Olivia Pham Exceptional service and very friendly staff. A lot of polish selections to choose from. Came in during their soft opening and received 20% off pricing. This place also offers head spa relaxation great for a girls spa day and groups up to 8! I highly recommend this place as they rebranded completely from the previous management that was at this location. Very clean environment and they take their time on their work. TJ the owner and his team are very nice and u can tell they care about their clients. Probably one of the better Frisco salons in the area that i’ve been to. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Angie Velazquez They did my nails beautifully and swiftly. I love everything about this salon. The owner is so funny and nice, and all the people are sweet and gentle. For a brand new place, they seem like they have everything together; it tool less than 5 minutes for us to sign in and get seated with the nicest and most professional nail techs. They are so great and the place is beautiful. I definitely recommend it!!

Bradena Ford I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. My nails turned out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends. Zulma This salon will for sure be a hidden gem. They offer an extensive amount of services. I was told that they opened yesterday and it’s pretty slow for them as of now from what I’ve seen, but they deserve all the business. Now I was seated very quickly, and I had a piña colada. My nail tech,Emily was quick and she was absolutely fantastic and got to the point with what I wanted. As soon as I see how the acrylics are laid out, I already know the person if the nail tech is going to be good or not SHE WAS AMAZING.My nails look fantastic the picture does not do them justice. Prices are a bit on the higher side, although I would gladly pay them if I was wanting something specific. I would highly take advantage of their 25% off until February 20th I believe. They even offer a head spa which I’ve been wanting to try, but have not found a place in Frisco that does it and now I have found them. I look forward to coming back!

Jessica Uretsky I went in for a basic pedicure and decided to take one step up to get the callus remover. I had Julie she spent extra time on ensuring my feet were soft. She’s very detail oriented and was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while. It was very clean, I personally watch them clean the bowls and the chairs wipe down the armrest after each person left. She had great conversation she made you feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Julie .

Precoius Maddox Modern nail bar is my SPOT. As you can see the drinks are amazing as well as the salon itself. Very clean, quiet; peaceful, and the music is on point. All the techs are very great and can definitely do some nail. Definitely have to get a pedicure combo. Do relaxing

Chef Hubby Great service from Huu and Laura! My wife and I decided to stop in for a quick touch up. I think we may have found a new home, for a Friday afternoon this visit was unlike any other. Not too busy and thorough. For a guy like me , I highly recommend coming in and checking them out.

Rene Burchell 5 Stars ⭐️ is not enough for my review!! The salon is clean, professional, filled with great energy. There is a plethora of choices on color and style. Everyone is friendly and considerate that this is ‘your day to be pampered’. Everyone is good at what they do, so you can’t go wrong! The ladies I visit are Nicole-nails and Monica-pedi. Nicole and Monica are great friends of mine now, I trust them and refer them often. If you are looking for a great relaxing experience, The Eden Spa is a must try! I just had my nails done today and opted for Lincoln Park After Dark. I previously had chrome (which stays on!). So may options.

Hanna Espinoza-Villaseñor I tried The Eden Spa per a friend recommendation 3 years ago and have been going ever since! I’ve enjoyed every time I’ve gone and have gotten what I’ve asked for every time. Every technician I’ve had has been kind and made sure I was comfortable and got the service I wanted. I’ve also always paid for exactly what I’ve had done, no hidden fees and no pressure to have more done. Today I went to have a dip removal and new dip color put on. Amy was the best technician I’ve had thus far. She was detailed and although she worked fast, my nails are exactly what I wanted. She was also fun to talk too!

