Kim Carrasco I am not really one for going to a nail salon due to previous bad experiences but I walked in to this salon twice and was greeted with kindness. All the services I recieved were not rushed which I really appreciate. I will be returning due to the environment and the great technicians that take there time. The owner is also very sweet she makes everyone I have seen feel welcome. Thank you all for doing so well.

Veronica Castillo If you want your brand new pedicure to look 2 weeks old, go here. They were going to fix it but I just couldn’t spend 30-40 more minutes of my life sitting there. They started removing the gel when I said I needed to go and I told them I would be back Wednesday to finish up. They still charged me $40 for the pedicure portion. No discount for the inconvenience, no nothing. Never coming here again. Client lost. Preferred old ownership. EDIT- I would 100% expect you to not charge for the gel because it was a terrible job anyway. That’s not offering your customer any type of discount for the inconvenience. Added the picture of the gel you so kindly didn’t charge me for in the photos. ☺️

Chastity Montes This nail salon is amazing, went In for an acrylic removal and a gel manicure. The man took his time, and made my little nails look beautiful. Needed something short and simple and they delivered! 10/10. Used opi bubble gum cute pink ♥️

Juli Stephenson This is my all time FAVORITE place to get my nails done. Firstly, its so clean and beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and pretty decor. On top of that, the staff are all so nice and willing to work with you. Just be concise with what you want, and they will try. Angela is so great and talented, and when I showed her something she hadnt seen before, instead of turning me away she really worked hard on it! And it turned out beautiful! Love this place, yall.

Samantha Garcia I wanted to love it here because the staff was friendly but unfortunately I can’t recommend this place. I wanted gel x nails and they convinced me to get builder gel with tips. They quoted me a price for cat eye polish and when I paid the lady increased the price to $20 and when I asked her about it she said ok $15. Almost 100 dollars total! The most I’ve ever paid and it was minimal design and he didn’t even prep my cuticles. The nails looked great but they felt flimsy and the next day all the tips just broke off. Then I went in to fix them and the man was so rushed and he over drilled my nails to the point where I had to pull my hand back multiple times. The tips still fell off over the next two days. Now my nails are in horrible condition. Be cautious!

nadia garcia It was super rushed. It wasn’t even busy at all. I got a pedi and this mani/gel. One week ago! It’s chipping so bad. Sadly it isn’t the first time I go there, and after so many chances still never get it right. You’d think they cared about the business in between all this going on. Oh, and the lady doing them wasn’t wearing a mask. So I think that’s where I draw the line now.

Kennedy Behrens Had an amazing experience with Amy! She welcomingly took me in as a last minute appointment as a walk in, and I left with some of the most beautiful nails! She was kind, very attentive, and really looked into every detail into my nails while also finishing quickly! I also left with a really nice hand cream! Great service and wonderful people, will definitely be coming back! It’s also so convenient that it’s right next to UTEP, where so many of us need to treat ourselves from all the studying! Definitely recommend!

Arlene S. I pride myself in becoming a regular once I find the right place for me. My last spot charged me crazy for a set of nails. I felt it to be a little outrageous. So I set out to find a new place. Infinity Nail Salon has a cute bar. Theyre next to UTEP so lets go Miners check them out! Save yourself on 3% charge& pay with cash. Dont forget to tip :) At Infinity Nail Bar, up charges for length and shape are fair. Colored acrylic is available at no extra charge (for now). Full sets start at $45... go up with length and shape $10-$15. Im not sure what the fills go for. Im a new customer so I probably paid for the cost of Change. No big deal, I get it. So I clipped my claws off and kept it simple. I was charged $45 for my fill... the length wasnt too long in my opinion. A small setback about Infinity Nail Bar... background story of where my thoughts come from: I was forced to use my Spanish because family didnt know English. I was taught its rude if we spoke & they couldnt understand us. I liked the previous salon because English was primarily spoken, but their prices are higher, which is offset with the cuticle oil they give free & welcome snack & water. Im always skeptical in a salon when a foreign language is primarily used around me. Im sure many of you are. Not to worry, there is a lady who speaks fluent English & Spanish at Infinity Nail Bar. The prices are found inside the brochure. Made a mistake and didnt capture it

Laura Guerrero I love this nail salon and the staff! Emy is so professional and detailed in her work. She takes her time an ensures that I’m getting the exact color or design I want on my nails. The salon includes a cocktail bar! Their coconut mule is absolutely amazing! I highly enjoy getting my nails done at this salon and highly recommend it!

