up switching from polish to gel because it would last longer and the color I picked they ended up not having it anymore so she went hunting for around for the same color and she was so kind about it The customer service was great and the place is very comfortable overall I’m so happy with my nails and I will definitely be coming back

Molly Moore Ive tried several other salons in Plano/Allen and this is truly the best. They always have a ton of techs working so as a walk in I know the wait wont be too long. They are quick and efficient and Ive never had a bad experience. I do recommend making an appt if you are doing a Mani/Pedi because they do get busy!

As a Nurse who washes her hands SO much , my nails and pedicures always look well groomed and polished since making Bellagio my Only spa. As a mom of a 17 y/o with Down syndrome, again, Karen is Awesome. My daughter gets her nails done at Bellagio because they know how to make every person have a great experience. Katharine Hsu If the photos don’t speak for itself, I’ve tried several salons in the area, and I ONLY go to this one now. The picture shows my two nail techs: Kim (pedicures) and Kevin (dip nails) . Kim goes above and beyond to get my in-grown toenails out for me every time. She’s done it way better than any nail tech I’ve experienced. This salon is so consistent in its quality of nail techs, cleanliness, and customer service. As a small business owner myself, I need to be on a budget so I tried a couple “cheaper”, “highly rated” places nearby, but honestly, they couldn’t compare. The tiny bit extra cost at Bellagio is so so sooo worth it. You’re paying for the BEST. When I’m there, I see so many returning customers (some are 20 years-long customers!) and they come in greeted by their first names. Everyone is friendly and happy. Book an appointment when you can plan ahead as that helps them a lot, and Zelle them their tips $ if you can. HIGHLY, highly recommend.

Polished Tao I wish I had read more reviews before booking this place. Services: Full set on nails and polish change on toes. Total cost $72 Pros:Friendly people, great selection of polish colors, clean facilities. Cons: Quality of work needs to be improved for the amount they charge. I shouldnt have to go behind you to clean polish off my skin multiple times and in multiple places. Cuticle job also not very good.

Mary Arme I cannot say enough about how fabulous KC and Hannah are! Im pretty picky, but KC creates beautiful, flawless nails every time! Hannah is the best for a pedi, too! Today KC went above and beyond to very carefully and gently remove dipping powder nails from my broken hand and give me a beautiful sparkly gel polish. I would not have trusted anyone else!

J F I have been getting my NexGen manicures done by Kevin and Pedicures from Hannah for close to 2 years and the quality of their work is unsurpassed! I keep it fairly simple, but I have seen them both do beautiful, detailed designs on Al lengths and shapes of nails. They are warm, friendly and they listen to your needs and requests. I am never disappointed with their service! I am so happy they moved to this new location. I had issues with the owner of the previous location blocking Kevin from doing my manicure, opting to do it himself!

Crystal Marquez Updated: called and let them know I wasn’t happy with my set and they scheduled the same day after work to fix them, they were so helpful about the issue and got working on my nails the minute I walked in! Erick did amazing! Even the owner took the time to speak to me on the side and apologized for the service! Super happy about the outcome! I’ll be coming back for sure! Service was great and my nail tech was super sweet, but I am not happy with my nails they look so lumpy and the top coat looks so messy. I was there for almost two hours just working on my nails and they still came out looking rushed. I was hoping this would be my new place.

I had a wonderful experience on my visit. Be sure to call for servicing and pricing. I walked-in for my visit and the staff was welcoming and serviced my nails timely. I recommend it.

Maritza Garcia The staff tried their best, but this nail salon is not worth it at all. I asked the nail tech for shorter nails 3 times. She waited until the end, to buff my nails for 15 minutes. There’s acrylic on my fingers (you can see how it extends out of my nail bed on pictures). They stained my fingers with the acrylic pigment, and my nails are also bumpy. Online it says the dip manicure is $43 which is what I asked for, the nail tech proceeded to tell me “no that’s too expensive do acrylic” the “regular acrylic” per their website is $45. She said there were additional charges for shape, length, and color. The nails were $65. I don’t agree with not tipping nail techs, so I paid $75 full. I wouldn’t be upset at the price, if the job was well done and they could’ve been transparent to begin with.

Abigail Gebremichel I had one of the worst experiences at this salon, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. I showed the nail technician a reference photo of baby pink almond nails before we started. She even showed me a jar of pink acrylic and confirmed it was the correct color. However, when she finished, I was left with clear nails! When I pointed out the issue, she was rude, blamed me, and refused to take any accountability, leaving me with nails that looked nothing like what I had asked for. For the pedicure, I requested a basic white color. Not only was I cut on 3 out of 10 toes, but the polish ended up being beige instead of white. They agreed to fix it, and another technician redid the pedicure carefully and gently, but this mistake shouldn’t have happened in the first place. To top it all off, I booked the appointment online for a simple mani and pedi, which was supposed to cost $60–$70. Somehow, I ended up being charged around $120 for work that was poorly done and didn’t match my requests. Save your time, energy, and money—do NOT come here.

She is very precise and detailed I recommend her and will be back for her to work her magic again. The young lady who did my toes was exceptional. I have thicker calfs but she applied to perfect amount of pressure when giving me the massage. She was also very precise and sweet. I don’t have a single bad thing to say, this was a phenomenal and relaxing experience. ❤️
