Erin Medley My sister recommended this nail salon, and they were absolutely fabulous! My daughter and I were walk-ins, but the entire staff was so quick and efficient that we were out of there, looking fabulous, in an hour and a half with two manicures and a pedicure. I’ve sat in salons for 3+ hours before with much simpler nail requests. Sisi did a wonderful job on my nails and all of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! I will be back!

Eryn Aquino I had a wonderful experience at Tiny Lash & Nails Room. The staff was fun to talk to and they were very personable. The location is a little hidden as it is towards the side of the complex and not facing the main road. The prices were more than reasonable, as I got a design on a full set of acrylic nails. The first three images below was the set of full acrylic that I had done and the last two images were the inspiration (pretty good if you ask me). I don’t usually write reviews, so I was definitely happy with the result. Tip: It’s best to call them directly for an appointment.

Erica Burton I love them. I’ve including a pic of my face for eyelashes and eyebrows. I get my eyelashes done every 2-3 weeks by Ann and I’ve included pictures of every set I’ve had since discovering them June 2023. This was my one year anniversary with them and these women are absolutely amazing at what they do. I always ask for shorter nails but they can literally do anything you want. They are amazing at designs and are very creative. Tiny lash nails room is my much needed therapy and relaxation spot. Don’t miss out on giving them a shot!!

Sienna Chu Cici was amazing! She was so kind and did the most wonderful job on my nails, it looked exactly like the picture I showed her for inspiration. I recommend this place!!

Emily Scott I am never one to complain but I am really disappointed with my experience here. Came in at 1:40 pm (with an appointment) they sat me down and began soaking off my dip. Multiple people came in after me and the staff began working on those parties. By 2:30 pm and no one has come to get started on my nails. I have somewhere to be, so I tell them I need to leave. They charged me $15 for the “soak off” even though the dip wasn’t even full off my nails when I left. I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails like this.

Emily Sassard I’ve been getting my nails done here for years now (dip, with gel designs). There are consistently techs here who are able to do complex and fun designs, and are happy to make anything you’re picturing come to be. The front desk staff is also super knowledgeable about what products are available, and are very talented at finding what will best match designs. I anticipate my friend and I will be continuing to come here for years more.

Ren Turnie Hao did an amazing job on my dip nails. she is very detailed and my almond shape nails look perfect. Linda did my pedicure and also pays attention to detail. My nails and toes now look wonderful and perfect for my brothers wedding that I am in. I have officially found my new place to get my nails done and will definitely be coming back. Customer service was also wonderful! Thank You! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Julie Thetford They will charge you for “custom shape” even when you ask for basic round or oval. So don’t get your nails filed or shaped if you want to be charged - sarcasm. I mean, when you get your nails done - shaping should be included. Also, they will charge you for length. The longer they are, the more they charge. Another additional cost that doesn’t not make sense. Their excuse was - it takes more “product” aka nail polish to cover the additional length. That’s not much more product but you can see the trend here they have of scamming every little penny out of you. They also charge for credit card use. Additional 15% I believe. Meanwhile, overall their prices are significantly higher than other nail salons. The service is mediocre, and for sitting in Legacy West - one would expect more! Have fun…. Paying more. Reply: first, you never confirmed the charges on any of my visits. I live in the area and have visited between 5 to 10 times at least not once were charged as ever confirmed on any of the services even when I just visited for a pedicure. Second, I did not have a custom shape as I had around shape, and did not have an intricate design. I did have a longer link, but you are incorrect stating that other nail salons charge for all of these services. I have never visited a nail salon where they charge for custom shape or longer length because there’s more product. It’s a scam to charge for shape and length to get more money out of your clients, and have the client pay your credit card % fee. The amount of nail salons, studios, spas that I have visited in my lifetime - and none add on for customs shape or length, or additional percentage for using credit card. It was a good effort to sell the lie though. For those that live in thePlano Area, a moderately priced nail salon named Lavender is really good and they do not add any of these charges.

Jennifer Akosa Venetian is great every time! Kaitlyn & Jessica are friendly at the front and reallyyy helpful with recs. Highly recommend -peaceful ambience and Jennifer & Zen are always great with my nails!!!

Anijah Jones I got charged 80$ for BASIC WHITE nails. My OWN nails. Over priced. Not only that but I asked for marble originally and it came out terrible! Was my go to shop but never again will I go back.

