Melissa Mourgan I had Katie she’s fantastic very sweet and kind lady! We had a very nice and interesting conversations really enjoyed my time here. Like catching up with a long lost friend. Very warm personality. I will be back she shaped my nails beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased. She removed lots of dead skin my nails before were a mess very dry and I scrub them for work so very dry etc. lots of dry skin. Had the honey something manicure very nice. Very refreshing left feeling like baby new skin. Go see Katie! You won’t regret it also important salon was clean and people were attentive and nice! Thank you!

The salon was spotless, and I appreciated how organized and clean everything was. My nail technician - KRISTY - was very attentive and did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. Dyam Cook The nail salon is nice and the scenery is nice I must say. I am only making a complaint because I went 3 times and the second time was the only time I was somewhat satisfied. This last set was extremely horrible. She applied clear tips to my nails and glued the nails to my fingers. This set has ruined my nail bed, and I’ve never experienced this. The nail techs aren’t good at all. My nails were very thick underneath and the gel wasn’t completely dry. I’m never going back.

Maha Kaissi UPDATE #2: The owner was out of town, so he called me today. He was very kind and apologetic. He offered to have my nails re-done as a complimentary service. Jessica did my nails today, and they look great! Reflected change to 5 Stars for the excellent nails and customer service. UPDATE: still no response from the salon, and the thumb dip officially came off on its own this morning 10 days after. I got a manicure done with dip on my natural nails on 12/18. I had a new nail tech who I had never seen at the salon before named Cherry. She immediately began by commenting that she could add nail art with palm trees for my upcoming vacation (she overheard me telling the front desk person that I would be going on vacation in a few weeks), but I declined saying it would look odd to have palm trees over Christmas when my vacation wasn’t going to be for a couple of weeks after. She then began taking off my old dip manicure to prep for my new one. As opposed to the usual way they remove the dip at this salon (I’ve been coming every 3-4 weeks for months now), she kept having me soak/rub remover onto the nail for 1-2 minutes, then remove my hands to file more off. I thought it was odd since I’ve never had my dip taken off this way (typically I soak for about 10 minutes while rubbing my nails with the paper inside). Eventually they were cleaned and polish-free. Then began the cuticle removal. I never ask for extended cuticle removal as I personally think it’s bad for your nail health. I’ve also never had anyone at this salon do it before or even offer it. Cherry began removing my excess cuticle, but then she kept nipping too close to my nail bed, even to the point that she mentioned how I kept flinching/pulling my hand back. I was about to say something, but then it was already over. She then painted the nails with the dip powder as usual. However, she again kept going on and on about adding nail art even though I already declined. So I again refused. At this point, it was already over an hour that she had been doing my nails, which was atypically long for anyone else I’ve had at the salon. Finally, I went to check out and was told by Cherry that I was being charged $10 extra for the “extended cuticle removal”, which I never even wanted! I just paid it to get out of there. 3 days after, one of the dip nails already chipped. Now 1 week after, two of the dips are lifting off the nail! Normally, my nails could even last 4 weeks without budging at all. I called the salon to discuss once my nail chipped and that I never wanted to have Cherry do my nails again, but all they said was that they would add to my profile that Cherry shouldn’t do my nails. I sadly wasn’t even offered a chance to have the nail fixed or an apology. I have never had a bad experience here, so I think this is why I was especially shocked. As I have seen many different people here and have only had this one bad experience, I think I can attribute it to Cherry and just won’t see her again. However, I would have loved to have gotten at least an apology. I’ll have to decide what I want to do about my nails (since there’s no way they’ll last through my vacation at this point).

Carolina Morales I’ve been coming here and seeing Kim for over a year and I can’t say enough good things! Kim is super attentive to detail, her sets are always perfect and last a minimum of three weeks (and can go longer, I just never go past four). If you’ve been looking for a new nail tech or a new spot, this is the place. I also do my pedicures here with no specific tech and they also turn out great, M. Vince staffs well trained techs and you can tell!

rubyani colon This use to be my fav nail salon But after today I won’t be returning I had been cut twice getting my nails done, the stuff they use to supposedly stop the bleeding STUNG to the high heavens. And my pedicure was rushed and not that great. When at the counter instead of providing some time of accommodation for being cut twice and getting a mediocre pedicure I was charged full price and they raised their prices. So sad.