Chastity Montes Really amazing nail Salon, they were all very sweet and very kind. I had the best Pedicure here and the ladies are truly the sweetest. My full set came out freaking beautiful! I told them it was my birthday and they even gifted a whole 3 pack of lotions! Price was a little out of my normal 145 foot gel pedicure, coffin nails and design on each nail but it was worth it with the amazing service they provided. 10/10!

Martha Salas The Nail Technicians are very professional and friendly always listening to what you want. The facility is always clean and inviting. I started going about a year ago and have continued because of the great service they provide.

New Person Literally so bad, I’ve never had uglier nails, they look like bubble nails. Tried something new and I hated them. I just asked for a French tip almond. How can you mess up something so easy

K Campbell I came in for dip with tip and a pedicure. Not sure the lady has done dip before she dipped my nails like 12 times they were so thick they looked terrible every nail was uneven and miss shaped. I asked for pedicure in same color but it looks like two different colors because on my toes she only did the two coats but on my hands theres so many coats its completely darker. Not happy and I paid over $100 for crap. The place isnt very clean, everything is completely cluttered and has tons of dust and dont even get me started on the smell. I would not recommend this place find somewhere else.

Lillyan Lopez Kevin, Dian, and Kelly are absolutely amazing! My grandma and I have been coming for years now, about 4 years, and every time they are so attentive, efficient and friendly. Kevin and Dian are amazing with the acrylic nails and nail art. Kelly amazing with the pedicure, she gets my grandmas ingrown toenails everytime. We love coming here and we highly recommend asking for any of the three! They even gave us lotions for Christmas!

Tekoi Rose is always going to get me right when she does my brows. She takes her time and does a great job making my brows match. Tina is my favorite person to go to get my pedicure! She does a great job every time and her foot massages are the best. They are both friendly and great at what they do!

Jeyda Rice This was my first time ever getting my nails done and everyone was really sweet and amazing. They didn’t try to over charge me and helped me when I didn’t know what anyone was talking about (nail wise) the people that work there overall are amazing and I can’t wait to go again.

Emiliy Sanchez This is my third time coming and Mrs.Trinity and Rose were great and accommodating and help us. Listen to our wants and they do great work. They also now have a reward system and you can book your appointments online. I Fully recommend them for any and all nail needs!!!

Ariana Smith New to town and had to search high and low to find a good salon worth my money. Came across this place and the reviews and experiences sold me. Tried them earlier today and will definitely be returning. Greeted immediately, short wait time, patient and prioritized quality. I’m a silent client and they respected that and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Massage chairs also were great.

Kandace Montes Amazing service, I booked last minute and got in by 9am. Trinity was gentle and articulate with the design I chose! I’ve only been twice since they have opened since I’m a busy mom and in school but fast and neat is perfect for me. Will be coming back!

Giana Saldana Walked in a quarter till 6 and there is only a nail tech with 1 customer in the place. She says the owner is going to be back at 6. Strange, but ok. Come back a little after 6, and the nail tech is done with her client, but says the owner is not going to be back till after 6. Not sure how the owner’s presence is relevant, and if the place can’t do business without him, then why was there a customer in there.

Yezenia Vivar I asked for picture #1, I got picture #2, and picture #3, they forgot to paint my thumb. I asked them to fix multiple nails because they were like thick blocks on my hands and I asked for coffin shape. I was there for 1.5hr. I have been going for years and have never had this problem.

April F Customer service & facility was not great. The woman doing my manicure literally told me she was falling asleep in the middle of the service. There were dirty towels, rusted tools and bugs, but I didnt have time to go to another salon that day. Only reason this is not a 1 star is because my nails were okay enough.

Leah Brown I enjoyed my first experience here! I think it was Kevin that did my pedicure. He was attentive and gentle. Hes a man of few words, but I personally prefer that in spa settings. There was only one other customer when I walked in, so I was able to be serviced immediately. The only thing that took away from my experience was the other customer having multiple conversations with people on speaker phone. Things like that take away from a relaxing environment. I wish an employee would have told her to be mindful of the atmosphere. Maybe theres no policy in place, but it was indeed annoying. Thankfully, I had my earphones to help drown out her talking.

