Priscilla Marowa One nail fell off the day after and the rest Only lasted me two weeks and I wasn’t treated well I thought every customer gets the same treatment but I guess not the manager lady or whoever she is wasn’t nice they were giving out a Christmas gifts to all the white woman when they left but when it was my turn to leave I was dismissed and I clocked what was happening that not everyone here gets the same treatment which is a shame . The guy who did my nails was really nice though

Madilyn Lark I’ve been coming here for years and they always do an awesome job! Very welcoming and calming environment. Paul does an amazing job and is always super kind. Highly recommended the salon and Paul for all your nail needs!

Amy Kos This salon is clean, quaint, and the staff is extremely customer oriented! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I like the 10% cash savings they offer and they do an amazing job!! You will not be disappointed!

Brooke Sauviac Absolutely love this place! Been going here since 5th grade and the staff and quality never seem to fail me. I feel so welcomed and every time I end up at different salon, I always regret it. Paul gets the job done and is the funniest and nicest man I’ve ever met. His wife (I forgot her name) who is usually the receptionist or does toes is also very sweet. I love both Paul and his wife, definitely the sweetest people I’ve known. The prices are so affordable and convenient. I will continue to come back to the day I die!

I never write reviews, but I had to show off these chrome nails Philip just did for me because they’re incredible! He took so much time to make sure they were perfect and they are. Highly recommend him and Anna who did these purple nails on my niece with the same care!

I called ahead for a same day appointment and I got right in! They were kind and professional, and their work was amazing! I got the Nexgen dipping powder manicure.

Jaycee Chennault My most recent experience did not meet my expectations. During my appointment for two acrylic nails, I was attended to by an older technician who informed me that she primarily specializes in next gen nails. I expressed that I was flexible with the technique, as long as the final result resembled the inspiration photo I provided. Unfortunately, the brown color I initially chose was deemed unsuitable, and I was given a purple shade instead. We also experimented with three different types of chrome finishes, but the first two resulted in a completely silver appearance, which did not align with my desired outcome. For future reference, I suggest that clients be matched with technicians whose skills align more closely with their requests. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to coming up with a solution. The photo with the rings was my inspiration photo. I hate dark nails and that’s exactly what I got.

Alisha W I went today to get my nails and feet done for the first time. My service was great. The prices are very affordable. I will say that you I dont like the shape of my nails. Theyre a little bit too square for my liking. Other than that, my experience was great. Ill definitely be back.

Kyleigh Quillan Since the salon has been under new management I’ve had two experiences and I always get the same thing black stiletto nails with clear acrylic and black uv gel. First the girl who did my nails (who I assume is the new owner) did a fantastic job on my nails loved them nothing wrong. Second time a different lady did my nails but I had to inform her 4 times to fix my nails. 1st time she only put one coat of color on(black gel) then started to put top coat on, but it looked streaky and I could see the light through them. 2nd time when she fixed them she didn’t take the original top coat off the she previously cured and put new color and top coat on and the top coat weirdly beaded up and continue to cure it after it cured like that she told me I was done and was moving on to another client, I had to correct her. 3rd time she drilled off the color on the messed up nails and fixed them but after taking them out of the light they were glove/finger marks on the nails (she re did them). 4th time it was the same thing whether it be my fault or hers I would’ve like it fixed. I do my best to make sure my fingers DO NOT TOUCH as I have been doing gel for quite awhile now. I was not rude through the entire interaction and nicely asked to have them fixed the final time they were fixed I was met with the comment “are they good now” at the time they looked fine and they said yes as I had my niece and needed to leave but after I noticed there was still a glove mark on my pinky nail. And one of the pointer nails was a little “lumpy” like too much color was cute in one spot but it wasn’t a bother to me at the time but now that’s it had been a week I noticed on the same nail that polish is lifting where it was lumped up. I have not used any sort of oils, acetone, or even hot water in this time that would cause it to lift like this. None the less this has never happened with my nails before. I wanted to stay at this salon since the old owners left even though I don’t live in McKinney anymore, but now I might try finding something closer to home.

Beta Huang The environment here is perfect, the staff is always so friendly and you don’t have to wait too long here !! Everyone is professional and beyond amazing. Kim has been doing my nails the last few times and honestly I have been beyond happy each and every time! She always nails it for me (:

Lorraine Gillespie I just had my eyebrows wax 30 minutes ago, but it looks like it was NOT done at all. This is the worst job ever. The lady said, "I can only clean up." And then kept pressing into my eyebrows without oil or aloe. Im very disappointed. I was there a month ago, and a younger lady did them, and she did a great job.

Enliven You Aesthetics & Wellness I came here after working out at the gym, I initially only came to get my nails removed, I had waited about a month since I wanted my nails to grow out. I was so sad, the gentleman there over filed my nails, they are so brittle and they ended up breaking. When they dipped my hands in the acetone bowl they had not warmed it up, so my finger tips were so cold, the owner was sweet enough to make it right. I kept trying to talk to the nail tech and he was so short and looked like he did not want to be there. He seemed annoyed that I kept asking him questions just trying to make conversation, I could tell he was annoyed at me when he was filing my nails. They are so thin and they hurt. I should’ve walked out when I saw there was no one there.

