Co I went last week to get toes done - this week got nails done and am so happy with them! They are so caring and loving. My nails look so much better than the people who do them at Hawaiian nails.. ill be coming here every time!

Savanna Cowan Absolutely loved this place!! It was my first time going! They took their time &&’ didn’t rush! They didn’t try and up charge you like most places do I got my nails and toes done and he was absolutely thorough with that leg/foot massage. They are only focused on who they are working on. They aren’t trying to rush you out of there and take your money!! The prices were more than fair! And the place was clean and very well put together! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! Forever my new spot now !

Amber Rios Love this place! I’ve been twice and both times have been great! I have had a dip manicure done by Leslie and John. Both are fabulous! Leslie has done my pedicures both times. Her massages are amazing! The facility is clean and the all the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Ruby Harris This was my first time but it definitely won’t be my last. I got the Premium Collagen Pedicure with added gel and Lynn did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed during the massage part. This will be the only place I’ll go from now on. Everyone was very nice and the business is not only very welcoming but clean.

Kortlyn Hayley John is amazing! Very attentive and friendly… Coming from a previous nail salon who would hurt my nails during the drilling process I was anxious about it happening again, but John was very gentle and walked me through the whole thing telling how it is to be done the correct way! My nails turned out great and ViA has definitely gained a new customer!

Sierra Ferguson AMAZING. I just left about 30 minutes ago !!!! I came in and didn’t have to wait at all. CHRIS is AWESOME!! His hospitality was beyonddddd great!!! His work and actual care for your nail shows! I definitely appreciate this nail shop and Chris! You did AMAZING Chris! Thank you sooooo much. 10/10 recommend. Everywhere you go will have its few bad reviews but you have to go places for yourself. That’s exactly what I did and I am completely happy with my service.

Debbie Cotton Horrible went on a Thursday and this is what my nails looked liked by Saturday, never have I been so disappointed in a place. The ladies talked to each other in Vietnamese constantly and were rude. If I could give it a zero rating I would.

Holly Smith Alicia has done my nails several times. Luckily I got her on my initial visit there. I love her work. She is thorough and gentle. I bring my own gel color, a certain shimmery red that I love to wear with my flight attendant uniform (which has a red scarf). The price for a fill and gel polish is currently $30. They do charge to cut-down, but their prices are great. We love you TK Nails for giving us a very reasonable price! THANK YOU! Update: 10/2/23 review- Still love Alicias work! She did a great. Job. I requested a shape, she got it. Shes very good at each step of doing my acrylic nails. I do bring my own color, bc I cant find it at salons.

S Been a regular there for years. They have the best service on everything I need. I’d never go anywhere else. Any pictures I bring in for nail ideas, they create it on my nails. They do a great job and I leave happy.

Brandi Baker I normally only go to a certain salon in Henderson but was pressed for time since I work in Tyler. The people were nice and the salon was clean. My nails were horrible. I have been getting dip nails for years now and I know the process very well. Normally they harden with every coat but they were gel like after every coat and took forever to get hard. Within one day one of my nails chipped. Then another a day later and then 3 days later another broke. Needless to say I am not happy with the quality of my nails and unfortunately will not be back.

Kristen Cummings Im kinda at a loss for words.... my toes and nails look great but I gotta say it was the giant cockroach that was waved away. I was going to wack it but was told no because apparently they bring you money...something I never knew .... anyways its ok. Lol yes I know strange feet lol As an east texas native that was NO cricket and telling me Im seeing things wrong isnt ok. The shop is clean but the cockroach was huge. I know bad jokes but I couldnt enjoy myself because I was worried he would take off with my shoes giving a new meaning to Hey Dude.... js

Johnae Luter Not sanitary, hot, and poor customer service. Another tech had to step in to finish and still poorly did a basic french tip. Prices were inaccurate from online, to the menu I. House and at checkout. Do not recommend it at all, waste of money for sure

Jennifer Orozco This was my 3rd time going in, and second time having my feet done as well. The staff was so lovely and friendly, quick and gentle on hands. They do such a great job that my acrylic set doesn’t hurt the next day like other places. I got designs done today and she did such a great job! This is my go to place!