Sayde Mendivil I had a great experience! I was seen right away as a walk in, and was in and out pretty quickly. The staff is kind and the atmosphere was very calming and quiet in the salon. They did a great job on my nails, I requested a full set of acrylics with specific nail art and it came out really beautiful, Ive had lots of compliments. Thank you!

laura legarretta I have been going with Bella for months and every time its better. She is very attentive and doesnt rush the pedicure. I took my mom to her after she had foot surgery and Bella was so careful and to this day is careful with her foot. Bella is extremely professional and welcoming and give you what you ask for. The salon is very clean.

Sophia Mena I have been going to Candace for almost a year now for my nails & pedicures, and she NEVER disappoints! She always has a great attitude, pays attention to detail, and does amazing work. I’ll never let anyone touch my nails, the retention of her work always last me well over a month each time! Always look forward to my appointments with her!

MARIA SARELLANO I’ve been looking for a really good nail tech for months and found legacy driving by one day. Candance did my nails and I couldn’t be more happier. She’s friendly, very polite, fun, but overall the best nail tech ever. She takes her time and never rushes her work. My nails are always on point!!! Definitely recommend her to do your nails.

Tina Brown I was looking forward to getting my nails done here because my daughter-in-laws looked amazing, but this is what I got, and it was coming off the same day.

Patricia Brown I took my niece and mother in law there on Monday, and we were the first ones there right as they opened. I asked for a pedi and a fill. At the time, there was only one tech there she began my my pedi while my mother and niece waited for the techs to arrive. It quickly became busy, and the male tech rushed through my mother in laws nails to begin working on mine. I asked him how long it would take as we had another appointment, and i didnt want him to rush. He assured me that he could do it no problem. Another 10 minutes passed, and still, i hadnt started, and so i decided i didnt want to be rushed and declined the fill. I looked at my mother in laws nails as soon as we left and saw they were clumpy, and not even four days later, they started to peel off.

TaNece Carr When I first got there, the person who is doing my nails was an older man and he was wrapped up in sports betting I believe he kept checking his phone in watching the WNBA. I probably should’ve said something right at that point but I did not. I’m like I’m just going to pay attention and you know he’s a professional he should be fine. I told him how I wanted my nails I told him that I wanted them a little thicker because my nails tend to break a lot and I told them that I wanted them narrow according to the picture you can see that I have all different shapes. The man did not ask me what shape now I want to. He just started working on my nails. It does not look good. I tried my best to kind of update him as we were going along, but after he’s already has acrylic going, I really didn’t know what to say in order for him to fix it. But towards the end, I was finally frustrated when I was asking him to fix one nail and I just ask for someone else to do it respectfully, and they told me basically that it was trouble since it had already been been done, and I should’ve said something in the beginning. Which I did. The man was not paying attention. He was paying attention to sports. No one said sorry about anything. And then I did not get gel polish, so the green polish that I originally got. It was so see-through that it really didn’t look right so I got them to take it off and then the white polish that they put on there also didn’t look right and you can see that you can still see the green underneath the white. The one who did my pedicure did a good job, but the issue was also with the polish. I chose a lime green OPI and they were saying that it was too late and kept recommending gel polish which I did not want to pay extra for that. Their normal polishes seem to be diluted . Then they proceeded to tell me if I didn’t want the lime green color if they needed to put white underneath then I will be charged extra for that. Personally, if I had a business that I Really enjoyed my work. I would not let a client leave the way that I left today and I was not rude. I did not fuss I did not holler. I did not do any of that. Unfortunately it seems like that’s what they want you to do in order to get anything done correctly. If that makes sense I’m just really upset and will not be returning to this nail shop, nor would I recommend them to anyone to.

Aria Rand Amazing gel manicure for only $30!!!! Not including tip but still gave a good tip cuz my lady was amazing! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the nail file and nail buffer used on me was old and had clearly been used before but they sprayed alcohol on my hands several times so I guess high risk means high reward and my nails are so nice. Also the thing to see what gel polishes they have doesn’t have all the colors and is broken but I mean I’m sure you can ask to see the wall of them.

Patty Hall My second time at Ck nail. I love it here, this place is clean and the staff is friendly. I did my nails with Nalin. She did a very great job!

Olivia Obregon CK Nail Lounge is a new American owned business you want to try. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer plenty of services and include all the new trends for nails. They were so accommodating and willing to take the extra steps to make sure I was given 100% customer service. They even have techs that are bilingual which was great since my mom speaks Spanish and was with me. The quality of work was on point and the cost was affordable. I loved my nails and got lots of compliments. I will definitely be returning.

