Amber Milam Walking into the salon I immediately felt welcomed. Everyone is so nice and the remodel looks amazing. The location is super convenient and I always enjoy coming here for my appointments. 10/10

Jennie Kirksey Service is good but WAY over priced. Took my daughter for highlights. They charged 145!!! That is a ridiculous price I won’t be back. Also got massages the day before for both of us and was not great. I wouldn’t call it a massage. Very disappointed.

Natasha Hudson I had gone to the same stylist here for at least 8 years before she moved off. I was nervous to find a new stylist but Jocelyn did an incredible job. She helped me with a brand new hairstyle and was so personable. I was so nervous going in but I was immediately reassured by her confident and calm nature. I highly recommend this salon and I highly recommend Jocelyn if you are in need of a haircut, color, or extensions!

Sherri DeRossett Reception was extremely friendly, I didnt wait long for my appt with my stylist, and I was very pleased with my cut and style. Sonya was my stylist. She was very personable and fun to talk with. It was also very reasonable. I will be returning to this salon.

Ashlei Robins Marissa is amazing. She’s done my lashes for over a year and each set has been fabulous. She has also done my eyebrow waxing and styled my hair for pictures and special events. All of her work is always perfect. The salon is beautiful and very clean. The whole staff is very professional and polite.

Meg W Came here based on the good reviews. I regretted it. I got my hair styled by Anesha today. The inspiration vs. what I got should say enough. I just wish hair stylists would let you know if they dont have the skills for your cut. I also didnt like the way she styled me at all. I felt like there was no care put into my styling like Ive experienced at other salons. I basically paid $55 for a trim. Wont be returning.

Sherri Griffith Anesha has been doing my hair for several years and she is the absolute BEST!! As I get older my hair wants to gray, but she guides me and helps me with the most trendy color and haircuts. I always get tons of compliments and am so happy that she is my hair stylist!

kelly lindner Cicile is a talented stylist and works hard to make sure you love your hair. A lot less expensive than other stylists in Lubbock too.

Emilee Cockrell I went in to see Brittney for a cut and color and showed her an inspiration photo that was like the first picture attached. After 4.5 hours I walked out with my hair as red as it gets. The roots did not flow well at all with the rest of my hair and it was clearly not what I asked for. I decided to reach out to Brittney to ask for a refund after 2 other hairstylists that I know suggested that I do so. Upon asking Brittney if I could receive a refund she said she does not issue refunds, but I could come in and she could darken it and adjust the root color. Which to me, was again the total opposite of what I was going for. I did not want to let her touch my hair again. So after paying $220 I had to go pay another stylist $265 to strip my hair of the red and get it as close as possible to the color I was wanting. I never leave negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone to experience the same thing.

Dacia Lowrey Adella Luther is a very patient, talented, and professional hairstylist. I went to this salon with a very challenging hair color change! She took her time, careful not to damage my hair, and accomplished the hair color goal! Highly recommend Adella!!! Not to mention, the salon was clean, easy to find, and had some cute items!!!

Jessica Wright The first time I ran in as a walk-in emergency (my now husband had cut my hair) and Brittney was honest and did the best she could. For my wedding she styled my hair, was very thoughtful and preserved until I was happy with it! Tyna did my nails beautifully and is a great listener! About to go back for other treatments…this is the place to go!!!

Panna Patel Kaylee was SO great with my hair and really fun to talk to. As someone with THICK Indian hair that makes any stylist nervous when I keep asking to thin it out, Kaylee listened to everything I asked for. She was so gentle with my hair and was just so pleasant to work with!! I can honestly say Kaylee is definitely one of 3 people I can actually say I LOVED my cut with!

Mary Simcik Brittney has cut and colored my hair and done a wax. She performed an excellent job, and on top of that she was very professional and friendly. She offered me a water or soda to drink and kept asking if I was warm enough, that she could turn up the heat. Took all my needs into consideration. Definitely the place to go. Love my hair!!

Fatima Collins Hilda did an amazing job cutting my sons hair. She was very patient and friendly! I would definitely recommend her.

