Beverly Williams I’ve been using Happy Nails for 20years! They are always friendly and accommodating. All of their tools & equipment are sterile & clean. They offer several different services. If you are undecided they will help you choose what you are looking for. I’ve never had a problem with their work or the people who work there. Please visit them soon!

David Bevels I dont how to change this review from my husbands name so this is Kim not David. This is the only place I use. My nails are perfection every single time. I get tons of compliments. My daughters and granddaughters also come here. Pedicures are wonderful. Ive been using them for years. Very friendly and excellent at what they do.

Reagan Rigney I would recommend this salon. I came in with a couple nails I had broken off my fresh dip set and they fixed them for me no problem. I appreciated the excellent customer service. Lizette Paceley Ive gone here twice to give it a chance but Im just so disappointed. My husband, son, a girlfriend, and myself went to get our nails and pedicures done 2 days ago. This is what I got. Mind you I paid for a manicure and dip. Ive never chipped a nail in two days and Ive had a manicure on consistently for over 10 years straight. I paid 285 dollars for 4 basic pedicures (no polish on boys), my nails, and a set for my sons girlfriend. Again the pictures were taken 2 days after and they look like this. Its appalling considering Ive spent over 400 dollars for 2 days of service. I support small businesses and its a goof family owned business but the nail service isnt worth the price to pay.

Mindy Gilbert To combat the rude 1 star review by M. S. - I wanted to get on here to say this salon has exceeded my expectations in every way. My nails always look so beautiful. From the first time I tried them out, Mia, has provided the upmost professional and kind customer service. And her little girl, Celine, is absolutely adorable and one of the most well behaved toddlers Ive been around. I cant imagine complaining about a child who has done nothing wrong and without considering the familys situation where childcare may not be an option. I highly recommend Celine nails if you are looking for a clean environment, beautiful nails, and great customer service. I wish I could give more stars.

Leah Newton I got acrylics the application shape and everything was great but the painting with awful. She didn’t let dry fully before doing more layers so once I left they one of my nails fully started peeling off. And when doing the top coat didn’t make sure the black was dry so I have black smudges all over my nails

Susan Stanley My sister was sat in a chair and was ignores for an hour. The nails are beautiful but the tech really did a number on my cuticles. I dont know if its the norm to use the filing drill on your cuticles, but rest assured my cuticles have been hurting all day!!!! Will never go back again.

Traci Fischer I regularly get my nails done at City Nails and they usually dont chip. The only reason I HAVE to go back is because I end up with growth showing. These nail techs are amazing and they use ultra fine products. Ive tried a couple of other salons and one of those manicures lasted for 2 weeks to the day before starting to chip. The other salon I have chosen not to go back to for a couple of reasons. The manicure lasted satisfactorily, but their location is not feasible and I felt there were a few other issues that were questionable.

K S Sadly they do not care about the finished product or take pride in their work. I received dipped fingernails and a polish change on my toes. The nail technician was distracted with trying to serve too many people. People kept arriving and there were only 3 techs working. People were waiting in pedicure chairs, manicure chairs etc. My fingernails are the worst I have ever had as it has only been a week and they are needing done again. They are lifting and getting caught in my hair. My toe polish was not allowed to dry and bubbled up. The whole experience was rushed and lacking. When I paid they tried to keep $20 as a tip. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Tiffany Brooks Dan actually does things the right way by using powder for the color instead of just painting on the French tips like others do, and it makes such a difference! My nails turned out exactly how I want them, they look natural and they will last so much longer. Dan is the only one that knows how to do this, so its best to call ahead and make an appointment with him. Highly recommend!!!!!

Karina Guerrero Wish I could give this place a 0 star review cause it’s NEEDED for the cleanliness and sanitation of this salon. My daughter came into this salon with a family member and got her nails painted. After a few days what seems to be a fungal infection appeared on her finger nails. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone. Now I hope her toes won’t come out with a fungal infection as well.