Teronni Cody First time here and my daughter and I LOVED it! Our nails are beautiful, and Jimmy and staff were a joy. Excellent quality, and they clearly take pride in their work. We’ll be back again and again! The new location is beautiful and elegant. Very impressive!

Emily Petrus Theyre so nice here and always make my nails look beautiful! My mom brought me here initially about 3 months ago, shes always loved them and decided to bring me. I havent been disappointed, my most recent nails are so cute. Terry did such great attention to detail when sprinkling on the glitter dust for my manicure! They give great pedicures, the leg massages are so relaxing. Thank you for the great service!

Urooj I absolutely LOVE my nails done by Leo. He was so detail oriented and thorough. I showed a sparkling ombre inspiration picture from their previous reviews and Leo confidently and skillfully made it happen, but even better. 10/10! The staff is super friendly and professional. I noticed how they seemed to know their clients by name. The lady next to me said shes been coming to this salon for 15 years! I guess Ill be a regular too based on my first experience.

Ania Williams This is by far the best experience I have had at a nail spa to date ! I came wirh my daughter, aunt and Mother in Law. I did the Lavender pedi and manicure and gel nails. My tech was so gentle, kind and attentive. The manager is amazing and so thoughtful. She made a beautiful bouquet for my Mother in law. My nails look stunning and I feel like a million bucks after my Lavender massage. Thank you so much !!

Virkeisha Palmer I love this nail shop been going since 2015 when I was just visiting Texas! The ladies always do a great pedicure and Stephen is the BEST in town for dip. His technique is unmatched and he takes his time so don’t be in a rush!! This time I got something a little different from the norm. We did an almond shape, with a gold tip french manicure. He dipped my nail but the tips were gel using the Cat’s eye method. Pictures do it no justice

Jada Foster I went to this place for the first time a few weeks ago as a pre-birthday celebration staff and management were extremely helpful and nice. And my nail tech did an amazing job on my nails not only are they up-to-date with style trends, but they also have very experienced nail techs working there . Drinks are amazing as well, they specialize in gel x nails so when I opted for dip they suggested me getting gel x nails. Overall, the experience was five stars. I encourage you guys to check it out if you live in the area. I simply pulled up a picture from Pinterest and the nail tech had no issues with the design. A lot of the nail salons have issues with being able to find a nail tech that can accomplish new trends.

Jade Seastone I will never go to another nail place ever again. I have been living in Frisco, Texas for over 15 years and haven’t been able to find like an amazing nail place until now. The minute you go in they help you choose your color,length,anything extra it’s all upfront. You know what your total is gonna be. You can choose between the hottest new nails. It’s a vibe; the stylist are gonna tell you what they think you need based on your nail strength and the latest technology not how much money they can make off you. They truly care about their customers here and their work is like art. Hands-down, the best nail salon in the north DFW.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, really taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my brow wax. Dana was especially skilled, creating a beautiful arch with meticulous detail. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Im definitely coming back for my next nail appointment! I don’t live in Texas, but will only let Dana wax my brows!!

Personalized Touch We have been coming for a few years. This place is a true small business and family owned and operated. We love supporting small businesses. We take our staff there as a reward, and all of us get pedicures. Guys included! They do a great job and are able to accommodate all 7 of us at the same time.

Ellie is also a total rockstar when it comes to a Russian manicure. The salon is so calm and quiet too. It’s my happy place. 10/10 recommend!!

Brittani Gords Lana is amazing! I came in with cuticles so bad I could barely recognize my hands! One finger had multiple “rips” peeling way past my natural cuticles. Angelina Lumir I am extra picky about nails.. have been coming to this place for over a year and every single time it’s pure perfection. I get russian manicure and pedicure. Flawless! So pretty inside and everyone is very nice. I truly feels like a little pause from my days getting pampered and a glass of champagne is icing on the self care cake. Elie is amazing ❤️ she is already super busy but I can’t write this without mentioning her name. It’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. Lasts for a very long time.

Melissa Farmer I am super picky with my nails and I rarely go to a salon because I always walk away disappointed. Not this time! I am so happy with how they turned out. Daria went above and beyond, she was very detailed, and took my inspiration pic to the next level. I did a Russian Manicure and also did the dry pedicure. My feet are so soft, I wont get any other type of pedicure again. I highly recommend and will be back.

Sonia Eguakhide Tried this place for the first time today; the atmosphere is so therapeutic and everyone is so friendly. Tara took her time with my nails, she was so sweet I didn’t realize I selected the wrong procedure and she took an extra hour and a half to give me what I actually wanted. Shashank Palakurthi Visited this location for the first time, and the experience was amazing! As soon as we walked in, they checked us in, and we waited for about 5 minutes. They also provided free WiFi. Came here for a pedicure, and I loved the service! The staff was great and welcoming. They offered complimentary drinks, and the chairs were massage chairs, which made the experience even better. They also gave me a neck-warming pillow before starting the pedicure, which was a nice touch. Jill and Vanessa did an amazing job—they were friendly, talkative, and made great conversation throughout. The music was great, and I really enjoyed it—it added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, great service, relaxing atmosphere, and a fantastic experience!

