Donna Rigsby Called ahead to see if there was a wait time, gentleman answering phone was very polite and inviting as he told us a wait time and that we could come on in and he would work my daughter and I in. During short wait I offered a beverage and was checked on multiple times ensuring I was ok and if I needed anything. The tech that came to do my nails was very friendly, talkative, personable and made sure my nails were acceptable as he did them! Salon was clean, well organized and we were in/out in reasonable amount of time. Great experience and everyone working at salon made us feel as if we were the only ones there! THANK YOU MALIBU NAILS!!!! We will be visit again!

Tori Johnson My husband and I went in today. He got a pedicure and I got a full set. Not sure who did my husbands pedicure but he loved it and Mrs. Kate did my nails and I love them. We will definitely be bringing in our daughter and coming back.

Cindy Irvine Stopped in today for a last minute manicure with my bonus daughter and they were incredible. Definitely our go to salon now. Mary especially was so great and gentle. Definitely recommend!

Deborah Williamson I have three favorite nail salons in Montgomery County, and P L Nail shop is one of them. It is tucked away in the H-E-B on FM 1488, which actually makes getting a pedicure and/or manicure extremely convenient and time-saving. The nail technicians are all great; I’ve never gotten a poor manicure or pedicure there. They’re extremely qualified and super friendly, and they’re just as great with my young granddaughters as they are with adults. They have a plethora of regular and gel polishes; if you can’t find a color you like from their selection, it probably doesn’t exist. They’re also happy to use your own polishes if you prefer. The spa chairs are great, and they’re very flexible with the TVs in the room. It’s best to make an appointment, but they will do their best to accommodate walk-ins.

We were impressed by how calm and relaxed it is ones you are inside, and the service and the price unbeatable!. Not rushing to rid off you - wich the way we feel in Nail of America- They were fantastic! And Annie is the best!

Taylor Gomez TINA IS AMAZING! She clearly loves what she does and just wants the client to be happy. You never have to worry about her not supporting your decisions and executing perfectly. Emily blue Had the absolute most AMAZING time at KTT nail salon. The staff was so lovely and wonderful, these technicians are extremely talented and care about customers comfort. It was my first time here and they made me feel at home, chatting with all of them was the most fun. Usually sitting in a chair for two hours gets boring but they were all the sweetest and i loved each and every conversation. Also came with amazing complimentary hand and body lotion. :) A real special thank you to Ashley for these stunning nails, thank you for your hard work. Shes a very talented artist. Nieka Make an appointment with Sam. She does an amazing job and she is super sweet and accommodating. Ive gotten my nails done by her 2 times so far, and my nails never lifted and they stayed shiny the whole time. The picture of the maroon nails have a matte finish on all but 2 nail, which was my choice.

Lacey Prieto This place is truly amazing. The customer service is top notch, they serve complimentary drinks, they have attention to detail and overall take great of you! I asked for a special nail set with a marble accent and they made it happen! Will be back time and time again!

TIFFANY K. Horrible Customer Service!!! The woman is extremely rude and has no customer service skills… Not enough workers… I believe there are 2 techs and the nail shop is huge on the inside… This is my second time calling and going there early in the am… after I asked for a pedicure I waited an hour at 10am and she said I could come back after 2. Just Rude and unprofessional!!! 0 Stars Horrible Service!!!

J & C Great salon for maintenance services. Very friendly staff, eager to serve professional salon services. They dont have a large staff, so, during peak hours expect a wait. YES THEY ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Melissa Luna D did my nails and I get compliments after compliments. Took my daughter she was very specific about her color and style and they executed it perfectly! This is my new nail shop! Highly recommended

Georgia Parker My husband and I love this place. Weve been going for almost a year. All the staff is so nice! Henry and Ro do our toenails. She really takes care of his ingrown! I can highly recommend both Henry and Ro!

Mike Kerr This is my go to Nail Salon, this place is GREAT!!! Ive had several different technicians work on my nails and every time Im satisfied, Ive never had a bad experience going here. They work fast, they have every color nail polish you can imagine, and the prices are really good. You may have to wait when you get there but its never any longer than 15 minutes and its well worth the wait. If your looking for a nail shop this is the place to go, you wont be sorry!

Anthony StJohn Anns Nails is the only nail salon I will go to around here! Ive been going for years and each time they never fail to amaze me with their awesome work! This time I showed a picture of what I wanted and he made my nails look exactly how I wanted and more! Their nail techs are professional and friendly. And they have reasonable prices! If you havent been there, I would definitely recommend going!

