Thank you for really caring about me and your work. It is clear that you are very concerned about your clients happiness. Speedy reply to my review and overall great second visit. I will be back. Original review: If the rating was on personality alone, it would be 5 star for Bina. However, I spent well over $400 and 5 hours here yesterday for hair that looks nothing like what I had asked for. I ended up with an all over highlight with visible transitions instead of the more subtle highlight I had shown a picture of. Also tone is way off. I am really disappointed, I wanted to love this place

Natalie Pang AMAZING!! I came in with a few reference photos of a hairstyle that I knew not many hairstylists would be able to replicate. However, they took on the challenge and delivered everything I wanted and more. They even modified it slightly based on my hair texture to make it better than if they had just done the original hairstyle exactly as it was. They were extremely efficient and thorough at the same time. For the short amount of time I was there, I received great results. Absolutely recommend!

Gul Khan Called to make an appointment for my 13 year old daughter’s hair cut. Was told it would be $18. After a the cut which Jane did not even do the cut the way we described, after we showed her a video and pictures, charges us $55. When asked her for a price breakdown she said the price did not include shampoo and style?!!! You’re telling me $40 for that? My daughter left in tears because it didn’t look the way she wanted it. Augh never coming back to these crooks again! I am so upset with this dishonest business practice. I don’t mind paying the price, but state an accurate price up front and do the cut the way it was asked.

Kelsey Lauren Ive been to a lot of fancy salons in Houston with trendy hair stylists and none of them have given me the results that I got here from Jane. This salon is very unassuming- it is very no frills, but dont let that fool you. Jane is truly skilled at what she does. She is incredibly talented with color and really takes her time making sure everything is perfect and precise. Hands down the best cut and highlights Ive ever had.

K D By far the worst haircut I have ever received. My hair is destroyed. I NEVER asked for choppy layers. Its so uneven and ugly.

N. Anderson Zoila did a great job making my pandemic hair look like an acceptable mid-length mens hairstyle rather than the 70s hippy look I had going on. She also gave me advice on how to style it and maintain it. She has since given my daughters hair the first trim, and gave us good advice on how and how often to have her hair cut. Zoila is a great stylist and I recommend her.

melissa besk I love Zoila! Not only is she a great stylist, she is enjoyable to talk to and work with. She listens to you and shows you how to fix your style. If there is a problem, she is willing to fix it without complaint. She stays up to date on what’s in. She doesn’t overbook herself either. I have never had to wait to be seen when it was my appointment time! Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

Marie Garcia Zoila is absolutely the BEST! I have been going to her for years now and never disappointed. She is very knowledgeable about everything he puts in my hair. She listens and give the best advise. Highly recommend her and the gorgeous salon itself!

Lawrence Brown Zoyla did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. The entire place was clean and nice inside. The atmosphere felt laid back and relaxing. I highly recommend this salon.

SpiceRadio504 The stylist is the best!!! For the first time, I walked out of a salon and loved my hair. I got a silk press and in this heat, it is still straight and flawless. I had to drive 38 minutes to get to her and it was worth every dime.. Ms. Nicole went above and beyond by educating me about products and trying different styles. A true artist!

Rena Jackson Ms Nicole, is a true perfectionist and is very knowledgeable about hair care. Of course like most of us we venture off to try different things and at times it’s a good thing and at times it’s not so good. With that being said I lost contact with Ms Nicole and had been looking for her as faith have it after three years of looking I found her and now she is my stylist for life lol. But really she is the real deal and takes pride in her work and will explain to you what she is doing and why she is doing it. Again I’m not paid to advertise for her but I do understand it is hard to find stylists whom genuinely care about hair and this is Ms Nicole. P Nicole Kelly Nicole is the BEST...no question. Her ability to look at your hair and pull off an impeccable style is uncanny! Healthy hair is first for her and you always get her full attention (no texting or cell usage while youre in her chair). Ill follow her where ever she goes!

Alexis Thomas Her prices say starting at $280 but when I sat down in the chair she told me $650 and I told her thats too much and she said can you do $450 and I told her yes and I also did a $50 deposit so that $500 in total. This lady gave me some fat knotless braids that looked like my 10yr old did them because she didnt get the amount she wanted. For $500 I expected neat medium knotless and these are just terrible and I feel so played. If you are looking for quality work I suggest you go somewhere else!

Soul Sister Gift is one amazing gifted soul! She is so fast and has the most amazing sense of style with her work. She is a great conversationalist and I recommend her service to everyone! She is truly worth every penny spent.

Brittani Austin Worst experience! She was late, and charged $250 for 10 braids!! Parts are crooked,and braids are not straight! 8/4 I. Response to the owner please see picture of blown out hair and then the style! There was no drama, I was at work and my children came to your place of business. I was not even there! I paid because my daughter would have been in an uncomfortable position if I didn’t! Shame on you for acting like this on this review! Yes my child has thick hair but do not act like it was not properly prepared.

Senait Andemicael Gift was such a joy! She did my daughter’s braids and we couldn’t be happier! She is quick and precise! We wanted medium knotless braids and we were in and out in 2 hours! Her hands are gentle, we will definitely be back and highly recommend her!

