dee The tech was so rude! I brought my daughter here for the 1st time, we both got pedicures.. I wanted to love it.. the location is great for me and the shop looks really nice. I noticed plenty of color options and thought Id definitely be back again.. I wanted a French pedicure.. havent gotten one in years, I was so excited for this!! I got 1 coat of white polish for the French tip... so you can see through the polish and it looks dirty.. I noticed this before I left and said something.. the tech said it was my nail... you shouldnt be able to see through the white on a French tip.. it needs two coats. The tech had already been rude, he seemed upset from the moment I told him what Id wanted.. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but it completely ruined my experience.. dont think Ill be back here.

Sun D I tried to get my nails done on the 19th of March. I went there after 3 pm. The technician kept holding my hands very uncomfortable, and I said it hurt and I felt uncomfortable over three times. She ended up hurting my left arm. She didn’t even asked me which shape I wanted to do. She just kept filing the artificial nails that I didn’t even ask to put them on. They do not have a manager who supervise the employees, or they are afraid of letting what they did to me to the manager. I’ve tried to talk to the manager over the phone several times, but they always said she’s not at office. I called over 5 times since that day. I asked her to get another technician, but the assistant manager (I don’t think she is the assistant manager because of her poor professionalism being the one and lack of communication skills as a manager) aggravated the situation. She kept cutting me off when talking to her. She just told me that they could remove the artificial nails and base gel. There was another issue with this nail spa. They didn’t have price chart that a customer could have different options. They never showed it to me. They charged me $15 to remove what the first technician did, and ended up making my nails dry and very weak by putting my finger nails into a strong acetone bowl. The second technician who had a short hair didn’t remove the residue completely, so I had to cut my finger nails very short. I’m leaving this comment because I think I was so patient with them after trying to reach their manager over 5 times. Thank you so much for your poor service and communication! I barely leave any review, but I act accordingly.

Bree Please be sure to not have the technician use the SAME purple pumice stone that’s been used by 100 other people! It’s unsanitary and disgusting no matter if you sterilize it, they have pores and bacteria is in them! Common sense!!!! And upcharging $20 for shellac on toes is robbery! I understand $10 the most but come on, $58 and a tip to be added just for a pedicure is absurd.

Im so thrilled that I’ve scheduled to get my toes done in the same fabulous style and color!

Daisy Vela Lisa was wonderful. I’m really really picky about my nails and I had done them myself and made them extremely brittle and damaged. We went in just for pedicures but she did exactly what I needed for my nails they are beautiful and I feel dainty.

Lilyana Martinez I got my nails for a special event and these are so perfect! Alice did an amazing job on shaping and prepping my nails and the french tips are even and precise. I am a nail picker but she made my nail beds look flawless. Definitely would recommend!

Adri R. Every time I come here the service is exceptional 10/10! This is the best rated salon in the area for a reason. Management is always so sweet and the color selection is immense! They’re always cleaning and are always so neat with their work. Staff is also very friendly. I also love how they have a point system which eventually leads to discounts for your loyalty. His ability to multitask is impressive, yet he never compromises on quality or attention to detail. Ken takes his time with each service, ensuring I always feel pampered and relaxed. He’s definitely my go-to, and I always leave feeling fabulous! He did my daughter’s first set as well and she absolutely LOVED IT ! If youre looking for someone who truly cares about their clients, Ken is the one to see! Love when Ken do my nails. He is incredibly professional and a true perfectionist, ensuring every detail is flawless. Always asks if I like my nails and if all is ok. Ken and the whole staff create a welcoming atmosphere and are very accommodating, making me feel pampered throughout my visit. I highly recommend them.

Maria I came from out of town for my son’s BMT graduation and after some searching on google came across this nail salon. I read all of the reviews that kept raving about Ken doing great nails so I decided to give it a chance and I was not disappointed. Ken was awesome, so detailed, thorough and just great service. Made sure he gave me options and checked in to make sure I liked how they were turning out. If you are on google looking for a great nail Solon this place is it you will not be disappointed. Delicia Valdez Not very impressed with the shape of my nails, manicure, or the application of color. I understand the nail tech was new and training but I didnt expect for my nails to look so bad. They chipped and peeled that same night. And 4 other nail techs were hovering behind him. I guess that made him nervous. My daughter got her nails done also and her nail tech was also new. But did a better job, not the best but better. Were going elsewhere next time.

