There were some issues with my hair being damaged after my second extension install when I found out the hair I ordered was not from the same supplier (verified by supplier) Long story short after almost three years of using services I was offered a 75$ store credit which I found insulting considering the damages and what it has cost me to repair them.

Toni Mitchell Hair stylist did not do what was asked for or what was shown for the hair cut in which I asked for. Didn’t ask anything about hair until she had finished and done everything. Not happy with how my hair turned out not what I was wanting. She was very nice and friendly and the services were at a good prices.

Paulette Gomez They young lady was very sweet and did a great job with my sons hair but the place was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Hair and oil stuck on the arms of the chairs and thick dust everywhere.

Baylea Robinson Whitney butchered my husbands hair today so bad. We had to ask the other stylist Mendy to just buzz it because of how bad it was. We provided pictures and it just turned out so bad. This isn’t the first haircut we haven’t liked by them but this one will be the last. Mendy did amazing on my son’s hair but unfortunately it’s so unreliable. You never know if you’ll get a good cut or not. For $19 mens cut you can go into a normal salon and get someone that knows what they’re doing.

Crystal Brewer The service I received was exceptionally poor, from the initial consultation to the final result. The manager advised that drying my hair type requires 45 minutes and expressed reservations about their capacity to provide this service due to their usual high volume of haircuts, although this was not evident on the day of my visit. The stylist failed to thoroughly shampoo my hair, applying conditioner only to the exterior, and needed to be reminded three times that my scalp was still damp. After notifying her again that my hair was not dry, I decided to forgo the service. Upon leaving the premises and entering my vehicle, I found dried conditioner on my scalp and hair edges. I will not patronize this business again.

She gave me what I asked for. Went from a full mid length haircut to basically a military cut haha I appreciate that she took her time. I made the appointment a few days prior for 11 am. Only had to wait like 15 minutes but I don’t mind waiting if a stylist is doing her best to give a client the haircut they deserve. Thanks Jenn!! You’re awesome!

Creative Chic I had a lovely experience on Thursday 2/27/25 with an associate. Ollie assisted me in the fragrance area. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a young lady at the register. As I approached her department, Ollie was helping another customer, but she made sure to make eye contact and greet me with a smile. Once she was done with the other customer, she quickly asked if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing several sets of nails and nail polish and was unsure which items would work for me. Ollie reassured me that if any of the items didn’t fit my needs, I could return them within so many days with my receipt. Im writing this review because I appreciate experiences like this. As a former retail manager, I rarely encounter young people who care about their customers nowadays, or the products for that matter. Ollie cares about BOTH. My daughter shops at Ulta Beauty regularly. After receiving such amazing service from Ollie, Im more likely to shop there for myself as well.

Brinna Walker Rebecca is always rude and unpleasant when I come into the Paris store. I went in last month and bought a few items and wanted to get my birthday gift, she told me they were out and didn’t offer any other information or help. I went in today to return an item and she was unhelpful when I told her the wrong phone number. She did not tell me that she could not find the item on that account, and I had to ask her to try to search it on my sister’s number instead. She always makes my time here unpleasant and I will be going to a different city for Ulta later on.

Candice Mallory Doubtful that I’ll visit Ulta in Paris again. I’ve visited several other locations and it’s not like this. Also, this is not the first bad experience I’ve had in the store. A nice lady greeted me at the door, and that’s the ONLY thing positive about my experience. The other women stood to themselves talking about their important lives and never asked if I needed anything. When I asked for a product, they both looked at me like I was bothering them. They did not know their products in the store! Maybe if they spent less time chatting about their ingrown toenails and researching their products /actually taking an interested in their chosen profession, they would have made a sale. No product knowledge AND terrible customer service. I’d rather order online… from a different business. I immediately left and placed an order from another store for the same exact product that was on your shelf.

Then at checkout that lady was rude because I had a gift card. I will not return to this location. No customer service at all so disappointing as I rarely get out to do shopping.