Andy Johnson Best nail place! They do an amazing job with the most perfect nails. Great pedicure set with comfy chairs. Personally, I recommend a gel pedicure. A little more expensive, but lasts longer. Its best to make an appointment as they can get pretty busy.

Miriam Torres The first night I got the pedicure and manicure with them “first night”, the color started to peel off like a sticker. Worse than Walmart nail polish. I went there for the first time last Sunday Nov. 17th. I specifically asked for a long lasting nail polish work, they said it was going to last for at least 30 days. I payed 80 something dollars for hands and feet. Two different people did the work, a woman did my nails and a man did my toes. So how come two different people can have the exact same result as on the pictures I’m showing. 3 nights later the nail polish is gone! I even tipped both of them but it wasn’t worth it. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. I didn’t have time to return and tell them or show them what happened because I had an event out of town and had to look for another place to have the work done professionally. The only worth person at this place is the very nice and polite receptionist that’s speaks English and Spanish. She was kind at all times. That’s it. I’m so upset and disappointed of them. I feel I was taken advantaged of.

Monica K. Sanchez The atmosphere was not so warm. I asked the person who helped me to do more cleaning since it was superficial and he said no, that he does not do that. I asked someone else to do it and it was not possible either and besides, he was super abrupt. He hurt me when he saw my discontent. The truth is, I could have done that same cleaning at home. I do not recommend it at all. The service at Nails of America in other places is of better quality, service and customer service.

Zaiah Lon It started out great! The lady took my friend and I to get pedicures, after that it was downhill fast! When I was done I followed her to the front and she checked the book and pointed at a chair, I waited maybe 3 minutes for her to come back but instead this guy walks in the front door and straight to my spot sits down and gets straight to work, no questions about nail shape or anything, it was painful as heck!!! I didn’t bleed but when I left one of my fingers hurt really bad and my left hand pointer finger is embarrassing, it has an arch and is anything but straight! ( I’ll put a picture, is it just me??) I ended up paying $80 for these French tips. Don’t get me started on checking out:( Paying was a whole other disappointment. I highly recommend going with your gut, ask for someone else if you don’t like your tech.

Missy Mable Decent prices. But the nails don’t last. They get knocked off around the week mark. Like not just broken but the whole nail coming off. Also when prepping my nails they cut into my cuticle, as well as filing my nails so aggressively I was gritting my teeth the whole time in pain. Friendly. Quick. Good prices. But not my cup of tea.

Cardolyn Ward The name of the shop is now OMG NAILS. BRUCE IS AMAZINGGGGGG! I got a pedicure. He took his time and the massage was AMAZING!!! He didnt rush. He took his time. He suggested a color I would have never picked out but looks great. It doesnt smell like chemicals when you walk in. It has a relaxing smell. Prices are reasonable. I got the $25 pedicure but there is a lesser and more expensive one. They offer you a glass of wine (red or white). Its just 2 ppl but they work well together. They hold a conversation with you unlike many places. They are friendly. Did I mention the massage under the package I got was AMAZING. YUP. Ask for Bruce but Kelly is friendly as well. There are many chairs (5 for hands, 10 for pedicures). Nail color selection is limited but the colors they have are the common & popular colors). Behind WhataBurger.

kelly dalke This is a small, older and quaint place but they are great! My nails were horrible from another salon and I came here on a whim and I won’t go anywhere else! The prices are lower than anywhere else also, and worth every dang penny!!!

Dempsy My wife loves the family feel of this salon and the friendly service. They do all kinds of nails and have a huge selection of polishes and colors. They did a great job repairing a broken toenail and when finished, you couldnt tell it was ever damaged.

C N It’s a husband and wife shop. Super nice couple. They remember faces and what style you like. Some nail techs from other salon have cut my toe before and he has not. Older chairs- but they still work. I like supporting mom and pop shops.