Abi Ogle Hands down the best haircut Ive ever had. Courtenay was amazing. Not only was experience from the front desk to the shampooing to the cut a 10/10, but Ive never had someone be so attentive and give me EXACTLY what I asked for. I have a curly pixie cut, and was just thrilled to have someone listen to my request and do such a great job. I dont live in town, but Ill be flying in just so she can cut my hair! I used to dread sitting in a chair for hours to get my hair done, but Courtenay has so much experience and gets it right every time. She is also a phenomenal human being. Sadie Brown I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now. Every couple months I go back, my favorite and only stylist I’ve used is Amanda. She is literally the BEST I adore her. She does amazing work and I refuse to go anywhere else. Whatever she does to my hair my purple hair dye stays in for 3+ months! It’s vibrant and does not fade I have never experienced such amazing work before until I went here and used Amanda. She is like a magician my boyfriend’s family is always shocked that the dye she uses lasts so long. 10/10 the best salon especially Amanda :)

Sharlamar Jackson Miss Jean did an amazing job on my hair! I hadn’t stepped into a salon in almost 5 years and my silk press left my hair so soft and silky. I love my natural hair, but it’s a nice change. Miss Jean’s salon has that neighborhood beauty shop vibe where you feel welcome as the women young and old, sit and talk and bond.

mistyonly12 Horrible service! And very rude! I didn’t like how my hair turned out stylist said it wasn’t her fault my hair is nappy! Just disgusting! My hair was supposed to be silk pressed but it didn’t look silk pressed. It was stiff and not flowy like it should be if it was silk pressed.

Cheryl Underwood I thoroughly enjoy having my hair washed & blown out weekly by Christy Cisneros. She is amazing! LeeAnn is also fantastic working her hair magic. Also, when I have my hair colored, its so relaxing to sit in the salons massage chair while the color processes. Sooo relaxing!!

Laurie Campbell I have been going to La Foi for a while now, on a referral from a friend, and Casey Lucero has been my stylist. She’s so great! She’s willing to work with her clients, giving them what they want, and she is talented at hairstyles and color. Since moving here 3.5 years ago this is my only go to place for any hair needs. Lindsay Prekker Got my haircut here last week for the first time by Veronica (had to look up her name on the website after the fact because I was never told who my appointment was with when booking and she didn’t introduce herself upon taking me back for my appointment). The first two pictures are how my hair cut and color turned out and the last two are the color reference photos. Not even close to what I wanted. Was charged $250+ for this, which was a shock to find out upon paying as pricing was never discussed, and I’m now having to spend more to go get it corrected today by someone else. Not a great first impression and I will be cancelling my next appointment.

Ava I had my hair done by Veronica a year and a half ago and am still seeing the negative effects of it even though it was a long time ago. My hair has never been the fullest however there are chunks of my hair broken off from when I had it dyed. I spent 300+ dollars to get a full highlight and mind you I’m not rich. When my hair was being dyed, I remember thinking it felt really hot on my head and she said “it’s soaking up nicely so we’ll leave it for a little more time”, and she left it on past when her timer went off. To this day I think that is probably when we should’ve taken the foils off. In addition to this I asked for a small trim and she charged me 60$ to take 1/2 an inch off the ends after completely destroying my hair. I normally don’t write bad reviews however, I think this situation could’ve been completely avoided had she had been attentive to me. Below are before and after’s the lighter is after a year of having it dyed and the darker is before it was ever touched.

Misty Nance I have been searching for a new hair stylist for over a year. I started using Tara back in January and she is super sweet. She took on a challenge initially with my hair as it had been butchered by someone different back in July of 2023. She has cut it twice dry which I was not super excited about (2nd time the back was uneven) and this past Wednesday washed, cut and styled it. I figured she would cut it even if she washed it first. After she cut it, she curled it and told me she had cut it blunt. Nothing is blunt about this cut. It is uneven all over the bottom and my layers should be able to be blended at this point to create a cute hairstyle. I wanted to cry when I fixed it Thursday and realized how uneven it had been cut. Years ago I did hair. I definitely know how to style my hair like this. I am not sure if she had two off days the last two times she cut my hair or what happened. She had initially cut it at an angle with the front longer and I asked her to cut the bottom straight this time so I could let it grow as it is right at my shoulders. I paid her $65 and am now going to have to spend more money this Wednesday to have it corrected as it looks terrible. It looked better before she cut it than it does now. Edited to add, I got it fixed by someone different yesterday. See the last two pictures and compare with the first four.

Paulina Ordonez Makurri absolutely made me feel so beautiful with my haircut! We did 2 1/2 in trim with face framing & she did a wonderful job. I am not from Lubbock but if your in the area I totally recommend her. Very sweet and professional!

