Jasmine Lee Jeff has been my hairstylist for more than 15 years, and he never disappoints. He is truly the best of the best. Jeff and Lisa also do a lot of volunteer work for the community, offering free haircuts to elderly people in assisted living facilities. The products used were of high quality, leaving my hair feeling healthy and looking fabulous. They also provide delicious coffee and snacks, making you feel pampered and prettier every time you visit. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Mira L Love the hair cut! I got long layers for my medium length Asian hair. I also got long bangs. The cut was nicely done and precise by Jane. The wash was neatly done (didnt get water all over my face). The blow dry thoroughly removed all the cut pieces of hair from my head. She also swept all the cut pieces of hair off my face. Excellent service!

Emma I want to start off by saying I am so beyond grateful I found this salon and Lisa. I walked in and was immediately welcomed and was offered a beverage multiple times throughout my appointment. I came in at 5 PM, and I did not know it would take three hours, so I felt so bad for staying past their closing time. However, Lisa was so kind and thoroughly cut and styled my hair as I had requested. I have been searching for a hair stylist who understood exactly what I wanted and Lisa gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so much better now that my brassy blonde highlights are gone and there is more volume in my hair, with the styling and the layers Lisa cut so beautifully. If anyone is looking for a stylist who listens and gives you exactly what you want, I would definitely book with Lisa! It was worth waiting two months!! If you book with her, make sure to book ahead because she is fully booked for usually 2-3 months. This salon is amazing! I will be back again soon!!!

HM S I got my hair cut by Ms. Jane and she did a wonderful job. She’s so sweet and kind. I love the calm and quiet atmosphere of this hair salon. I love the beautiful Korean and English music in the background. The gentleman who checked me in was so sweet and kind. I showed Ms. Jane an inspo pic and she went ahead and gave me a wonderful haircut and style. I wanted shoulder length hair with bangs. I am very pleased and I would recommend this hair salon. I will come again for Ms. Jane.

Lina Lee Great customer service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They ask if I was thirsty and they offer me water, tea, or coffee. Had my haircut and hair colored. The outcome is wonderful. Booked my next appointment. Definitely will come back.

Ashley Sher Shelby is absolutely incredible! She is so kind, takes her time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Doesn’t rush the process. I called around to multiple salons before finding her. And it seemed as if a lot of people were not comfortable cutting short hair. I had long hair to the middle of my back and I wanted it all chopped off. Not only was she confident but she made it look exactly like the picture I showed her. I feel like she could do anything you want. She is very talented!

S. Shoaib She did such a good job with my son’s hair. I was looking for someone who was experienced in doing perms for boys, and positive reviews here helped me find her. It still looks great months later!

Sheba Kuruvilla Shelby did an amazing job! She typically doesn’t work on a Sunday, but she was willing to help me when I called because I received a horrible haircut. She fixed it to where the cut looks great now!

Mercy Nazario Cruz Shelby, was absolutely amazing!!!! She did a men’s perm on my teenager son and it came out just like he wanted. He is so happy. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process and after care. She also cut my hair and did a great job as well. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back. ❤️

Mckelvy Keneisha “Kena Mc” I searched all over for a stylist since moving to Dallas. There were several factors that I was looking for in a stylist. I needed someone knowledgeable, who would care about the health of my hair, was timely and had early morning availability. To top it off, I didnt have to come shampooed to get a shampoo! Seems simple but very hard to find in Dallas. Kias Hair Cafe fit everything I was looking for. My consultation was very informative and my hair felt amazing and looked great! Ive literally finally found the place where I can let my hair down.

Tabi Imah I recently took my 5-year-old daughter to Kia for a detangle & hair style, and Im thrilled with the results. She was patient and kind, putting my daughter at ease right away. She took time to understand what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions. She was skilled at working with children, keeping my daughter entertained and still throughout the process. The salon was clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was a positive experience. My daughter left feeling like a princess. Well definitely be returning for hair appointments!

RaMeca Boyette Had my first visit to Kias Hair Cafe` last Saturday. Before going, I knew my hair was really damaged, thinning, and unhealthy. After assessing my hair, Nikia told me she would need to cut 4 - 5 inches off. She thoroughly explained why my hair was in the condition it was in, the steps needed to get it back healthy, full, and growing, as well as the products I would need. I felt much more at ease about my hair and left with a bob. I will definitely be back on a consistent basis and will be bringing my daughter as well. I cannot express how thankful I am to have met Nikia. She is very knowledgeable and cares about the health of your hair. If youre looking for a superb stylist in the Frisco area, you cant go wrong with Kias Hair Cafe`!

Jennifer Deupree I needed to find a new salon in the area and am so glad I went here. Appointment scheduling is easy and can be done online. I booked with Mori and she walked me through different options that would work best with my hair type. I have very curly hair that I often wear straight and she gave me a cut that works well with both. I highly recommend!

