Jaime Lopez Amazing attentive service, Chloe did my pedicure and I was treated with complete kindness, I did not like the one color I picked Chloe did not show any signs of being upset she just quickly put a color on that better suited me and she was very detailed with her skill, relly made me feel valued. Emily did my chin wax and offered to do my eyebrows, I did not think I needed it but allowsld her to do so and let me tell you she is a true artist, she is highly skilled they gained a new customer. Thank you so much ladies ❤️❤️❤️

Kellye Basye Have been coming for several months and haven’t been disappointed. Chloe is great for nails and a wonderful massage with your pedicure. Chloe tries very hard to make sure you have a good experience and she exceeds your expectations. Today I had selected a pink for a special occasion. She put it on 2 nails and said it isn’t “pink” enough. She selected a different pink and she was right!! The color and shape are perfect:) Thank you Chloe!!

Valerie James plum nail’s has been my go to nail salon since they opened. Chloe is amazing!!! She always does exactly what I ask for…it doesn’t matter if it’s just a simple 1 color gel nail to an elaborate or fun holiday design…she is so talented with her nail art.

This time was just as perfect, and I can confidently say they now have a forever customer. The staff is incredibly skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented, making sure my nails look flawless every time. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Shaylene Adam This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Today was my second visit here, but even on my first visit I knew I’d be returning only here for nail services! Customer service is wonderful, they treat you well and are happy to have you there. So refreshing from the poor, lackluster experiences at other salons I’ve experienced. I asked for a more complex design this time, and was honestly surprised to be met with such a joyful and interested attitude about it. Just show a picture reference, and you’re good! I was also surprised when I went to pay how incredibly reasonable the cost was for the service I had received. I ENJOY my time here, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new salon, it’s so different than the extremely mediocre nail salon experiences elsewhere. All this to say… GO HERE! You won’t regret it!

Bin was very knowledgeable, honest, gentle and very humourous. If I was staying in the Royse City area, this would be my nail salon home. Thank you again for a great afternoon!

Syanne Tyson This nail salon was the best nail salon I’ve ever went to in my entire life. They have the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was visiting family because I live in NY and this salon outdid theirselves. They take so much pride in their work and detail in how they do their nails. I am a perfectionist myself so seeing that they are perfectionists themselves really amazed me and I will definitely without a doubt be coming back when I come back to Texas. I recommend, they are great. They even offer drinks! They are well deserving of a 5 star rating in which they are getting from because they are so wonderful. Thank you Wynn Nail Salon!

Laura Worley Go here if you want perfect nails. Everytime I get them done every single thing is perfect. Ann is very gentle with the dremel I literally was falling asleep she is so careful and she has never burned me or cut me . She is a perfectionist and very very talented and sanitary . They work as quickly as possible as a team and never disappoint! Thank you Ann for always taking good care of me ! I will not go anyplace else! If you ever get one set from here you wont either!

Ashley I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I moved here in the area hands-down the best Customerservice I love it. I am 36 years old and I literally must say since I’ve been coming to nail salon. This is the top notch and Maya she is cold with the design Every time I come to she is ready to see what design I have for her. She takes her time. She is very detailed. I believe they have a few of my pictures on their website for when I’ve gotten nail design. I actually just left today from getting Christmas design and honey. She slay all day every day.

Erika Teichman, Realtor Had a gel manicure and organic pedicure there yesterday, and the service was excellent! All the staff were friendly and attentive, and my nails look great!! The venue was clean and well laid out, with nice decor. The man at the front asked me how everything was and invited me to provide any feedback that would allow them to improve. How refreshing! The last place I went to (Dorado) gave me bad service and didn’t care to learn any constructive criticism I had; they didn’t care about my bad experience. The prices st this salon are very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Oasis Nail Spa!!

Christy Adams I absolutely love Zen nails. Everyone is always soo thorough and take there time and do an AMAZING job. Amy and Ann are my “go to” girls for my nails. I also like that fact that I can trust them to do a good job on my teenage daughters nails when I am not there. They know her and make her feel comfortable. That is HUGE in my opinion. My daughter and I LOVE Zen nails and we are picky.

