C H My girls hair before was beautiful, she did a good job the very first time but the second time we went, she used clippers to trim the hair “straight cut” and ruined their hair and made it choppy & thick. it was upsetting. I don’t know if she was experimenting or what but the first time she didn’t use clippers, the second time I don’t know what was going on in her mind.

Stacie Flores She 1st cut it completely uneven and said I had too much oil in my hair, but didnt want to wash it because she was about to close. She could have said this I could have come back with clean hair. She asked I go back to get it fixed for free and it looks 10000% WORSE. You would think everything would have been free, especially because she said shes going to keep my hair to make a wig. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SURPRISE. I FLIPPIN HATE MY HAIR AND IT TOOK ME 3 YEARS TO GROW IT.

Maria Jimenez Came in for a color correction and I got quoted 240-300. Ended up paying 340$ for this service. Looked at pictures on Facebook thinking they new what they were doing obviously I was disappointed especially for the money. I was looking into getting highlights going light over all told them my history of the hair. Complained went in again and did not wash my hair for 3 days and it’s orange again. Disappointed. Have told friends and family. Hair state is orange. Looks like I bought product at Sally’s and did it myself. It’s been 1 year since this review. And I can honestly say I’m still trying to recover the integrity of my hair… this salon made me never want to do my hair ever again. I attached before pictures

Jessica Mills Went in today to dye my hair copper from my natural hair. She had me worried at first because she didn’t bleach first, but it still turned out as if it had bleach put on first. It looks amazing!!! She did a great job!

Mak Ak My family and I have been going to Liza for years now. Always a wonderful experience. My boys always have a picture of what they want. She does an amazing work on all of what we ask for. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Definitely a place to get your hair needs done, along with feeling a safe, comfortable environment.

Diana I have been on a search for an inexpensive salon with a good hairstylist to get a trimmed blunt bob. After reading the good reviews I decided to check this place out. Respectfully, this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. My hair is naturally very thick and straight, making mistakes very noticeable; especially when my hair is not thinned out. (It had only been about 3 months since my last cut somewhere else). The pictures attached show how one side of my hair is noticeably shorter than the other. I tried parting my hair differently while my hair was still wet but realized it’s not my parting, it’s just simply uneven. I also realized I have a lot of random pieces that were sticking out. I tried to fix my hair by cutting it myself although it was very difficult because I have a lot of hair. But besides the bad haircut, the stylist was very nice and the cut was inexpensive.

I asked a guy who had a son in McDonalds and he suggested this place, and I wasnt disappointed, I wish I had gotten the wonderful patient young lady name who cut his hair,she was AWESOME!! I still owe her a tip on my next visit,because I didnt have enough cash and she said not to worry about it, but I will definitely take care of her next time

Acc User Been here a few times, usually no issue. This time I showed a very clear picture and explained the color I wanted, and got something entirely different. I wanted to go blonde, fully blonde with blended root balayage, a medium blonde shade everywhere except for blended roots. I started with a darker color, but that has not been an issue in the past. What I received instead was completely brown with a few blonde highlights, after specifically mentioning that was not what I wanted. My stylist was nice and probably trying her best, but she did not deliver on my very clear request. If she was completely unable to do what I wanted, or needed multiple sessions for some reason, I wish she would’ve just told me so I didn’t expect it to come out looking similar to the picture I showed her. I spent over $200 on that coloring and a cut there. It doesn’t look horrible or anything but it’s just not what I wanted. Probably won’t be returning unless it’s for something very simple and less expensive.

Linda I’m aware It was risky going to a new salon and making a same day appointment with any available stylist. So I called this salon and made my appointment for blonde highlights and toner. I looked up on the website and seen that the stylist for my hair is a level 1 stylist. But the appointment was already made so I decided to keep it and I still had confidence that it would be good since this salon was recommended and had decent reviews. But unfortunately the results were not what was expected. I had told her what products are usually used and she said ok she will do an ashy blonde. The color results I weren’t too happy about. The shade of the highlights was not what I expected but i understand blonde is tricky. I’ve been getting highlights for almost 10 years. But I still paid and after I went to my car I seen the striping from the bleach foils and came back in and she said she can fix it. Which at this point my head is so tender from the roughness of pulling out the foils and blow drying my hair. I had also told her a couple times that she was hurting me. And I’m not sure how she didn’t even notice how bad the highlights were when she was drying my hair. My appointment was at 1:30 and it was past 6pm already. I was told she would add more toner to my hair but it was already late so I rescheduled to come back and get it correct. The next day I start to see the real extent of the damage. My hair is broken and thinned, my scalp is exposed. There are many missing areas with no highlights. So I come back a a couple days later and sit through more highlights and toner and another treatment. I would say it was at least an improvement of what I originally walked out looking. But in all honesty I wish that that this salon wouldn’t have took the appointment, this service was obviously outside her skill set. And i understand that everyone has to start somewhere and this is the only way to get better to learn from mistakes. These results felt like I could have just paid someone still in cosmetology school and been happier. But I paid 270$ with tip and keratin treatment. And now my hair is literally falling out from the damage. I work really hard and spend too much money to take care of my hair. I’m not even mad at anyone about the situation I’m honestly just more sad than anything else. My hair is so damaged that I am going to have to get about 6 inches cut off. It continues to break and fall out. I know this is a long review but I just want to warn others to not make the same mistake. I’m sure there are talented stylist that do good work but if you are a new client going in blind I would not recommend this place because you don’t know what you are going to get, and you might walk out with severely damaged hair.

Angels Creations Management I came to this place for a last minute hair cut. As soon as I walked in a very nice lady greeted me with such a genuine positive energy. I was second guessing the guys that finished first & asked if I wanted to go next, to my surprise it was by far one of the best experiences with a hair cut... this place was busy as I came and and as I left it was still busy with 3 people waiting. Danny Jogi The ladies is perfect but the guys they do not know how to cut hair at all do not let nun of the guys cut your hair at all the lady’s are a pro everytime I go I always give the guys a chance to cut my hair and they just in a rush after I specificity just said take your time if you have too and they don’t wanna take the time they just wanna get the job done after it’s not a welled done job. She advised me that I would need a couple inches cut off & the additional pricing for certain product so she wouldn’t damage my hair. Besides her being very detailed she was very friendly & bubbly. I’m not a big talker but she kept the conversation going & made me feel comfortable. She was awesome! Plus the decor of the salon is BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend you stop by to check her out!

I honestly believe no one in that place is certified to cut hair and if they are I dont know how they could see what theyre doing since they keep the place so dark. Sonia I came here and was called to go sit in a chair to get my haircut. When I got to the chair the woman was telling me to have a seat, keep in mind there were chunks of hair from a previous client on the chair. I touched the chair and then she noticed the hair and said “would you like me to wipe it down” like um obviously I’m not sitting on that. That wasn’t even the worse part, when the hair was cleaned off she put the drape on me and it was covered in hair which after my visit was all over me and my clothes, a previous clients hair was on me because they do not clean nor disinfect after each visit absolutely not right. Then, the lady doing my hair kept spraying the water on my face when trying to get the side of my head and literally pulled my hair with a comb. Also, I went in just for a trim no more than an inch (A TRIM) and was charged $25 when typically it should be $10-15. Absolutely horrible experience here and the looks you get from the staff is so bad and they’re very judgmental with their facial expressions. Beautiful salon but horrible service and never will I recommend this place! Please go somewhere else, trust me you do not want to come here!!!!