Veronica Martin First visit here. Ivan was very nice and apologetic for the wait. He did my nails perfect ! I will be returning. Update: I’ve been coming here for a while. I switched over to shellac with my natural nails. The first time I got it, the polish had streaks. It was very bumpy. Poor application. I came back the next day and Ivan fixed them. They looked great. My natural nails were long and sturdy. I came back 3 weeks later for a polish change. No breaks at that time. The same guy that messed up the first time did my nails again. Idk why I gave him another chance. He buffed my nails very thin when removing. They are all broken to the point they are sore. My nails are literally broken in half on the nail bed. I had to file them down myself. I’ve never had this issue before with shellac. Ivan and his wife are great but the guy that sits on the last row in the middle should not do shellac. He is very nice though. They also do great pedicures here.

Clarissa Decker This place was definitely an experience! If your in a hurry to get a pedicure then this is the spot because they are too! If your not wanting a massage with your pedicure then Best Nails and Spa is perfect!! Instead of a massage they just wipe down your legs like their wiping down a window, its really great! The best part was leaving feeling like the biggest inconvenience. Ive worked in the beauty industry for years and I understand difficult clients and situations. However, my nail tech was straight up frustrated with me because I asked him to file my nails evenly. These are my real nails that are short. I figured when I told the front desk I wanted a shellac manicure, nail filing would be included. I wish I would have asked if thats an added service. Anyways, I realized If I didnt speak up I would be writing this same review with nails that look like I did them in a dark room. But instead, I am writing this review with a beautifully manicured set that I got done at another location after leaving best nails and spa. So, thank you Best Nails and Spa for the lack of costumer service! It led me to a different salon that actually listened and made me feel welcomed.

A A I can tell the girl who did my manicure, Lisa, is new and doesn’t really know what she’s doing. But she definitely needs some work on her technique. My nails ended up thick, not smooth, every nail is a different shape and length. And 2 of my nails clear coat wasn’t even dry when cuticle oil got put on so that was ruined. Probably the worst dip manicure I’ve ever gotten honestly. She was sweet but I didn’t have time to battle with trying to get them re done. It is what it is.

Sharla Sowell They did a great job, went here with my mom and her friend and they said they liked they’re nails, I recommend coming here.

Kylie Long Rushed through the process and didn’t do a great job. Will never be back and do not recommend. $50 for no fake nail, or shape is wild as well, especially for the job that was done. Have been washing my hands all day dip is still in the creases, just had no care in the world.

She’s incredibly skilled and took great care in making sure my nails looked perfect. The whole team is friendly, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning! highly recommend!

Nikki Pepper This place has such talented techs. Lee has been able to do all my themed nails designs for both me, my granddaughters and my friends even when I bring my own decals. John always makes my 5 year old granddaughter feel like shes the queen of the show. Check out some of these great nails.

Taylor Cooper The best nail salon in Tyler! Lee is my nail tech and he is the absolute best. I went in asking for Halloween nails and he said he knows just what to do! They turned out so cute. Great atmosphere and very relaxing.

Jordan Sharp COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY First off let me say they charged me $75 for acrylic nail powder with a cat eye finish. They only placed 2 fake nails everything else was my own. I usually pay around $55 for this service. The lady was annoyed that I was there from the moment I walked in. She gave me attitude the entire time and when I asked her for short nails I received more. My friend even noticed and made a comment afterwards. My nails are all UNEVEN and different lengths. She never cleaned up the edges just left black all around my cuticles. Then I noticed underneath the nail instead of wiping the nails clean she just left all the acrylic powder..so now my nails are thick on the underside also. Then when it came to the expected tip she got angry and give me a look when I handed her a $5 bill instead of a the suggested tip on the screen. Maam I will not be bullied into tipping you more when you did a horrible job on my nails. I will never go back.

Courtney Matheny John did a fantastic job on my nails today! I knew I wanted something with chrome, and we decided on a brown dip polish and pearl chrome. The end result: chrome coffee. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be coming back!

Mischa Dacus First visit — great first impression! Great service, courteous, timely. My nails service was excellent with perfect skills. Lee, my nail tech is WONDERFUL. He pays close attention to detail (which I love) Very skilled. Got a dip nail with tips. Perfect shape & color & CHROME! :) Pedicure was terrific as well. Can’t say enough GOOD THINGS about my experience. I would RECOMMEND!

