The salon is clean, welcoming, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The nail services are top-notch, with great attention to detail and quality. Candy Trinidad The manicurist stated 50.00 for all with nails with designs and in the end she only did 6 nails with designs and left the nails very thick. The pedicurist told me 13.00 for toenail color change; but, when my sister told them I was a Fnp, they increased the price to 18.00! Then he tried to hurry us out of the salon.

Tina Franklin I went there for the first time last week. I was quoted $35.00 for an acrylic set. She made my nails way too long and the base was too thick. I ended up having to pay $55.00 for nails that I hate, so disappointing! I had to cut them down twice and they still look terrible. A refund or perhaps what I really wanted would have sufficed. That’ll never happen so I’ll go elsewhere.

Sandra Greeno He did an awesome job on my nails. He was able to remove the artificial tips & dip with NO damage to my real nail. New dip and out I went. Didnt take long at all & the price was better than I usually pay elsewhere. I will be back!

Emily Lindsey Great place! The staff was so nice and friendly, and made good conversation during my pedicure. The services were awesome, one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Prices were about average for a nail salon, maybe a tad cheaper than usual. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Kara Kennedy-Zarate I took my daughter to get our nails done and this place is usually up to par with their service. My nail technician was awesome, however, my daughter left crying because her nails looked awful. We went straight to another salon after leaving here to get them fixed. I was charged $75.00 for her nails and she couldnt even take her hands out of her pocket because they were hideous.

Jeniffer Bolanos The nail technicians were super kind but I think they dont have enough staff. If they had more technicians, they would definitely be much faster. I went in for a pedicure and they did a decent job, but my nail design wasnt the best and my feet arent as soft as Ive gotten at other places. I think if you go alone with a plain nail color and feet arent in dire need of softening, I would recommend going.

Chaya Leibo The worst place I’ve ever been to. While doing my nails, they were also doing eyebrows for multiple people at the same time. They injured my skin, and at the end, they tried to charge me double the price. When I refused to pay the inflated price, they removed the nails I just had done. Absolutely not recommended! There are plenty of better places in the city. Don’t go there.

Cheyenne Reyna I went to get my nails done yesterday! Definitely had the best experience ever. Everyone was super sweet & helped me to get the finishing look I was going for all along. I’ve never gotten glow in the dark nails! I’ve waited to get a good glow in the dark picture. Is why I am a day late on posting. Thannnnk you to Mrs Mary & Sarah & the guy who did my toes. Definitely loved it, and will be returning!

Victoria Plasencio Tried out this place because my daughter wanted a pedi in the hello kitty chairs. The people who work here a nice! However the guy who did my pedicure did not know what he was doing. He cut my toenails crooked, he cut them way to short even after I asked him not to, and I was in pain when he was cutting my cuticles. Which blew my mind 90 dollars later this is for both my daughter and Pedi, my Gel polish is chipped. I have been getting gel pedis for the last 5 years this has this happened.

Luis Ordaz The guy that did my girlfriends nails was very rude and combative the whole time. He didnt fallow her request for short nails and he left them all crooked. My girlfriend was on the verge of tears the whole time because he was being so rude. I will never be taking her there again.

Jennifer Quintana The stars were from 2 years ago but recently 2023 I went again, and the service was amazing again. Loan and Tamic were excellent nail techs! Tamic did my pedi, and Loan did my nails. I have one toe that got smashed, she made it look pretty. They took great care with my nails, and I love the end results. I will be back.

Ariscilla Mariah I went to Jennifer & she did such an amazing job. She’s so sweet & precise. I had a bruised nail from smashing it with my car door & she made sure to be gentle with it. I recommend her!

Monica Rodriguez I’m regretting going to this place, yesterday I paid $100 for the worst “semi-pedicure” because: first my nails weren’t clipped properly, my feet beber were sanded, the lady cut my big toe and I was bleeding she never apologized not worth it. Second supposely I was to get a manicure with a dip, the owner just made the dip and never started a proper manicure, I wonder I was the only costumer in a Saturday morning…. Super bad experience, nothing personal just putting out my own experience.

