Bailey Cash I used to go here all the time.. and now I will honestly never be back. First off, I told the lady I wanted a short coffin and I got lopsided rectangle/a triangle looking nail. It was sloppy job.. not once did a little kabuki brush come out to dust all of the excess powder off my nails. So now after voicing that the shape wasn’t right and the nails were lopsided and nothing was done, I will never be back here. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Becky George While on the search for a new nail salon, I came across Glee Nail Bar and may have found my go to nail salon! There was absolutely no wait, I was seated immediately and received exactly what I asked for. My nail tech was very kind and executed perfectly. I asked for pink white ombré, dip nails, almond shaped. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have my nails strong without any breakage or discolorations. Great products used here with skilled and amazing staff!

Em !!!!!!!!!!! The nail designers would pick up my phone with my reference image and show it to others and laugh, it made me feel more unwanted and like a chore rather than a paying customer. My nails came out very lumpy and expensive for a design that didnt show up very well, which understand for glitter, but I think multiple coats would have helped.

Brittany Kopach I LOVE coming to Soho Nail Bar!! I’ve been getting my nails done here for 4 years! MB always does the perfect shape, length and color on my finger nails! And it lasts all the way until my nails are too grown out to wait any longer! And Jenny always does the best pedicures – she has so many wonderful techniques to make the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable! Look how pretty my nails turned out with a French with pearl chrome on top!! : )

Elizabeth Rogers This is the first review I have ever left in my entire life. I’ve got my nails done twice here, the same thing a gel polish change hands-down, the worst experience both times. The first time was the worst application of gel I’ve ever seen in my life. At first, it looked fine. Then they added the chrome… it was so lumpy it was awful. They then charged me $70 mind you no manicure no tips no reshape just gel polish change. The second time I went, I only went because my friend wanted to go and I thought I’d give them a second chance. It was even worse. I was cut over three times once so deep it was bleeding all over my finger. She would continue to forget that she cut me and stick her fingernail right into the cut. The gel was painted all over my cuticle and was peeling the next morning. When she was shaping them, I had to ask her to redo it because all of them looked different. When I asked her to reshape she said which one. I went home and had to file them and fix them myself. If I could get this place negative stars I would. Also, they play no music and it’s extremely awkward. I will say everyone we interacted with was very kind, and the woman doing my nails was very apologetic, but still Unacceptable.

Stacey I have been going here since I moved to Texas 2 years ago and have always had a great experience. MB does a great job and can always do what I’m looking for. If your looking for a nice, clean place to get your nails done check them out and ask for MB she’s wonderful.

Kimberley Noel First time at this salon. I was on Stacy Rd heading home and kind of just stopped on impulse. I recently completed radiation and chemotherapy and my skin is so incredibly dry....beyond dry. Its embarrassing how bad my feet look. Thank goodness its too cold for flip flops or sandals. I was in desperate need of a pedicure if for nothing else but to get rid of some of the dry skin. They were able to get me right in. It was very clean which is great because my immune system is still recovering. I got a Deluxe Pedicure which was $40. It included the paraffin wax and massage. I was super relaxed and it was just what I needed. Im glad I stopped. Only wish I could do this weekly!!

Carey T I’ve been going here for 4-5 years. The newest owners ( a little over a year or so) are great! All are very talented. Before the latest owners I could have complained on occasion but not now!!!! Everyone that works there now are so good and all speak English very well!!! Mia’s pedicure is amazing and the husband and wife owners( sorry I’m bad with names) are so kind and run a great business!!! Bailey Beck absolutely love this salon, i don’t get my nails done very often just treat myself every once in a while! and this was my first time @ allen nail spa. cindy was an absolute doll and made me laugh and was so welcoming & i got a manicure and pedicure by tom & lucy, lucy was so detailed and amazing for my nails & tom was very attentive and thorough! they were so kind and personable & always made sure my frozen margarita was full & got me wine instead after the margarita when i asked. just an overall amazing experience and worth spending the $$ because of the hospitality, talent & gorgeous atmosphere! can’t wait to be back