Scarlett HackettBeach Nail techs were nice. Nails didn’t turn out good. Asked for red french tips in an almond shape. Messy and misshaped. The red mixed with the pink base and the technique was not working well. Also two cuts from the filing of the nails. Spent $65 and was only offered $35 of store credit back. Not going to be returning so unfortunately wasted almost $70. I had to go to a different salon the next day to get them fixed.

Sandy Kochenower My visit yesterday was wonderful! I was hesitant to try another new shop but excited about finding one so convenient for me. The tea was amazing and I enjoyed every minute in the shop and walked away loving my nails :)

Jaclyn T Mindy did an Excellent job on my nails! Best in a long while! They were a bit busy and she got up to help fairly often, but I was not in a rush so I did not mind. She was super sweet and very helpful with picking the perfect color I was looking for, too.

D D Na did my natural nails in dip powder color of my choice with stiletto shape which I love perfectly, and Vivan did my pedicure , just plain ole paint the toe polish very good. This was my first time here and I will be back! Thanks ladies

Justine Atkins I love this place! The most amazing atmosphere and I absolutely love my nail tech! I have been getting my nails done by Chris for the last 2 and a half years now, and I will drive or fly hours to have her do them!! She makes sure my nails are amazing before I leave and she talks to me the whole time! She gives me the best advise and is always looking out for me! Definitely the best experience at a nail salon ever and it stays consistent!! I love love love this place

Kaycee Miller Diane does an absolutely amazing job with eyelash extensions! My full set was flawless—light, comfortable, and beautifully styled to enhance my eyes. When I came back for a refill, she made them look brand new again with the same precision and care. Her attention to detail and expertise truly set her apart, and the lashes last so well between appointments. She creates a relaxing experience, and I always leave feeling more confident. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for stunning, long-lasting lashes!

Keidra Brantley Diana is amazing!!!! She did the exact set I found on Pinterest!! Visit the ladies at Lash Nail Bar. You won’t be disappointed. And for my little ladies, she took care of my daughter’s green French set. FIVE STARS!!

Kim Holmes I’m here as I am writing.. They rushed through service, my nails were bending and he kept telling me it doesn’t matter. The nails would have been good had they fixed the issue. Customer service sucks. Had to ask for water. I complained that my nails were thin thin and they said it won’t matter. The nail colors didn’t match and they kept trying to convince me it’s the same. Final product and they are still thin and bending. The nail was 62 dollars plus $5 for adding on a tip and I’m like that’s in the price already then charged $5 for happy the nail

Jenny Havens Absolutely love my nails from Lash and Nail Bar! After two bad experiences at another salon the service and skill here was amazing and much needed! The technicians were kind and talented and made sure I had a wonderful experience. Also my foot massage was to die for!

Destiny Hernandez I have gone to this nail salon a handful of times for the builder gel and on occasion a gel pedicure and I always leave so happy and in love with the end results. Tracy is a wonderful and caring owner that genuinely wants everyone to feel right at home. The employees are all so detail oriented and incredibly friendly! Tracy suggested I try builder gel when I first started coming here and I will never go back to anything else! Incredible experience, superb service, and homey environment! Try this salon, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Noelle Copeland This is a great salon! I am home visiting my parents from school and desperately needed a new dip set but don’t have a certain salon I trust! I called Tracy and she was able to get me in at the end of the day (which I super appreciate!) then she did a quick and simple dip set. GREAT service and clean salon. Highly recommend.

I V I am incredibly thankful for Tracys Lash and Nail Spa for their hospitality and the quality of work. The services offered are worth every penny when your nails look flawless week to week as well as your lashes. No chipping, no breakage, and just amazing. It gives me a peace of mind that I dont have to worry about my aesthetics when the quality of the product and experience is on point. On this recent visit I treated my daughter to her birthday nails and we are just over the moon on the style, the care given and the impeccable results. Haleigh Hill Mrs. Tracy was very warm and welcoming from the time I stepped in the door till the time I left! She addressed me by my name during my service and took her time in crafting builder gel on my natural nail.