Katrina Korhonen I was a walk-in customer and was seated immediately for a manicure and pedicure, which I appreciated. The service was efficient, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, my nails were not fully dry when it came time to pay, which led to smudging as I tried to access my wallet and purse. Unfortunately, this caused some of my nails to become damaged before I even left the salon. To make matters worse, within just two days of my manicure, the nail polish began to peel off completely. I’ve never experienced nail polish lifting like press-ons, especially so soon after application. I had hoped for my nails to look great for my Thanksgiving visit to California to see family, but I was disappointed by the lack of durability in the polish. While the service itself was good, the quality of the manicure did not meet expectations for the price I paid. Typically, a manicure should last about two weeks, not two days.

Adlee Frazier I have gotten my nails done here twice so far and they have turned out amazing every. single. time. I 100% recommend Posh because they are great at what they do and are kind/funny people. Kim is who has done my nails every time and she does an amazing job! This is definitely going to be my designated nail salon. I highly recommend asking for Kim! She is very talented and such a kind person.

I always look forward to my pedicures, and my wife absolutely loves getting both her pedicures and manicures here. She’s always thrilled with the stunning nail designs they create—each one more impressive than the last! The entire team is welcoming, talented, and clearly dedicated to providing top-tier service. Honestly, I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want it to get so busy that we can’t get in! But this place deserves all the praise—it’s hands-down the best nail lounge around. My wife and I highly recommend Sen Nail Lounge to anyone looking for quality work and a relaxing experience!

Stephanie Carrasco Maybe I got the wrong nail tech because this place has great reviews. This lady was rude. Nails are uneven, see thumb picture, and not done well at all. No matter what I have to say the pictures don’t lie. My service was a full set with gel polish on hands only. For over 50 dollars seems like I should have had a better job.

Mali xoxo I absolutely LOVE this place. I recently moved here and was desperate to find a new place for nails. Sundays are my “mama” days where I take a break from kids and husband and treat myself. And I am so glad I found this place! I couldn’t ask for a better nail salon to have some peace and time to myself. It is very clean inside, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. And the nails are outstanding! I’m always a walk in, and I have never had a problem with a wait. Recommend this place 10000x over ❤️

The nail tech that did my nails he did a fabulous job and he always made sure it was how I wanted it ..I got me and my daughters nails done there ...we both got full sets with designs and color and the pricing was actually a good price..I definitely will be going back again for sure ..

MANDILYN RYAN did an amazing ombre American mani. He’s a true artist, definitely recommend. :) CAROL is exceptional as well, excellent work on my gel pedi!

rengland en Tech was very nice and professional, paid 60$ was my first time going. Only did one color, solar not dip. Didnt get the first time customer discount came in on Monday. Didnt get charms or designs or any metallic colors. Not sure why I was charged extra for short nails now that I was asked by other customers why so much. I even gave a cash tip so the service was the price.

Andrea Davis Went in to get a full acrylic set done and with 4 charms and the 10% discount, my total came out to $85 after my tip and tax. The guy who did the prep and application of the plastic part of the base nails did a great job gluing them down (I’m posting this review exactly a week after getting them done and they are still holding on wonderfully and the design hasn’t even scratched or anything, and I’ve done yard work (with gloves on) cared for pets, and so much more, and they are still sturdy). Mary, the tech who did my nails, blew my mind with how well she recreated the image I had for inspiration. Highly recommend this shop, but be careful if you have lung or breathing issues, as there is little to no ventilation and it is STRONG in there. (As for the photos, the first one is the inspiration photo I found on Pinterest (artist unknown), the next two are the day of and the one with pink in the background is from exactly a week later, literally the same time I was writing this review). Reagan Shofner Idk if it’s just the person I had but there were so many holes that just didn’t get a top coat. In the photo my pointer finger was the worst. On all of my nails the sides didn’t get a top coat either. I’ve only been once tho but won’t be going again lmao. Price was fair just not for the result

Savannah Page Worst experience of my life. Will never return. I obviously have an infection from them not using clean tools. My toe immediately was hurting the second I got home. This is on day 2, I can barely walk on my foot and puss is coming out.

Dulce Quintana I was a walk in and they were all very nice and gave me updates on my wait. Lots of colors to choose from. I’m definitely getting a pedicure next time. I thought the price was 45, but they charged me 51. But they did a good job, just pricy. Very chill spot. I’m editing my review because my birthday nails did not last a day. Then when I went in to fix, they did a completely fix but they didn’t fix them properly, then the charged me 25 to take them off. For 5 dollars a nail I expect way better quality nails. Also only the guy tech is good.