Jeannie Barnes Horrible experience! I had my nails done and week later they lifted and one completely came off. I glued it back on because I had graduation events to attend and didn’t have time to go back. When I went back I told the nail tech that my nails had lifted and come off a week after. To my surprise she told me that they would do my nails for free and called the owner over. (Note: I was not asking or expecting to get free nails or be compensated just wanted to make them aware) The owner looked up my transaction and returned and rudely shouted at me that it has been two weeks. I attempted to explain that it had been two weeks since I had been in but that it had been a week when my nails began to lift. He kept yelling and interrupting and would not listen. I eventually had to say that I did want ti speak to him or him speak to me. He kept standing there yelling and I asked the tech to ask him to leave. Eventually he waked away. The nail tech was very kind and said she understood what I was saying and that other customers had complained about his behavior as well. I had her finish removing my nails and I left.

Ever since I went to them the first time, I’ve been hooked ever since with the quality, along with the friendliness of their entire staff. Kelly is wonderful at pedicures and Steven always does a hands down amazing job on my nails. chelsea thomas I had such a wonderful experience at Blossom Nails today! I got acrylic nails with the cutest bow design painted on two nails using gel, and they are absolutely PERFECT. It was my first time trying the almond shape, and they did an amazing job—I’m in love with how they turned out! Everyone was so kind and made me feel welcome, and the price was very reasonable. I’m extremely impressed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Shelby Robb I will never go back to this nail salon. This is 5 days after I got my nails done and the top coat is peeling off. Not to mention they are out of their minds on price. My daughter whose is 7 got her nails painted with gel polish and they charged me $40 damn near what I paid for my dip nails and to add to that I asked for a maroon chrome and ending up with a black chrome. DO NOT GO HERE

Jess Ermer This nail salon has been my favorite for years. They can always fit me in, even short notice. The staff is super nice and can do pretty much anything you ask. I’ve been getting Gel X for a while and it lasts a month or even longer. Highly recommend!!

Tiffany Mason Tracy gives the BEST pedicures! I’m in my 40’s and have been getting pedicures since I was a teenager. I’ve been coming here for years and have never found another gem like her! haylie eluebo I came in very happy because my friend had great things to say about this. The woman I work with was kind of really rude and snarky towards me and the design of the nail really much my inspo photo and I asked for a Cateye and it really did not succeed my expectations, especially with a harsh line which I did not ask, for. I also asked for dipping powder and she decided to do gel, even though I specifically asked for it.

Andrea C My honey treated me for my birthday. It was super cold yesterday so I didn’t want to drive 20 mins to my normal nail salon. To my disappointment, I decided to give this place a shot since I live around the block. At the price point I paid, I expected to be offered a complimentary drink, a water at the minimum but wasn’t. I didn’t notice until I got home, but my toe nails are cut crooked and jagged. I will not be returning.

Celica H My manicurist has been my nail tech both time so far she is great and I can tell all the other nail techs are super friendly too. Super clean I have seen them sanitize their stations making it covid friendly!!

angela knabe I used to come here all the time a few years back, the service used to be amazing. The workers were great, prices were affordable. I went back for the first time in a while and I was not pleased. I payed $85 for a pedicure that should’ve came with a massage and it did not, when I asked about it they just said they didn’t know. What do you mean? And the pedicure itself was $85, I added gel so it was $20 extra. I got a basic, $20 manicure that was okay and then an extra $20 for gel. I went on Saturday evening and it is now Wednesday and my gel on my fingernails are already chipping. The service or quality is not at all what it used to be

zoe haley I’m not the one to complain usually in person, but I decided to try this place out to find a new nail salon. I asked for plain short gel-x nails. For cuticle removal and trimming around my nails, to much was removed and I have pain plus redness now around my nails. It was burning every time she used alcohol spray or nail polish remove to fix the polish mistakes. Another issue is my nails on some of my fingers are crooked too and hurt when you push on the nails slightly. She also dropped two of the first nails when attempting to put them on. It took from 10am till 12:30 almost to put gel-x and paint one solid color, no manicure added and still took that long. Bella did my gel-x nails. The lady who did my pedicure did awesome, thank you for that Quincy. I wouldn’t complain, but I spent around $150 with tip to come home and it hurts to do simple tasks with my hands because my nails. I’ll give 2 stars because Quincy did such a good job. I added some photos to show the redness around my nails, the crooked pinky nails, and the uneven around the corners of my nails.