mia luckey I usually enjoy coming here for the convenience, cleanliness, ambiance, and the staff are generally friendly. However, I’m honestly debating on if I’ll return because of this last visit. I always get a French gel manicure and gel pedicure. I had a male nail tech, and woman pedicure tech. She did a great job, but it did take a while for her to get to me because she was finishing someone else. (Understandable) What I’m upset about is the outcome of my nails. Attached below is my nails exactly one week, and two weeks after my appointment. I don’t know the name of my nail tech but he was rough and careless, (which I did communicate that) and was inefficient in providing a quality French set. There were several times were the other male employees would come by, make a comment or a joke and my tech would respond with cussing (like saying f* you, followed by laughter) which in my opinion is so unprofessional. Coming from someone that works in the beauty industry, I really hope these reviews get taken into consideration, where training in technique and professionalism are applied. I do think there are some great techs here, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the hassle anymore.

Ximena Silva I’ve been visiting this place for over a year now, often bringing my mom, my daughter, and my niece along. Typically, I come with my daughter every 2-3 weeks. The facility is clean, and the managers are usually friendly. However, weve encountered several issues due to a lack of communication and accountability. The technicians often react poorly to feedback or suggestions, making excuses rather than listening to our concerns. This has created an uncomfortable environment, especially when they start speaking in their language when frustrated. It often feels as though the customer is never prioritized. Each visit costs us between $200 and $300. Unfortunately, today I didnt receive what I requested. When I tried to explain that the tip of my French manicure was too high and looked unappealing, the technician became offended. Instead of simply acknowledging my request and offering a correction, they insisted it was due to the product or the design I had chosen. The situation escalated unnecessarily, making the technician feel terrible rather than addressing the issue positively. When I indicated that I couldn’t stay to have my nails redone, they opted to remove the work instead but still charged me for it. Moreover, they didnt apply the student discount they usually give my daughter. I was charged for the removal of a job they hadnt executed properly. It’s not just about the $15; it’s about the principle. They may have made an extra $15 today, but theyve lost two loyal customers, as we will not be returning.

Michelle Morgan Never again absolutely horrific experience. And mind you I’m a super kind hearted loving like just good energy and they were the totally opposite and to top it off two days later I have to get a fill so what does that tell you someone didn’t do their job! This was literally two days ago and as you can see the nail on the side is coming apart. They wanted to charge me more than $70 in between the rudeness of the man named Tom and how many times he had to redo my French manicure realistically I shouldn’t have paid anything, but I’m not that kind of individual. I’m not sure what it is within this area why the nail technicians are so hard and rare to find good ones I guess I just have to stick going to Dallas to get my nails done to get good work done.

Now of course its always good to schedule an appointment but I just happened upon this place because of my Granddaughter who said they are very good and they do good quality work and they speak English very well. WJB Regrettably, I booked my first appointment with this shop, specifically requesting one of their best nail techs because I wanted detailed designs. I even sent an Instagram post of work I liked from their Instagram page and asked for the same tech who did the nails in the post. The person who answered the phone assured me I’d be scheduled with one of their top techs if I came the next day, so I agreed. I drove at least 30 minutes from North Dallas to Allen, even leaving work early, fully expecting to be thrilled with my nails. Instead, I was assigned Jolie, who was not the tech from the nail post. I felt misled. Jolie struggled with placement for the diamonds I wanted, and I eventually decided to skip designs altogether. The nail shape isn’t the best, the acrylic is thick, and there are noticeable imperfections, even though this is a fresh set. I’ve attached a photo for reference. What made the experience worse was the attitude when I had questions or raised concerns. Any time I pointed out something I didn’t like with either my fingernails or toenails, the staff made it a big deal, and I just decided to settle to keep the peace. You know how they make it obvious—through facial expressions, personal comments about your nails, or suddenly speaking in another language. It was clear I was the topic of discussion, especially when others started looking my way or walking over. I haven’t had acrylics in years and chose to get them now because I had a big event the following day. I spent $67 on my hands and $55 for my pedi (not including tip) and left disappointed. This is not the experience I expected, especially after being reassured I’d be paired with one of their best techs. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I also saw the ad stating 15% discount for new clients, which I did NOT receive.