Christian Stuart Ive been having issues with 2 other places so far as the nails quickly lifted, I was recommended this place, specifically Kim, and she was amazing! Sweet and got my nails done super quickly!!! She told me if I am having any issues with the nails to come back any time and it will be no charge to fix them. Excited to see how long these last or if theyll be good for another 2 or 3 weeks at least!!!

jessamine had my nails done as a walk in by Jon he was very polite and I enjoyed conversation, I appreciate his time and effort in trying to accommodate the nails I wanted however I was not pleased very well on the work as I found the correct technique on applying flowers to nails, I was also told it cost more to add flowers even if I brought my own. You can get them online for like a dollar, as a business woman sometimes you have to lose a little to gain customers. I know you have to make a profit also due to the labor for the work but just a thought. I payed 70$ plus a tip with cash and card it was a little high for the way these were done. Im disappointed I also work hard for my money. I can see all the nail debris and dust on inside of clear arcrylics as while the nails where being done they were not being cleaned :( but I will give this place another chance hopefully for a better outcome.

Sonya Loera This place is getting worse and worse with customer service. I always tip when I get my pedicure. I came in today to give them another chance and as soos as I walked in I wasnt acknowledge sat there for more than 5-10 mins besides it being hot in there!!! I always say hi tje asian to the right with long hair is rude never responds back, yall acting too good. Trash ass place and Ima make sure everybody knows!!!

Monet Washington I recently started going to this salon and service was great until last week. The young lady did my nails no problem. When I made it home that evening, they started chipping. I wasn’t able to go back until 4 days later for them to correct and they made me wait an hour. My thing is this, I get it things happen. But to make me wait and treat me like the problem, was the problem.

Kathy Burgess The gel full set I got was exactly what I wanted—perfect shape, lasting shine, and a strong hold. No lifting or chipping, just flawless nails!

Sandra Galvan The French manicure I got here was perfection. It’s so classic and elegant, and the staff were incredibly professional. I’m definitely going back for a gel pedicure.

Sadie Capuchino My first visit to nail 2000s was great! Dianne was very personal and understanding. I asked her to redo a nail and she was so kind about it. I love the shape and color. I will be coming back :)

michelle cooper This is probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. After asking for the 5-6 times for my big toe to be filed down I gave up. Being burnt with the hot stone didn’t help! I didn’t think it could get any worse, but the fact that my toes look like a child painted them adds insult to injury. Having to ask for the nails on both feet to be the same length seemed off as well! Definitely NOT worth $67.00 or the tip I left. I tip because it’s hard for everyone especially in the service industry, but I honestly did have to think twice! I see why they have a 3.9 out of 5!

Emma Grace Carpenter These are my nails two days after. The top coat wasnt spread all the way to the edges and the paint is peeling a bit on the right hand. This was just shape and paint and it was $12.00. Ive gotten better but this wasnt too bad.

Laramie Abraham Went to nails 2000 today for the first time. The place is very pretty and clean from what I can tell. The staff was friendly enough, right at opening time offered drinks and happy smiles. My complaint is the services provided. The lady was pretty rough with the cuticle trim, it was pretty painful and Im not sensitive. She didnt take the time to scrub the traditional tough skin (mine arent bad but needed atleast some attention) and the worst part is she didnt paint my big toe nail all the way to up the cuticle, left a big gap at the top. Looks like growth already. Waste of $50 on a pedi that i could have done better at home. The paint on my pinky toe already completely popped off in one piece. Wont be going back.

Carrie Laxson I’m giving 2 stars only because she’s a sweet lady and the shop is clean, but…..my nails look like a person who just took their first lesson in applying acrylic nails and doing a french manicure. I’m embarrassed at how sloppy they look. Lumpy, uneven acrylic application, misshapen, acrylic all over my fingers, as well as polish. ( Didn’t find the option to post pics.) I did keep pointing out mistakes she was making and finally gave up because I had been at her shop for over 2 hours for a service that should have been completed in half that time. Mind you, I had short, natural nails, so no, I didn’t have any prior work to soak off. Sorry, but I’m going to another shop today to get these AWFUL nails fixed!

Richard Walker Took my Girlfriend there to have her nails done, Katherian was so professional, and courteous, made the whole experience worth it, I recommend Nails By Katherian.. The professional quality work that Katherian does is out standing, my Girlfriends nails look amazing, and she loves them as well!! We will be a repeat customer.. so if your looking for a small friendly nail salon, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

Brandi McCain Ive been going to Katherian for years. Not only do you leave with beautiful nails that will always get someones attention you leave with a smile. Ive had glow in the dark, western themed, fall, spring, winter, bright summer, Christmas, Easter, patriotic, and French manicure, even gender reveal for my grandbabies! No matter my crazy thoughts or letting her decide my nail art its always spectacular. I have called her on a Monday because I broke a nail over the weekend and she gets me all fixed up Tuesday morning. Katherian is a wonderful person. So sweet and caring. And her prices are amazing. She may take longer but to me its well worth it. All of her salons have been clean and the others in the salon are just as friendly as Katherian!