The Mango If you have to go to any salon, pick this one. After getting my nails absolutely butchered at a different salon, I hesitatingly decided to go to this one. The hospitality and talent of this shop is simply unparalleled.. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel compelled to leave a review. The owner, Tracy, was so considerate and thoughtful, she felt like the auntie I never had LOL My nail tech, An, is incredibly talented, gentle, and precise. I felt so relaxed. It’s my first time coming out a nail salon without my fingers or nails feeling sore/nicked. My hands always looked stubby even after getting my nails done, and I don’t know what witchcraft they did but they look so slim and elegant now! I will definitely be returning in the future. Just for perspective, I attached pictures of the same design done at the other salon. You wouldn’t believe the world of difference.

Darri Kay (Kari) The absolute worst nail salon in the DFW especially if youre a person of color. Kevin is the ONLY reason Ive come back. Not only are the females in this establishment rude but they dont want to work and will waste your time. I will be taking my business to where its appreciated and thats at KT Nails on Hedgecox and Alma! Polar opposite and the appreciation was there and nails are perfect . Nail star as long as you keep those girls in there your business will continue to fail.

Jessica Hunold I’ve been here twice and I love that the atmosphere is calm and quiet. First time I received just a simple mani and today I had a pedicure. The gentleman who helped me was OUTSTANDING! I was so relaxed and everything was perfect. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail. The massage was excellent, my toes are cute and you achieved exactly what I came here for.

Lacey Bieltz Me and some of my Co - Workers went in to get our nails and toes done as a Christmas gift from our boss on 12/10. We get there and were seated quickly in the pedicure chairs. They didnt even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted they just selected one for me. We all had pictures of what we wanted and two of us were happy but one of us was told that they could do her nail design no problem, and then at the end when it came time for the design it was a different story. It took 3 ppl to finish her nails because they were super thick and lumpy so the lady who was doing them passed her on to someone else, then they had to have another lady paint the designs because apparently she is the only one who can. The lady who did the design was great though I will give her that. The man who did my nails was extremely rough!!! Today my fingers are still sore and I get them done all the time and have NEVER had the amount of tenderness and discomfort I had when he was doing them. I could feel the heat through my nails on almost every finger and mentioned it multiple times but he kept on, not caring about my complaints. I legit think Im going to have to take them off and let them recover after the way he ground down my nail plate. They turned out cute but at the expense of my nail health, I dont think it was worth it. I have nicks and skin tears around the edges and they are sore to the touch. Ill be letting my boss know, and in the future ask her to not send us there again.

sunflower sunflower Today was my first time going and it will be my last time going! I was very upset and overwhelmed with the lady who did my toe nails. So I get there I tell them what I want they tell me to take a seat this happen at 238pm, they were not busy at all it was maybe like 4 people in there 5 with me . She tells me take a sit i did. The lady who did my nails was very sweet nice! But she was on her phone most of the time left me sitting there multiple times waiting and her work was not the best.she would not leave her phone alone! Like seriously just finish already!. I also noticed her vision was not the best she kept hurt my toes. I was supposed to get my nails done as well but due to her taking so long and leaving me I wasn’t able to. The owner or manager reached out to me because I said I didn’t wanna do my nails anymore, she was concerned I guess it’s her money why not be ! But still I wasn’t able to I walked out at 415! Just for my toes nails to look like I did them at home! This was just my experience! She did offer me 20 percent off ! But that doesn’t work with me because she wasted my time and I hated my toes never again! Good note is they are sweet people but you need to be a better business owner

Ashley Danner Just gotta say I started coming here pretty recently, and this is my fourth visit, and it is just stellar service every time. The perfect every day nail spot in Plano. Holly and Ha are my favorite techs and Ha gives the most insanely good pedicure/massage. My dip manicure had lasted weeks and weeks every time and they take the time to not thin your natural nail underneath when they do removals. Love this little place! Also they offer dry red as well as sweet, which matters if you’re a cab girly.

Ashley Enfield Okay we typically go to a different nail salon but they couldn’t fit us in so we came here instead. My mom and I were blown away they are so great. Got us a margarita and tom did such a great job on my pedicure and gave amazing attention to detail, ( didnt skimp on the massage either) we will be back!

I didn’t know she only takes appointments, but she took me anyway which I was grateful and thought was very nice of her. I will make sure to schedule appointments moving forward! Faith Sisco I loved my experience at Devine Nails on East Sunshine. My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures and had the best time! This is a photo of the hot wax on my feet that made them silky smooth. I am telling all my friends to come here. Ask for Tammy or Paul.