Nick&Lexi I was a little sceptical about going to this place because of the reviews but I’m so glad I gave O.P. nails a try. Hannah did such an amazing job on my nails, she listened to my requests, payed extra attention to detail and was informative on how I could strengthen my nails. While I was there it seemed like Nancy was also highly recommended for services. Great job O.P. nails, I will be a return customer.

Breanna Bare Amazing! Ended up giving $10 in a tip! Lol They all knew exactly what they were doing. Very welcoming when you first walk in, and very social. This was my first time ever getting French tips (getting my nails done in general) and eyebrows waxed. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted once, and she got it exactly how it was in the picture. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Porsche Campbell Not even two days after getting my nails done, they started to chip. When I came back to get them fixed, the gentleman who assisted me was rude and kept trying to just file the chips away as opposed to just fixing them. Initial service was horrible as the first tech cut me with the drill and scratched me with her nails and the follow up was worse.

Kalli Quicke My Aunt comes here multiple times a month and loves it. Had to give it a try when I was in town visiting! Wow! They are so friendly, and the length of the pedicure for the price was better than I receive anywhere else! Hands down the best!

Machelle Bates I started coming to princess nails just over a year ago when we moved to town. I absolutely love Ryan and Cindy. They are amazing people. With just the two of them they work off appointments and I love that theres no waiting when I get there. I would say the majority of their clients are 40 and above and they cater to them like they were the only people in there when its their appointment time. When youre through with your appointment, Cindy goes and opens the door for you and if its windy she even goes out to your car door and help you in your car! They definitely go above and beyond service! I highly recommend checking them out if you want to feel welcomed, able to carry on a conversation, and valued as a client!!

Im shocked in reading the few negative reviews on here; even the one that isnt a complete thought. To Ryan and Cindy: Keep doing things the way you do them. Unfortunately there are people out to get something for nothing or cant be pleased. It is the price of serving the public, but KNOW THIS...you guys are outstanding. Thank you for taking care of me all these years. YOU ARE A BLESSING!!! I like everything about Princess Nails!! I have been going to this nail salon for 7 years. I love Ryan and Cindy and the way they have taken care of me. Up till 7 years ago, other salons would stop caring for me once I started to become a "regular". Ryan and Cindy have never done that, quite the opposite. They value me as a customer and never fail to tell me that they do. They know my name and they give me the same excellent quality work and friendly service every single time and if something isnt quite right, they care enough to fix it. It is a very comfortable and clean salon. I always feel safe and pampered. There is so much more good I could say about this place. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go for a special day or just for your regular self-care needs. They are THE BEST!!!

Sierragh Villarreal I’ve been going for years. Service is consistent. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted. They get you in with appropriate speed. Their work isn’t rushed but they are experienced so, they do move quickly. I went in this last time with my youngest. She is only ten months old. I normally don’t but as you know is moms have to do what we need to do to keep ourselves maintained. They worked on my feet and nails diligently. They didn’t seem annoyed and actually assisted me with grabbing my daughter bottle. If you want great work and to feel cared about as a customer this is the salon for you. Keaira Harris Has to be the worst experience, I had ever went to get a pedicure with toenail polish. You could see the layers when she had to do another layer. She cut my toenails very uneven. I told the owner about the job that was done now, she did try to file my toes down to make them even though it didnt work. It still looks very bad.

Kylie Israel Went in yesterday I got acrylic nails. For one, I picked a light pastel purple, and the color my nails turned out was a dark purple that I’m not too fond of. I should have spoken up about the color... So that’s my fault, but I still don’t Understand why the color was wrong to begin with.The women that did my nails was very rough, not friendly. And didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she had to take my polish off to re do it several times, and rushed through my nails. This afternoon I barely bumped my acrylic nail and it BROKE. I’m going back tomorrow to get it fixed, but after tomorrow I don’t think I will be going back.