Wendi Johnston Terrible manicure, didn’t clean out from under the nails, cut the cuticles dry without soaking, and either didn’t paint the entire nail or painted the skin. Such a mess!! No touching up or cleaning up the paint mess. Man at the front desk was very nice, but nail tech was not good.

Shannon Proctor Highly recommend this nail salon! Traveling from out of town I was in desperate need of a fill in, repair…really a new acrylic set after trying out a new spot in my hometown. I called at 7 pm as soon as I made it to my hotel asking if they could accommodate me since I didn’t want to take depositions with ugly nails and they said yes! Staying open well past closing, I was not rushed, I was asked about my trip, how I wanted my nails done, etc. They genuinely wanted to make sure my nails were done right and looked beautiful. I am so grateful and happy with how my nails look!

Sweet Cruz First time there Sunday night. I entered & ky was all smiles and they were all so respectful. I already knew I was going to have a great time. Everything was cleaned they even had a super cute Christmas tree! They had soft music and offered me drinks. I never felt rushed or felt like my service was being rushed to get me out. They were so nice every worker that would pass by me would smile I love it so much! 10/10 !!

I travel over 120 miles round trip just to feel appreciated and receive a therapeutic adult "my day" experience. The soothing white noise music, sophisticated decor and cleanliness alone are a welcoming start to a quick and efficient experience. This is customer service at its best. All employed are nail experts and they encourage their clients to relax and feel satisfied with the wonderful job they perform of contouring nails into works of art. Don is a nail master with years of wisdom and skill. Your nails magically become "jewelry". Life counseling and trivia knowledge is thrown in for free! Yumi is soft spoken and patient with gentle attention to detail that helps her customers feel at ease. You have to visit for yourself! Prepare to be impressed.

Erika Sletten I haven’t been to a nail salon in three years+ and I just wanted a regular dip nail. Lady I had was very rude, rushed the whole time, cut my cuticles and made my nails super thick. I asked her to keep them long she cuts them super short! (I now look like I have toddler nails) and I asked her to keep them longer cause I was trying to grow them out. Needless to say I was so upset after, I even cried in my car. Now I am having to waste my day by going to another salon to get them thinned out!!!!!! So upsetting for that amount of money!

Malarie Delgado Asked for pink chrome, nail tech states she didn’t know how to do it. So all my nails came out different shades. All my nails are different shapes and lengths, and lumpy from the dip. She cut four different fingers cuticles and blamed me for being tense. Well maybe I’m tense bc you’re cutting my cuticles up. I have tons of dried glue and dip powder on my nails and cuticles if you zoom in on the photos. I normally wouldn’t complain but this + a NORMAL pedicure costs me almost $130. The pedicure didn’t include anything fancy, no massage or hot towels or anything. Just a basic gel pedicure. I’ve never paid so much to have nothing fancy done. I will not be going here again due to how expensive it is and not even doing a good job. Staff was friendly and I’ll give them that.

T N I love this nail salon. I prefer to go early in the morning before they get really busy. Bill does my mania and pedis, and he does great job. He doesn’t rush, and he cares about the quality of the service. The salon is clean, and the staff are nice. I highly recommend.

Burner Joe Love coming here always ! Got a milk and honey deluxe pedicure with sally done! She did wonderful! It was very relaxing! I then moved to a manicure and did a powder dip with Mike and he did exactly what I wanted! My shape turned out perfect !! Always recommend coming here !

Sammi Absolutely terrible nails. The male nail tech was rough and had an attitude from the moment I stepped in. I just wanted a basic almond French tip since I could not use my normal nail tech. She was having a baby. So I went to this salon with high hopes. He cut me from using an E-file, and messed up my actual nail beds by filing my real nails down with sand paper like tip on the e-file. This is obviously a CHOP SHOP. No one should be paying 70 dollars for basic French tips. This shop is a scam. My nails have never looked so bad.

Melisa Meas The team at Aria Nail Lounge is exceptional! I recently opted for builder gel instead of dip powder, and I am impressed. My nails feel light and natural, and I appreciate how breathable they are. Definitely recommend!

Mistie Harper I’m getting married and have been coming here for two years. I have never had a bad experience. I wanted to have my spa day and pamper myself before my wedding and this was the best place to do that. Assuring the day before my wedding was a relaxing one. My nails were done by the owner himself and done perfectly! He was gentle, funny, polite, and made me so comfortable. I got my pedicure done as well and the woman who did it was gentle and made me feel relaxed as ever. I will continue to come here for many more years because this is by far the best place I’ve ever come to.