Ann dang I got my nail done a little more than 3 weeks ago and I still love it. The quality is top notch and totally worth the price. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Ill definitely recommend this place for it excellent service and skill.

Stephanei Fox This is my mothers and sisters shop. So when Im in Dallas I go here as well and they will work hard on what you want and its not too long of a wait. Theyre pedicures are amazing I didnt choose the hot stone massage instead I chose the wax soak and I almost fell asleep

Jen Paez I came on my day off as a walk-in. I had a picture available of what I was looking for, but wasn’t sure of the right service to achieve this look. The receptionist was able to give her recommendation and assigned me a nail tech immediately. The nail tech got started and did gel x on my nails. She took her time, asked me if I liked it several times during the process and left me with a beautiful product! Due to the intricacy of what I was asking for I was prepared to pay upwards of 150 for it, I was charged 110. They made a new customer for life!

Monica Carlis My 2nd time here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Pedicure was fine but manicure was a mess! I showed the nail tech a picture and she said no problem, then commenced to doing my nails all wrong. Had to get someone else to come remove what she had done and start all over and it still wasn’t the best. After 3 wasted hours, I left with mediocre nails at best. Plus they are overpriced. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and shoddy work and was offered $5 off. Definitely my last time at this place.

Erica G Always able to get my nails done when I walk in. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Most of the workers are perfectionist when it comes to your nails. About every 4th visit I get someone who seems to be newer and not quite as good at doing nails. I never complain because I understand people have to learn however I could avoid this by making an appointment with the staff that do the best nail. Been coming here for 2 years now.

Jemima Nduonyi The work and design is great but it doesnt last i recently started coming here and i have gone about 3 times now and each time one of my nails have falling off witin a week or getting it done. My most recent one i was literally in the shower. For that main reason i think i would look elsewhere for a new nail place. But over all they do really great work. Just doesnt last.

Ashtin Fudge Julie did a wonderful job with my gel mani! She was patient, efficient and very sweet. I had some trouble picking a color because the glitter I wanted was too transparent but she took the time to help me find a few options and I never felt rushed. Tina did a great job with my pedi too. I will definitely be back!

Anja Milicic I’ve had some really hit or miss experiences here but it’s usually good enough that I come back since it’s close to my house. Today Emma worked on my nails and the experience was awful. She rushed through the process and was the opposite of gentle. The result is sloppy nails of all different shapes. I requested almond without a super sharp point but what I got was something between round and oval with a few pointed nails. At one point I mentioned one of them looked a little thick and she rudely responded “I’m not done! I’m still working!” Which that is fair but I’d rather mention something while it can still be fixed instead of waiting until the very end. After that she got even more rude towards me and aggressively buffed my nails. When she asked me to check the shape before putting on the final coat I just agreed to get this experience over with. After the way she already responded I figured there was no point. The nails are passable enough that I would possibly have come back if the customer service wasn’t so bad. This will be my last attempt with this nail salon.

Mary Hutti I rarely take the time to write a review, but this place was worth sharing about. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to getting my nails done. Sanitation is not something I mess around with. Because of this I have avoided nail salons that were not located in a spa or club of some sort. However, I have lived in Plano for some time now and I always see Majestic. They seem clean and so today I decided on a whim to go in. It was extremely well kept and clean, and they made sure to extra sanitize the tools for me because I told them that was important to me. I got the dip with tips and a design for $65. Lee was an absolute pleasure. She listened to me and allowed me to change my mind on the length of my nails and she never rolled her eyes. She smiled and was kind. This is huge because I found at large nail salons, customer service is rarely a top priority because so many people come in and out. I will for sure be returning to Majestic, and seeing my girl Lee! I recommend this place! I did not get a pedicure but it looked clean and nice.

Ella V I went in for a pedicure Sunday night and it was pretty great. I asked for a basic pedicure but they were quite persistent in upgrading which is always a turn off. I dont care for the scrubs or masks so I keep it simple. After about the 3rd or 4th time they insisted, I gave in... I did enjoy the use of fresh aloe vera and the technicians care but unlikely to return, I shouldnt have to decline a service more than once.