Jane Hofmann This is hands down my favorite nail salon! It’s clean which is a major plus. The pedicures are great. They take their time and make sure they’re doing the best job possible. I’ve loved every manicure I’ve gotten also. All of the staff is kind and I’ve been coming so much they remember me now!

Isabelle Lyons My wife loves this place, friendly staff and good prices for service. She talked me into getting a pedicure and I have to say I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely return and I know my wife will be going weekly. I also brought my 8 year old daughter to dinner nails and they were very good with her.

The staff there is super friendly, kind and generous. Ive had beautiful color powder at an affordable price. They are more than 5-star rating!

Alejandra Cortes Raymond did a fantastic job on my Christmas nails! I showed him two pictures and I kinda asked for a lot but his attention to detail was perfection! He was also patient since I changed my design ideas and asked him for feedback instead. This is my second time trying them out and I am definitely coming back again and again (I’ll ask for Raymond first)! Oh and they also give you a punch card for money off after X amount of times and a complimentary sweet drink. Most places dont do that anymore. They are not cheap but they are not super expensive either. But the quality of their work is commensurate to what they charge. :)

Valerie Lopez *Reviews I leave are based off my experience, they are not coerced. The salon is need of a major clean from top to bottom. It is not only dirty but very unorganized. To the salon owner I would implore you to spend less time trying to make excuses and more time with a mop and broom* This was my first time at Melody nail but GWEN has been doing my nails for a couple of years and I will follow her wherever she goes! She is an amazing nail artist, she can see a photo and make it happen. My nails will last for 3 weeks and still look great. She is reliable and gets me in and out. As for the salon itself….it is rather dirty, messy and very unkept. The staff is not very welcoming and the restroom is disgusting. During the winter time the heater would not be in use, it was freezing the entire time I was getting my nails done, every single time I went in. Again I go only for Gwen, if not for her I would walk in and right back out.

skye tyree I absolutely love Melody Nails! I’ve been going to Jin for almost two years now, and she is the best. She always gives me amazing nails at affordable prices, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched, and I always leave happy with my nails looking perfect. I constantly get compliments on my nails and they last me weeks. If you’re looking for a great nail tech, I highly recommend Jin—she’s my favorite!

Hala Aldmour My favorite nail salon in San Antonio! I’ve been coming here since I’ve moved to the city for over 8 months, and the whole staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I bring my mom here as well and she also loves the atmosphere of the salon. I usually like to ask for Kelly, although everyone there is amazing. Kelly goes above and beyond with her designs and making sure we are satisfied with our nails. She treats us like family and is very respectful and polite. She did these valentine nails that were not easy, but I am very happy with them and I appreciate her hard work and dedication. Excellent customer service too. I would and have recommended friends and family to come here

She is my go to person for special nail designs and holiday nail styles. She has always been able to do exactly what Im asking for, if not better quality work than the pictures or ideas I have in mind. Did I mention the awesome killer iced coffee she makes me when I arrive. I couldnt ask for better service.

Priscilla Montez Juliet(JULIETA) is simply amazing! I literally just give her an idea and she does miracles on my nails. I love her shaping, color & design styles. Highly recommend to book your next appointment with her. I love her!!! Plus, she makes a good Vietnamese coffee, LATINA style.

Star Ramon So I came here after stopping by to leave some flyers for The Apartments. I used to work at and it was always so nice so I decided to come back best decision I ever made honestly I’m so glad I came here. I’m not gonna go anywhere else I came for a Manny and a petty. I got the CBD package because your girl has been stressing. I am leaving this place feeling so much better so relieved so distressed. I just feel amazing ask for your girl Kaylee She was absolutely studying all in all will be back. The service was quick and efficient. I was seated as soon as I came in they were patient and walked me through some questions cause I had never been here. The massage was so good. The hot stones amazing all in all a wonderful massage. The atmosphere is so chill. It’s so peaceful and serene it’s a very high dollar establishment. You can tell that they put money into their people and their people put it back into you. It’s a great service. I look forward to coming back for more. You get what you pay for I went for the high dollar package and it was totally worth the $200 I paid.

When I asked her about it, she looked at me with a playful smirk and said, “Oh, honey, it’s a bit on the pricey side!” as if that would deter me. But I just smiled and replied, “Yup, that’s what I want!” Because, really, who can say no to fabulous nails. It was one of those moments where you know you’re about to treat yourself, and the excitement just hangs in the air!