Maria Perez Beautiful place! My technician Alan was the bomb !! Loved how pleasant Alan was to talk to and how skilled he is. Alan was the first tech that was able to remove old nail tips without out any discomfort , he is very gentle. Will definitely come here again.

Nani Cape I can’t recommend this salon enough!!! I usually never go to the same place twice just due to personal preferences. However, I’ve come to this salon at least 6 times now. They are so kind! They do an AMAZING job! And I always feel so welcomed and comfortable! In the past, whether I got dip, gel, or acrylic nails, I always dealt with chipping or breaking my nails, but here? I’ve even had the same set of dip nails for 2 months without any chips or breakage or looseness. I have never experienced that! Each tech I’ve had, have done an amazing job, and I can’t express enough how kind and sweet the staff is! So glad to finally have a salon I can go to! (:

Kristi Patz Hands down the best nail spa experience I have ever had. I was greeted with a smiling face by the hostess Miss Izzy, who lined me up with Ms. Tina. I had an idea in mind for my nails but Tina really made it come to life along with witty convo and comfortable silences. She took her time and it made all the difference in my experience. I had just left another spa that had done a poor job with slightly defeated spirits but left McKinney Nail feeling happy and relieved!

I called earlier this week for an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. I called yesterday and asked to add in another manicure. Our appointment time was 1:30. They called at 1:15 today and asked us to come in at 1:45. Its 2:20 right now. One person in my party is 2/3 done with her pedicure. One person is 2/3 done with her manicure. The other person just got her manicure started. A gentleman just sat down to start my pedicure. I really want to love this salon but every time we come for a group salon day someone ends up waiting forever. The front staff has apologized so I think theyre trying but I wish they could get the timing better

Anna My nails are fabulous! My nail tech was Tina and she did an amazing job. I showed her a reference photo and she did everything I requested perfectly! She was super nice and very gentle. 10/10 would recommend! Shout out to the lady who did my pedicure, I didn’t get her name but she did amazing!

Farahnaz Islam I have been coming to Magnolia for just over a year now, and they have never disappointed! I transitioned from acrylics on tips to dip powder on my natural nails. My nails are healthy and strong. Even though it is a larger place, they have nail techs who can do any design you want. Would definitely recommend booking ahead for designs or groups so you dont have to wait. All other services, you can pretty much walk in and be seen quickly.

Alyssa Wagnitz Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming for around 4-5 months now, Annie is absolutely amazing. She does my nails and eyebrows every appointment and does exactly what I want. The french tip was hand drawn, and she can do any design you ask for. I get the gel x medium length, and they last 3 weeks every single time, I’ve had no breaks. Definitely book and request Annie!!

Kam Arm LOVE this place! They are always so quick and they have the nicest front desk crew! As someone who loves getting designs and longer nails, they are always able to find someone who can get the job done and do an amazing job at it (pics of the nails i’ve gotten here are below)! Everybody is always so kind and makes sure I have a nice drink in my hand! If you ever have any issues the manager and his team will always accept feedback and see what they can do to make your experience the absolute best. Honestly if you’re looking for a new permanent nail salon this is the place to go to.

Lakshmi Barnett Annie did my nails. I like that they are not thick and natural looking. She followed exactly the style I requested and it was easy to communicate how I wanted my nails. I’m very detail oriented and she did very well. Cuticles could have been slightly better trimmed without little leftover skin but I’ll definitely come back to see her again

The customer service was amazing, the nail tech, Diane took my inspo pic and did exactly what I wanted, creating a beautiful, fun and unique set that I’m over the moon about! Ask for Diane if you are wanting to recreate this look. She also did my lashes and recommended a hybrid set that worked out wonderfully and I never felt prettier! Overall a fantastic experience, so come on down and give them a try!

It’s a sister location to Magnolia Nails, so if you loved Magnolia, you’ll feel right at home here. Some of your favorite nail techs(Nina, Jocelyn, Hannah, Selene) have transferred over, bringing their expertise and friendliness to the new location. The setup is beautiful – it’s an open concept, which makes it feel spacious and modern. They have an amazing display of all the colors and options available, which makes it so easy to find exactly what you’re looking for (or discover something new!). The staff is just as welcoming and skilled as ever, and the ambiance here is top-notch. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a luxurious, professional nail experience!

Lapraya Little Such an amazing experience I received exactly what I asked for. Hannah was amazing so gentle and my pedicure was done by the sweetest gentleness of this young man he did such a great job. They were both so great. Awesome customer service I will absolutely be a returning customer. Prices are great and the service is excellent 10/10 highly recommended. Also a lot of colors to choose from. As well as complimentary drinks and snacks you have to come here!

Christy Ware Long story short, I really like this place. Long story long, the atmosphere here is soothing and the nail techs aren’t super chatty so you can just chill while you get a pedicure. I’ve been several times and am always happy with the experience. The only thing I would change is to have the option of a pedicure with more time spent on callus removal or a foot massage instead of the leg massage. That’s a me thing - I don’t like leg massages anywhere. Just like all the salons these days, they have a full bar and the drinks are complementary.