A R I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I used to be a regular customer, but after returning for my daughter’s birthday after a year, I was shocked by the decline in service. Despite having an appointment and arriving before nearly everyone else, my second daughter sat waiting the entire time without even starting her pedicure. After repeatedly asking when they would begin, they finally put her feet in cold water but never actually started the service. At that point, we decided to cancel her pedicure altogether. To make matters worse, the design I requested looked nothing like the reference picture, yet I was still charged over $150. The manager never even came over to address our concerns. Given this experience, I won’t be returning.

Taylor Ball I’ve been coming here for a while now and truly loved it at first, but lately, I’ve noticed a shift. The energy seems to have changed, and it no longer feels as welcoming. I’ve also sensed that some employees may not be as happy to be there. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with my nails haven’t been great either. The quality just isn’t the same, and my nails haven’t been turning out as well as they used to. My daughter’s first experience here was also disappointing—her nails started cracking just 3 days after getting them done. I want to be clear that I’m not saying to avoid this place entirely, as I’ve enjoyed it in the past. I just wanted to share my honest opinion and let others know about my recent experiences. Sadly, I most likely won’t be coming back.

Julie Smith I wanted to treat my daughter when I came to visit, so we went to her favorite nail spa. You guys, the service here is incredible! They are totally invested in their customers. And the service you get is out of this world! Admittedly, I am not one for getting my nails done or pedicures. I wish I lived here so I could go regularly! Destin Nail Bar left such a good impression that when I go home, it’s going to be hard to find a similarly comparable spa. First off, May did an fantastic job on my feet. I walk 25-30,000 steps a day at work and my feet are dry and ugly. May made my feet soft and lovely. She massaged and clipped, scrubbed and filed and I have beautiful feet now! I felt like a Queen with the wonderful pedicure I received! And then there was Cindy who had the task of my fingernails. I work with paper and cardboard all day and along with the well water at home-that is unforgiving, my hands get extremely dry. My cuticles are brittle and ripped and I can’t grow nails long because they break from the physicality of my job. She made my nails extra thick and sturdy so when I go back to work next week they will be able to withstand my work conditions. They are a perfect length for me, my cuticles aren’t gross and my hands are now as lovely as my feet. All the ladies here are a absolute joy and beautiful-inside and out. I felt really valued at this spa and was very impressed at how much May remembered and knew about my daughter. I am very, very happy and impressed with this spa! Thank you for making me feel so wonderful!♥️

Sa Chi Been going here for over a year now. I enjoy and look forward to coming here. Everyone is friendly and fun to talk to. They treat you like family. They will pamper and take care of you. Bad boy and I always have a blast.

Aubrey Burkhall This place is awesome! I tend to get both mani and pedi most times since they’re so stellar, and they always do whatever designs I come up with or find pics of. The massages are spectacular every time, and they really take care of people and are quite friendly. Update 4/2: they’re still amazing! Check out my powder dip 4 weeks later, still perfect (other than being grown out of course). I’ll be headed back in this week!