Tiffany Whitehead In town and needed a set. After looking and reading reviews I settled on KN Nails & Spa. So happy I chose them. Yuka did my manicure and pedicure, full set of pink power acrylic with custom gel paint. She took her time and I really enjoyed getting to know her during our conversation, she was also very helpful answering questions and giving suggestions based on my preferences. So willing to accommodate. The pedi chairs were excellent as well as the service. Would recommend.

The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, & friendly ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My technician, Victoria was exceptionally sweet and I was in & out! Tisha Spencer ⭐ 1-Star Google Review I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The front desk staff is extremely rude, dismissive, and rushes customers through their appointments. While I was there, I spoke with two other customers who had the same experience with the receptionist, so this seems to be a pattern. On top of the poor customer service, they upcharge without informing customers—charging for services I never agreed to. When I asked about the extra charges, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, acting as if I should have magically known their prices and menu details. The nail tech was also unprofessional, taking items out of my hand without asking. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with dishonesty and gaslighting, even being falsely accused of cursing at the staff—yet no one could tell me what I supposedly said. To make matters worse, I had booked an appointment with a specific tech, only to find out she wasn’t available due to feeling unwell. When I expressed concern that she should go home, another tech made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment regarding her race. This salon operates without a manager on-site, leaving customers to deal with rude staff and unprofessional behavior with no one to hold them accountable. Save your money and go somewhere that values customer service, honesty, and professionalism. I will not be returning.

Cherish Olive This is my fifth visit and the first 3 there were all wonderful. The fourth one took me back However, I’m here editing my review although I wasn’t happy with that visit I wanted to give them another shot and I’m glad I did cause I’m very happy and very pleased. Overall customer service was awesome and I absolutely love my nails. I’m running my first marathon and I wanted some expiring/fun nails. I got exactly what I wanted. They’re perfect.

Im very picky, and Im not always looking to be pleased nowadays, people spend money and most people rush through a job. But this lady actually took her time to do quality work. Nisa Nunes I came here to try out since the reviews were so good. I am glad I made the choice to come here. I brought my daughters here and they all chose different nail designs. Each one on them here so happy and satisfied with their nails. When we first got there they welcomed us and asked us to sign in. The works were all multi tasking attending to each customer as they could. We were all offered something to drink and sat as soon as a spot was available. The employees were all nice and friendly. Will definitely be the go to spot. Just be advised if you’re in a rush they are busy so come with time to spare. They did pretty good in time for us, we had to wait a little but was ok because we came with time to spare.

Joneen Driver I wanted to like this place. But after just 5 days of getting my nails done, my nails looked like they needed a fill already. I went with my sisters and mom & all of our nails look about the same. Too thick & our nails all look like they need a fill already just days after going. My sister’s nails began lifting just 4 days after getting hers done & she went back to get them fixed and they kept telling her there was no lifting even after showing them where her nails were lifting. I wanted to like this place unfortunately we won’t be back.

Bio tch Idk I genuinely believe this is the best place to get a pedicure. The massage in incredible and the pedicure always turns out immaculate. If you aren’t coming here, you are missing out. They never disappoint!

Betsaida Lopez I got a pedicure & manicure. I selected the cat eye gel for both. Everyone was very nice & very busy, but I didnt feel like a burden like I have felt in other salons before. The reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because the shades on my pedicure were all different, some lighter than others. I requested for my manicure to be darker & the technician honored my request. I also asked for a foot wax (hair removal). Technician was thorough & gentle. I would come here again!

Azucena Berumem this was my third time here, the first time a girl did my nails and they were awesome, the second time I got a pedicure which was great. This last time a different guy did my nails and I told him that he was hurting my nails and keep doing his thing while I could feel my nail bleeding. he kept doing it throughout the whole service and 2 days later I’m still bleeding. I loved this place at first but I don’t know if I would go back.

Monica Receptionist extremely rude. Doesn’t know the selections of drinks. He’s extremely lazy and incompetent. The pedicurist did an amazing job. Great pedicure! Decided to try the milk & honey for $70. Smells amazing. The ambiance and decorations give a light and clean feeling while getting your pedicure. The chairs are extremely comfortable. They need a new receptionist who understands etiquette and good mannerism. They are running a 20% discount with the visit.

bria day Great staff; services were great. Good manicure. As far as for my pedicure it broke 2 days later went got it fixed for the other hand to break. Unfortunately will need to get my hands completed elsewhere. Will always come for their manicure, wax & massage services. Drinks were lovely even provided snacks. Whitney Brown Came here because of the reviews, only to find out you get 10% off for a review NOT for being a new customer. The place is super cute but this is the worst manicure I’ve gotten in SA. No cuticle care and nails are just.. off. $80 for this is insane.