Julisa Johnson It was my first time here. I showed the picture of the nail set I wanted which was the 2nd picture and my nails look nothing like the picture . Paid $85 along with getting my eyebrows done and the only thing that was worth paying was my eyesbrows. They told me they could do it just like the picture but didn’t . Just talked me right to the seat !!

Jessica Ramos Decided to try this place out bc it’s only a block away from home, and did my research too based on the reviews, lol. Honestly so happy with the results. Mary did my mani and she did such a beautiful job. She went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. Even when I would tell her “it’s okay” bc I’m not the type to throw a fit over things I can’t control, she found the right glitter to match the rest of my set. She was patient and did amazing! Posting a pic of what I wanted and what I got. The owner is really nice, she acknowledged me and made sure I loved my nails at the end. I didn’t get the girls name who didn’t pedi but she did great too!! Found my new home salon!

Ann Gray This spa feels like home. I’ve had a mani/pedi here for years. Kimmy, Rose, & Ava make the standard “lavish” a reality. Very clean facility. Nails always beautifully done. Highly recommend.

Rose Eli Hawthorne Walk-in @4:30pm. I was seen by Kimmy. I have a nail tech for life. She explained to me that the last nail salon I went to did not give me dip powder nails. She told me her technique and took her time perfecting my request. A fabulous job. A permanent customer. Highly recommend.

God Diamond Went to get a refill on acrylic nails…with gel polish $55… that’s the price of set I got… manager became mad when I asked about putting more acrylic because she had filed all across my nails but only wanted to put at top… she applied gel polish on top of my nails after she filed roughly on them at end…when you ask her why she talking about that’s what they do which I’m knowing she lying… items they use they do not sanitized just put back in kit. Never again…..I wish it was a negative zero button.SLOPPY WORK Update mail broke 1/23/23…..this is what these nail shops do when you get refills.., charge a arm an a leg… but put little product to keep you coming back….pic added… my review is actually a negative 5

Rosanna Sanchez I wanted a natural dip and I got what I wanted. I think they’re thorough with the work they do (cuticles and shape) and take their time. Stephanie is very nice and did a great job. I’ll be coming back.

cynthia silva The salon’s service fell short of expectations; it lacked a welcoming atmosphere, and despite paying $55 for a manicure with powder, my nail chipped within a week. When I returned for a fix, my nail ended up thicker than before. Overall, the experience didn’t justify the price, and I won’t be returning.

Joyce Zhang They have walls and walls of colors - floor to ceiling! Including gel shellac, dip powder, and regular nail polish. Had to get my nails redone from a different place and they were very careful to take care of my thin collagen. My first time there. And will definitely be going back! I had Alice do my Mani and she was meticulous and a perfectionist. Will be requesting her again! ❤️

Zeinab Zangeneh This place is great!!! Ive done my nails with John and Hailey and they are both very professional and talented at what they do! I love the way my nails look every time I walk out. The place is also very clean with a friendly environment. Definitely recommended!

Brandy Middaugh I had a good experience up until last Thursday I needed my nails done for a photoshoot. I asked for French manicure with gel. The technician struggled to get the white part right taking it off multiple times. Once I got outside I could see sparkles in my French manicure that I didnt ask for. I called immediately and advised them that I was unhappy and they said I could come back in to get them fixed that night. It was almost 7pm. I had gotten there at 5ish. I didnt have time to have them redone before my photoshoot the next day. Now its been 4 days and the polish already chipped as seen in the photo. She also charged me more than what I should have been charged. I was charged $50 for gel when the service was supposed to be $43 according to their menu of services. I wont go back to even have them fixed. They have no idea how to do gel nails. Its a tragedy. I dont like leaving negative reviews but in this case it deserves it.

Sharon Mburu Skilled nail techs, and short waiting time!! It may not be the fanciest nail bar, but they always get my nail shape and color right. Consistency is key, nothing worse than trying a new place and not getting exactly what you envisioned.

Taylor Miller Ive had really bad experiences with nail salons and although I was very hesitant at first, I LOVE the outcome. I felt slightly rushed in the beginning, but again.. Ive had bad experiences and just wanted to make sure my nails looked great. Im pretty picky, especially with the cost of beauty these days. Julie did an amazing job! I showed her a picture from Pinterest (trust that I understand these pictures arent always realistic) and she did not disappoint. I did take forever picking out my colors and I was indecisive and unsure; it was obvious. But Julie was nice and patient and gave me time to decide. Its been a while since Ive had my nails done, so Im not current on the different types of gel/polish/treatments, etc. I walked in lost, but walked out happy! I didnt catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she was great too. Very sweet and I love my toes. I decided to pamper myself for the holidays and I am glad this nail salon was recommended. I will definitely be going back!