Crystal Edwards OMG! Best Nextgen nail service I’ve ever received! My nails weren’t too thick they were perfect and looked very natural. Also my sides of my nails were filed perfectly! Amy did an Amazing job! I also had the Sunkissed pedicure! Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. She didn’t rush. She took her time and cleaned up my cuticles! Amanda did an Amazing job! flnacke this place is so bad, i booked an appointment at 3 & even came early at 2:48? they didn’t even started on me until 3:30..? mind you my appointment was with a specific tech not a salon appointment so there’s no way to justify the delay. Finally i got soaked off but come to find out they barely have any options for builder gel except for a super pink color? i mean how is that practical? by now it’s 3:55 and i had places to be considering they still haven’t figured out what to do with my nails yet, left with a soaked off set collected in dust. unprofessional FIRE MICHELLE

Shunmathi Rajesh I absolutely love my nails. I paid about $45 for the regular acrylic set and $5 + $10 for shape and 2 nail designs. They look incredible, my nail tech was incredibly sweet, patient and careful with my nails. I also got a pedicure which was $35. It was very relaxing and the result was beautiful.

Paige Garcia UPDATE: (5/4) I continue to come here and receive top notch quality and this last trip was the best. I had Cindy do my oval pink nails and she crushed it!! Went here for the first time today and it was pretty good! I am very picky when it comes to who does my nails and how they look, the shape, the color, etc. I got Jayden as my nail tech and he was good. I just felt like he rushed taking off my nails and shaping before color. But, other than that it was good for the price! 10% off Mon-Wed and it was $46 total without tip. They have a lot of colors to choose from as well. I will be back here again.

Selena De La Sota I wouldnt recommend coming here, and I would never come here again. The shape of my nails was totally off, and the technician was clearly in a rush. There was no customer service at all. When I arrived, I asked about the wait time since it looked pretty busy, and I was told there wasnt any wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes. The person who did my nails didnt even file them properly, and I didnt like how they looked.

Ruth Anderson My husband and I have found our new favorite nail salon. Our latest pedicure was top notch. We chose the coconut pedicure which includes hot stone and 20 minute massage. They take their time and I’ve never felt rushed. I previously left a review on Yelp that while lovely services, the atmosphere is very noisy. Since that review, I’ve visited two more times and noticed a significant decrease in noise. I don’t know if it’s due to the review or collective reviews but it was a significant difference and created a more enjoyable atmosphere intended for relaxation. I noticed they weren’t using the noisy walkie talkie’s. Check them out! So far, their consistency in service brings me back.

Katie H Not the best customer service…..I came in without an appointment, so asked about how long I would need to wait. I was told 15 minutes which was totally fine. After 30 minutes I asked for an update and was told they were almost ready for me. Another 15 went by (45 minutes at this point) and I asked if it would be soon, as I needed to get my kids from daycare. They said it would be soon, but I wouldn’t be done by the time I needed to leave, so I had to go. I just wish they’d been more upfront from the start.

Mackenzie Ellingson I was a walk in, and was immediately sat down at 4pm on a Saturday. The treatment was great off the bat and I was dressed like a bum. Despite being a walk-in they treated me like a reoccurring customer. My nail tech actually took her time and worked with loving precision, something that I don’t think a lot of walk-in customers get. I did a design (very simple), and if you see my photos, trust me I didn’t realize it looked like an egg in my mind until I saw it on my nails - but honestly? Absolutely hilarious, I’m sending pics of my egg nails to all of my friends. Luxe is close to home and I do plan on returning, but maybe reversing the colors LOL 10/10 recommend

RnR I had my nails done. Twice in 24 hrs here and only lasted 5 days .the first lady pretended not to know English couldnt take my instructions. She used disgusting lid caps with residue to dip the acetone that went on my nails. Had one hand one then left the other one for 30 min. My nails were burning by then. All her tools, files were so dirty and disgusting. Had them in an old mechanic tool box. She wasnt even done half way and was more worried about going to the next client coming through the door (I noticed she used the nail file that she used on my hands and all her tools on the next clients feet, she just move her mechanic tool box to the the next clients totally disgusting). Well I had to come the next day to have them redone by a different person of course, I told them I have bad arthritis in my hand to please not hold me so tight on my fingers joints. Both technicians ignored it. I am still hurting so bad 5 days later and my dip manicure already chipped off I payed a lot of money for nothing plus I noticed all their products are very cheap I googled the ones used on me so no wonder they didnt last. Please do not go here. I wonder if the technicians that worked on me are licensed? Oh, guess who at the end did speak English after all?. Yeap! They were trying to make me feel like they were doing a favor to me although I paid almost what Ive paid a lawyer for one hr of service. This place needs to be reviewed a sanitation department or better business bureau.