Sable I came in here today for the first time, Vincent took care of my nails. He did an amazing job. I came in for acrylic full set and got an ombre nail. They look absolutely perfect they have really great seasonal drinks and really cute Christmas decorations right now. Can’t wait to come back and get a pedicure

ES V Hands down my favorite hidden gem. Barbie and her team never miss and have kept prices way competitive to other salons and it’s appreciated by so many regulars. From the warm welcome to the most appreciated quiet time the quality of work is so incredible! I almost didn’t wanna share this spot but everyone needs to experience the good stuff with Barbie!

malleyfam Dip powder French ombré nails ~ Barbie worked quickly, and did a great job! Price was $65, not counting tip. Shop is clean and well organized. I didn’t get a pedicure, but noticed they have matching gel polish and dip powder. I usually get dip powder manicures and gel pedicures, and most shops it’s tricky to get them to match each other. I plan to return.

Abigail Quinones Decided to try this cute little nail salon today and they didn’t disappoint. I showed Yvonne the picture and she nailed it. She was fast and paid attention to detail. I also got a pedicure The gentlemen that did my foot pedicure was great. I’ll definitely be going back. I will say it was a two person job so you’ll have to be patient but they moved quickly and made sure you were taken care of.

Samantha Milks Love Yvonne Nails and Spa!!! Yvonne and Henry are so kind and thoughtful. This is now my go-to nail place here in SA. Easy walk-in, place is very clean. smells good, and has a variety of services and nail colors. The pedicure felt so relaxing and my feet and toes feel great and look pretty. My manicure was amazing too. My hands feel so smooth, cleaned up, and love the colors. She did everything I requested and made extra time to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!!

alex hawley All the employees treat my feet so well. They take their time and pamper me. My feet always look so amazing when I leave. The owner is super nice and her son is so cute. I’ve been coming here for months and always leave satisfied. Angel did a spectacular job with my pedicure today. My feet are soft and smooth and the massage was very relaxing

Ray Lewis First time to visit a pedicurist. Before my trip to Thailand, I needed someone to remove a corn on sole of left foot. The closest salon to me was closed on Labor Day so called Yvonne Nails & Spa. Agreed I could come. Long wait. At least four customers ahead of me. Although there was language difficulty, male owner professionally removed corn & trimmed my toe nails. No discomfort at all. Feel so much better. Plan to return more frequently for a full pedicure & massage. Charged a reasonable $30 for services.

M G Update! I keep getting compliments and have already referred over 3 ppl within a wk ❤️ Best manicure I have ever had done! I love the place! Beautiful aesthetics! It gives a very elevated vibe. The space is not over crowded, does not smell of fumes. My manicurist was so detailed, my cuticles have never looked this good. She would turn my hand to multiple angles to make sure it looked good. I did not feel rushed. They have cute cocktails, teas and latte options that change regularly. They serve you in real glasses and it doesn’t taste like sugary cheap stuff like other nail salons. I don’t like most nail salons, high prices, low quality, rushing, damaging my nails, feels crowded and always getting upsold only to have disappointing results. I honestly dread getting my nails done bc of this and have tried 4 salons recently and given multiple chances hoping a different tech would do better.

Dana Ionesco Oh My Nails it’s simply the best nail salon in San Antonio and also, my favorite. Olga is my nail tech and she does a perfect job every single time. I also had my nails done by Mari. Both Olga and Mary are exceptionally talented. I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and the whole experience at OMN. I highly recommend the salon!

Danielle Grosdidier First of all… This place is immaculate. Not a spec of dust anywhere. All the instruments are surgically sterilized in the little peel packs. Decor is adorable. Chairs and arm rests are super comfy. I have never before had my cuticles looking this good. Alina is an artist ❤️ so happy someone told me to go here. I wish I was a better photographer lol

Shay Rho Update: Its been some time now that Ive been going to Oh My Nails! The customer service is still top notch. Perla is no longer there, but I go to Candace and Jasmine! I book my monthly nail appointment as part of my self-care routine. I get compliments from women and men both young and older. Love this place!! And my nails have grown Perla was amazing! I have never had a manicure that looked this good and clean. She took her time and did an impeccable job!! Its been 6 days and they still look great!!