Lauren I’ve been coming here for years when I visit my parents and finally popped in today. Before coming in, I took a glance at the reviews and saw multiple mentions of poor customer service. But I still decided to go today, because I remembered the good service and quality nails I had gotten in the past. However, the other reviews are definitely true, and I agree this place is not what it once was. Very disappointed with the service and quality of work. Henry and the other man who works there were fine. However, the blonde older woman was just terrible. She didn’t clean my cuticles before hand, which I asked for. She just dismissed me saying, “I’ll do it later”. As you can see on my thumb, there’s already a gap in between where the nail polish starts and my cuticle. We paid for cuticle service, but she didn’t do it and was visibly annoyed when I told her to put the polish all the way up to the cuticle. Not only that, when she finally did clean up around the area. She cut me on multiple fingers (as seen in the picture). The customer service was also very disappointing. She didn’t even make an effort to lean into the chair despite me getting a manicure and pedicure simultaneously. She kept shouting at me to move over. But I was sitting on the chair already with my right hand crossed over my chest, leaned over the arm rest. I was actually leaning over the chair to reach her because she refused to move closer. Terrible terrible experience and disappointed that this place has gone become this bad. The the other workers were fine, but that blonde woman is the reason that customers like myself will not be coming back. If you’re looking to spend your hard earned money on your nails, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place will definitely disappoint.

Kat Kas I came here in early June 2024. I had recently went to another nail place and my nails were breaking fast so I called Escape Nails and asked if they could take me last minute (about 6pm). When I arrived, they were finishing up on another client and I ended up being the last one. They did such a good job on my nails and were friendly to me. It has been 3 weeks and not a single nail has broke- I am super impressed and will be going back today which is why I am leaving the review. The quality has been good for me so far. :)

Kalena Got my nails , feet and eyebrow done for my wedding. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great! He did a great job! The lady that did my nails did great for the most part. She did cut my cuticle middle finger, but for the most part Im satisfied. My sister inlaw nails she was very satisfied with the lady. She said she took her time and really did an amazing job. The lady who did her pedicure did a great job as well. We had a great experience.

Caia Halpin I got my nails done here about a week ago! They are very high quality- I work out, do dishes in very hot water, and I am also clumsy and have hit my nails on several counter tops. No signs of chipping at all! The price was amazing compared to other nail salons I have been to and the ladies who work there are fun to talk to as well. These are the first set of nails I am confident in wearing because I dont have to worry about damaging them and they look like the day I got them.

Cassidy Follis Reign Nail Bar is a wonderful new nail salon! I’ve been getting my nails done by May for almost 2 years now & she does an amazing job every time. The quality of my nails is always so good that I can usually go about 4 weeks in between appointments, even though I keep them pretty long. My friend and I also both recently got a pedicure at Reign & our toes looked good for so long! The techs really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Annie Heskett ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! The owner is such a friendly person, and the staff is absolutely great. Never have I ever felt so comfortable going to the nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised I could walk in and get such great nails at a great price. I went here with my sister to get our nails done around 5pm, and had some mimosas. Not only that, they put Netflix on, so you can watch whatever while you get your nails done. Coming here was a treat (:

Isis Martin I tried this nail bar, because it was close to home and has so many great reviews. My experience at Reign was below average. I had an appointment for 5 pm, but did not get serviced until almost 6. The nail salon is not updated and waits for your dip to soak off until every bit is gone, instead of filling it off like most salons which I did not like. Techs are obviously new and very slow. The tech I was booked for was not very friendly and bruised my cuticles while rushing to service me. I would go back in the future, but would only book with the owner (May) at an earlier time when they are not booked up in the evenings. Alcohol was a nice touch and owner was friendly. Nails lasted two weeks, but started chipping instantly at the one week mark (as you can see in the photos). I had a perfect square shape, but the tech gave me coffin/square and messed up the shape. I am not very ruff with my nails, and can usually make a set last three weeks without cracking from dip. I wear dip powder on my natural nails, so now they’re bruised from the dip chipping.

