Brittany Odegard This what happens when you get your nails done but somebody that doesn’t care about their customers. All my nails are cracking straight across the middle, natural nail and all! Let’s than 2 weeks into this set and the worst I’ve ever gotten. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Sarah Shilling I am really disappointed with this salon I had a pedicure and full set done today and the service was terrible. The nail tech, Mary was so rough and a bit argumentative. I asked her to please not put such a large amount of acrylic on - she said it will be fine. (Wth?) It was all over my hands and fingers. She said she will file it out so it won’t be so thick. She did not & when I asked her to at end she was so put out over it and rushed that she cut my cuticles. The pedicure was just okay but my toe nails are so crooked and sloppy it’s joke. They knew I was not happy with my services and just did not care. No initiative to take care of the customer and absolutely let me leave dissatisfied which is the worst part. Had any employee offered to correct their mistakes I would’ve skipped leaving negative feedback.

Krista Marquez First off, dont even bother going to ANY nail salon in palestine if you have high standards for your nails. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time Ive thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. I got long acrylics and the guy used gel nail polish for the tip which left it looking sloppy on the tips and under the nails. I asked for them shorter and he did not want to cut them shorter. I mentioned the bumps in the white tips and he told me "no" and continued with putting the clear gel over it. I also went on a monday morning where it wasnt busy and my shoes were shoved on my feet and I was rushed to the check out. So much for a relaxing nail day with quality service.

Joselyn Valladares Not what i asked for! Told her square round i dont know what kind of shape this is. All my nails are shaped different and different size. Some are thicker and some are slimmer you can tell were the nail looks thick and then on top of that one of my nails looks like the whole finger is covered with powder!!!!
