Jenna I recently went to the salon and had a wonderful experience. As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed in the beautiful, calming space. My stylist, Anna, was amazing. She is very professional and super friendly. She trained in South Korea, a country known for its advanced beauty techniques. Anna really listened to what I wanted and understood my vision right away. During the appointment, Anna took great care with every detail. The result was perfect – exactly what I wanted. I love my new style! I highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a skilled and kind stylist. Her training and talent truly make her stand out. If you want a great haircut or a new look, go see Anna. You wont be disappointed!

MICHELLE MJY_IM It was really important meeting but I didn’t have enough time to make suitable style. Anna was wonderful in that short time and the meeting was perfect. She made not only the style but also confidence to face the client. I can’t book the other stylist any more!

Keren Power I finally found a designer who fits my taste! Anna is responsible and meticulously designed everything! I did my hair wave and coloring. I was amazed that my hair didnt get damaged, perhaps due to the quality products. I think Ill only go here from now on!

S K Just.. stop looking. Go to Jenny. Trust me. I have the worst social anxiety alive, literally hide behind my mousy curly hair. Can’t anymore. People LITERALLY flagging me down to ask who did my hair. Stopped in the street, fawned over at a wedding. She’s kind, quick, thorough, professional, and knows what works. I also looked really hard for someone who does continuing education - she does !!! I’ll never go anywhere else.

Laura Roland I’m so in love with the work Jenny did. I can honestly say the relief I felt when I ran my fingers through my hair was unbelievable. She is very thorough with her work. If you want to feel like you’re chilling at your friends house just chit chatting and catching up on some Netflix, while you are being transformed into a golden goddess, Jenny is your gal!

Maria Cruz I have been going to Shelly for many years. She is a magnificent stylist. I will travel miles to even go see her because she is the only person I trust with my hair and does an absolute beautiful job every time the hair color is always top notch along with the haircut. The best thing I love as well is how reasonably priced Shelly is. She is a very compassionate at what she does and I love to go in there because she makes you feel very comfortable. She is a beautiful soul.

She gave me a beautiful blonde balayage, highlights, and always cuts my hair to my liking! She’s recommended incredible products and has taught me how to maintain my hair to keep it healthy. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and I will never see anyone else!

Melissa Stout Shelly is so talented! Shes a color master and is always up to date with the latest trends. Shelly has been doing color and cuts for me and my girls for years! She always makes time to discuss what you want, and makes sure you leave with exactly that! Shelly is always welcoming and happy to see her clients...cant recommend her enough!

Irem Kocadere I had the most amazing experience at Ozen Salon & Spa ! Kerem is truly a magician with hair. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and color—better than I even imagined! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. You can tell they really care about their clients and love what they do. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person! I can’t recommend them enough. Crystal Larson I went to Ozen salon for a consult initially. After sitting in the chair for 30 minutes as Kerem outline his vision for my cut and color, I immediately booked an appointment for the next available opening. Kerem was patient and gave several price point options for the look I was trying to achieve. Kerem was able to knock my blonde out of the park by providing dimension and avoiding the dreaded brassy- blonde. I am growing out my long bob cut and he was able to provide a cut that was seamless, somehow avoiding that grow-out flip that I desperately hate. While there I was able to get my brows tinted and fine tuned. My brows have never looked better. I left feeling like the best version of myself. Not only did my cut, color, and brows exceed my expectations, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at their salon. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Lastly- their communication and response to messages is unlike any I’ve seen before. I genuinely appreciate them accommodating my busy working mom schedule!! Such a gem.

EmJae Ross Kerem is the most incredible hair stylist in Austin. His precision in his hair cutting technique is next to none. Therapy in the seats of Ozen salon and spa, I tell ya! If you’re looking for a friend that will cut your hair for the rest of your life, Kerem is the guy. Once you go booking with Kerem, you’ll never go looking again!

Aimee Butler Amazingly talented husband/wife duo + ultra beautiful & clean salon! Karem is the best stylist and colorist ever, and I have tried them all! Within just a few visits, he and his wife Kara, are considered friends and I wouldnt trust my hair with anyone else. I havent used Karas services yet but if I will most certainly be getting lashes from her for my next event.

Jacqueline L. Thompson Tuesday J. has been my stylist for over ten years now. I would not trust my hair to ANYONE else! She cares about her clients. When I decided to go short-short and natural, I was apprehensive at first, but EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome! She is outstanding with scheduling her clients. I have been to salons were I waited so long for my appointment, it was impossible to schedule anything else that day! Tuesday loves her customers and WE Love her! Sadie Van Schalkwyk This was my first time and The Mirror and I salon, WILL NOT be the last!! I asked for a “90’s layered bob” as my hair is super flat and I wanted some bounce and dimension. My stylist was Kendall, she was incredibly sweet and carried wonderful conversation, and she greatly exceeded my expectations! I was immediately greeted and in the chair within a minute of arriving. She listened intently to all my wants and concerns and got straight to work. I was BLOWN away by my outcome!! I have never left a salon feeling so sexy and luxurious! (I also was in and out in under an hour!!!) I highly recommend this salon, especially sweet Kendall!