Tanya Djavadzadeh I had an amazing first experience at the salon with Rayven as my nail artist! She was super friendly and took the time to color match perfectly to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was incredible, making sure everything was flawless. I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my nails. I cant wait to go back – highly recommend Rayven for anyone looking for top-notch service and a great experience!

William Redfield Got my very first pedicure with my wife and the staff were fantastic! The spa is beautiful and clean and the drinks were delicious. I got the paraffin wax treatment and wow are my feet relaxed! The staff suggested a clear coat ("A clear coat is always good for a man") but were delighted at my Valentines theme nail polish idea (pictured). Will definitely be returning

Trahan icyjo “Jojo” It was my first time in and I am VERY pregnant. Everyone was super sweet. Very detail oriented and gentle. Im usually kinda nervous with getting a pedicure because some people are really rough or not thorough but Gina was wonderful. She was absolutely wonderful and I left finally feeling relaxed and like I found my place. Cant wait to come back!

jess g First time here and I loved every part of my experience here. Kris has such a beautiful personality and made me feel comfortable after years of not getting my nails done. She perfected my nails! Her attention to detail is impressive. Will definitely come back here for my fill! I think I finally found my go to nail salon ❤️

Jayme Witek Trish and Quinn did a phenomenal job today. The salon is very nice, clean, and spacious. I can’t get over the phenomenal customer service of the front desk and techs. Quinn was fantastic for my pedicure and Trish did amazing art on my nails. The prices for the quality of services I received are extremely reasonable. This is possibly my best experience at a nail salon. 10/10 and I will be returning.

Amber Keating This place was wonderful, professional, and clean. I had one of the nicest, well-done manicures I’ve had. Great pedicure, too! They really talk with you, if you take the time, and try to give you what you want— and I was particular about what I wanted. Lovely place, will come back, and highly recommend. Holly and Tina did a wonderful job (I got an acrylic set and a pedicure in OPI— Funny Bunny). I also went back and got the PLEASURE of having LILY do my pedicure and acrylic set! She did an amazing job, and listened to me so well! Great SHAPING at this place, as well as color :-) 1000/10

Stephanie Quintero Diane and Ann are both so wonderful!! I have been going to Diane for over a year now and her work is beautiful! I see her once a month because that’s how amazing her work is. She’s very kind and detail oriented. Nails aren’t cheap so she’s totally worth the investment! The staff is so kind and everything is so clean. My favorite self care spot to visit!

Emma Sinclair I had an engagement event this past weekend and wanted something a more intricate than my typical solid dip color. I had a great experience at Infinity! I was nervous since I was using a Pinterest inspo but wasnt knowledgeable about the exact colors. They were very professional to help me pick out colors that were similar. They checked with me throughout the process to make sure it was in the direction I wanted. I was impressed with her ability to freehand the design just looking at the photo.

Leighsa Gill My daughter Sloan reccomended this place so I decided to try it! Im so glad I did! I love it! Teresa did my nails and she did an awesome job! I love, love my nails! I asked for STRAWBERRY GLAZE and she delivered, even better than the picture I showed her! Everyone was very nice and the salon was clean. I was impressed with the young lady walking around wiping & spraying down all the surfaces. I will definitely make this my regular salon!

Lilia (LiliaTheSuccubus) Loved the atmosphere of this salon. I went in for a quick acrylic nail extension and pedicure for an upcoming shoot I had. They take walk-ins and looked extremely busy! The place is huge and there were several amenities, such as drinks, a mini bar, and the classic massage chairs. The employees made a huge effort to cater to my needs, even getting me 3 cans of Sprite haha~ My pedicure was very enjoyable and they did their best to help me with choosing the right colors I was looking for since I am colorblind. I loved the results and even learned a lot of new things by asking my techs. This was the first time I got colored acrylic rather than normal acrylic with a gel polish coating on top. It turned out to be cheaper and I couldnt be more happy with how it looks. It also lasts longer since the only coating that would chip is the top coat and I plan to simply buy my own gel top coat if that happens. Thankfully it has been several weeks and none of the nails have chipped, but I may have to cut them since they’re growing rather long~ I added a photo of the current length.

Karina Chavez The WORST set of nails I have EVER had. Didn’t get what I wanted at all and on top of that didn’t even cut my natural nail to put the extension nail on and the chunkiest nails I ever had. Was offered a drink but never got it, worst experience and it sucks because their pedi service is good but my second time going there was not what I expected.