Shachi Upadhyay I absolutely hate this place. I am new in Texas and this place is very close from house so I thought of giving it a chance to this place. Two things I wanted: 1. Curtain bangs 2. Dark maroon hair color. I ended up getting is fringes and some nasty hair color on me which has been ruining everything I wear. I have washed my hair 3 time ever since I have had it done and its still ruining my clothes. Mind you this place is not cheap then why do they use cheap colors on their clients? I am very disappointed. I told the hair stylist right after my hair cut that I do not like it, this is not what I wanted. I am so upset about going to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. I do not trust their employees or products they apply on clients. 2nd visit - Store owner Cristina called me and asked me to revisit the salon and fix whatever I didn’t like in my last visit. Cristina had Avery hair stylist fix my hair color and fix the hair cut which was ruined the first time. I am pretty happy for taking off that red on my head and give me the color which is closets to my natural hair color. Unfortunately fringes couldn’t be more fixed but Avery did style my hair better. Thanks for calling me back Cristina.

Ruby Ruiz I’ve been cutting my hair with Mori for several years now. She is great!!! She always cuts exactly what I tell her, and great styling! She also recommends products to help achieve my hair goals. She is sweet! I would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back!

Amanda Arden Payton did a complete hair transformation for me! She was so patient and thorough. She did highlights, lowlights, and a cut. I have gotten nonstop compliments even a week after the appointment. I will absolutely be back to get maintenance on my hair! I have never been happier leaving the salon. The environment of the salon is super welcoming too! I would absolutely reccomend this salon to everyone. She even recommended products to help me maintain my hair and they are fabulous/high quality too.

I wanted to get my hair bleached and dyed red. Not only was she able to finish it in one day with 2 hours to spare the work was incredible and my hair is still HEALTHY as part of my hair was bleached years prior . She even mixed a personal color for me as the color I wanted the red to fade into took some engineering. I love my hair and as a long time customer of nearly 3 years will continue to go back every stylist does amazing work I truly cannot praise them enough!

Marissa Munch Allison (@exclusivehairbyallison on instagram) is the only professional hair stylist I go to and she is absolutely amazing at her job! I can’t imagine going to anyone else to get my hair done, I never get more compliments than after I visit her. I got my hair colored by her after years of random home bleaching/experimenting and my hair is finally one beautiful even color and feels healthier than its ever been. Along with her talent she also has an amazing personality and makes me feel so welcomed and taken care of every time I visit, I cannot recommend booking with her enough.

Claire Bechtold Caitlyn is the best!!! I’ve been going to her for about a year after moving to Frisco and she does such an amazing job with dimensional lived in blonde. She did my hair before my Europe trip last summer and I got multiple compliments from strangers on my highlights! She listens to exactly what I want and brings it to life. I’ve had bad experiences getting my hair done before with other stylists where my inspo pic looks nothing like my final hair but with Caitlyn I don’t have to worry about that because she nails it every time. So professional I would absolutely recommend!

Lacy Colburn Masoodah has been doing my hair for over 8 years. She is so talented and has completely changed my look for the better. I am constantly get compliments on my cut and color. I highly recommend her as a stylist. She will help you find the perfect look and she is constant. I have never been disappointed with her work. She is a true artist.

sadia ahmed Moved here from NY and was in search of a new hair stylist. A friend recommended Masoodah at City Salon, and I am so grateful. She did and incredible job. I had not colored my hair in 1.5 years and she bought my hair back to life with the best cut and color. The space is so nice. You have your own room. She is super sweet and friendly. Very happy with the outcome.

Kali Erickson Masoodah is the best! I completely lucked out when moved to a new city and had to just randomly pick a new stylist. She is a true artist. Professional, friendly, welcoming, and a true artist and expert. I’ve been seeing her a year and a half, and my 20 year old daughter loves her too. Masoodah will not recommend services you don’t truly need or is not healthy for your hair. I feel like I’m on vacation when at her salon, and always look forward to going. She also has great products that are less expensive than I’ve seen at other salons. She has done Brazilian Blowout ok me twice, and it has changed my life! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Megan I have been coming to Andena Salon for over a year now. I have been to many salons in the area over the last couple of years that I have lived here and had a difficult time finding anybody who could get my hair to the blonde that I wanted. After coming here, Dena did an amazing job and got exactly what I wanted. She also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous and lasted the entire day and the entire evening. I cannot recommend her more, you will not regret coming and seeing her.

Lexi Johnson I am obsessed with my hair! Avery does such a great job. Now I will only let her touch my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience feel so special. I love getting pampered by avery!!!!

