Kelly Thron Heather is absolutely amazing! it was my 1st time there and I had a really bad experience before walking in to 5 star nail . she is so kind and so gentle and understood that my feet hurt really bad and I walked out of there extremely happy. my feet dont hurt anymore and the color she helped me pick out was gorgeous! I will definitely be a long time customer!!

Ulani Torres He did my nails under 40 mins and did a horrible job while huffing and puffing I would never recommend. My nails were simple as a French tip and that even seemed liked to much . They were uneven and my tip was WOBBLY .

Erika Levario I have been coming to Valley Nails since they opened 6 years ago. I have been going with Kim since they opened. She does my pedicure and nails. She always does an excellent job. Everyone at this place have treated me with respect and kindness. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Valerie Murphy We go here regularly as part of our couple and self care time. They are amazing. It is a relaxing time. I have to admit Amy is my fave, but they are all great. Dave enjoys his mani/pedi. They are welcoming and friendly. They care about their customers on a personal as well as a professional level.

Robbin Matlin I love this place. I came to Texas from California about a year and a half ago.i went to a couple different places before finding this place. They are very professional and perfectionist. Which I love because I want my nails to be perfect. I get pedicures here too. There have been a couple bad reviews I see but that was based on one young guy who was here, he did my nails once. I wasnt happy. All you have to do though is say something and they are more than happy to fix it free of charge. But you cant wait until you leave and then just send bad reviews. Its not fair to them when I know from experience that they want to make it right and for you to leave happy and come back. Im a customer for as long as theyre here. Also they have a beautiful shop with the newest styles, colors and techniques.

Ashley Barrick I should have read the reviews beforehand. I went in wanting dip nails done, the lady tried to convince me to do acrylic instead (shouldve been my first clue). During my visit, she kept leaving me to tend to other customers then would go back to me. She was probably 75% done with my nails then handed me off to another lady to finish. My nails came out looking so bumpy, uneven and thick. It literally looked like they molded putty to my fingernails and painted them. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. If the nails actually came out looking good, I couldve dealt with the terrible customer service, but I really felt like they just wanted to rush me out of there.

Kitana Gallardo I had an appointment at 5 and I didnt start till 5:30 which I didnt mind since it was more time away from the kids for me haha... but anyway Kim did my nails and omg she did amazing! Loved them their so pretty! She paid great attention to detail and asked me every step of the way if I liked them which of course I did! 110% recommend and definitely will go back for my fill!

Anna S First time i made appointment in here, based on what people said on google so i decided to give it a try. I am so satisfied for the results. Forgot to ask the name of the person who did my nails but she did a great job, definitely will come back.

Angie Wynn This shop is great. Theyre so nice & very attentive. I just received the best pedicure from Alex. I came in talons & walked out with beautiful soft feet. I came in at 10 ish on Saturday & was able to get seated quickly. Took me longer to decide my nail color. I also highly recommend the cucumber face mask. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I trust them with everything! Lena and her mom are wonderful and Alex will get you right with his pedicures!! He takes care of you! Kaylynne Camacho Not the best experience. The water for my manicure was cold and even after I mentioned it, the gentleman didn’t seem to care. He thinned the shellac out with an empty brush. Not sure why. I’ve never seen anyone do that before. But it ended up leaving spots in the nails. It looks like they needed another two coats of paint after he was done. And the lady doing my daughter’s nails kept coughing in her face and texting on her phone. First and last time coming here.

Mallory Prassenos New to the area, the star review lead me to believe I was getting a decent pedicure and a dip . No ma’am . Go somewhere else. 35 for pedicure and 55 for this “ dip” crazy crazy price.

Carriz Payan I went in for a pedi originally and then decided to get a full set which seemed to be an issue. When I showed them an inspo picture they lady seemed to be extremely bothered. The lady was so rude when I was explaining what I wanted. If you want a boot leg manicure this is the place. My nails are trash. Then the nail tech has an instant blowing in my face the whole time. NEVER AGAIN!!

katlyn moneyhun The staff is super sweet and always welcoming with positive attitudes. I’ve been going to Taylor for the last year now for my nails and she does a great job them every time ! Myla is great at doing lashes as well. Peter is always great for his story telling, and an outgoing person! I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve had down here at lush. They have an amazing team, and make you feel comfortable!