Scout Odegaard Love Aura nails! Have been coming here for about 2 years now and have an amazing experience every time. They have a huge selection of colors and have been able to do pretty much any design i’ve asked for!

Jackie Flores asked for this design and was not pleased. i didnt realize until i was in my car and didnt want to embarrass the lady who did them, so i called and they werent very nice. had to pay $50 elsewhere to get them fixed. after paying $85+ $10 tip here. might be a good place if you want a simple color/design but if you want something neat, dont recommend.

ANDREA CORDERO I come here every time I have to do my nails but today is my last day coming here. The lady at the front, the one that is in “charge” is so rude and has bad attitude when she has to do a job. She did my mom’s nails and she didn’t even cut them to make them the same size. We picked dipping powder for hands and regular for toes and the colors didn’t match so I told her about it and she kept saying they have the same name… but the colors didn’t match! She had an attitude because she had to go find another color that match. This is the first time I bring my mom with me to this place, and it’s so sad that she had a bad experience here. I really loved how the two ladies did my nails but when you don’t feel welcomed is better to find another place that has better customer service and not a bad attitude for doing THEIR JOB!

Beatriz Rangel They did an okay job. Just moved to the area spent $105 including tip, massage with hot stones was done quickly and thumb nail was slanted I told her and she just ignored. I got cut twice. I still tipped out of courtesy but definitely looking for a place that I can be fully satisfied in Cypress area.

Sara Ill start by saying that the salon is clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I showed a picture of the artwork I wanted, and the look she gave me led me to think it may have been too complicated. I am a little disappointed at this point, as the pictures on the website showed for more detail and complexity. However, I had another pic that I showed her to which she stated was much easier. After the 3rd failed attempt at what was probably one of the simplest styles Ive done in years, the manager came over to try and fix it. Unfortunately, it was another failed attempt. I asked her to just draw a simple flower or lines on only 2 fingers in an effort to pull the two nail colors together and make it look more fall like. That was a failure as well. The website depicts an artistic capability that none of the 3 women in the salon possess. Its a bit of misleading and false advertising if you ask me. I gave 3 stars to reflect the cleanliness, organization, and pedicure, as the stone pedicure was nice.

Terral S I love this salon! I was recommended by a friend to get a full set with Tony and he didn’t disappoint! He took his time and made sure my shape and design were perfect. Tony also let me know my price upfront which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Tony at Palazzio!!

Amber Spears Worst experience ever. I went in on New Year’s Eve. All I needed was to redo my nails and change the color (did eyebrows at the end). However, not even 10 minutes after leaving I showered and they just started peeling off. I was so embarrassed on my night out. This has never happened to me before. This was the place closest to me downtown so I gave it a shot. I messaged them the day after with hopes that they would message me back on the 2nd since they were closed January 1st. Didn’t get a response back. I’m so mad because I left a nice tip. Will never go back!

Valeria flores Every time I visit Palazzio, the customer service is amazing! I love that they offer a student discount when you show proof. My go-to guy is TONY—he’s super detail-oriented, really listens to what you want, and gives honest advice about what shape and color will suit you best. Julie did my pedicure today, and she was fantastic! She took her time, was so gentle, and has such a warm personality. It was easy to relax and enjoy the experience with her.

Ashley N Burditt Lynn did an amazing job! She is sweet and kind and she didnt hurt me at all. She made my nails dainty looking just the way I like them to look. I have already made an appointment yo see her again in a few weeks and I might add a pedicure as well! Thank yall❣️

Latisha Williams 2/13/25 I scheduled an appointment for 2/14/25 @1pm to get my nails done. I checked in and waited for 21 minutes. When I asked how much longer would I have to wait, the lady advised that they were booked up because it was Valentine’s Day and everyone is getting acrylic and designs. If you were booked up why schedule the appointment at 1pm on 2/14/25? I advised them to cancel my appointments. I had also scheduled for a party of 4 for pedicures and a couple of manicure as well because we were celebrating my Aunt. I must say she enjoyed her pedicure and her nails looked great as well. The ladies that provided the service were great and the group room was very nice. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but they should really work on their front desk staff. If you book an appointment stick to it. I drove from Katy to receive a service at a specific time. I had a schedule to keep and so should they.