Things ajr and Taylor Swift Very good service! Kind people and ours nails look awesome!! Plus we came in as walk-ins and they got to us immediately. As someone who knows I have crooked nails my guy did an amazing job by not making it look crooked. He was also very kind and made some jokes and most of the staffs english was excellent/enough to understand. When me and my sister were checking out the lady who helped us pay was so patient and so appreciative it was quite adorable. As a person who doesn’t like going and getting my nails done because someone always cut my skin this place was perfect about being careful yet speedy. I will 110% be returning when I need my nails done again. I absolutely love it this place and their service!!!

Angel Anjeanvieve Its very frustrating to try and find a good nail tech. I found Kelly and Im so happy I did. Upon meeting her, she greeted me with a pleasant smile, and immediately took the interest to listen to my request. I got a refill and a pedicure and she did a wonderful job. My hands and feet were delicately handled and her attention to detail was exceptional. I didnt mind the cost because this young lady did a fantastic job. Thank you Kelly, from a satisfied customer.

Lauren Flurry I just went in to have dip powder removed. I didnt have it redone or anything. I was there for a little over an hour, of which 15 minutes was wait time (it was a walk-in). The nail tech did three passes of polish remover and filing to remove the dip, followed by buffing. The buff didnt make my nails very shiny because of gouges left by uneven filing. I still have dip left on two nails, and two other nails split within an hour from being filed too thin on the edge. Overall, it was fine. They got me in quickly and removed enough of the dip powder that the grown-out part isnt noticeable anymore, which is what i really needed. However, if I was going to have my nails done for an important event, I would probably just go somewhere else.

Ally Aguilera I have been going here since I was in high school 15 years ago and have never had such a horrible experience like this time. I got my nails and my daughter nails done. I ask for something very simple, when we started everything was going good but then of course like always the first person never finishes what they started, she had someone else step in the do my gel polish because she wanted to take care of a regular and the new lady completely messed them. 3 of my nails aren’t even shiny like they are supposed to be and I was supposed to have gold glitter and some of its green because she kept going back over and over again not listening to what I was saying. After a hour of leaving my nails were scuffed up I went back to get the clearcoat fixed and within 30 minutes of being gone I have three nails that are not even shiny. Absolutely ridiculous

Joan Carlile They do a fantastic pedicure every time. They have gone the extra mile to insure safety by hanging plexiglass partitions, sterilizing all of the tools, using disposable plastic tub liners and they even have a plastic cover on the massage remotel. They are friendly and the prices are competitive.

Y Calhoun I frequent a place in West Waco but I was in the area so I stopped in. It was a good experience, the gentle man took his time & was meticulous on my pedicure. Id definitely go back. My heels were refreshed

Crystal Allman The price was cheap so was the work. The lady 4 chairs from me was on her phone the whole time cussing up a storm. I politely asked if they could have her be quiet. I will go elsewhere for and pay extra. Just because it is belmeid doesnt mean it should be what is expected. People should not be able to be on phone calls. I didnt enjoy my experience except my foot massage. I wont be coming back. No spa music and no drinks. If I could rate a 0 star I would.

Sophia Morrow This is the best nail salon ever! I went here for my birthday and my nail tech was Johnny. He was super nice and gave us a discount too! My nails look amazing and I also had forgotten my bracelets and he was able to get them to me!!

MyLife InSpanglish Highly recommend this place! A friend and I got deluxe pedicures and it was a really relaxing experience. The gentleman that did mine was attentive and didnt rush at all, plus my toes were painted so beautifully! If I could give more stars, I would. Wish I lived nearby so I could visit regularly but Ill definitely stop by during my next visit to Waco.

Jesse S Betty and Johnny are the best of the best! Johnny is an expert nail artist and Betty is a total professional with our eyebrows. I wouldn’t trust to go anywhere else! Betty always takes her time and helps keep my teenage daughters eyebrows looking absolutely perfect and FULL! She has NEVER taken off too much like most places will do. She’s so talented at making their eyebrows perfectly even. They take care of their customers so well and truly care about what you want! I’m a repeat customer for the last 5 years. They never push you to spend more than it’s worth. They’re more concerned with customer service than the money! Johnny did AMAZING on the nails my daughter wanted for spring break!