Ashley Chisholm I’m not one to make many reviews, but OH MY GOSH Morgan did amazing on my hair! I have been blonding my hair for 11 years and I honestly think she got the tone just right on this one. The color looks amazing with the root tap she did. Morgan was kind, personable, and took her time with foiling and toning, so I knew it was going to be good. I cannot recommend her enough if you want your hair to look beautiful!

Tess R. I have been going to Kathy for my hair needs since I was in my 20s. I am now 54 and cant imagine ANYONE making me feel as wonderful as I do when I get a fresh color and cut. Book ASAP she is in demand!!!

Serenity Johnson Crystal was my saving grace today! When the stylist at Designers group salon cancelled my appointment at the last minute in order for her to take one of her already "established clients", I sent Crystal a text asking if she could possibly get me in today for a full foil highlight and a hair cut. She immediately responded back that she could get me in at 3pm. I have a big event tomorrow and was worried I wouldnt be able top have my hair done, but thanks to her Im no longer stressing out about it! I will be sure to update my review after my appointment to let you know how everything went! Im Sure itll be great!

Tatum Everly Was debating on leaving a review but here is how my hair looks right now. I just asked for a root touch up on my highlights and the top of my hair looks ridiculous. Different colors, did unevenly, and doesn’t even look like highlights. I didn’t ask for a hair color change but my blonde is darker. And asked for my dead ends to cut and not everything was cut off and my cut was very uneven. Even under my highlights are did unevenly. I wanted to go back and get it fixed but did not want to pay for what should have been done correctly the first time. I have orange tones throughout all of my head My hair was done by melody, im not bashing just sharing my experience. I’m so disappointed with my hair.

Jenna Garcia Went to get my hair cut yesterday but a stylist and I asked her for a pixie cut and I showed her a picture and she just started cutting. Didn’t not do anything I asked for at all. Instead I ended up with a choppy hair cut and uneven hair . First pictures are what I asked for other pictures are what I got .

Emily Heiser Roxi was my stylist and she gave me the royal treatment! Everything from the scalp massage/shampooing to the "old fashioned" style was top notch. She is obviously very seasoned and a ture professional. My hair felt and looked beautiful! When you scheduled your appointment, ask for Roxi. You will not be disappointed!

Priss B Edit ( we went back they were very kind and fixed the hair )........ This was the worst experience ever my daughters when to go get the hair done They showed the ladies pictures of what they wanted, and at the end it was a complete different look, one of them wanted red highlights and ended up with pink, not to mention. It was only 4 strands of highlight on the top, nothing throughout the hair. The other 1 wanted it short with blue, on the bottom, and she didnt even fix the hair properly. One on paid 265, and the other 1 paid 215. This was ridiculous, never going back.

Lauren Ray Megan is amazing!! She listens to everything I’m wanting done and then goes over her plan with me in detail and it always looks so good after. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend a better hair stylist.

Rachel Owen Today was our first time ever going here. Got registered, scheduled, and took my son and husband in for haircuts. $75 haircut for this gal to take over and inch too far off my husbands sides! He looks ridiculous. Then to get charged $75 for a less than high end salon experience blew my mind! You can clearly see where his hairline was, and is supposed to be.

Damla Yağmur This is singlehandedly the worst haircut I had in my life. I took an appointment online and when I went in the lady at the front desk said "I had to give them my phone number to get a price." I said "well, you can just tell me." She said it would be 75 if she cut my hair (no other option for a SCHEDULED appointment) but 55 if I waited an hour for someone else. I told her I wanted my hair evened out, she supposedly "cut it dry" to make sure of that, right now the front half of my hair is shorter than the back. Not once have I seen her wash her hands throughout this experience. She left some conditioner in my hair that messed with my own curls, then curled my hair with a comb herself halfway, and said I was done when my hair looked worse than the one I came in with. Never again.

Jennifer Green The owner is VERY VERY RUDE!! She totally screwed up my color. Had to pay $200 and 3 hrs of my time to get it corrected. AVOID THIS “SALON”. The employees are great, but the owner has TERRIBLE SKILLS!!! She refused to reimburse me for the terrible job she did on my hair color. I went to another salon after the second ones. She could not believe that the second girl. They couldn believe the second girl failed to color the dark hair in the back back to blond again. This whole experience cost me $300.00 plus tip. This was a very stressful experience because we don’t have a whole lot of extra money to correct very bad mistakes made by hairstyles.

Cristen Shirley Brooke Dietmeier has been doing my hair for YEARS and I have never been disappointed. She most recently did my bayalage and she has such a gift with this type of coloring! She has so much knowledge in the field and is always ready for any of my ideas. I will always recommend her!
