Maria W Took my daughter with me to Patty’s Nails today- my 7 yr old got a basic manicure & pedicure and I got a manicure. This was our first time there and I was so pleasantly surprised by their service & professionalism! My daughter really enjoyed both services and the nail tech did wonderful with her! Patty did my nails- she is so sweet, and I love the way my nails turned out. I just did basic polish, but she somehow made them look amazing and better than any basic polish I’ve ever gotten at other salons. I’ll post pics!

Taylor Weeks You could not find a better salon around! When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and top tier service! It is clean and smells nice! My acrylic nails last three plus weeks (then I get them filled. I am on my third fill and they are holding strong!) Also, they do the fun designs and jewels. I always get compliments on my nails after visiting Stacy at Patty’s Salon (image below).

Erin Mcclure My kids age 19 and 17 went to this place because of the 5 star review on Saturday April 20th. I was not there but when they arrived home they were both upset with the service, and quality of the nails. I will attach photos. The 17 year Olds cuticles were not cleaned up and had gems placed on her nails because Stacey the tech said three times" Oh they will stay no problem". 19 year old shows me hers and they are so thin she can bend them in half, at this point I say just dont go back! Well they had an appointment for toes the next day which they didnt attended. Less than 24 hours later the 17 year old has a nail that just falls off. The gems just start falling off. I ask how much they paid "both 100 dollars..." At this point I have her call the tech. The tech from the start says your nails were to short. What kind of nail tech takes a customer and charges them $100 for nails/gems that she knows will not stay on! So she says she will take a look make an appointment. So we called Patty and she said come in Wednesday and we will fix it! I was like great! Good company.. Fast forward Wednesday. I am busy so my husband takes her up there, from the moment he walked in he could tell there was going to be problems. The manager says well you didnt show for your appointment so we will need to keep the refund you want of $25 for the gems that fell off plus the 10% discount she was suppose to receive on her first visit which they forgot to apply and they would redo the nails if she agreed. My daughter was very upset by that as she worked very hard for that money and was taken advantage of. At this point, Stacey comes in and tells my 17 old that her cuticles were a mess and no way anyone could fix them. At this point my daughter is in tears and the mangers gives back all her money. When I find this out I am truly upset so I call and ask why they would treat my daughter this way and excuse after excuse. Well we are just 5 days of 104 worth of nails since one was refunded and both have nails missing and a bad taste in their mouth. Pictures below. Definitely dont send teens in this place without an adult. Would not go back.

Erica Giove This is a hidden gem for those who live outside Lufkin! Super chic, trendy, thoughtful and beautifully decorated!!! These details along with my artful stylist I had, Kim, add up to a 5 star boutique level! I met the owner also, she is SO sweet! Kim did my cut and style. Very attentive, kind, purposeful in her styling technique with a communicative gentleness! I will definitely be coming back even though I live an hour away! It is an experience...definitely lives up to a "spa"! Thank you to Kim and Bellas!!!!

Carnijey Turner I absolutely love Jeanisha the natural hair nurturer! She made sure I was comfortable before starting the service and made sure I was confident with my hair afterwards. She didn’t just do my hair just to do it, but takes pride in what she does and her work definitely shows! She is very patient and provided a lot of information on how to care for my hair and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered before leaving. Environment was so nice and I was relaxed the entire time of getting my hair did. 10/10 service no complaints definitely my go to stylist from now on.

Seriously, you can’t tell where your hair ends & extensions begin. I’ve been getting extensions for 5 years due to health & hair growth issues, used about every method out there and finally found the cream of the crop! My natural hair is not suffering any damage and is healthier than it’s been in years. No joke! I’m Obsessed with my hair!!!!

Laurin Farmer I absolutely love the natural earthy feel the salon offers to guests! All the women there are beautiful and fun to be around and talk with. Ive use Paula Jefferys and Amanda Bailey to cut my hair and take off the dead ends, and Paula does excellent work in Natural Plant Based Hair Dying! I always walk out of Bliss feeling like a new woman! Theyre also great with kids! I totally recommend checking them out!

Clayton Riegle Eugene’s is the best barber in town. He now has 3 barbers and the two I used Jerry and Cory(I think) and the both are really good. I am known to be picky with my beard trim and I have not been disappointed yet. I highly recommend them, price is great for the quality you get. That also take cleanliness seriously, you can tell just buy walking in.

I was at her studio I think in 22 and purchase a wig 500 ok.. took the wig back two months b later because the band broke . Went back a couple of times to get hair done and wig was still not done .. I think 4 or 5 months pass and absolutely no communication and I did try to reach out a couple times but by this time had a lot going on and now a couple of hours away .. one of my communication was I would send a courier to get my wig but no response.. when I finally call her she told me it had to been months and she has too look for it .. so I told her if you can’t find it give me my money back and needless to say she wanted more money for aka fixing and styling of the wig .. we never made that agreement.. she stole my 500 thus good Christian women .. be careful if you do get service from her .. she is a thief and a lier

My wife and three girls also love to get all their hair services such as haircut, eyebrow shaping, hair dying and stlying. Price Brianna (Bri) My whole family goes and sees Katherine and let me tell you, she is awesome! She jokes around, has a great sense of humor, knows how to work well with kids hair cuts (loves to give the kids fun colors and cuts), does wonderfully with my husbands hair(and he has really thick hair and insane cowlicks) and beard, and has put up with my crazy demands from going white blonde to dark to blonde and then perming even with my thin damages hair! She knows how to get you where you want your hair to be, just trust the process!

Mari Ziegler We followed Lacy Reed to Blown Away in Lufkin from her previous place of business in Diboll. I have long, natural silver hair, from once baby-fine blond (see attached photos), And I have worn this unruly, extra-fine, thick and strait hair, only just brushed away from of my face, or just up, my entire life. At 66 I cant be taught otherwise! Lacy always gives me a perfect cut and I never need to bother her again until my brush has to argue its way through when the ends start to fray. Then I just make an appointment to accompany my husband when she gives him one of her famous professional barber-cuts. He is her more regular and also very grateful customer. So we are glad Lacy is now at Blown Away Salon in Lufkin. It has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, easy access and an extra-large convenient place to park.

Michael Doleski Horrible service. Rude owner. Selina sucked. Turned my wifes hair green. They would not redo it. She left crying. Plus the stylist chopped all her beautiful hair off. She only wanted 1/2 inch cut. My daughter in law went here on a separate occasion. Color was horrible. Owner told her well go somewhere else. This is the worst salon Im east tx. Everything was dirty. The stylist were eating while cutting hair. One of them smelled like pure alcohol. Save yourself and dont go here. Worst place ever!!!!!