Bryan Holgate Came here twice. First time, We had to fix the haircut at home, the highlights were fine. Second time, devastating. My daughter grew out her hair for 12 weeks with the intent of having Balayage. She left with chunky STRIPES. And the "money maker" bangs were completely white. You shouldnt be able to count your highlights. The top of the highlights were splotchy. $306 and 2 hours for a mess that we are now fixing at home. I mean, was it bring your kid to work day and let them do your job? Livid. If you come here and they ask you for a stylist... "Do you want Momo? Say "Nono" Complete waste of time, money, and tears. And if Von Anthony decides to respond to this, look at my photo before you say anything more than "Sorry!"

Holly I definitely found a home at this salon! It can be a tough journey searching for a place and person you feel comfortable with doing your hair. But all the ladies here have been welcoming and make me feel comfortable every visit! Amanda has been cutting and coloring my hair and I always leave feeling happy and confident! Highly recommend if you have a particular style or want them to take the reins. You’ll get so many compliments

Amber M First time custom and will not return. I was charged for a Gloss that I didn’t ask for and was not told I was getting. The “light dusting” trim which was only to even the bottom of my hair without touching the layers was charged highest price of $108. Make sure you get the correct Shannon, there are two. My color did come out nice and the stylist seemed very determined to do his best even with his hands shaking.

She put a rush order in to get the hair delivered ASAP-and then was able to work me in when she was booked out weeks-but fit me in so I could have it done before an event. Cynthia R I have been going to Amanda W at Salon M for at least 5 years! I don’t know what I will do if she ever leaves! She has always been very honest with me when it comes to taking care of my hair-whether it’s about shampoos/conditioner, products, cut or color. She is not a stylist just trying to make cash. She did an amazing job with my haircut and the color even though it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. She is such a sweetheart! Update: I was told to reach out after a week or two to get a gloss/toner, I reached out, No response so far.

Jeanmadi Del Rosario Is was my first time at Live Free & Dye Salon and not only they were able to get me in last minute they service was exceptional. The salon was extremely clean and pretty, I got my hair washed, blow dried and styled, but I will definitely come back for the full service. I was needing shampoo and conditioner and they recommended me one that smells amazing. I am really excited that I found my go to salon in Frisco!

Ailsa Pujol We have been coming to Misti for more than five years for touch ups to our top and bottom eyeliner. While always a great experience with a beautiful outcome, because Misti does everything she can to make you comfortable, it’s not without discomfort. sundi Nelson I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with Misty! I had purchased some pricy hair extensions in hopes that my newly licensed daughter could do the install. I have very thin, fine hair and my daughter was not feeling 100% confident with the best method to use to keep from damaging my hair. Nicole Holtby Haley is amazing! She was super welcoming and really listened to what I was asking for in my haircut. Also have to give her a shout out for the hair wash - it was so relaxing and felt like a mini massage. Definitely recommend Haley! The salon was also very clean and nice, this will be my go to salon from now on.

Catherine Austin Omg!!! I love this place. I have been going here for about 5 years now. My main stylist is Tara and she does amazing extensions and color. I get compliments all the time on how great my hair looks. I also go to Haven to do inbetween things like blow outs and gloss and shine appointments. I love how she does my hair so much, I may make a blow outs a weekly event. I have two girls that still live at home with us and they too go to this salon to they their hair done.

Paige Garcia Came here and got a women’s haircut ($75) with Gillian Miller & she did outstanding! She did a gloss treatment on my hair, face framing with curtain bangs, and long layers. They use mostly orbie hair products, which smell good & do wonders to the hair. I am definitely coming back whenever I need my next trim.

Kaitlyn Salas I just got a haircut from here for the first time by Stephanie and I am so in love! We did a big chop and cut off about 4-5 inches which was very scary but she absolutely perfected the cut and style! The products used made my hair feel so healthy and smell so good! Tatiana Christensen Estevan does an amazing job, complete transformation from dark chocolate to honey and caramel hair, and cut almost ten inches. He looked at my reference photo and walked me through what would look best on me. Session 1 was the initial chop and color, the cut was stunning, the color was almost perfect. Session 2 he invited me back in to tone down the brassiness and my hair was turned out exactly how we wanted. I appreciate the attention to detail and that he did what looked best for me. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and corrected my hair within 24 hours. Love it :)

Samantha Mayorga I called and made an appointment for my husband and i, we both came in for haircuts. I asked for a long layered haircut and made sure a blowout was included. I showed my stylist the photo inspiration, when the stylist was done with my hair cut she began to blow dry it straight and claimed to not have enough round brushes to do a brush set.. which is fine but a blow out can still be done with one brush. She offered to curl it and proceeded to take a one inch curling iron barrel out at that point I knew it would be a disaster. I ended up having to go to dry bar to get it styled properly. After we spent nearly $200 combined on haircuts I was very disappointed that simple styling wasn’t done properly. First photo is blow out style I wanted, the second photo is the weird curl I was given.
