Nomas Maximiliano MAX SPOT This means I absolutely recommend this establishment. When I moved here i must have visited over a dozen barbers. Wow i cannot believe they give some people a license. Well lo and behold 281. From the moment I walked in I was in heaven. Clean. People were friendly. Well I did what I always do at a barber. I say in his leather chair and said go. A spray here. One there. A few exploratory questions later he was snipping away. When he was done I couldnt have berm happier. Thats whay Im talking about. Just a warning, the prices are fair and the work is notable so there are some occasions you may have to wait. However, that is only during rushes. Its worth it. Ill see you there.

Gerardo Garza Jr. Best place to get a haircut in the Rio Grande Valley. Been a long time customer and Im never going anywhere else. All barbers are friendly and really know how to cut hair you cant go wrong with either of them. My barber is Cesar and Ive been getting my hair cut with him for the past 7 years. I highly recommend.

Prit Patel The online price on the profile is different than what they charged at the store. It says $12, and the person charges $25. Its a rip-off. Never going back. Stay away from this shop.

Noe Ramirez I have been going here for years. However lately it seems like their customer service has been slacking. They are family owned and operated, and they are very nice people. But they cannot forget that just cause they are good doesnt mean they can slack on their loyalty and punctuality with their customers. During their haircuts, they get too many interruptions and it takes them that much longer for them to finish with each person. Again, nice people but frustrating customer service with or without appointment times.

Kate Ann This place was amazing! Ali, the owner, took me in as a last minute challenge. She really addressed my lifestyle and my hair’s needs, and my budget. She took her time and treated me just like a friend. She’s a beautiful person outside, but also on the inside! I really trust this salon and it was only my second time there. I noticed a lot of regulars there that clearly only return and trust her, as well. I wanted to overall light my already light ends with extreme regrowth in the back, and man she did this without breaking my hair! It’s more consistent now, and looks a lot like a picture I showed her. Her biggest achievement was avoiding yellow even given the complexity of long roots but lightened ends. I left completely happy and satisfied and I want to return as soon as I can. Thank you so much! Everyone was amazing from Katherine at the front, to Kat assisting to of course Ali the hair god. Lisa K I brought my 12 year old daughter to Lokal for a haircut, and Angie did an amazing job. My daughter brought in inspo photos, and Angie made her hair dreams come true! She is OBSESSED with her new look!!! I loved how she even gave me some tips on how to keep her hair healthy after swimming in the pool this summer. Ashley Rivera I do not know how they are licensed to cut hair. they did such a terrible job. I went to get my hair cut and it was so uneven they forgot to cut chunks of my hair! It is so bad. It was $7 for a reason. If they don’t know you and you show up they will NOT talk to you or anything just stare at you weird. The woman who cut my hair was so rude and unprofessional. i went from long hair (asked for medium length hair) to an uneven ugly short length. DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON.

Crystal I absolutely loved it. Both of my kids are autistic and Erika did such an amazing job with them. My kids normally have a very hard time with haircuts and finding a place where they are comfortable is very difficult. She is so patient with them and talks to them and they were able to get through it so much easier then ever before. It was the first successful haircut they ever had and I couldn’t of been happier. They offer you snacks like cookies, energy drinks, etc. All their staff are very welcoming and friendly. The vibe in this salon is great! You can tell everyone in there is very dedicated and proud of their work. When I first called, I was assisted by Vivian who was SO helpful over the phone which I really appreciated. I was seen the same week for a consultation by Danna who did an excellent job at communicating with me on what I wanted done to my hair. She also did a test strand before the actual service. I was able to get an appointment a few days later with Vivian who did a fantastic job at bringing my hair back to life! Vivian was able to accommodate with my work schedule to be able to make this all possible. This is something that not many stylists or salons will do. Envy beauty has hours that work so well if you work a 9-5 like I do. Vivian was such great company throughout my appointment and made this a 10/10 experience for me. She was able to get the color I wanted for my hair as well as making my hair feel healthier. Vivian made sure I walked out 100% satisfied which I definitely did. Go book with Vivian she is truly amazing!!

lupita gallaga I went in today for blonde highlights with Hairstyle Donna for the very first time trusting her to do her magic in my hair. I was so amazed and extremely happy on the turn out of my highlights OMG!! It is just beautiful exactly what I was looking for!!! I just found my favorite new stylist . I really recommend this beauty lounge they work very professional and very clean work . Facility and service was a 10/10 . I also do my lashes with Diana and she also amazed me on how long my lashes last don’t have to go often a 10/10 Great customer service ! Loved it ❤️

I also like the convenience of scheduling an appointment on the Sport Clips app, then walking right in and being seated at the scheduled time. Nathali has been my stylist for some time now. She is very professional, always efficient with your time, has a positive and outgoing attitude, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. She is GREAT and I completely trust her when I am sitting in her chair.

Our granddaughter was upset and wiggling at times but the worker was very patient and did a great job. 12/20/24 - Husband went in for a simple men’s haircut. The young lady was very polite and provided great and fast service. The price was very reasonable.

Lizz I usually like coming here to get my eyebrows waxed but today i came in and the girl that was helping me didnt even clean the area , she trimmed before she waxed them and left them horrible . To top it off she waxed off a piece of my skin ( which I didnt notice till right now and thats why Im writing this review). I have never had this issue before usually everyone here is really good. If you do come here DO NOT let the girl with the Blonde hair do your eyebrows !

Marcela Garcia I went by today to have my daughters makeup and an updo for prom. They did such an excellent job. The makeup and hair was done at noon and lasted all evening. Hair did not get loose and makeup stayed intact. My daughter definitely wants to go again when she needs to get dolled up for another event.
