Elisa Sanchez DO NOT GO HERE! It is extremely overpriced. Asked for french acrylic nails & paid $100! They aren’t even perfect. The audacity to charge that much & to not have it be immaculate. My lines are crooked as well as the shape of my nails. I understand they have fees for different things but the nails there are not worth what they charge. I’ve had at home nail techs do waaay better & charge way less.

Jessica Garcia I do not recommend this place. I went to get my nails done. Hygiene was bad, my cuticles were cut badly and the acrylic is already lifting after 2 days. Tools are not cleaned and the brushed used to clean my dried blood and double dipped to the acetone. DO NOT COME HERE!

Alyssa Hernandez I had my nails done here 2 weeks ago, my nails are still on and still look really good. They’re pricing is very good and I was satisfied with their service. I called made an appointment a day prior. I got exactly what I asked for and was charged what I was told. No issues. Would definitely recommend.

mayany galindo i went in at 7:10 only to be told at 8:40 they couldn’t do my nails. the ladies are LAZY and very unwelcoming. the only nice lady there is the owner. the rest are RUDE. they saw me waiting for the next available person and instead told me “come tmrw it’s too late for me and i want to go home.” if you knew you couldn’t do my nails at 7:10 when i walked in simply say that so i could look for some other place. all i needed was a refill but instead the one guy working was begging them to stay to do my nails and the ladies said no. HOW RUDE & UNWELCOMING.

Alee Landeros I would avoid this place. I am visiting here fom Colorado and my daughter and I wanted our nails done. They had a teenage male do my pedicure and he spent an hour an a half picking and cutting at my skin and I told him it hurt and he kept justifying saying that he is getting dead skin off. and I wanted a mani too but because he took so long completing my pedi I did not allow them to touch my hands. I got 2 diffeneent colors and they charged me extra for that and of course they do not tell me it was extra until after the fact. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when I had the chance.

Melissa Iglesias Always rushing people, wait time is insane, she rushed my eyebrows now they look jacked up. I waited an hour and a half and after my crappy pedicure she said they dont hav time to do my nails. Come back in the morning. Wth??? Bad business bureau

Lenny Lvrz I got nails today. Service was rushed & bad. I got uneven nails & bubbles in it. The nail tech cut me too much as he was rushing.

Ana Morales I visited on May 22 to get my acrylic overlay refilled. The owner, Monica, assisted me. Everything seemed fine until my nails started chipping on the 3rd day. I didnt have a chance to go back until today (11 days later), and they told me I had to pay for a reapplication. I understand there was a charge but $20 just to fix the bubbled and chipped gel seemed excessive, considering what I paid initially plus the tip. I could have just gotten a new set for that price all together. I suggest finding another place to spend your money.

Yuny Riojas Just paid 190 dollars for a pedicure and manicure for me and my 4 year old daughter. They charged for my daughter pedicure and manicure 70 dollars. This is crazy!!, they charge you extra for everything and dont even have the courtesy to tell you.. Will not come back ever!! and the service is not even good!!!!

Vanessa Ramos This salon doesn’t care about you or your nails. I went in to have acrylics removed and they tore them off with an acrylic tip. They didn’t file the nails down before, soak them or use any form of acetone. This should’ve been a red flag for me but I figured maybe they knew what they were doing or maybe it would look okay when they finished. I was in pain the whole time and told the technician “this hurts” and he said “don’t cry, okay?” In the end, I spent $15 to have my nails look terrible. They’re weak and so sensitive now. I absolutely regret going here and will never go back.

Jeremy Cummings Nice staff. Got the ultimate package for pedicures. Came with wine which was awesome. Its not often me and my spouse get pedicures but my tech did an awesome job. The tech doing my spouses didnt do so well. It definitely wasnt worth the $124 job we got. They left his ugly nail still ugly. My feet were pretty. But still tipped them $20 additional each. Would try them again if we both could get the same quality.

Beni Solano -1 star if I could. Definitely would NOT recommend. Not only is it over priced but I’ve never heard of a “shortening fee” on acrylic nail refills. The New York pedicure was so basic it’s definitely not worth the price. I got my nails done yesterday and my thumb chipped already ! When she finished I had to ask her to fix my shape and file the natural nail growth underneath. Truly the work was so rushed she had cut me with a file it’s so deep, it’s still irritated. Save your money.