Brianna Harrell So disappointed, $200 later and it’s sad because the guy did so good on my toes, but my nails are ugly and the guy wouldn’t listen when I asked him to match my toes. You can see all the mess up and it doesn’t even match. They were closing, but it’s not even close to what I asked for! So sad because I wanted to love this place the massage and pedicure was great, but my nails are not okay!

Asla Asla Going to the nail salon to get my nails done and this wasn’t my first time, but this guy named Michael sitting there on his phone, refusing to do my nails even though the guy in charge went to him to asked him if he could do my nails and he started talking in Vietnamese, refusing to do my nails I’m not sure why, and then the guy comes back to me and tells me well there’s nobody that can do your nails. Sorry that was just ridiculous.l know I deserve I A better customer service for the money that I’m paying, There are so many nail salons around Frisco that I can take my business to pay my money and be satisfied screw this nail salon. Please do not go to the nail salon. Horrible customer service

nikki rider I would give zero stars if I could. I have never had this issue at any other nail salon I have been to but since I got my nails done here, each and every single one of my nails has completely chipped in half and broken off. They look horrible and feel horrible as well and I’m not even sure how long it will take for them to grow back. I don’t mean a small chip on the tips, I mean literally cracked from the very middle of the nail on every single finger nail and now on two of my toes as well. This is the most ridiculous experience I have had and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would love it if I could get a refund because not only were the nails not done well but I now have significant damage that is going to take months to heal, right before summer! ZERO STARS!

Palak Todi This place has gone south after the owners have changed. I had the most horrible experience today. Right from being hurt with some bleeding to terribly half done nails. The technician was a male and he absolutely didn’t know what needed to be done. And his attitude was next level. I definitely don’t recommend this place as we were 3 people totally unhappy with our service and easy of time and money.

Coming here always feels like a treat and the staff feels like family. I drive all the way from Aubrey because there’s no other comparison between my house and this salon. Serah Prince Magnolia Fire Photography It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, and this place has earned 2 Stars or less! The atmosphere was nice but thats where the good comments end. I got a gel nail manicure with French paint on my natural nails. It was $50 plus tip. The nail technician did not clean my cuticles very well, there was gel stuck under my nails when I left and the massage was a little more than a high five. I got this done one Sunday afternoon. Sunday evening there was a chip on one of the corners of the paint. Monday the entire nail has chipped off. I went back and asked if they would repaint that one, and they did with no problems. Two days later another nail had completely chipped off and now as I write this another is chipped. Usually, a gel manicure lasts me 3 weeks, this one lasts 5 days! Im not impressed!

J Rodriguez I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. She went to Polished based on a friend’s recommendation. She wanted her nails done for her college graduation photos. She had a great experience and loved her nails. She got gems on them and they looked really good. The next day she had a few gems fall off so she went back and they replaced them no problem. Then the next day, she had even more gems come off. So before her pictures we head to the salon to get them put back on. This is when we have issues. She got an attitude from the girl who put them on. She acted like she didn’t want to put them back on. She reluctantly does it. She shows me and I’m like no, one of them was put on wrong and it was sticking up looking very weird compared to all the other gems. So we went back in. She gave an attitude again and in the process spilled her Starbucks coffee all over the place. A little bit got on my daughter and she didn’t apologize or anything. She put the gems back on. My daughter had asked if she could do a top coat to help them stay on and she refused. Well guess what? Another gem fell off after we left. So overall due to the lack of customer service we will never go there again.

Erika Reaven I hardly write reviews but just had to share how amazing this nail salon is! I saw Tiffany for my nails (dip) and got my pedicure by someone else (who was also amazing). It took me 3 terrible experiences at other nail salons to find this gem that I was referred to by someone at my OB’s office. Loved my nails and how welcoming everyone was. I will definitely be back! Prices are very reasonable and the results are even better!