Kat Cave Studio I have been to get my hair cut by Gail at the mirror and I salon three times now. I had some previously bleached hair I was holding on to because I was having a hard time letting go of the length. Gail always listened to my hair goals and never judged. She supported me while I took baby steps before finally yesterday when I was ready to let go of the remaining damaged hair. I can finally run my fingers through my hair again and I felt a little silly for holding on to those sad little bits of hair that felt like straw. I have slightly wavy hair and Gail always does a dry cut to compliment my natural hair shape. The attached photos are from my second cut and the last photo is day two hair after my third cut. My partner who had a little hair trauma of his own also came to get his hair cut by Gail and said it was the best hair cut he’d ever had. He even had me take mug shot style photos so he knows exactly what to ask for in the future. We went to celebrate our anniversary after our new dos and it was the best day. Thank you Gail! She just gained two new regulars. :)

B Opi I booked with Jacob and he’s my new favorite stylist in Austin! He does amazing cuts and beautiful color. I had a really bad experience at a well known spa that left my curls so damaged and my hair so unhealthy, but Jacob eased my worries and has worked magic on my hair. He’s walked me through different options and made sure I was so comfortable with every step. I simply wont go anywhere else and you wouldn’t want to either :))

She has the rare combination of expertise and charisma- and she makes it clear she cares about you and wants you to walk out loving the way you look and feel. I’ve visited this salon twice and both times I’ve loved the way I look when leaving and feel empowered to recreate that feeling when I go home. I’ve never met someone so passionate about cosmetic chemistry, technique and her customers as Valerie. She’s not going to try to sell you on expensive products or entice you with unnecessary protocols. She worked with me to find a style that worked with my natural hair and my personal time constraints, vibe and budget. You will pay for the privilege but you won’t regret a dime. Carla Aviles Got a long curly hair cut and leave-in conditioning with Gail, and it was fantastic! It was my first time there so she sat with me and talked through what I was looking for, and she explained each step of the process so I was educated on what I can do at home to take care of my hair. She cut my hair the exact length I wanted, and I left with incredibly soft, shiny curls that I love. She was gentle with my hair and very attentive. Not only did I get a great service, but the haircut was also incredibly affordable compared to other salons Ive been to. Will definitely go back!!

Nguyen Michelle (Kieu) I was having issues with my hair and wanted to chop it all off! My curly hair stylist stopped seeing customers and basically just stopped responding to me. I met Raquel and she is the funniest thing ever. We clicked right away and I loved every moment while she was cutting my hair. She convinced me to not cut it all off and addressed/fixed my issue. She is local to where Im located and is AMAZING with curly hair. she didnt leave it like a puff ball and did exactly what I showed her. Im definitely coming back in the future. thank you Raquel!

Bailey Tijerina BEWARE ***** I’m really upset I don’t know if these reviews are completely fake because I didn’t receive a good experience. My hair is ruined no offer to fix or refund my service after I asked nicely. I corresponded with Raquel for a few days over a month trying to make sure I was making the best decision on a new stylist. She was sure she could make it happen after getting in her chair. I didn’t receive a professional service my hair looks like an unlicensed fraud did my hair. One side of my head has tons of color the other doesn’t but it gets worse it’s all uneven and orange reds yellows throughout my hair it looks like a mess I have some parts of my head that have color to the root and others that don’t I wanted a balayage touchup with lightner and toner. I would stay away!!!

Deisere Duenes Kelly is AMAZING at what she does! She is my go-to stylist for everything hair. Dark hair, light hair, bright hair, short hair, long hair, hair products, you name it. After my hair was cut too short, I contacted Kelly. She recommended hair extensions. Set my appointment, spent a few hours with this lovely lady and walked out with head turning hair! I can’t say enough about the magic she can work. If you’re looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend Kelly Brown!!

She will listen and do what I ask but also gives suggestions that work for my face and hair. I always feel beautiful leaving her chair and that I just got to visit a good friend while being beautified. Her range as an artist of hair is vast and she is a true professional always looking to master her skills further.

Alyssa Mata I enjoy going to this Salon! Erika my hairstylist always does a wonderful job. They are polite, fun and very attentive to what you are needing. Highly recommend this place for anyone that is needing anything done with their hair. Highly recommend Erika as well!

Mylene Gamboa I love coming here. Erica was a great hairstylist. Always make sure you feel comfortable with your hairstyle at the end. She has the lightest hand to cut your hair. Almost nobody is touching your hair. Highly recommend her. The owner was very nice too since he is hands on with the clients as well. The front desk is very accommodating and makes sure your taken care off. I love coming to this Salon. Service is very different from any other Salon. Price is reasonable.