Grace Martinez Every time I go into Hola Nails I’m never greeted, the owner n her daughter are rude make you feel like u are a bother, bad customer service, mother and daughter are rude to staff as well, the staff always quit on them, change your ways or u will lose ur business

Zuri I went to get my upper lip done and the service fee was $8. Some how I got charged $9.50. I do understand there is a tax fee but for it to be 1.50? I dont think so. I believe that after she saw that I pressed no tip she tipped herself. I only stopped because my brow tech isn’t available today and I didn’t tip since it was my first time going. I dont think i would stop there again if they are going to tip themselves with someone else’s card.

Gilli Nail polish doesnt seem to be a strong suit. Acrylic was also laid down thick and crooked. I came for a Pedi before and was very satisfied but this Mani wasnt very good.

Stephanie Juarez Got these nails done in the last weekend of June. Waiting time:There was no waiting time. Nails: I showed them that picture but my nails look terrible and I wanted lilac but apparantly this color isnt as I had expected nor was I told it would be darker. I also had shown them another one and the guy in charge I suppose just estimates by image so the other photo he said $50 and these $45. It wasnt lined up to my nail right and some of the color wasnt placed right. On one of my nails ended up getting a pointy part on top which was so annoying because it was semi sharp. After finishing there was a change in price and the guy even started that these are worth less. Service: fast simple but as for staffing it was a mess even I didnt know whose on shift. While my nails were left under the light the person I got just went to the chair in the station behind me and sat to watch a game. And even after I was done he didnt even notice me being finished so I walked up and left to pay.

Diana Hernandez I just left the place. I went to get my eye brows waxed and left with almost no eyebrows . No wonder the lady that did them asked if I had a missing spot in my eyebrow but I didnt realize what she was talking about I do not recommend this place at all I was even charged 15 for it .

Julietta I believe i was over charged for gel on my natural nail. It costs $25 to apply gel and $5 to remove the old gel on my nails. However, i was charged $45 bc i “received a manicure” when all it was done was removal of SOME cuticle. After the “manicure” i still have dead skin around my nails “which i mentioned to the tech” and cuticle on parts of my fingers. I tried to make this notice but they insisted it would be charged as a manicure for the partial removal of cuticle. So that brought my total up from $30 to $45. The tech was nice but the pricing is absurd. I tried calling the salon but the phone listed is disconnected

Karla Beliz Nail salon just remodeled and is under new management. They now have a points/rewards system and the owner is super nice! I love going there now for my nails & eyebrows!!! ✨️

Margareit Quintanilla I’ve been going here for quite some time and there’s two girl that rush through the nails or are just too busy having gossip time to where it poorly effects the quality of how the nails come out, I am one of those customers who wants what I’m paying for meaning if I’m paying you to do a job I’d like it done the way I’d like it done so yes I’ll correct or quickly point out if something is looking satisfying to my liking. Here that’s a problem they take it as an “attitude or being rude” which alone is strange because a paying customer is going to want a job well done right? And then on top of that the owner tell me (after I already completed getting my service) i mentioned to her the original worker did a horrible job so somebody else had to come and do everything completely over she turn’s around and tells me “some of the girls don’t want to work on you because your attitude” like Huh? Lady that has nothing to do with nothing at this point she just was being messy stirring up the drama and it’s just completely unprofessional and disgusting that’s how this business is being ran. They need more professionals and less children in training.

Natalie Rodriguez Tracy is the best! Always takes care of her clients and has such a good reputation for her waxing! You do need to make appointments for waxing tho cause she’s usually booked!

Cesar Perez Came in as a walk in. Had a young lady rush behind me as I walked in, apparently knew the nail tech or had an appt. There were 4 nail techs. She was greeted and asked to sign in, I looked back at her surprised since I wasn’t asked even though I had walked in first, she noticed and allowed me to sign in first. I politely sat down as the other customer immediately started her manicure process. I waited about 20min and mind you still not greeted. A nail tech finished a pedicure and checkout out his guest, and walked back without acknowledgment… again. I waited another 15 min. I decided to leave. Not all was bad, hence the 1 star review. This place was very clean and had some chill yacht rock playing for ambiance.