Timeka Hunt Soooo....i saw Anna.....NEVER AGAIN. A manicure is not included in a fullset. This is the 1st manicurist Ive ever been to that did not include it. I just knew my cuticles would be trimmed and atleast the extra skin clipped. Nope. There was polish all over my cuticles and under my nail even after washing and scrubbing with the brush. The pictures were taken while still sitting in the nail shop soon as she finished then again after I washed and scrubbed my hands with the nail brush. During the drying process before the timer dings she reaches for my hand however Im thinking she needed to fix something. The back lights where ur thumb sits wasnt drying correctly. So she tells me "u have to put ur hand all the way." I tell her I did but then she aggressively removes the chrome powder twisting my hand to show me it wasnt dry as if I did it. I place my hand back under the light, this time bending my fingers to ensure they all get dry. Once she was done she put oil on my cuticles, I proceed to go scrub my hands and the pics below are before and after I scrubbed and oil was placed on my cuticles. She did an absolute terrible job. I complained and was then asked if I would wait for her to come back. I said yes I would wait..as I was there with a friend and had to wait anyway. Anna was in the back eating. I literally felt like she was rushing to go eat. I would rather she eat then do my nails next time if ur that hungry. I would never get her to do my nails ever again. I then had to pay $65 due to the additional chrome color was $15. This was sooo not worth my money. Yes my hands were ashy...dont judge me, lol. Needless to say I didnt tip but I did tip my friends manicurist because she did a really GREAT job...her name was MC...I think, lol. She is very talented and takes her time to make sure you like it. She doesnt rush u to make decisions on ur nail color and does what is best for your nails. Anna gets a negative 5 starts..I wouldve given 0 but thats not an option. It would be different of she actually tried to fix it. Instead she blamed me for the nails being so short and aggressively held my wrist down under the light and I had to move her had off my wrist...Im not a kid..I know how to hold my hand under a light. In response to owner: I addressed my issues while at the shop and the fix was still completed terribly. Not sure who the manager is but I addressed my concern while seated on the chair and was asked if I could wait until she comes back (from eating). I will not return for another bad service. I’m not upset about the price, of course different services cost different. I’ve never gotten a full set and it not include nai/cuticle care. I will stick with paying $85 and getting everything completed properly the first time. Thnx but no thnx.

julieth sanchez I’ve been coming to this nail salon every two weeks for years, and I can confidently say it’s the best! The service is always excellent, and the entire team is friendly and professional. Pepsi is a true artist—she always brings my nail design ideas to life, and they turn out absolutely stunning every time. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality nails and an amazing experience!

Sarah Calles My nail service was not the best, but thats not what I have a problem with. I have a problem with the employees at this location wearing political propaganda while working. A lot of you might not care, but this review is for those who would be as bothered by this as I was. I find this to be inappropriate for a professional setting, so I commented on it to the owner. She showed no interest in my opinion and said the employees can wear whatever they want.

Misty Nichols Me and my two daughters had a long day and had went to 3 other salons just to be turned down bc they were only open another hour, we walked in here at 6:05pm Friday night. I asked if they could possibly squeeze two full sets and a nail paint in (my fingers were crossed) and to my surprise they said YES!!! They made my daughters first time having her nails done very memorable and even stayed almost an hour past closing time!!! Annnndddd the quality of the nails was perfect I will be driving here every two weeks (from Tomball)!!! Thank you Tina we loved our visit

Natalia Garcia Pat was amazing! I came in this afternoon with my dad (who was very in need of a pedicure haha), we both got the basic pedicures and left with smiles on our faces. Pat conversed with me and even made my dad and I some coffee, just making the experience great and welcoming overall. We’re new to the state so checking multiple places reviews was tricky, but this was perfect, and fairly close to us. Nonetheless, we were not dissatisfied and will be coming back! I can’t recall the other woman’s name who did my fathers pedicure but she was also amazing and was able to transform his hideous toes lol… Thank you ladies so much, you did amazing, I will be returning and recommending this place to any friends of mine in need of a pedicure. :)

Katelynn Mayhew If you don’t like being scammed don’t go here. I called the nail salon and asked them how much it would cost to get my acrylic nails soaked off and to have a manicure I was told it would be $15. So I went here and the guy took my nails off himself without telling me that if he took them off it would cost more. I went to the front and was told that it was going to cost $32. I asked her why it was $32 instead of the original price? I was told because he took my nails off instead of soaking them and that it was a service. I didn’t argue with her I paid for the service without tipping.I will never be going back here again.

Megan Santora I’ve been going to Tim at Lavender for 6 years. Always doing dip nails and he never disappoints. I also get shellac pedicures. The staff is friendly and salon is very clean. They are the best nails salon in the area. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Colleen Smart DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! All my nails are different shapes and lengths, some are coffins and some are squared, I would hardly call this a set when none of them are the same. Not mention the cuticles were overfilled and the edges were under filled to where you can see the tips. On top of that I got cut several times and they left chunks under the nails. It was a sloppy job and wasn’t cleaned up properly

Angelica Byerly my dad actually heard about them in a group page. when i would go to other salons, my nails wouldnt last at least 2 weeks. at lavender, my nails can actually last a month! i usually pick nail designs that arent too hard to do. they are very nice & honest.