Hailie Harrison I’ve come here a couple of times and first time was the best. After that it just got worse. I went and got acrylics because I was told they are stronger and last longer. Not even a week of having them and they’re already breaking while IM WASHING MY HAIR!!!!! I then called because I drive an hour to come here to see what could be done if I could get a refund because that’s absolute bs spending $82 on what, cheap stuff! I was told the owner was supposed to call me and has yet to do so. Truly liked them at first. Won’t be going back. I’m not even that rough with my nails…

Stacie W Ive been coming here for manicures and pedicures years. Service is always fast, a good price, and theyve never cut me with cuticle clippers or burned me with an e-file. I can go 3 weeks between nexgen appointments easily, no lifting. Both of my kids have been as well, they do a great job on them too! All around great experience

Shari Stewart Im new to the area and still trying to find my doctors, hair stylist and nail salon. I hit the jackpot with Bella Nails. I was getting beautified to go to a Christmas party over the weekend and I it was a totally enjoyable experience here. The place is beautiful and all of the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Henry did my manicure and Van gave me my pedicure, I will definitely be returning. Those two guys did a great job, as I am hopeful everyone there does.

Courtney Adkins I called to make sure there was a spot for 2 dipped manis and a pedi for my 2 daughter and myself. The lady on the phone was like yeah, of course come on in and we live 10 mins away. We walked in were greated nicely by a lady running from station to station filing 1 persons nails before getting up to go dip someone elses nails which seemed odd to not get 1 nail tech for the 1 service, but fine, my teen daughter were confused by the appt, seeing as how it was not personalized at all. So 1 daughter had her nails started while the other sat there bored out of her mind and my jelly pedi got started around then. The jelly part of the appt was the best part, I definitely recommend the jelly bc it feels cool, but my pedi was mediocre at best. The lady doing my pedi was sweet as can be but repeatedly painted my left big toe and then wiped half the polish off with her nail and finally did a top coat. When she got up I checked out my fresh paint job and the man coming to do my pedi said it looked good...but then I noticed half my big toe was unpainted. She tried again and again and still did not paint the whole nail of any of my 10 toes so I said to just leave it, Ill repaint them myself when I get home since the pedicure isnt complete. The lady did in fact touch my feet so I paid for the service but somehow roughed them up and made them feel dry and crispy. Did they offer a discount even after seeing the partially painted nails? No. Did I pay full price for everything? Im pretty sure since the total was $183 before tip. With tip, I paid $214 which, youd think would be the best mani/pedi and dips ever. Another person I know happened to be there around the same time and her nails looked really good even though the color turned out weird, so maybe I just got the only person that doesnt paint the whole nail, idk...seems to be a recurring issue with painting nails these days. I went due to the high reviews but I wont be going back. Id honestly like to stop payment or cancel the tip but dont want to take food off someone elses table.

Daria Chapman Nail Idol Salon is an amazing place! This nail salon has a great selection of gel polish colors that last a long time. The nail techs always do a great job, never rushing and taking their time to make sure my nails look perfect! I love all the manicure options and it’s always the best.

Sylvia Gonzalez I had some time to kill and googled 4 star and up mail shops. This was the one that could get me in right then and there. I had a dip with manicure and a pedicure. I asked the gentleman to not focus so much on a massage and Tina immediately responded, “ you pay good money for your services and we have very good quality treatments. Enjoy yourself and relax.” She was not lying. The aloe Vera massage felt so refreshing and the collagen foot/hand mask felt amazing. I felt the prices were very reasonable and definitely recommend for anyone to try it. They are very well staffed. Which that to me during some concerns with pandemic and people not working. Says a lot about the business because a lot of places are struggling to find employees. Tina is very nice and so is the staff. I received amazing customer service and will definitely come back. Good job Nail Idol. Thank you for recommending different treatments without making me feel like I have to add anything. The process from begin to end was super smooth. They definitely deserve all the stars and some.