Tricia Dentinger CK Nail Salon does an excellent job of making you feel welcome. Everyone is always friendly. Jessie gave me a pedicure and manicure (acrylic). She does and great job! The nail salon is always clean and everyone is always professional. I also met the owner, Cassie. She is so sweet and creates such a positive environment. I highly recommend CK Nail Salon!

Erika Tamez Went to Lush Nail Lounge to get our nails done for a wedding, love the end result, very relaxing and patient as well as friendly and professional they too their time no rushing or anything like that(we had a party of 9). Jenny and Kaylee did my and my daughter’s nails. They both did amazing and exactly what we asked for, they had princess chairs for my little girl. It was a very clean place too

Remi Lozano Worst gel nail work done on my nails. I had to come home and clean all the edges of polish he left behind. Used a rough file on my nails that left rough edges. So I file them with a fine file. Bled two places from cutting my cuticles. I will NOT be visiting that place again.

Jennifer De Avila I had such a pleasant experience at A-1 nails. What stood out to me was all of the staff were very welcoming, kind, and funny! I called in advance to let them know when I was going. My nail tech Sandy was patient and helpful when I couldn’t decide what shade of pink I wanted, and tested it out on my nails to make sure I’d be happy. My nails came out beautiful, & they were reasonably priced too. I highly recommend them to a friend :)

It is noted that both gentlemen have excellent craftsmanship and pay great attention to detail in their craft. I had both pedicure and dip done. Will definitely be returning and I 100% recommend their nail spa.

Olga A Paulino This salon was hidden. I went to Viva Mazda for an oil change and went walking. Decided to check this little shopping center and decided to take a chance on getting a pedicure. Boy do I not regret it. Henry was awesome and very gifted in removing those darn ingrowns. I’ll definitely be coming by here for my pedicures. He took care of my ingrowns and gave me a nice calf and foot massage that was very much needed. They offered me coffee or water. Thanks so much A-1. Henry and Sandy always spoil me.

Noemi Gonzalez I had forgotten to get the lady’s name, but I believe it was the owner. I did a walk in with my aunt and we both got a pedicure. I loved the service and was happy to see that they DONT reuse the same tools/nail file from the previous guest and they actually sanitizer their equipment and have a new pack of sanitize tools for every client that walks in.

Stephanie Prexl Went in to get dip powder after a terrible experience at another salon. Very clean, quick & clear cut service. The woman who did my nails was gentle and took everything I asked for into consideration. Extremely happy that she was able to save my nails after another salon ruined them !

She took the time to walk me through everything, ensuring I understood what was happening at each stage of the pedicure. michelle martinez I would like to say the majority of employees are very nice and do awesome work. One particular lady was extremely rude. I told her the color and she made a face then looked at her friend sitting next to her. Then she said something about a number. I told her my bad, i didnt see a number by the color. She said its fine and that she would have to look it up. She starts gluing my nails then gets on the phone. Shes calling a doctors office then says she will be right back. Note the doctor wasnt calling her, she decided to call the doctor at that time. Sounded important so I waited for her. She returns and keeps working. She is distracted and talking to her friend the whole time. The problem is that everytime she talks to her friend, she stops working on my nails. I was in her chair for 45 mins and all she did was apply the tips and acrylic. She finished applying acrylic at 3 PM. At this point, im still all smiles. She then proceeds to clean all her brushes. Not just the one she was using on me but all her brushes. At least three. And of course still chatting with her friend. I will say her friend was talking but still working on her client. At 3:12, I told her its already 3:12. She asked if I was in a hurry, I said yes. She said youre going to be here for a while. I heard her say something about 40. Not sure if she meant another 40 mins or 3:40. I said well if you would stop leaving and stop stopping to talk to your friend, it may not be that long. She proceeded to waste more time doing nothing then I then asked her if I could pay for the service she did do. She said $65. Mind you my nails had not been filed, and no top coat applied. I said $65?!?!?! She came back with $45. I said fine I paid her. I told her she was very unprofessional. Especially how she would not allow me to rest my arms on the table so that she could rest her WHOLE arm. My hands were literally at the edge of the table on my side while she was applying acrylic. She said she didnt care. I go to wash my hands so I can leave And see one of my nails is bent. I told her its bent. She accused me of messing it up on purpose. At this point I raised my voice so the whole room could hear including the manager/owner. I told her mam " I just paid for these. You saw me pay. While I was paying, the nail bent. I am not trying to give you a hard time, i just came to get my nails done. I told her its bent because you didnt put any acrylic on the tip. " Look at the pictures. Notice how there is no acrylic on the tip. Or not nearly enough. She stated that was not true. I showed the whole room of customers how there was no acrylic on the tip. Then she said she would fix it. She starts cutting the nail she messed up. Then tries to cut off one of my other nails that was fine that I had already paid for. I snatched my hand before she could. I told her why are you trying to cut off the other nails I just paid for. She said Im trying to fix it. I said only 1 nail is messed up, youre trying to cut off the other ones that I paid for. I washed my hands and left Everyone here does great work. All are very friendly. This lady however was not. The manager did not speak up, apologize or offer any customer service whatsoever. The lady never apologized for any of it, she make excuses for everything I said, said she didnt care and was just plain rude and unprofessional.