Todd Chambers They were able to work my daughter in and did a great job. But at $85.00 it was a bot more expensive than when I take her to other nail salons. This was very small and unkept, I usually get a pedicure but the tubs looked a little questionable, I passed.

Mia Toor Anthony did a stunning job on my nails with a smooth perfect elegant shape. To top it off, he added a gorgeous design of gold flakes. I absolutely love this nail salon! Kevin did the massage on my feet and legs, perfect pressure and rhythm. The chairs and aesthetics in the salon are classy and entertaining. Ben, Anthony, Tracy, Kevin, and Cherry are fabulous in their professionalism and nail design + art.

katie m I was very disappointed with my experience here. Firstly, the lady that did my nails was very rude and didn’t greet me or ask if I liked my nails when she finished them. More importantly, I showed her a clear picture of what I wanted (I attached a picture of the nails I wanted vs what I got) and halfway through she tells me instead of the color I wanted she’s going to use a completely different color (I wanted pink, she gave me a metallic silver?) Not even close. If she wasn’t able to do the pink I would’ve understood that if she EXPLAINED that to me and gave me another option, instead she just told me that’s what she was doing. I wasn’t sure what she meant when she told me at first so I just decided to trust the process but I realized she just genuinely was doing her own thing and didn’t do the design I had asked for. She also cut my skin and didn’t even do a good job painting them. And when she finished she just got up and left and that was it.

Catherineduhgr8 (CatherineDuhGr8) I came here off of a recommendation from a friend. I am glad they were able to see me for a manicure and pedicure. However, the lady who did my nails did not do a full manicure on me didn’t even push back my cuticles and took off my natural nails without my approval. I know if some designs or lengths are wanted it is required to be cut, but it should have been approved by me first. Additionally, I asked for a design after placing only put one layer of white she placed on the topcoat right afterwards. I had to do a double take and ask her was if she not gonna do the design I asked. She said oh I’m sorry, I forgot. I left and after further inspection, I did not like my first set of nails they were uneven and not opaque in color. I went back after work same day, the receptionist came up to me in an attitude asking me what was wrong with my nails. After explaining to them why I didn’t like the first set. A different lady took me in and was trying to fix them fix the nails. No one wore name tags nor told me their names. After she said she finished, the lady got up abruptly and told me just, “your nails are done and stay until the UV lamp is done.” Then just left me at the table. I thought my nails were set, then realizing they weren’t. The same receptionist told me just wash your hands, but assured me that is normal and they are set. They were matte looking and sticky. I had to go back a third time. I really just so frustrated with this salon, it wasn’t until I asked for them to remove them and just give me a refund. They changed their tone. They finally polished my nails and shaped up them up. Do not recommend.

Kim Vincent Saturday afternoon and it was VERY busy. I just got the $30 classic pedicure. Water was lukewarm, massage was basically useless, quick down and dirty cuticle and callus job, technician seemed very rushed overall and not all that friendly. Just not the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

Vanessa Segundo This place is exceptional from the service to the nail Technicians ability to provide every design requested. There has not been a single time that I have left this facility upset or with anything less than what I asked for. This facility is very clean professional and provides nothing but the best care. I cannot speak for anybody else but for myself I gave this place five stars I have never been more satisfied with service and amazing techniques in my life and I have been to plenty of nail shops. Joy Ribble I recently moved to the area and found Super Nails based on the great reviews. Those reviews are so deserved! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; I’ve only been a few times, and they already know me by name and remember things I’ve told them from visit to visit. I’ve had problems with my nails for years, but after a few visits, they are now healthier than they’ve ever been. My legs, hands and arms feel so good after being so well cared for and massaged. No matter who is attending me, they take their time to ensure I am happy with the results and I’m never rushed. My nails always look amazing, and I feel amazing when I leave. So very glad I found Super Nails! They’ve got a loyal customer in me.

It’s incredible how they seem to know everyone by name and have built genuine relationships with their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional—no frills, just great service. I’ve never been happier with my nails. Since coming here, my dipped nails always turn out flawless, and my natural nails have grown so much that I no longer need acrylics. Their pedicures are so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind. Rachel is amazing! She’s a perfectionist who always ensures my nails look perfect.