Mahnoor Khawaja They’re artists! I don’t get my nails done often so I came to the salon with a picture of my dream holo ombré nails as well as back up pictures incase they couldn’t do that. They can do anything you show them a picture of! In fact they can do a better job than the picture you show them. They knew how to pick the perfect nude/pink for my skin tone on the first try. I’m an artist and very particular about how my nails should look, but they proved to know better and be more skilled than I could ever be. They were extremely patient when I asked them to redo a nail, they removed it and started over. the only one who’s name I remember is Vy and she handled my perfectionism with good humor and I could trust her to make my nails perfectly symmetrical on her own. My sister and cousin who were with me also got beautiful nails. I don’t live in Dallas, I was visiting for a wedding, but if I did this would be the nail salon I would go to regularly. (In some pictures I have henna that I got done separately for the wedding)

Niki Mj I have had mixed experiences with this place. One of the elderly guy did my nails he seemed really experienced but did a terrible job. He removed my previous set in a way that particles were still under my natural nails. Did not cut or shape my natural nails before putting new set of extensions. I was trusting the process and was letting him work on it. My nails in the end were patchy, uneven. Because he did a really bad job on my natural nails while removing the set from before.He kept blaming that my nails were uneven when i told him, the previous set was done by them only, he then started blaming my natural nails are uneven. I have been regularly getting my nails since last ten years, nobody ever blamed my natural nails.I mean you are a professional its your job to make it look good. Ive had better experience with other nail techs in Venetian. Wasted my $70 on a patchy nail work.

Nyta is my pedicure guru (especially if you suffer from ingrown nails) and Kali is my nail tech that delivers the most gorgeous set of nails Ive ever had. I would absolutely recommend... you will not be disappointed.

Krystal Choisnet I get my nails done here every month they are great. The staff is incredibly friendly and my nails always look amazing. I have Ami do my nails when possible because I like to add a decoration and she takes her time to get it right.

Ashton Esparza Coco nails is hands down the BEST nail salon Ive been to in years... Their nail techs are up to date with the trends/styles, fantastic at designs, and actually give you the nails you want. They have a forever customer in me because they work quickly, are moderately priced, and are strong enough to last weeks and weeks. I drive 20 minutes across town just to come here so I cannot recommend this place enough!

Zoe Brown I visited this salon today after it was recommended to me by 2 people and since it is near my house. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted and immediately heard “What do you want?!? Pick a color.” After I stated that I would like medium-length almond-shaped acrylics with a french tip design, the man pointed to the chair and didn’t say a word. After taking a seat, I was not asked if I would like anything to drink or even made to feel welcome. The male tech did not say a word to me but hummed and sang music as he began working on my nails. After applying the acrylic set and constantly huffing and puffing, I noticed that one nail was completely crooked…literally lopsided and pointed sideways. After asking if it could be fixed, he snatched my hand and filed away until the nail’s length did not match the rest. After addressing the issue, he angrily filed off the nail and applied another. While doing the design, he did not ask if it was to my standard or even bother to show me his work after completing the first nail…he simply did the design one by one and rushed me to put my finger under the UV light. Eventually, I noticed that all of the french tip designs were crooked; however, one nail stuck out in particular as it was extremely uneven and tacky. After asking for him to simply add a bit more polish to the line, he said “Why are you just now saying something?!?” I responded “You never gave me a chance to actually look at my nails before snatching my hand and continuing” to which he replied “You have eyes so look at them. You would have seen if you weren’t on your phone” I WAS ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDED!!! I reiterated that I was not provided with a chance to see them before he threw them under the lamp and that it was my first visit and that his customer service (as well as the quality of work) were extremely poor and disgusting. Furthermore, I informed him that I promptly put my phone down every time that he switched hands and that I had not even touched my phone since he finished with the shaping and proceeded to start the designs. I also mentioned that his attitude was unnecessary and that if he was in a rush (as he rushed the entire service) or did not want to be there that he should not have taken me as his client. He shrugged me off and after “fixing” the nail, he said “See?!? You see it now?” I was quiet for the remainder of my service as I could not believe that I was being treated this way. I asked the tech if he was the owner and he stated that he was the manager but I believe that he was actually the owner and attempting to save face after I asked. I am beyond disappointed and I will NEVER return to this “business” and I walked out with only 1 out of my 10 nails looking decent.