Lauren Harding EDIT… to add more pics. This is just after 3-4 days of having gel manicure and pedicure. This tax evading nail salon is an absolute joke! I came in on January 7th and got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. “Hannah” did my pedicure when I got home and realized how terrible of a job she did, I called and Kim answered. I nicely told her that the technician that did my gel pedicure did not do a good job, I was very unhappy with it due to the cuts of my nails, the polish wasn’t painted on my toes, but mostly my skin and that I wanted a refund. Kim said she was going to ask Brandon if they could refund or if I wanted for them to redo it… you can’t fix uneven nails that are cut down so short.. Kim was trying to make me come in and have it fixed. I didn’t want that, I just wanted a refund. They only wanted to refund 30.00. I wasn’t happy about that, but I agreed. A few days passed, I’m waiting on my refund to go back to my card, because that’s how refunds work when you pay with a card. I called there this morning, inquiring about my refund. I was told they didn’t process the entire total, 106.00 plus the 10.00 I left for a tip, totaling 116.00. They just processed for 106.00, I told Brandon I would be disputing with my bank he threatened to press charges on theft of services. That’s not theft of services. I paid the day of rendered services, and called same evening to let them know I wasn’t happy. This can be disputed as quality of services. I work for a bank… I know this. Brandon told me I would have to either bring my card back in for my refund or get 20.00 in cash. They didn’t tell me that the first I called back to let them know I was so disappointed. So because of this horrible customer service, misleading communication, I requested a refund for the entire 106.00 Brandon informed me again that he would press charges for theft of services & dispute my dispute I do with my bank. Brandon also informed me that my polish loss is due to my nails. I have had previous gel pedicures, they didn’t do this. They didn’t want to refund on my card because it would mess with their book for taxes, rather than letting me go spend my money where it’s appreciated. They rather give me 20.00 in cash as the remainder of the 30.00 refund. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. Not to mention they are known for giving fungal infections when they cut you.

Amberly McNabb The employees were so nice so I don’t like to give such a low review. But I paid for my daughter to get acrylic nails in advance as she was getting them done with a few friends so I paid before hand. My mistake. Somehow they convinced her to do press on nails. The nails didn’t even last 48 hours. They told her they were trying out a new glue on her nails and that if any fall off to just come back up there. I not only paid for acrylic, I tipped her generously, trusting she would do what was paid for. Again, my mistake. I’m very disappointed in how crooked her nails were and how they didn’t stay on for 2 days. $75 for some press ons is crazy to me and NOT what we paid for. We’re not complainers or confrontational, just won’t be going back.

hollie Roberts I was not super impressed i went in got a full set before Christmas Brandon did a great job on my nails I paid 50 for long coffin nails with jewels on 2 fingers, okay not bad pricing so I was happy. What got me was when I went back for a fill Linda did my nails and the job wasnt done very good at all, my jewels were taken off and not put back on yet when I got finished and went to pay for my fill I was charged 40$!!! Thats way over priced when I paid 50$ for a brand new set with jewels. Had i known i would be charged like that I would have just soaked the nails off and got a new set. I felt that was unfair and as a new customer I wasnt pleased with the pricing I will go back to where I used to go. Not to mention after my fill my nails started breaking off not even a week later from where the tip from originally glued.

Cynthia Willis Mixed review: The Good- They do squeeze in drop-ins. Very attentive to giving you the size and shape of nail you want. The Bad- either on phone or conversing with fellow staff 95% of time in non-English conversation. It became awkward after a while. Dont expect a "Steel Magnolias" experience.

Jasmine Washington I arrived to this place at 5:00pm wanting a full set. The lady asked what I wanted & I showed her my hand that had my missing nails. She replied to me “ uh we’re busy at the moment “. Meanwhile I was the only black African American in there and they weren’t even busy. This is sad for someone who’s not even frim here wanting service. My first and only time. I will never come back!!!

Sam Turner My daughter and I have been going here for years and have always loved it. I have to leave a negative review today because they charged me for a service I didnt receive. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. I asked for both services listed as Heavenly. The pedicure I received was 100% the Heavenly service and I am satisfied with. The manicure, however, was not. What I received was a mix of the Classic and the Deluxe. If you take the Classic service and add a hand scrub and hot towel with a lotion massage of my forearms, thats what I got. Then, I was charged the extra $20. I didnt get my nails painted because I wanted them buffed so they would be shiny for a few weeks. They nail tech didnt buff my nails either. He hurried through my service so he could get to another lady waiting to get a pedicure. I am disappointed that the owner charged me for a service I didnt get. I hate having to find new service providers.

Chelsey Davis I absolutely love Linh and her spa. She has been doing my nails for over 6 years and I followed her from where she was in Bonham to Kat Nails in Greenville when she opened. I can show her a picture of what I want and Im always very happy with what she does. I have tried a couple of other places (only because Lihn was out of town) and both times regretted it, so never again. They are all very sweet and give each customer their full attention and time.

Deanna Stephens I dont typically leave reviews, but I cant let this one go. I just walked out of here and I am absolutely upset with the outcome of my nails. This was not cheap, and the mess thats left behind, the Knicks and cuts, the horrible shaping and dips and holes on the surface is just terrible. I had to get my nails done at the same time as my toes and they made me turn off the massage chair as soon as I turned it on because the nail tech couldnt work with it on. I was hoping for better after seeing the astounding reviews but Im disappointed. My toes arent much better but I wont be posting that Pic. I still paid and tipped for their time, but man.