Pat James I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

Brianna Valdez I came in just asking for a manicure with no nail polish. I sat down and the lady got started on my nails. I had asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me. It took her 5 minutes to do this and my nails are not shaped up at all. My pinkie nails is very jagged. This was 20 dollars and I’m very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and rushed through something that should have been very simple. Never again.

Jaqueline Chacon Went in on Thursday of last week, asked for a simple dip set. The nail tech was putting the tips on sloppy and sticking up (just trying to finish fast) I asked her to fix the tips since they weren’t even sticking on to my nail. They were sticking up! She said they will stay on fine and fixed one and did Acrylic. They looked okay besides them sticking up. It’s Tuesday of the next week and WATER AND FOOD IS GETTING STUCK BETWEEN MY NAIL AND THE NAIL TIPS. Went to get them taken off so I dont get a fungal infection and they charged me $10 more to get them off on top of the $60 last week?! To top it off I got the same lady and she didn’t even try to take it off right. Needless to say I won’t be back and you shouldn’t go.

They’re very nice, helpful, and quick while also being careful. Absolutely enjoyed my time there. Andy was very sweet and did amazing on my nails. The lady who did my feet also did a great job! Can’t wait to return! 10/10 recommend!

Lily L The men here are honestly so rude. The guy doing my nails didn’t fix any of the flooding of the gel. I wanted to get a gel manicure which is around 20-30 minutes. I had at first gone at 12, but my lash appointment was at one and it was 12:45 with no service. So I left and came back later at 3. They didn’t even start me until 4:16. They weren’t packed in the slightest as well. The lady who seated me was very pleasant while the man who did my nails honestly seemed so agitated the whole time. If you want decent service I recommend getting one of the ladies.

Cortney Savage I am always weary about going to new places because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with people being rough and making me bleed. When I went in the staff was super helpful, clean conditions, and the nail tech I got was very helpful. I was very nitpickey because of past experiences and I knew what I wanted, the lady was so kind and patient with me. She was very gentle while cutting my cuticles. Overall 10/10, would recommend this place.

Phatima Garrison Our new go to place! First time visiting this nail salon and let me just say from beginning to end it was a great experience! My husband decided to experience their SnS pedicure and enjoyed it tremendously. He didn’t get the young lady’s name that did his pedicure, but she is the only one in there with colorful hair! He said she did an amazing job! I had a beyond basic pedicure and manicure and I’m truly happy with my feet and nails. They are professional, they take their time, and genuinely want you to leave their shop feeling like you had their very best experience! This is our new nail salon place, give it a try I promise you won’t be disappointed.!!

Maria Maldonado I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the technician used nail tips that were significantly larger than my natural nails and applied an excessive amount of glue. Despite requesting short nails, she refused to cut them to my desired length. Additionally, the dip powder application was extremely messy, resulting in uneven, bumpy nails with product applied to my cuticles. What made the experience worse was how invalidated I felt throughout the process. I always strive to be polite, but it seemed like my concerns were completely disregarded. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the technician dismissed my concerns and claimed my nails were so thick because of the tip rather than acknowledging the poor application. When I asked for removal, she continued questioning my request instead of respecting my wishes. Another technician, Amy, then attempted to fix the nails by adding more product and filing, but this only made them even worse. The nails remained crooked, thick, and unappealing, with my thumb nail resembling a ‘duck nail.’ Overall, I felt unheard and disregarded as a customer. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to acknowledge my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this salon

Kylie Israel I’ve gone to this nail salon only a couple times. The first time I went they did a GREAT job! Honestly it was one of the best sets I’ve ever had. But the second time… Tony did my nails. Not only was he super unfriendly, kinda rough. He also rushed through my nails I feel like. Almost all my nails have little smudges, and the shaping is kinda of weird. He also left black all over my fingers, I then had to scrub it off before I went into work… not sure if I’ll go again.