Vivian Suchil I came here after having a bad experience at a different salon and needed the nails taken off. They took me in right away, super friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me. Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Mary Vazquez (PLEASE READ I DONT WANT ANYTHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE) I’ve been going here for years (I don’t get my nails often but when I do I go there) the beginning when I started they were very professional and welcoming and did amazing on pedicures and manicures. I noticed they changed a lot it wasn’t really clean, workers on their phones constantly and using the massaging machine instead of working! The owner would have to speak to each worker with what the clients are saying which that doesn’t really bother me but it’s hard when they are busy your waiting there forever just to tell them simply what color you want. I went for my birthday to get a pedicure the pedicure was good it hurt a little but I was okay. The next day I noticed my toes swollen long story short my big toes got infected really bad almost had to have surgery I couldn’t walk I couldn’t drive it was an awful pain to even take a step hurt so bad this was back in December and it’s April and it’s barely healing! I was debating on writing this review but I just don’t anyone to go through what I went through.

Hailee Rios This place is outstanding! Kevin did such a good job today on my nails. The environment was so friendly and refreshing. You can even sign up for rewards! Such a great place 10/10 recommend!

Veena Mehra I would certainly not return here but before I leave I wanted to share feedback so others can be spared. I got my nails on Thursday 9 May. And look at the picture already. I did not wait 40min, pay $50 plus tip to get this result. This was my first and last time here. The gentleman obviously did not do his job. The top transparent coat began to crack on the 3rd day and today one of my tip fell off and the other index finger is chipped.

Kitana Gallardo I was really happy with them the first few times I came here. 45 for a pedicure. Fine. 15 for the gel nail polish which is like wild but fine. Tell me why it was 75 when I went to check out?! The only other thing I had done was get my acrylics removed. Absolutely will not be coming back here.

Cynthia Taylor I only went here because they open early on Sundays. I was already going to post something about this when they refused to fill my dipped nails with more dip powder. I assume it’s to make more money off their dipped nail customers, forcing them to get a new set each time. But then my nails ended up like this. Also, felt I was way overcharged for the gel polish on my toes. Didn’t take advantage of their full bar, tho.

J J (RC Jewels) Awesome place! Everyone is so cheerful and friendly. The bar area is so cool, I had my nails done by Kailee, sweet young lady. I had dip and deluxe pedicure. Prices are a little higher that what Im used to paying, however, its ok to splurge a little sometimes; especially when the offer good service, and nice atmosphere.

Allison Pope I took my 4-year-old for her first pedicure today. Their kid chairs weren’t working, but they put some pillows behind her back on the big chairs and took great care of her. Our technician Lily rolled with all the toddler things - like wanting six different colors and needing a potty break in the middle of the pedicure! Definitely recommend.

Jori Harvey I can’t do 2 reviews giving Tom 1 star and Karen 5 stars. Tom did my pedicure and cut the heal of my foot then did my manicure cutting 2 of my fingers and put super glue on the cuts to stop the bleeding. I think there was a little bit of a language problem, but didn’t expect him to have attitude and smack his mouth several times like he was annoyed. Edited to add: the shellac on my nails started chipping off within a week of having them done. I did nothing for them to chip off either. Karen did the hearts design on my nails, touched up a couple of my nails, and waxed my eyebrows. She did great especially with my eyebrows. They were uneven and unshaped but she evened and shaped them nice.

Phoebe Harrison Amy was incredibly accommodating and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and knowing that I was supporting a small business. My nails came out exactly how I wanted and Ive never experienced that before. I live 45 minutes from her shop, and it was beyond worth the drive.

