michelle martinez I would like to say the majority of employees are very nice and do awesome work. One particular lady was extremely rude.
I told her the color and she made a face then looked at her friend sitting next to her. Then she said something about a number. I told her my bad, i didnt see a number by the color. She said its fine and that she would have to look it up.
She starts gluing my nails then gets on the phone. Shes calling a doctors office then says she will be right back. Note the doctor wasnt calling her, she decided to call the doctor at that time.
Sounded important so I waited for her.
She returns and keeps working.
She is distracted and talking to her friend the whole time. The problem is that everytime she talks to her friend, she stops working on my nails. I was in her chair for 45 mins and all she did was apply the tips and acrylic. She finished applying acrylic at 3 PM. At this point, im still all smiles.
She then proceeds to clean all her brushes. Not just the one she was using on me but all her brushes. At least three. And of course still chatting with her friend.
I will say her friend was talking but still working on her client.
At 3:12, I told her its already 3:12.
She asked if I was in a hurry, I said yes.
She said youre going to be here for a while. I heard her say something about 40. Not sure if she meant another 40 mins or 3:40.
I said well if you would stop leaving and stop stopping to talk to your friend, it may not be that long. She proceeded to waste more time doing nothing then I then asked her if I could pay for the service she did do.
She said $65.
Mind you my nails had not been filed, and no top coat applied. I said $65?!?!?!
She came back with $45. I said fine I paid her. I told her she was very unprofessional. Especially how she would not allow me to rest my arms on the table so that she could rest her WHOLE arm. My hands were literally at the edge of the table on my side while she was applying acrylic.
She said she didnt care.
I go to wash my hands so I can leave
And see one of my nails is bent. I told her its bent. She accused me of messing it up on purpose.
At this point I raised my voice so the whole room could hear including the manager/owner.
I told her mam " I just paid for these. You saw me pay. While I was paying, the nail bent. I am not trying to give you a hard time, i just came to get my nails done. I told her its bent because you didnt put any acrylic on the tip. "
Look at the pictures.
Notice how there is no acrylic on the tip. Or not nearly enough.
She stated that was not true.
I showed the whole room of customers how there was no acrylic on the tip. Then she said she would fix it.
She starts cutting the nail she messed up. Then tries to cut off one of my other nails that was fine that I had already paid for. I snatched my hand before she could.
I told her why are you trying to cut off the other nails I just paid for.
She said Im trying to fix it. I said only 1 nail is messed up, youre trying to cut off the other ones that I paid for.
I washed my hands and left
Everyone here does great work. All are very friendly.
This lady however was not.
The manager did not speak up, apologize or offer any customer service whatsoever.
The lady never apologized for any of it, she make excuses for everything I said, said she didnt care and was just plain rude and unprofessional.

Krab Kingz The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had as a team. Complete stomach turning results. We (as a team) literally support local especially within the north east of El Paso community and stumbled upon this business by the location as well as the reviews. We were placed in a chair and waited over an hour to be attended to. In which the lobby (waiting area) went from FULL to EMPTY THREE TIMES! And I still find myself sitting in a chair awaiting services and to be attended to. I personally as well as a business owner will NEVER recommend this establishment. Didnt even get serviced and left after 2hrs of my time has gone by. Next time please for the sack of customers and their time management male, female, busy, not busy, just be CLEAR on the times and tend to EVERYONE. No waters, no services point blank period or to even offer is CRAZY. 0/10 is I could and I NEVER bring a business down.

Carreno V “Your Majesty” My tech used the same nail clippers. And supplies on the next lady. Nasty. Realized she used dirty tools on me. Wont return . And I pray I dont get fungus

Sanchez Mrs. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve been getting my years done for many years and this is by far one of the worst their technicians are not skilled or competent enough to do the job! I also left my yelp review for others.