Kuklenski Hindes Robin “Savvy Robin” Finally found a wonderful nail stylist, Lydia, at D&N Nails in Frisco off Preston and Prestmont. Lydia is my stylist, and Vi is my daughter’s. Both of these ladies are AMAZING at creating show-stopping hands & nails, they are also a joy to talk to during the entire visit. I also love how they have “happy hour” discounts for services during the week. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

After reading many excellent reviews from fellow yelpers and reviewers (thank you friends), i selected this place and chose Lydia as my nail tech. It is a beautiful salon and I could not believe it but they had a full bar in the very middle!! So fun! Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Lydia was so amazing. She is extremely kind and a master of her craft! She has been doing nails for over 20 years! I showed her a design and she easily replicated it. Alexis Perez * CONFIRM PRICES BEFORE STARTING* I went into this location because of the reviews to be honest. I just moved here and was nervous already about finding a new nail tech. I asked for coffin, medium length with french tip. I looked online for their prices to make sure it wasn’t anything crazy before walking in as well. When she started doing my nails, she (Cindy i think) started letting me know it was a $10 fee for shape, $10 fee for length $20 for the french nail tip. When I checked online it shows that it’s $60 for french tip & $10 for gel. When she was explaining prices she was adding all these numbers and started it would be anywhere from $80+. I immediately stopped and asked to explain again because online it shows differently, When i showed her the website she first stated that i was on the wrong page. I had to go back & show her that it was their nail salon website. Then she got Allen who was the front desk receptionist & asked him to confirm. They started going back & forward about the prices. (Of course not in english) and when they finished he said it would be $67 like it shows online. She grunted like annoyed about it and then said she was only quoting me the new policy updates. I explained it they’re new prices she needs to have owners update website because it’s false advertisement. She said she wasn’t trying to lie and i explained that it seems like she was just randomly adding charges without explaining anything. I told her misquoting $15 was a lot, she just stood quietly and rushed doing my nails. The salon started getting busy & she was rushing to finish my set. At the end this is what i ended up getting, not even the shape or length i asked for. She seemed super upset the entire process since we went over prices. Cut my fingers & did not do a good job unfortunately. I had to ask her to reshape nails a few times because they were not all shaped the same and looked round at first. Towards the end, she started helping another customer and kept coming back to me. Unfortunately will not be going to this establishment ever again. I paid my tab and only tipped $10 to Allen because he was very helpful with prices and understanding where i was coming from.

angelica Milan please look at my pictures attached do they have anything in common besides white? i showed the picture with my ring on to my nail tech several different times and the other picture is what i left with. i was so disappointed i spent 2 hours at the nail salon for nothing i wanted to cry when i left. i went back today to get them removed and she kept trying to justify that i got what i asked for. and she also stated that i told her i wanted narrow square, even if i did, i did not leave with narrow square these are rounded square!!! I wanted sharp square very square, square!!! I won’t be returning this place needs to practice better technique. also when i went to get them removed she was just going to pop them off with a nail tip, but i had to tell her i wanted them soaked off because i actually care about the integrity of my nail beds.

Leuwiskah Thornton I went in and showed the pic of what I wanted and left with something very different. They were super sweet about it and told me that red nails would be good for Christmas, but it was simply not what I wanted. Not to mention the black that is outlined on my nails because of the error. This isn’t the first time that I’ve asked for something and received something different, hence why I am leaving a review. Nice place, but be sure to make sure they can do and understand what you actually want.

Dhriti Guduru Horrible experience: The quality of work of absolutely bad here. I went in to get dip nails with the cat eye design. The length of the nails does not match on both hands. She glued my finger stuck to the nail. By the time I got home it started bleeding. I just detached my skin from the nail and went through lot of pain. I will never go back here as they left me in tears and highly dissatisfied.

Zaria Howard my tech was Bu and she did absolutely amazing! she was so nice and very talented and worked with me even though i wasn’t sure exactly what i wanted! the atmosphere was relaxed and lovely i will definitely be a regular here!