Roxie McLeod I absolutely love Infinity Nail Spa! The vibe is fantastic, with great music and complimentary drinks that make every visit enjoyable. I have never been disappointed with their service. Despite never making appointments, I never have to wait long. No matter who does my nails, they always turn out great. Infinity Nail Spa consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Tiffany was my nail tech. Love her!

chocolate drop This was my first time going to this nail shop and I had very poor service and a bad experience. I will never go back . After a few days of going my nails looked a mess and they didn’t even want to fix it . If you have a nail shop you go to regularly keep going where you know. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this nail shop ever !

MONICA COSBY Came to check out this new nail salon in my neighborhood. Was greeted by the front desk and checked in via their iPad. It wasn’t a busy day so they were able to take me as a walk in and sit me quickly with a nail tech. My nail techs name was Lina and she was the cutest and very friendly! Throughout the process she asked me if I was happy with the shape and nail color. She was also gentle with my hands and when filing. I went from gel on my natural nail to powder with chrome on top. The salon is new and clean. There are many colors and products to choose from and drinks are complimentary. I would highly recommend the salon and parking is free and relatively easy!

nicole bond Wow, this place feels like royalty! I just moved to Houston and I’m so thrilled I discovered this nail salon. Peter is absolutely amazing! He did such a fantastic job on my nails and was so sweet about it. They even took care of my eyebrows while working on my nails since I had to rush to work in just thirty minutes. They got everything done quickly and truly cared about my situation while keeping everything super professional. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Taylor This is my new favorite place! A friend told me about a new location opening near me so I came to try it out. Tee is so amazing and gave me my first gel-x set. I am very indecisive and multiple people helped me decide on color + design. I wanted go to a few times before leaving a review and the experience has been exceptional every time. Olivia Julianna I have been coming here for over a year and they are the BEST nail salon. I typically get coffin shaped acrylic nails and they come out beautiful every single time. The salon inside is absolutely beautiful but what really sells me as a loyal customer is the impeccable customer service. The staff is attentive and detail oriented. They also frequently have fun giveaways or drawings for customers. Every time I get my nails done I end up tipping 25-35% because of how amazing the service is. I recently broke a nail and when I went in for the repair it only took them 15 minutes to fix it. When I went to pay they didn’t charge me. I insisted on tipping. They care about their customer service deeply and it’s why I refuse to go to any other salon and have become an extremely loyal customer. Highly recommend.

Glowran Phillips I rated this nail bar three stars due to the unprofessional conduct of the receptionist. His impatience and demeanor created an unpleasant initial impression. While Lucy and Mary provided satisfactory nail and pedicure services respectively, the receptionists rudeness significantly detracted from the overall experience and likely explains the low customer traffic. Improved customer service training is crucial for the continued success of this business.

Chyna Alexis I came the day after Valentine’s Day, and was immediately greeted and serviced. Emily did a fantastic job with my nails and was patient with me and my decision making. I love the way she applied the powder and the shape. Dan did my toes and took her time massaging and exfoliating my legs and feet, she was very precise with the French tips :) I finally found a nail shop that is truly delivering good service. I will be back soon to get individual lashes.

Judit Jordan Waited more than I should even after I had been told a specific wait time. I communicated I couldnt wait longer than a certain time. They shortly accommodated which I appreciated. They were not rude at all about the timing and apologized for the miscommunication. I did builder gel and loved it! I will be returning, and hope I wont have any issues with timing when I book an appointment.

Brittany Mobley First time going to Vinas and WOW! The staff was all so friendly, the place was very clean, and they did a great job on my nails. My job wont allow for anything fancy, but the clear gel manicure I got on my short nails was perfect and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back!

Jade Grant I visited this salon on Friday (3/7) for a pedicure and a builder gel set on my toes, expecting a quality experience. However, just two days later, one of my toenails popped off—literally like a press-on. I returned to have it fixed, only to be told I’d have to wait until they could fit me in basically. I understand that other clients were there already, but considering the inconvenience of their work not lasting even 48 hours, I shouldn’t have had to sit around for a simple repair. Disappointing service and even more disappointing durability.