Kayla Beagles I’ve been going for pedicures for quite some time now and haven’t had a problem. Finally decide to start letting them do my nails and I will never go back to them. The first time they broke the next day. Today was the second chance and all my nails are different sizes, one is completely crooked, and purple was left on the side of my fingers.

Pedicure was so ugly lady in such a rush and I felt like I had no voice in there I was the first one there when people started coming in she tried to multitask and couldnt and charges me 20 extra for some ugly glitter. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed.

Autumn I had my daughter and I run in and get a pedi and mani. My nail polish was way dry and old. He even put thinner in it and it still was streaky. He missed most of my cuticles. I dont treat myself often but I at least expect for $100 to be the same quality that I would give myself. My daughters nail polish looked too thick and the woman did zero clean up. They also spoke to each other the entire time which is uncomfortable. Zero interaction. It will be a while before I go do that again. What a waste of money.

Michelle Jacobs First time at this nail salon in Amarillo...I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and will definitely go back when in Amarillo again. The nail techs were very friendly and took time to do a great job on my manicure and pedicure. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices, and are conveniently located near I-40 and Soncy on the westside of Amarillo.

Debbie I have my nails and pedicure at least once per month at Pacific Nails. My go-to person is Vicky. Wonderful service. She is excellent at nail art and extensions. She is also very considerate and highly experienced. Everyone at this nail salon is friendly and kind. I have friends that have used this nail salon longer that I. Great place.

Danielle Stegall We have gone to Pacific a couple of times now. They have 4 children s chairs that sit right across from the adult chairs. That is my favorite part. You and your little one can get pedicures at the same time, and you can keep an eye on them at all times. I have never been super trusting with adults and my children and now my grandchildren. I dont want to put my littles in any kind of bad situation. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because my toenails did not look as good as they usually do. But he did spend a good amount of time massaging my feet, which was very nice. I will take my grandchildren here again. But if it is just me, I will go somewhere that I get a good paint job and better removal of my dry feet skin. Gross, I know! It was $55 for me, not gel. And $30 for each granddaughter.

Caroline Lupercio Hit or miss . They have some people working here that just dont know what theyre doing. The man doing my pedi peeled my cuticle on my big toes off and made them bleed then put acetone on them afterwards. I had to ask someone else repolish my nails after he tried and it looked bad paint smudged and on my skin. I was there an hour and 30 minutes decided not to even try getting my fingernails done. Another gentleman did my daughters mani pedi and did a great job.

Rebbeca Awesome place to go get nails done! They are very precise and pay attention to detail. They make sure you get what you want. Very few speak English but they definitely know how to take take of you!! Definitely recommend to anyone. They did way more to my nails as far as ensuring quality than any other place Ive been to!! Vanessa Lopez I went to get a Pedi and acrylic nails. Asked for a basic Pedi no scrub no massage. And my acrylic I have a v french tip. My nails look like pregnant guppies and when they painted my first toe on the Pedi, I told her thats not what I asked for. She straight up ignored me and kept painting. I had to physically pull my foot back and asked her to fix it. She ended up just calling in one of her nieces from the back to paint my nails. $100 for both is a little steep for mediocre service and nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Mackenzie Vaughan Ma did my nails and y’all best set I’ve ever had. She talked to me the whole time and stayed engaged in conversation which was a blast! She filed my nails so perfectly and did exactly what I asked. Seriously best experience ever here in this town! 10/10 definitely best nail tech I’ve ever had

alysia tobar The last picture is what I asked for. as the white started being applied I advised the Tech that this was not what I wanted she then said that "this was the best she could do "upon completion i told the girl at the front that this was not what I wanted. They had no resolution for me and I was still charged $50 for this horrible service. Highly dont recommend.