B.B They used to do a great job, but they’re just in a rush to finish as many people as they can now. The last two occasions, my nails have been crooked, bumpy, and misshapen. I’ll have to find a new salon because I’m not going to pay $55+ on sloppy work.

Danielle M. Vanessa is absolutely wonderful and she did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure today. I got the basic manicure and the basic pedicure and still left feeling super pampered. She took her time and paid attention to the details of my hands and feet. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Erin Starling Everyone needs to get a pedicure by Vanessa! She is expert at any toenail/feet problems. She is also a great artist and can do pretty much any design you ask for. You won’t be disappointed!

suzie orner I go to Frenchies for the best pedicures in town. Vanessa not only makes feet look pretty, she cares about the care of my feet and she is the best at removing ingrown nails. Her shop is beautiful and Vanessa is personable and friendly.

Vonnie Alderete Vanessa does a wonderful job on my manicures and pedicures. Her art work is unique and creative. The atmosphere in her salon is very pleasant and relaxing. Her prices are very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Frenchies for all of your manicure and pedicure needs.

lacey magee I left they were extremely rude and condescending!!! I never felt so out of place. I actually left in the middle of my pedicure dried my own feet off and left. Please don’t waste your time or money in this establishment. This is not a relaxing spa at all ….

Ash Marsh I love going to Heidi as she always does a fantastic job! I get my acrylic mani and gel pedi French tip matching set and they always come out perfect! I go every other Sunday and I love walking in and being greeted by Scott who is so very sweet and funny and will get me a nice mimosa when I ask, which really helps me to relax while I sit and enjoy my self care time for myself. My husband usually comes too and its always nice because they all treat him so kindly and let him sit with me in the pedicure chairs next to mine and relax with a drink while I get my manicure. Absolutely great nail salon with awesome service and beautiful results! 10/10!

Vidalia sumrall I got my nails done by Johnny today ,and let me just say he surpassed my expectations!!!!!! I told him gothy vampire nails and I got that and more !!!!! The entire process was professional ,I chose the wrong red for my vision and he said "I got you"his talent is unmatched hands down the best nails Ive ever gotten!!!! I will definitely be coming to get another set !!!!! He sees the vision and makes it happen thank you Johnny!!!!

Jashyre Harris-Arceneaux Today was my second visit to Posh. The first visit was last month, I booked an appointment to bring in my daughter’s friends for the kid package. The kids room is beautiful, and the staff that day working on the girls were nice. The man that offers refreshments is so kind. However, the man at the front desk (bald older guy) has not been as friendly during both visits. He seems as though he does not enjoy his job and it shows. Today, I went and got a pedicure by Danny. Danny rushed my pedicure and my toes look a mess. I am dissatisfied with this service and I won’t be returning. Really sad because my kids love the kids package/room. The two (a woman and a young male with glasses, I don’t remember their names) that worked on my kids today were great. Update: After sharing my experience with the shop, I was offered a chance to come in to fix my toes. I went and was serviced by someone else (didn’t catch her name) that did a great job. The front desk girl (didn’t catch her name, but she was young with curly hair) was kind and professional. She gave me a $20 gift card to return for a future visit. Personally, I won’t be returning; but I’m grateful for the time and effort to improve my experience.

Elena Reforsado I’ve been to a few nail salons, but this one it phenomenal! Erika was my nail tech and she exceeded my expectations. The nails I wanted look just like the photo I gave her. She’s very sweet and a perfectionist, anything that put me off she fixed immediately! It’s always hard to find a nail tech to trust, but she makes me feel safe to keep getting my nails done! Bonnie was also amazing at my pedicure. And she tuned it to my liking as well. The other nail techs look highly qualified as well :).

Rachel R My second time in and this is definitely new home salon. Viri always makes my nails look immaculate and does great nail art and designs. If you want EXTRA complex art, like detailed characters, book with Dee. Mai gives the best pedicure massages and my feet always feel super smooth once I leave.

Aleah Keith This is outrageous. I have been going here for the past six months. I get the exact same color every time. BRIGHT white that glows purple. This time, they said they couldn’t find it. They said they had another color just like it so they put it on and halfway through my appointment, you could tell that there are two different colors. You could even see the first coat I had UNDER it. He thought that was acceptable. I told him I wasn’t happy with it, so he then proceeded to make the coat thicker. And at the end of it, he put the top coat on, and I saw how it glowed BRIGHT green. He also said I will not be able to see the old color under it. In the last picture you can see the purple of the previous color. Finally, let’s talk about the color itself. The “cream” or “off white” look horrible SINCE I ASKED FOR WHITE. Had high hopes for this place, will not be coming back.