Lucinda Wade OMG I came here for the first time Friday evening bc they close at 930 I came in a few minutes after 7 was greeted soon as I walked in and seated the service all around was so amazing I came back Sunday morning for a pedicure and again was greeted soon as I came in and was seated the lady did my feet gave me a whole make over. I felt amazing leaving here.this will be my new spot can’t wait to bring my daughter back with me

Melissa Perez It was my first time at Oasis. The total price for a plain full set of acrylic nails was $55.75. For the work I received? Definitely not worth it. Both my left middle finger, and index finger now look crooked because the nails are crooked. The nail polish that the nail technician put over the acrylic nail was messy, and lazily applied. The nail polish towards the bottom of my nails look terrible because she didnt clean it off. She also didnt apply nail polish to the sides on some of the nails. I didnt trust them to correct the mistake either as I made various comments about the shape of the nail and I still ended up with crooked nails, and a messy nail polish overlay. Im extremely displeased with their service, and I do not recommend that anyone comes here.

Koko Jack and Jenny are AMAZING! We came here to get our nails done before our Halloween Disney World trip and absolutely loved them! They knew what design I wanted and how I wanted it. My girlfriend showed Jack an inspo picture and what she wanted differently, he outdid himself. Jenny did my nails exactly how I wanted my nails done from the picture I showed her. Love them! Great customer service, offered us drinks and made us feel really comfortable. I also loved the cute fall decorations they had. I have a new nail salon now!

Lauren Mondshine First time getting my nails done here and it was great! I was indecisive about which dip color I wanted and they were patient with me and helped me decide on a color. Very nice and friendly people. Calming environment. Cleanly environment. Affordable pricing for nail services. Will be coming back!

Rory Read I just got my gel nails done at the salon, and I have to say they are absolutely beautiful! The nails are durable, strong, not too thick, and look natural but still classy. The technician dad a good job, the nail shape is neat, and the nail polish lasts a long time. Anyone who wants pretty nails without have to wait for them to grow should try this!

Nikhat Noorani Called for a last minute appointments for a wedding and they did not disappoint!! I had an amazing experience with Jenny and Kim for a gel x and pedicure. Jenny was so helpful and knowledgeable about what treatments help nail growth and explained the services super well. Kim did a great job with working on pressure points on my feet as well!! Ivana Cachoua I had an amazing experience getting my nails done here. I got Gel-X nails with design and Katherine did an amazing job, and gave me exactly what I wanted. However, I also got a lash lift and tint and was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. During the process everything went well, however by the time they finished I noticed something was wrong. My left lashes were not curled at all, they are just pointing straight up as if they had only curled the bottom. Additionally you couldn’t even tell they were tinted as they looked exactly like they did before. However the worst part is, when I complained to the lady she basically tried to gaslight me into thinking they were fine and proceeded to insist on putting on HER mascara on my lashes. She grabbed her bag, pulled out her own mascara and basically went up on my face to put it on, even though I explicitly told her no. I think her job was completely unprofessional and unhygienic to say the least.

Valeria They make nails that last. Period. Not sure how as cuticle prep is always a bit lackluster (Im used to Russian dry manicures with immaculate nail prep... But for more $$). Anyways Ive gone to then a few times now. Both times nails lated me 3+ weeks. The ombre set is acrylic, the cat eye set is full set builder gel. I recommend!

Cecilia Wang New to Houston, so happy this perfect nail salon is in the area. I first went there for pedi about a month ago, they stayed on perfectly. The lady gave me the EXACT look I wanted, and was very efficient in her work. Just went in again yesterday for nails, again, came out so cute and exactly how I wanted them to be. Linda is great at what she does, such beautiful gel build shape!!! Highly recommend.

Robin Carey This was the best pedicure that Ive had for many years. Ive never felt my legs being a smooth and soft as they were afterwards. This was the most relaxing experience . I will truly be back and my manicurist Towel was amazing. Nothing like her technique and great personality .

Leanora Benkato I had a great experience at Sunday nails spa. The shop is very clean. Ivy was amazing. She is clearly super talented and very experienced with doing nails. She had my fingers prepped and tips applied so quickly and efficiently. She used powder to make the base and topped it off with this beautiful champagne iridescent gel. Her handiwork has no hesitation. She is precise and swift. The last thing she did was a final round on my cuticles to make sure everything looks perfect after the gel was dry. I have no complaints at all and the nails have stayed in pristine shape since the day I got them, even through a lot of working with my hands. I will absolutely be back to Sunday nails spa and I trust them to do a good job. Oh and the price is right too!
