Stephanie Gonzalez My daughter went in for a hair cut but the lady that usually cuts her hair was unavailable so she sat for someone else to cut her hair. She showed her a picture of what she wanted done to her hair. She said she noticed that the lady seemed like she wasnt in a good mood. Acting kinda rude to her. Well my daughter said while she was cutting her hair she noticed that it was not what she had asked her for and stopped her from cutting any further since she had already cut her hair to short. She paid and left( I told her she should NOT have paid) she was very upset when she came home and I told her to reach out to the manager or owner of the salon. Well my daughter ended up going to a different salon to have the cut fixed to which that hair stylist told her that the previous stylist put to many layers in her hair. So my daughter ended up going shorter on her cut just so it would look better. It did look horrible after the 1st hair stylist did her job. She went into hair gallery to talk to the owner and the owner was unavailable so a different stylist took pictures of her hair after she went to have it fixed by someone else and also my daughter left pictures of the after and before the hair gallery stylist did to her hair. My daughter left her phone number so the owner could contact her once she was back. A day or so later the Hair stylist that originally messed her hair up called her and was really rude and saying she didnt mess up my daughters hair. She even hung up on my daughter before saying that my daughter wouldnt let her finish the cut. If she had she most likely wouldnt have any hair left. This place is very unprofessional. My daughter didnt leave her number for the stylist to contact her. She left it so she could speak with the owner only. Still the owner hasnt reached out to my daughter and its already been a week. My recommendation is not to go to this place if you want a style cut.

Mayra Arteaga This used to be a great neighborhood place to take my kids to get a haircut but I honestly cant say that anymore. I have been going to this place for years but this was the last time I go. I took my kids in to get a haircut and one of the girls who was cutting hair was vapping while cutting a customers hair. That is unacceptable in any workplace let alone when there are children present. She then proceeded to go and talk to the other lady who was cutting my sons hair and started vapping right in front of my son. I dont mind people who vape or anything like that I just dont understand why it would be done while you are on the clock.

Adriana Valadez I recently visited MA The Salon Experience and had an amazing experience! My stylist, Mayra was incredibly attentive,friendly and really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. Mayra was able to achieve the correct/ perfect hair color from a reference picture I had on my phone. The results were fantastic and I left feeling confident and beautiful as always. I have received so many compliments Mayra truly understands my hair and always gives me recommendations as far as what treatments to use for my hair after bleaching. Javier Chavarria Nice place to go. Very large can accommodate a lot of folks. The girls are fantastic, however, make sure you ask them to trim your eyebrows. Otherwise, they wont assume that you want your eyebrows trimmed. And you know you need them trimmed.

a hill If I could I would leave 0 stars. I asked for a certain hair cut on my 12 year old son. Freddy the hair stylist was like yeah sure. When he was done his haircut literally looked like a mullet and he asked do you want me to cut more which I said yes that doesnt look anything like the picture. He went on to saying his hair texture is different and that he has been doing hair for 3 years and knows how the haircut is supposed to look. Like really then why ask me if I wanted him to cut more. At the end he did cut a bit more but still looks like a mullet. Got home husband laughed so now Im at the McPherson location praying Vanessa can fix the mess that Freddy did. I should of just came to Vanessa she is our regular hair stylist I was just been lazy to drive and know Im doing double the waiting time and drive. Morale of the story stick with your hairstylist and dont go to Freddy he could careless about your opinion. Im including pics of what he did and what I asked. His hair was long so there was way to make it work to look similar to this. Vanessa is a pro at her work i cant believe she was able to fix Freddys mess.just look at the pictures

Floyd Carlee Ive been coming here for years, and its a hit or miss. They usually give decent service for the most part, but its been a pattern of times I go, and they cant fade my hair well. One of the older staff Ive gone with from time to time always makes my haircut look awkward. Observe well there with who can actually cut your hair the way you intend it to look and stick with simple haircuts cause the older staff wont know what youre asking for or just make your cut look bad. The photos I included were today, and as you can see, both sides of my head look different.

Shirley Pagan Came here get a haircut corrected after a previous hair dresser left a 5 inch wide, 4 inch long "tail" after my last layer. Imagine a shelf of hair past a nice layered shoulder cut. It made me feel and look hideous. The stylist I had was wonderful, easy-going and gave me the haircut that I initially deserved. 5/5 Would go back again

Janet Cazares I took my two boys here, 4 and 6, and lady with color eyes mistreated my son for moving, making comments and grabbing my sons arm hard, i had to intervene because i saw my son was getting scared of her as she spoke with aggression. its not kid friendly at all. dont recommend to take your kids here.

Ernesto Lopez I hated the haircut, the lady literally finished in 7 minutes. At other places they are gentle with your head. You are really better off letting a kid cut your hair for free! The charge super expensive for nothing! I will never come to this place ever again.

I have 2 other friends that get their hair cut by Andrea as well and their hair always comes out great, so she knows what she’s doing. Cannot recommend enough.

Briana Segura Horrible experience involving hair dye. Went in one day to ask for a specific hair dye color to which one of the ladies told me I’d only need to use toner on my hair to get the color I wanted. I, however, already knew my hair had to be bleached because of how blotchy my hair was from other dyes but I trusted them since they were the professionals. Next day, they dye my hair and I went home not liking the color because it wasn’t the color I wanted. I call and tell them the situation and they tell me to go in tomorrow so that they can fix the color for free to which I agreed. Next day, I go in one of the ladies dyed my hair again literally just a shade lighter to which I complained about too because it wasn’t the color I told them I wanted it. They proceed to try to manipulate me into telling me that I needed to get my hair bleached from the beginning instead of only using a toner to get the color I wanted. I told them that they were the ones who told me I needed toner only to get the color I wanted and that from the beginning I knew my hair needed to get bleached. Throughout the entirety of them trying to “fix my hair” the owner or manager was just next to me the whole time angry at me telling me how it’s my fault for denying wanting to bleach my hair. They denied me a refund and told me that they couldn’t do anything because the products were already used up on my hair. Nothing was given to me for some sort of closure. I left with $150 less for something I didn’t want.

Hanie G I got a haircut+blow dry+styling for $55. AMAZING customer service! My stylist was so calming and welcoming that I kept wanting to doze off. Relaxing and elegant salon. P.s. I took one star off because, sadly, my hair looked so dry at the end.

Freddy They pull the old bait and switch with the "crazy Tuesday" special. The lady who cut my hair even admitted to messing up one side and still had the nerve at the end to add 2 dollars for a zero hair cut. I asked for a medium fade and left with a high one. I wonder what she considers a high fade; a mohawk? Youre better off letting a toddler cut your hair for free!