Amber Pilgrim Saturday marked my second visit to Hair Society, and both times I’ve had the pleasure of having Grace as my stylist. She has done an absolutely amazing job with my hair, leaving me feeling confident and beautiful every time! Kristyn Meek Grace Kirk is my favorite hairdresser I’ve ever had! I’ve been going to Hair Society and seeing Grace for almost a year now and I absolutely love my color, cut, and most importantly my hair extensions! Grace is very knowledgeable about hair extensions and walked me through the process during our consultation the first time we met. I see Grace every 6 weeks and have never had a single complaint! She works fast and efficiently while also being personable and charming. 10/10 every time! I always leave feeling confident and happy:)

I found Something Natural Hair in 2022 when I felt defeated trying to find a salon that treated natural hair well and also had good customer service. I went in for my consultation and never looked back. I have 4C curls and an ornery scalp to boot. She wasn’t scared. She assured me she could handle it and she did. My hair has always been short even when flat ironed. It has grown and thrived under her care. Something Natural is always clean and has a welcoming peaceful vibe. It feels like it’s my spa day when I get my hair done. I never have to worry about overlap. She always takes her time with my haircare. I felt like I already knew her when I first met her, and now I truly hope LaTashia is the last person to take care of my hair. This is where I go for self care.

Matthew McCane Everytime I have come here I have been pleased. I just moved to Austin a few months ago and I been coming here every since. The braiding feels so natural almost like a massage as its being done. They clean your hair, their new facility is real comfortable, and everyone is friendly. Elisa S Ashleigh Grounds is a hair magician! After being her client for years, we hired her to style my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids. My hair is very difficult so I was concerned about frizz but I had amazing shiny waves all night! Everyone’s hair was so glamorous!! Alma Subasic Cant even believe that Im writing this review so late because Ashleigh literally saved my LIFE! I had previously gone to bleach blonde from always having dark hair, which completely ruined my hair. I had such bad breakage that most of my front pieces/bangs were almost gone.... I went to a previous hair stylist who had put in k-tip extensions in that area for me until I started getting some growth back & it just wasnt doing what it was supposed to. The pieces were so heavy and too thick for my type of hair & almost impossible to style. After almost giving up, I found Ashleighs salon and booked an appointment. I didnt really have high hopes or expectations but Ashleigh literally was a miracle worker. She was super knowledgeable & knew exactly what to do after I explained my previous concerns to her. She got the hair ordered/cut my hair/ and after I felt like myself again. Cant even tell you how grateful I am to have found her! I will always trust her! THANK YOU ASHLEIGH!

Silena Evans Ashleigh is amazing!!! I got the Brazilian blowout and was able to keep my curl pattern. Definitely a lot less frizz and my hair just feels healthy. Shes so kind and super informative, I got lucky I found her and will be going back to her in the future! I later looked her up and shes a beast when it comes to credentials! Round rock is lucky to have someone so talented with an amazing personality to match!!

Heather Rose Ashleigh was a pleasure to work with. She is so talented! I was super happy with how my hair and makeup turned out for my wedding. Ms Moore I have been getting my hair braided for years by different people. I moved to the area over a year ago and was blessed to find Henry! Henry has been the absolutely best braider I’ve ever had. Friendly, professional and gifted! My hair is always finished in 3 hours or less!!!! I’m talking about a head full of twist or box braids down my back. I had severe hair damage from a weft hairdo and Henry has grown my hair back even healthier than before. Look no further for a braider! He is the TRUTH!

Justine St John If you are looking for a hair stylist Monica is your girl!! I got my hair done by Monica and had the best experience. I went in with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and she helped guide me to make a decision. She showed me swatches with what would look good based on my current hair color. She was very open minded and listened to what I wanted/didn’t want. She was very attentive to detail and made sure I was very comfortable! John Blair Truc is great. My daughter had her hair butchered by a cheap salon so bad she was in tears. Truc fixed her hair so good my daughter absolutely loved it. I wasnt even sure her hair could even be fixed so I certainly wasnt expecting it to turn into her best hair cut ever. Highly recommended.

Lilly C. Tru has been cutting my hair for 8 years. I usually wind up bouncing around to different salons because of inconsistent quality or pricing, but Tru does a great job every time and has very reasonable prices. Shes also so much fun to chat with, relatable and so very sweet.

Jenia Moore I had a wonderful experience today while getting a hair cut. Sarah took care of all my needs and gave me a beautiful hair cut. I got long layers that framed my face with descending bangs. The place was clean , has refreshments, and had hot towels. Absolutely wonderful.

P& B Sasha is the most wonderful person ever! She is the only one who can get my grandson to sit still and cut his hair perfectly. My teenish granddaughter loves her new look too! And Grandma (me) looks so fine now Santa didnt want to leave!!! So if its time to reinvent yourself this is definitely the place to start.
