Bridget ONeill Tracy was awesome! Great attention to detail and very gentle with my nails. The salon was also very clean and welcoming to walk-ins. Will definitely come back again next time I’m in Austin.

Mia Grace Ive really enjoyed my experience here . Everyone was super welcoming & kind . Very professional & personable . I got a full set French tip & a pedicure on my toes with French tip & diamonds . Its Election Day & I was so stressed & just chatty Cathy & everyone was so nice & understanding. I felt really comfortable here & I cant wait to come back . I love my nails . Theyre exactly how I wanted them & they do a check in through the process to make sure you get exactly what you want . Honey my massage with my pedicure !! Needed !!!! Thank you so much Peter for my pedicure & Que for my nails you guys are so wonderful! Thank you so much prime nail bar ! I cant wait to see you guys again ! My nails were 65 & my toes were 95 (French tip & shellac with diamonds ) which is a total of 160. For both I was charged $167 including tax I believe & she gave me a discount for my review the receipt reflects $10 but I think it was just about $2/$3 which Im not 100% sure but Ill definitely be back thank you guys !

Dara Lovett My first time going here was really good. I am very indecisive and Tammy was patient with me and even helped me out in choosing a design that I would love. For the basic pedicure with gel color and full set gel with design, I paid $113. I believe this is normal pricing for today’s time. The salon is very large annd spacious and is beautifully decorated. The music was also calming creating such a relaxed experience. Overall, I love my nails and will be returning!

Stephanie Harris I had an amazing experience at Prime Nails bar with Tom! He did an incredible job with my nails and made the whole visit so fun and relaxing. Tom is super friendly, professional, and really knows his craft. I left feeling pampered and with beautiful nails—Ill definitely be coming back. T Robinson This location is anything but "Prime." It feels like they just want to rush customers in and out, showing little pride in their work.
They had two good nail technicians, but one of them is no longer with the team. I definitely won’t be returning. They watch you closely when its time to pay and charge you for every little thing. While the prices are displayed on the website and on the wall when you first enter, theyve become outrageous.
The service has significantly declined. During my last visit, I was cut three times by my technician, to the point where I asked her to stop servicing me. The owner, Samantha, came over, and she always has a very negative attitude that is apparent on her face. She finished up my pedicure, but thats all she did. She didn’t provide any additional cuticle work; she just picked up where the previous technician left off. When I asked the technician who cut me if she was having a bad day, she confirmed that she was, which I found appalling.
Please, do me a favor: there’s no need to reply with a "Dear " like you have in the past reply to others it’s clear that your responses are automated and lack any genuine engagement with clients. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I won’t be returning—don’t waste your time or money here. From the moment I walk in, I felt judged. They don’t take pride in cleaning their stations; when one person gets up, the next person simply sits down without any cleaning in between. If you ask them to clean, they just tell you that they use a bag in the pedicure bowl and have new, clean plugs. However, it would be nice if they could at least wipe down the chairs for someone who has been sitting there for an hour or more. A clean environment should be expected when entering a salon. Samantha did take 10% off my bill, but this definitely doesn’t account for me having cut cuticles and sore feet I shouldn’t leave this place in pain when I came for relaxation.
Thanks for understanding, but please don’t feel the need to respond. I appreciate my money, and I’ll take it elsewhere. Enjoy!