Private Private Messed up my friends hair the day before her birthday. The after photos look like before photos and the person who paid for her service was “accidentally” charged 900 dollars for a service she didn’t receive. Stylist has the audacity to charge $450 for this mess. Very bad technique and an uneven cut. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if i could.

Darby Cruz I went to Luxe for a facial with Brandy and it exceeded all expectations! I hadn’t gotten a facial in over 10 years and she was absolutely wonderful - she explained the process prior to every step and my face is absolutely glowing. She has such a calm demeanor. The salon itself is gorgeous and the complimentary chai tea was a very nice touch. I will definitely return!

Shepherd Karin “purplemama21” I love Luxe Salon! I scheduled an appointment with Anh for her to do something spectacular with my mop of hair in preparation for my 50th High School Reunion in two weeks. Ive been coloring my hair myself for 30+ years. It was over-processed, brittle, and felt just like straw and I could not stand the yellow color any longer. The before and after photos speak for themselves. By the time I left Anhs chair, I had the hairdo I had dreamed about. Anh did a spectacular job! The highlights are gorgeous, the cut and layering are perfect, and my hair is silky smooth and absolutely frizz free. Two hours total time. I still cant believe how perfect it came out. Excellent price, excellent service, and excellent outcome!

javiera torres Emma is the best hairdresser I have ever had and I will never look for another hairdresser unless she retires, I receive a tapping before and after my haircut to relax my nerves since I live a very stressful life and it is incredible how in only 2 minutes each you can feel completely at peace and relaxed. My mother has been a hair dresser since I was in the first grade ( I am now 27) and she has been the only person I have allowed to do my hair until yesterday. kaitlyn :* I went to nailsbyisabella in suite D3 multiple times. she does designs and shape of the nails pretty but after a day or two all of them lift and come off. it’s honestly the worst nails i’ve had due to this even though i’ve given them multiple opportunities. her sets cost anywhere from 80+ with a mandatory deposit and they simply aren’t worth the money for the quality you receive.

Michele Fricke Our family uses both Mr. Kenny and Studio Lux at this location. They both offer excellent service for very reasonable prices. We recommend both to all our friends and family. The establishment is always clean, well maintained, and very comfortable.

High Tide The shop is located in the shopping center. There are many stylists and barbers in this building. Every room is a different business, so either you know someone or you choose who you want to do business with. Jazz did a great job on my re-twist for Dred Locs

Darwin Ayo I highly recommend Leo. He’s always been my choice everytime I visit US and stay in Pearland, Texas. I just wonder if the salon automatically charges gratuity upon payment. They advertise USD15 for a haircut while I was charged USD18. If not, I’d feel really bad for not tipping him. I’d definitely ask him next time. ✌️☺️

Beverly English I’ve been going to Jenny for 6 years. She colors my hair and cuts it perfectly every time. Jenny always takes her time to make sure my hair is exactly the way I want it. sydneylacroix Taylor is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, and she does hair wonderfully! After she had styled my hair (beautifully) a couple times I decided to make her my full time hairdresser! She is the best!

Paula Komazin I recently visited Cost Cutters for a trim, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. I asked for a trim to my layered hair, but what I got were uneven, blocky layers that completely missed the mark. The stylist cut significantly more than just cleaning up what was there. The cut looks choppy and unbalanced, as there is a stark difference between the now (incredibly) shortest layer and the longest one. I’ve had better trims at other places, and this experience was far from what I was hoping for. While the staff was friendly and the place was clean, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my haircut. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for quality layering work.

Alcon TV My favorite place to get a hair cut. Been coming here for years and never bother to write them a review. Nice people working there, easy access, parking, can get in and out within 30 minutes. And I am able to book online up to just a few minutes in advance.

Lupie McBride Rosa Hernandez has been my stylist for many, many years. She is excellent at what she does. Throughout the years she has never disappointed me in my haircuts, styling, dying my hair, as well as hi-lights. She is absolutely an extraordinary hair stylist who takes pride in her job. I highly recommend her. She is very professional and knows what works best for my hair. I love to let her do whatever she thinks looks the best for me and she never disappoints. All I can say when she is done with me is WOW!!

Jean Shimo I showed the stylist a photo of exactly what I wanted done. And the results look nothing like the photo. Way too short. Wanted a trim. Got a chop and its not even on the sides. Would not recommend and will never return.

Kre Mendous I got my new growth (roots) colored on my hair. I have never ever spent 79.97 for root color. This is way overpriced. The stylist was great though and did an excellent job.

Music Edits Not only did the hair dresser rush my girlfriends hair cut, she didnt listen to what my girlfriend asked for. Last time we went, everything was fine, and it only cost 32 bucks. NOW they charged us 43 and its not what she asked for or wanted. I recommend you be careful when going here

Samantha - Texas Heart Center Came as a walk in, Mrs.Gaby was able to cut my daughter hair. She cut the exact length as we wanted, and even styled her hair after. We will be a returning customer.

Amiable Woman I had never had a change in my hair, I always wore it long and black (which is my natural color). I decided to go with Gaby Hair Studio and she understood very well what I wanted, she was very professional and what is better, I was fascinated by my new hair color and style to celebrate my 50 years.