Rachel Storms Min gave me a mani/ pedicure. Min did an excellent job. I was so relaxed. My nails and toe polish looked beautiful. However He let me leave and the nail polish over my real nails were not dry. When I was about to get into my car the polish came off the tip of 1 nail Min was very nice.and did the nail all over again, then he let it dry. The next day I took a shower and my polish started falling off my nails in the shower. He said it was because my real nails were too long..my nail polish has never fallen off like that. My toe polish is beautiful and stayed on me. The whole price was $55. Very good price. I will be going back. I tipped Min $ 20 he did so wonderful.

Laura Higgins Went there for the first time today because of all the positive google reviews to get an acrylic fill in and will never come back. They do not respect your wishes and talked me into an color I did not wanted . Even tho I always get light colors and never had any issues with a light coat on a pink and white nail . Wanted a matte top coat and they did not wanted to do that either they said it will look blotchy and ugly anyways . 0-10 very unprofessional. I payed $65 for an acrylic fill in and its been 3 days and the color that got recommended to me is already falling off :( .

Cj Lilly Eagles nail is amazing place, but Hannah is super awesome she gave me the best pedicure. If you looking for one of the best nail place stop Eagle nail and ask for Hannah, you will be so glad you did. Thanks Hannah!!!

Destiny Catalan Ever since I first started going here they’ve always done a good job with doing acrylics nails and powder on my regular nails as well. I would really recommend Nancy for doing designs she’s the one that I’ve been going to for my acrylic nails, and I always trust her opinion when I ask her what she thinks about a design I’m not sure about. She is the reason why I started loving the almond shape on my nails. Would totally recommend her!!

I had an older man with glasses do my pedicure and he was so sweet and amazing. I also got a full set with Mary and she was great. I love my nails. I will definitely be coming back.

Anya Hommadova Lu Does this look even to you? I am embarrassed to go out but hey they said this was what “looks good” To me it looks like I have a permanent one eye brow raised. She did it all from the same side, didn’t bother to go on the other side of me just turned my face, no wonder it’s completely not even. Horrible, I wanted to cry. The lady gave no apologies! Previously the lady that does eye lashes did my brows so good this time it was someone else. So I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes asymmetric brows and is a risk taker. You might get a great job or will want to hide inside for weeks.

Stacy Wilt Got my nails done last Friday by Monday they were shattering messaged them and they agreed to redo them. Went in this am to have them redo them only to be subjected to the manager and the nail tech talking crap about me before they even started. And yes I did have the translate on on my phone. And when i requested a refund for the poor job instead they denied it. Would not stay to be subjected to such a negative and obvious rude place.

Amber Beijers I was in there today and asked for Daisy as my nail tech! I absolutely loved her and I highly recommend her and this establishment. Everyone is always so professional and makes sure you get exactly what you are envisioning. They all are highly talented!! 10/10 definitely go there.

Alexandria Simon I decided to take my mom and daughter here for a little girls day out . Unfortunately after waiting there at the pedicure bowl for 30 minutes to dry we leave and I don’t know if their polish was old or applied to thick. But two of the three pedicures were messed up before getting in the car.

Lyricmonae Vicki and Brandi did an amazing job on my hands and feet yesterday. They took me in at the end of the day after work and it was a treat. Very professional, friendly, accommodating and quality work. Im more on the particular side and they were so kind and patient. I will continue to look forward to my routine visits.

Shelly Wich This was my first time here after SEVERAL people referred me and it was awesome! Not to mention, super quick (refill, waxing, and toe polish in an hour and a half). Vicky did a wonderful job on my nails and was sweet as pie, I will definitely be back!

Yazmin Salazar This is not about the nails. This is about my skin. I went for a acrylic removal. That was my first time ever going to Vivid Nails. And everything was fine up until they started the removal process. I’ve gotten my acrylics removed at other places but none of them have dipped my entire fingers into the PURE ACETONE. And I completely understand that every salon has their own ways of removing acrylics but they left me like that for a little while and after I said my skin was BURNING and becoming red, then that was when they finally decided to continue with my nails. They even had me dip my hands in the acetone multiple times after I had clearly stated my skin was becoming irritated. And to make it worst I went in at 4:50 thinking it would take only a few minutes because my acrylics were short. But I didn’t come out until 6.pm, which was when they closed. Such an awful experience I just wanted to walk out but I did not want the cops called on me. I’ve provided pictures of how my skin is at right now exactly 24 hrs after I left their salon.