Kandi Anderson Laura can do any design you ask for! She is a great nail tech! The service, atmosphere, and quality are wonderful. I love their pedicures too.

Brenda Cedeno I been coming here for more than a year. They all do an amazing job with my nails. My nails last & look great. Prices are great too. Whenever I want a specific design, they always do it even better than the pic I show. Definitely recommend

dulce mora kay and anne are the absolute sweetest! my sister, my mom, and i have been going here since my junior year and they have always been the best! they treat us like family . i definitely recommend them for nails, wax, massage, etc! great prices, great people. lots of love!!

Jessica Iwanski I was there yesterday and the lady who did my toes and nails as amazing! I wish i got her name but i couldnt understand the bad reviews, i just figured some people have really sensitive fingers. Its a fun atmosphere, theyre open late and they have decent prices!

Ashley Morse I definitely wouldn’t come back here. Staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t polite either. It also started with about an hour wait. Even though there were plenty of empty chairs. They weren’t talkative at all whatsoever and they pretty much acted like doing nails was the worst thing they could do in there day. I didn’t feel welcome there. I got acrylics done and they weren’t careful when drilling my nails and they ended up hitting my cuticles with the drill and giving me visible cuts which were quite painful. The paint job was also bad. She was rushing through it and it ended up on my fingers and it had many bubbles in the polish. And shortly after 1 week my acrylics started popping off fairly easy. Overall I would rate it a 1 star. I don’t rememeber the cleanliness of the store or the tools so I can’t say anything about that. But from my physical experience, 1 star from me.

Hillary Richard Shows to be open till 10p but when my daughter and I showed up at 7pm they nicely greeted us and asked if we had questions, I told her no im looking over the menu she sd ok ask questions when ready.. there were about 6 customers in chairs and about 4 open but as we sat there making our choices a lady walked in and asked if a certain tech was available she was told no openings w her tonight, she asked for a different tech and was told none till tomorrow. A few min later I approached her and asked the difference in Nexgen and acrylic she sd more expensive gel top on acrylic i then told her I needed 2 sets of nexgen and 2 pedis she told me they did not have time for anything until tomorrow except pedis.....confusing since they were open 3 more hours and finishing clients as we spoke..even more confusing remember the lady she turned away..why? When they had time for pedis for us. When we left my daughter pointed out that the woman that was turned away was not only a larger person but also African American and that she herself as a large teenager felt uncomfortable in this salon the short time we were there as she was getting snide looks from customers who were all small, petite and not of color women. Also the other staff gauked at her as she walked up to me mid convo with the Lady telling me they cld only do pedis to show me her color choice, I told her what I had just been told and we left. This experience made us feel as though this place profiles thier customers and only serves a certain class of women. This is unacceptable and was embarrassing for my child who was there to celebrate her 1yr anniversary of her very near death experience with covid as well as preparing for her senior homecoming dance, but thats ok now the public can know how people are treated here and they lost out on $250+ in business so far just from my experience and taking my money elsewhere.