Bill Van The policy in Paris of not allowing beer sales at Pizza Hut etc. because it is near a school/Church is provincial and very disconcerting for The traveler looking for a beer with dinner after driving six or seven hours

Eve McClain We are visiting our daughter in Paris, we are from Delaware. We went to lunch at the Dat Ragin Cajun Kitchen after lunch we were checking out the antique shops on the square. We went into the Plaza Art Gallery, the people in the Chamber of Commerce were so kind, and thorough in their answers about the town, and the Paris fire of 1916. After visiting the Eight West Plaza art gallery we went on to get pictures in front of the fountain. Our daughter with her three year old daughter, and 2 week old son, sat her diaper bag down on the park bench, and proceeded to take the pictures. We went on about our tour of the square, and left a short time later. We drove to Pattonville to visit family. Upon arrival at the house, our daughter asked where the diaper bag was, we had no idea. Panic set in as she retraced her steps back to the fountain. She called the chamber of commerce, and they said they would go out and look for it. In the meantime we made the 17 minute drive and arrived after the 5 oclock closing time. They waited, and handed it safely back to her. We are so grateful, and were so impressed with the people of Paris for not taking the diaper bag.

Diana Parisi Maybe the chamber of commerce is trying to improve this town. However, I dont see it. The residential areas have Depalitated houses and the rent is ridiculous. The education system here tells the biggest lie that bullying will not be tolerated. Road construction crews place a sign "watch for pilot car," yet people drive around you illegally, because their Illiterate.

Emma Lindamood Im so terrible with names but the guy who cut my hair was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helped me achieve the perfect haircut. I wanted Sabrina Carpenter bangs and thats what I got! Every time I style my bangs now, I get so giddy. I cant gush over my hair enough or the guy who cut it. I wont be going anywhere else!

Brittany Went in at 5:25 for a men’s hair cut, walked in, and 2 workers were sitting in the waiting area, claiming to be closed. Said they close at 5:30, when online and on the door it states close is at 6. I know I went in with 30 mins until closing time, but a men’s cut normally only takes 10-15 mins. So we assumed it’d be plenty of time. They both refused service because they already put their supplies up. It’s stated online and on the door that closing time is 6, doors are unlocked and workers are just sitting there? For what??? Lock the doors and leave. It looks like they just didn’t want to work for the last 30 minutes.

Laken Been The haircut my daughter was given is very uneven. It is also not the length we asked for. We went back later in the day to have it fixed (during normal business hours) and they were inexplicably closed. The open sign was on but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Someone did eventually call me back to fix her hair but I decided to go somewhere else.

Ive stocked up on haircare to get me through the COVID-19 crisis, and Sally is doing a good job of keeping customers and staff safe during the pandemic. I got a killer deal on a storage roll for my extensions, some great hair care products, and an excellent color depositing conditioner to keep my purple hair fresh and bright.

Morial Amin Every time I go there I explain to the worker what I want. The worker shows me what I need but doesnt tell me that One package would only work on 1/4 of my hair. Then the next time I go, I look for hair dye. I tell the lady what I an doing and she shows me which one would work. I spend over 10 dollars there but she neglected to tell me I needed a developer or something to add into it. I always seem to waste my money in there because the ladies although pretending that they do, never know anything.

Cara Roberds I just moved to Detroit and I frequent sallys often so as soon as I walked up to the counter I asked to get a sallys card so can start receiving discounts, the woman at the front counter Helen completely ignored me and finished my purchase. When I asked at the end of it if I could get my sign up for a allys card now she told me no because she didnt want to right then and that she would dont next time. I will not be returning to this establishment, I will buy my stuff online from sallys. I absolutely dont blame the company, just the shitty worker at the counter.

Melissa Wersal One of the nices Sallys iv ever been to, and Ive been all over texas, the women working here are always friendly helpful and so sweet to everyone, there are days I only go to plain ahead and figer out what color Im ganna do my hair next and they are always helpful and talk with me and help me when even I dont know what I want lol, I never have any issues with this store and I know Ill be spending more money here than any where eles!