Grace Cuellar Came to Vivid Nails to get a regular pedicure and shellac on my nails (manicure) m on 12/9/2023 today it’s 12/18/2023 and my “shellac” it’s coming off all my nails. Bad place, they don’t know what they are doing. I have never had a shellac that lasted only 9 days yet they charge me shellac price.

Karen Great salon where they have wonderful pedicures! I don’t do my nails, but I also understand from my friend that they do very good manicures and gel sets!

Katelyn Meredith Nice little place to get your nails done. Its a very small area with only a couple of chairs. It’s a bit more pricey than other places that I’ve went but overall I had a nice experience. As for the polish, my gel nails started to peel after 7 days but my pedicure is holding up longer. The people are very kind and refreshments are complimentary. Nice little place but a bit pricy in comparison to other locations that I’ve been to for the same services.

Savannah Neary I would NOT recommend going to this nail salon. I have been here multiple times now and the first time was okay but the next was a horrible experience. The first time I got "Ms.Lyn" and she didnt impress me and she kept telling me how skinny I was. So the next time I booked my appointment with "Hannah" and when I got there I got Ms.Lyn again instead of Hannah when I asked she said Hannah was busy so I decided to just give Ms.Lyn another try. Big mistake. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was torture, I had an ingrown nail she was digging at so much my whole toe was dripping blood I kept telling her to stop then she kept doing it saying she didnt get all of it!? Then she put stuff on it that burned so much I started crying and Im usually pretty good with pain. I couldnt walk right for days my toe hurt so much and now it looks like its getting INFECTED. Not sure why I even paid for this service. Save your toes. Dont go here.

Isaac Bean I have taken my girlfriend to get her nails done several times at several different locations and I will say this has to be the cleanest out of them all! It’s a bit smaller so you will have to set an appointment but the wait is well worth it. The lady that I had did and excellent job on my feet. I am a plumber and wear my boots 12+ hours a day 5 days a week and this was the best decision I had made, my feet feel a million times better leaving this place then when I walked in, it is also great because they have a “manly” pedicure plan. I will definitely be coming back here as will my girlfriend who also had a great experience with her nails being painted

Mattie Milstead I always make an appointment with Hannah and the last two times I’ve gone she has handed me off to someone else. This is very frustrating because I only like the way Hannah does my pedi. There is paint all over my skin and the lady she put me with kept poking me and cutting me. If I wanted someone else to do my pedicure I would have booked with them instead. Very disappointed.

Armandine motty My nail tech did exactly what I showed her and beyond. Very friendly staff and attentive. They are welcoming and make sure their work is perfect. It was my first time going there and since I’ve been doing my nails I’ve never had a layed back experience where I’m not constantly correcting a nail tech. I love them and would definitely recommend.

Also on 242 highway if you’re passing by the Woodland near the 242 area please do not forget to pass by wink and polish. They have awesome service. My tech was sunny very accommodating. It was a very pleasurable experience also relaxing. especially because I don’t wear fake nails and I wear my natural nails. She made them look so pretty.

Victoria Herevia AMAZING. Only word to describe the nail tech that took care of me. (Chris). She was very attentive to details, and didn’t rush. I’m very picky when it comes to nails and she took the time to make sure I would like my base color and always showed the color to me before fully putting the powder on. I’ve never left a nail salon and have been fully satisfied but today I did. It’s very clean, organized and relaxing. You guys have a forever customer. Thank you so much!

Camryn Jefferies So normally I get shellac which they do very well on! However, this visit I had a wedding out of state so needed acrylic so that it would last longer. Got the nails done Friday 2/28 by 3/1 Saturday at the wedding the middle nail popped completely off. I had tongo buy a Lee press on which is what the green nail is..it is still on and has not needed new glue. It is lasting longer than the acrylics. Lost thumb nail tonight. The nails were suppose to be almond shaped none of the are sane shape and they flip up. I did not have time to have him redo them before I left. Very disappointed!

Lomas Jessica Took my 4-year-old for her first manicure here. Tammy was so patient and kind with her! Was excited with my daughter when she picked out five different colors and randomly picked which nails were going to be each color. I truly appreciated this experience and loved how kind everyone was. My daughter was super excited to show her nails off and mine turned out great too! Thank you so much!!

Kimberlea Little-Jones When they first opened it was good. Service was good and finished result was good. But this last time I cant say that. I wasnt overly happy with my pedicure or full set. So debating about going back? The pictures attached are from about 10 days ago when I went to Orchid Nails.