Jackie Sedberry Great atmosphere. Very nice & welcoming staff. 3 stars because they over-waxed mine & my sisters eyebrows and slightly over& exfoliated my toe. Prices are good. Better than that trash, expensive Posh place. Satisfactory.

Stacey Overton Was in town for the weekend and needed a quick manicure. I was in and out pretty quickly, but I definitely felt rushed. The young lady didnt even lotion or massage my hands, but the worst was that I was charged an additional $15 just for removing the previous color off my nails. Is that not part of the manicure?! Oh and another dollar for using a credit card. Thats wild. Perhaps you should tell people to take off their own polish instead of taxing $15 for it. Ridiculous!

Faith Alexia Today was my first time going here and I loved it! They were really nice and the guy that did my nails did such a good job! I absolutely love my nails and cannot wait to go back. He was really fast but was very gentle and the woman there was very nice to everyone coming in.

He’s a true artist in sculpting the nails, takes pride in his work and pays attention to every single little detail. He’s a shaping specialist too, from wide coffin to almond, he’s THE BEST.

Greenwood Megan This place is GREAT. Disregard the bad reviews and after one visit you will know how terrific this place is. I get regular mani and pedis and this place is top notch. Easy to find too. Its clean and welcoming! Ive had manicures in New York, Orlando and this is my favorite place in Waco,TX hands down!

Karen Keltner It was really nice! We were treated very well. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. And my feet look and feel great! And the best part was the little puppy that stole my heart.. I want one!!

Victoria Hardy I got a set of Gel Acrylics and Im amazed. They were so nice and funny, super cute set. I definitely recommend! Were sensitive with my hands and were well taken care of.

Emma Grace Carpenter This is what my nails look like one day after getting them done. I only did paint and it was $10.00. she didnt cut my cuticles which I was a little disappointed about, but I guess I should have asked. Im noticing a few bubbles from the top coat that werent there at first but I feel like she did okay. My friend got acrylics and they turned out really good and she paid $42.00.

Stephanie Cruz A friend recommended me here and I’ve been coming ever since! Jen is usually my nail tech. She’s super sweet and attentive to what you ask for. I usually ask for builder gel when coming in which not many nail salons offer !

Sherry Smith I always get excellent service everytime I go to Jens. My dip nails stay on at least 4-5 weeks and look very good. Today I had Andy and he was very friendly, professional, and waited on me immediately. I was with my mom and they seated us next to each other. The atmosphere is calm with music and silent videos on the TV screens. Highly recommend Jens Nails.

Brittany Jackson I use to come here all the time. Back in 2018-2019. I moved away and finally came back. I went there about 3 weeks ago. I had got a french tip pedi. I was able to bring in my stroller and everything. Had a nice time. Even tipped the person $20. And I now noticed within this past week I have mold underneath my nail bed on my big toe! I never write bad reviews. It is rare! But I am not happy about this! They need to sterilize and clean their items correctly! I do not recommend based off of my late experience.

Rhonda Bellert Went for mani/pedi. The pedicure and foot/leg massage was great but the manicure was horrible. Nails cut crooked, way shorter than I asked for, and left square, not rounded.

Angelita Munoz DONT COME HERE!!! I wish I could give no stars, this place is awful! The chairs are held together by duct tape, I waited 45 minutes for a manicure when there was no one there but they were all just talking to each other, I asked for a French manicure and not only were my nails uneven they also hurt, my nail tech tried to tell me the reason the uv light hurt was because my nails were too short, in reality he had put polish under my nail and it was hardening into my skin!! AWFUL! My nails look awful and then they doubled the price they told me they were going to charge out of nowhere!!! And they didnt itemized the receipt! And they cut up my finger!!

Zena Keeton This place does amazing work. I love coming here. I won’t go anywhere else now. I’m always so happy with my nails when I leave. It’s definitely the best place that I have gone to in town. I wish I knew his name but forgot to ask. He is always in the last chair on the right side of the room. He does absolutely fantastic work.

Amanda Gibbs Highly disappointed with my choice of the basic pedicure. It did not include any kind of scrub. It only included the cooling mask. The “5 minute massage” that was supposed to be included was basically non existent.
