Joe Garcia Initially, there was an issue with a couple of workers regarding my mothers care after she was placed in her room. They refused to assist in lifting her head while she was in bed, citing back problems as their reason. I raised my concerns about my mothers care with Nurse Director Megan Serrano, who assured me that she would promptly address the situation, and she did.
Aside from that incident, every care provider we encountered—from registration to the medical staff, dietary, and housekeeping—was kind, helpful, and attentive to my mothers needs. They ensured that everything went smoothly and was as pleasant as possible. I would like to especially commend Nurse Director Megan Serrano, Dr. Ahmed, and Case Manager Rachelle for their professionalism and knowledge, as they addressed all my questions and concerns in clear, understandable terms.
Thank you, and I applaud the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff involved in my mothers care.

Tami Reason Went to ER because I took a bad fall. The ER Staff was wonderful, nice, and helpful. Found out fairly quickly I broke my arm in 2 places. They put me in a hard splint and gave me further instructions. I would go back again gladly if needed.

Frank Snyder I was on a work trip from the east coast and damaged my leg pretty well. I recieved great care from all of the nurses there. One of the offgoing nurses came back to get me a chair when she saw me struggling to limp in, and after she helped me she left. The wait time was great (granted I came in at 7am and was the only one there) and I was seen very quickly. The nurses who took my vitals were very kind and seemed genuinely sympathetic. The doctor who saw me was very informative and gave me some great options on what I should do moving forward. The best part of my whole experience was the nurse (I wish I knew her name to give her credit) who helped me walk out to my car (I had crutches and a leg immobilizer) and get situated. Overall for how much pain I was in everyone there made my experience enjoyable which I know sounds crazy being in a hospital. Thank you to all the staff there.

Owrey Alec (Red1red1MC) Just called to check and see if there was any chance I could come and see my friend who just wrecked his truck. You guys are rude and have literally no empathy. Now, I will say this. It was 11:30 at night. I was not hysterical or irrational. I was simply trying to get an idea of how my buddy is doing and if I can come visit him. Instead what Im told is to call him myself, followed up by being hung up on. Im sorry. Where is the humanity in that? There is absolutely no excuse for how I was treated. Im now raised with concerns with how the patients are treated if even I was shown no respect whatsoever. I would strongly encourage you to at least act empathetic. People call you to check in on their loved ones. I cant recommend anyone to go here. Not until there is some serious reform. At least pretend to give a damn.