Krab Kingz The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had as a team. Complete stomach turning results. We (as a team) literally support local especially within the north east of El Paso community and stumbled upon this business by the location as well as the reviews. We were placed in a chair and waited over an hour to be attended to. In which the lobby (waiting area) went from FULL to EMPTY THREE TIMES! And I still find myself sitting in a chair awaiting services and to be attended to. I personally as well as a business owner will NEVER recommend this establishment. Didnt even get serviced and left after 2hrs of my time has gone by. Next time please for the sack of customers and their time management male, female, busy, not busy, just be CLEAR on the times and tend to EVERYONE. No waters, no services point blank period or to even offer is CRAZY. 0/10 is I could and I NEVER bring a business down.

B H If you’re looking for recommendations I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I stopped service before my “nail tech” could even put the polish on. Had an attitude because I asked for a specific nail shape and continued to shape them another way. Bulky, warped and uneven nails. Just don’t. Save your money.

Sophia Christianne Nabhan Me and my friend had made it an appointment, and we were told that we would be seen by two women who work there, when we got there we were sat with two men instead. Apparently with what my friend told me the man who is doing her nails was doing so badly that the woman who was supposed to see us had to take over and finish doing her nails. While I was getting my nails done I had asked him if they had gemstones and he did not understand me I’m not even sure if he spoke or understood English. And while he was using the electric file he got my cuticles multiple different times also the paint on certain nails is uneven. This was not my first visit at star nails spa, even the first time that I went there my nails were not done well. overall experience there was kind of frustrating

Adrienne Asked for a manicure and left with only my cuticles barley being taken off. Cuticles were cut on dry skin, my cuticles weren’t pushed back and I was not provided (light massage) as mentioned in manicure description or lotion/oil afterwards. I left with my nails feeling very dry and my cuticles still being there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ashley Vasquez It’s very disappointing to say that lately my service with star nail spa has been not the greatest. Kenny disappointed me the way he did my nails this time, the same week he did my nails 2 nails snapped off and one of them was coming off already, he never takes his time anymore, he does lumpy nails and doesn’t draw good anymore and is always in a rush. He did a really bad job , never coming back ever again even though I was a loyal customer. I had let him know that the nails didn’t even last a week and didn’t want to help me fix them. I will never depend on this place again.

Paula Klauss My only complaint was that the pedicure water was cold and wish I had more time to soak my feet. Partly my fault as I should’ve spoke up. However, my pedicure turned out great and I also got a full set put on. They took their time and made sure I was happy. My nails look really pretty and I have gotten so many compliments on them. Reasonable pricing as well. If you’re thinking of coming here, you definitely should!

Juliette Berry They did an amazing job on my nails and they lasted 3 weeks (my nails grow fast) with no lifting and minimal chipping. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is that I went to get a soak off and the nail tech used a plastic nail tip to pry off the entire acrylic + the tip without soaking. It completely ruined the integrity of my nails and I was heartbroken because I was excited to have new growth. Although he only did that to one nail I was still very disappointed. Overall they did a pretty good job but I would just be careful with getting your nails soaked off here.

I usually like the idea of getting my nails done more than the actual process—it can be hard for me to sit still, and I sometimes experience sensory overload. However, the nail tech was awesome . Kelsey Cox I had a great experience at Diva’s Nail Bar. It’s a beautiful salon, very clean and welcoming. Was able to book the same day and there was zero wait upon arrival. Marla transformed my nails from drab to fab! She was super quick and efficient, easy to talk to, and painted my nails beautifully. Will definitely be going back!