Virginia Robles I have heard my sister talk really positive about this place and told me to try them out. I went yesterday and Vida did my nails and let me tell you that she did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them! I love them so much! She is also super nice and sweet and so is her staff. She was quick and precise and very gentle with my hands and asked me very precise questions on how I wanted nails. Great service! I live in Midland, but it is worth the drive to come again and get my nails done here!

Kitana Gallardo Design came out so nice. But after 1 week two nails started lifting. And after two weeks another one is lifting. For 90$ definitely not worth it....

Rosie Dominguez I went and got a set yesterday very nice work but the color faded And one of my nails looked opaque. I went back today and they got it all fixed up they were very nice and fixed the problem.. I really like this place. A bit pricey But my nails look really nice.

Tori Rose They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning. Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.

Jeanette delgado I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating. Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didn’t mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. It’s disappointing that loyal customers aren’t given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I won’t return.

Stadine 365 They rushed me through the service. The man didnt do the design I asked for on my nails & didnt let me choose the pedicure. I do not recommend this place & I wont go back again.

Eliria Peña I’ve been coming here for years, they didn’t tell me there was a wait. Only one girl ahead of me, I waited two hours. I’ve never had to wait that long in the almost 10 years of coming here. So when I asked if they would do a discount for the wait not even mentioning they left acrylic under my nails, half assed the nail job itself, she told me no. And got snarky. I use to love them, but they really gone so down hill. Sad.

Christyna Taylor WOW!! Do NOT come here! They literally had some untrained guy try to do me pedicure!! Ive been going to salons for over 20 years, this was the worst, most comical/scariest experience Ive ever had! 1st, the chairs were extremely worn down and uncomfortable (least of my concern) The "New" guy they had put with me, over filled the foot soak tub with ICE cold water, when i reluctantly complained, he added more COLD water, nearly filling the bowl completely....when he started water jets, he had the piece on incorrectly, and water started shooting out, all over the floor, creating a HUGE mess!!! Ill admit, I should of just walked out then, but I didnt..stupid. my nerves were shot, and I knew my toes were about to butchered. He pulls out the drill, to remove the old polish, and I kid you not, his hands were shaking more then cheap massage chair! He kept hitting my toes with the drill...big toe, second toe, ...when he hit the 3rd toe, I yelped, and jumped outta the chair. NOPE!!! Why would you put him on the floor with paying customers?!! Have him practice on the employees!!! They then had a nice older lady finish the job. Without me saying a word, she felt the water and switched my chairs immediately. However the experience was not worth the $75 I paid. Never again!

Kate Berry I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician wont be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago. She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense. I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me. Update: the response on this is NOT accurate! I did NOT enjoy myself nor the services given! Please read the whole message, not just comment as an owner a blanket "thank you". Fix the issue please!

Cezzy Roe I went with a friend who is a regular of Andy’s here her nails are always good but as for the lady who did my nails I don’t know if it was a bad day or what but she took it out on my fingers all but 2 of my fingers she cut through the cuticle and the ones that ain’t on the cuticle and underneath my nail she did with a hand file! Some of the nails ain’t even completely covered it already looks like I’m close to needed a fill done on some and I can see my natural nail on the side of some not to mention there was glue still on the side of 3 nails I had to get Andy to remove for me and not to mention my pinky nail is obviously crooked…only go to Andy or just take your money else where

Brooke Bailey This is my new nail shop. I have been looking for a really good one for a while here in Odessa and I finally found it. The owner, Trish is the sweetest. Loved my experience. She is a very talented artist! I walked in at 6:15 she closes at 7 and she stayed until after 8 to finish my nails. She had just spent 3 hours on a super detailed nails that were gorgeous! As soon as she was done with that customer she started on me. She could have told me she wasnt going to be able to do it but she did it with no hesitation. I absolutely love my nails. She didnt rush, she took her time and was very welcoming and personable. She also massaged my hands after she was done. She was so reasonably priced too. She truly cares about her customers! I will be back! Thank you again for the experience.