Lindsey Robinette I won’t be coming back. I got dip nails done yesterday. I was cut multiple times on my fingers which has now left one quite sore. The work isn’t completely horrible, I’ve just had a lot better. It’s very inconsistent with shaping and the level of the dip powder. Some places are almost translucent in the blue. The nail tech was also cleaning her dirty tools in front of me while my nails soaked. They are also asking you to leave a positive review at checkout to earn a gift card. Wasn’t a fan of that either.

Alicia The moment I walked in the place it felt clean, organized, and friendly. They got us sat down quick and shared some promotions going on. I loved the pedi I got. Very relaxing and soothing. It came with a 25 minute massage and they had a timer to show how long left that kept track for them to focus on the massage. They offered us drinks. They have coffee, soda, wine, and cocktails. I had the blue Hawaiian cocktail. It was nice and added to the experience. When they got to my nails, they added the tips on and did next gen for me. MOST other salons I go to NEVER clean out the under side after dipping the nails. I always leave feeling like I have to go and clean it out myself. HOWEVER this place cleaned it out and I left feeling like I didnt need to do anything extra after. They have the nail brushes when washing your hands after and I feel like several places Ive been to just dont. They also gave me this heated neck pad that smelt so great and relaxing. One of the ladies main job was to do custodial work did an AMAZING job of helping the nail technicians clean up after and put things away. She kept the place very neat and clean. Definitely didnt go unnoticed. I will be coming back! The manager/owner was very active in checking on people and making sure they were taken care of. It wouldnt let me post pics at this time. I can try another time.

Mai Phạm June made the long drive to the shop very worth it! I recommend her for sure! My son had a mini manicure and pedicure from Joe. He had fun and was entertained by Joe’s conversation, so the service went by quick! Joe also did my gel pedicure; it turned out so pretty on my toes! The white color had no streaks left behind and I love the sparkle that was added. Joe paid attention to the sides of my nails and almost no gel was on my cuticles. Such a clean and classy look! Overall a relaxing experience after all the holiday chaos! The manicure was acrylic nude/pink-ish color as the base. 8 fingers had hand-drawn designs that turned out so elegant. My ring fingers were foil stick-on designs of flowers. It was suggested and I am in love! I will do this again in the future! In addition, there was a small gem placed on each nail. The attention to detail was on point. The shape of my nail is called Oval. I came in with long round nails and Johnny filed it into an elegant oval shape. I will be back! **Highly recommend Johnny and Joe for services! June was also super sweet with her recommendations and making my family feel comfortable!

I went for St Patricks Day nails and they were so cute!! I went yesterday 3/30/23 and D gave me beautiful powder nails with a butterfly. Hes so fast and very accurate. They messed up my nails months back and I let it go and decided to give them a second chance because my daughter wanted her nails done for an event so we went got right in I showed them the exact picture of what she wanted the First Lady wasn’t even the nail tech who did the nails so she relayed what my daughter wanted to the next lady never asked to see the picture so I showed her and then proceeded to do her nails completely wrong. I got up twice to tell her they were wrong and instead of starting over or fixing them she just did what she wanted and called it a day. Charged me 75 dollars on top of it no discount no apology nothing and when I complained and continued to point out that they looked nothing like the picture and after being there two hours I just paid for what my daughter got and left. I have pictures for reference to show just how OFF these nails are. We went to Greenville nail bar where my daughter got exactly what she wanted and they charged us less than this nail salon did to mess up completely and still no apology or even cared enough to fix it after telling her multiple times they were not even close. I will never come back or waste my money again here.

Zatania Strain I was in search of a new nail salon in Greenville and I stumbled upon the Nail Lounge. I was reviewing the nail techs & their work and found Jade. I have been to be serviced by Jade four times within a two month span. She has always delivered great service when she has done my nails. I just recently tried to the metallic on my nails and let’s just say I love them with the color I selected. Oh and the wine is a plus during service. Truley Cater I used to go to an entirely different salon in Greenville but I decided to go to this one instead. This place is amazing compared to the other one I went to. The lady that did my nails was super nice and made sure I liked the shape, color, length, and design. She also recommended acrylic over dipped because it lasts longer which I appreciate. The only downside was that it was a lot more expensive than the other salon I went to. But they also had a 20% off coupon if you’re under 18 and pay in cash. So it went from $97 to $77. She also matched the design I asked for perfectly! Lovely place and super clean as well. I’ll probably come back and I would recommend coming!

He did a basic manicure and I got my nails done. Picture of reference and what I actually got. Love it so much ! Will definitely come back !

Amber Fite They have a very relaxing atmosphere and are super friendly! The pedicures and waxing services we received were fantastic! They are definitely the best around! They are always cleaning too so its a very clean place. Definitely will be back! Worth the drive and very affordable!

Jenna Elder absolutely love this place! they always do an amazing job and everyone is so friendly. one of my nails broke a few days after i got a new set (it was my fault) and they fixed it for free. Paula always takes her time on my nails and does such a good job!! i won’t go anywhere else
