Jason Colt with Hazel Chiropractic Clinic was very thorough, detailed and attentive to my issues. He was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He scanned my back and could explain exactly where and why my pain existed. This clinic is not like some clinics where they try to make you pay thousands up front for a plan. They take care of you in a dignified way. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are having chronic back pain and cant seem to find a solution.

Evelyn Sudduth Dr.Hazel is an amazing chiropractor! You can tell he loves what he does and he loves his practice! Ive had neck, shoulder, and back pain for years, including tension headaches and I didnt realize why until about a month ago when I got an X-ray and learned Ive been out of wack for quite a while. Dr.Hazel explained my pain and why it was happening. The pain relief I felt from my first adjustment was HEAVENLY. All the tension just melted away! Ive been here twice and Ill probably be there again because I dont know of any other chiropractor that loves his practice and does an amazing job like he does! Hes also super affordable! Thank you so so so very much for the pain relief it has made life so much easier!

Michelle C. We waited a month from the date the patients pediatrician referred her to this orthopedist to be scheduled to see Dr. Vissers. We waited an hour and 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor to see the patient, and although we were not given an explanation or apology at the time of the appointment, Dr. Vissers did take extra time to explain the patients issue to us and review the patients background. Dr. Vissers referral for orthotics took 3 business days to be submitted, but after seeing this review (which has been updated to also include the positive aspects now that my concerns have been addressed), he called me personally to explain that it only took so long because he was doing more research to make sure thats what the patient needed. When I mentioned my complaints to his staff, their only explanation was that he sees a lot of patients. However, when I mentioned it all to Dr. Vissers personally, our conversation resulted in clear explanations on his end and me feeling respected, educated, and understood. I may not recommend his staff, but Dr. Vissers does seem to genuinely care about not only his patients health but his relationship with the patients. Instead of simply dropping the patient due to this review or ignoring my comments, Dr. Vissers reached out personally to address my concerns so that he can continue to provide the care the patient needs in the best way possible.

Chelsea Stewart One of the absolute BEST doctor I have been too. So thoughtful and caring. Listens to all your concerns. The Office Staff are super amazing. We always have a great laugh together. They treat you like family there. It has been tough to find a really good listener and a doctor who actually wants to help you not make you feel rushed or like youre not worth their time. I only wish he could be a PCP too. I recommend them to anyone. 10 stars from me. The only thing is....it takes a while to see him but he is worth the wait. Thank you for tremendous care.

Randy Crum After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff. Please look their way and check them out if you ever need any recovery physical therapy. I am sure you will be pleased.

Laura Fogle For the first time in my life, I found myself in need of emergent care. I was taken directly to a treatment room by John, RN. I quickly had an EKG and blood draw. The care staff were kind and quick, talking me through every step. Dr. Sholakh and John were in and out several times during my stay, keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable. Julia and Mark from medical imaging were quick and compassionate, making my studies as comfortable as possible for me. I’m feeling much better tonight, and am so grateful that we have such a great hospital in our town.

Pamela Cates Everybody was extremely kind and helpful with smiles. Brenda in registration did a wonderful job with me and she was a great help. I had imaging and the gentleman who did my MRI was kind and funny and reassuring. All in all, a good experience.

Wes Gardner Registration was quick, but I was preregistered via a call the day before - a good thing. Radiology got to me fairly quickly. The techs did a good job of briefing me on the procedure - no surprises. For being something nobody looks forward to, the experience was positive.

Clint Phelps I had an appointment with Dr. Webb today, and I did not have to wait long once I got there to be seen! His nurse Jennifer is always so kind and professional! She has the perfect personality and attitude and the sense of genuinely caring! When Dr. Webb came in he is always so professional. He ask me questions about my problems and really listens to me and makes me feel comfortable! I have been to see them several times and it is always the same! No matter how I feel when I get there I always feel cared for and pleasant when I leave!

Alex Costa Not terribly busy and folks are friendly enough. I was here for a DOT required UA test, walked in with my paperwork and I was the only person in the waiting room. Its a little hard to find if you dont know where its located, and youll drive right by it if youre not paying attention. Theres no street frontage sign that I saw. Otherwise, not a horrible visit.

Finding a truly genuine health care practitioner these days can be hard. Also, the front desk was great. They actually know how to input your insurance. Which is a breath of fresh air knowing you wont wind up with a suprise bill in the mail. All in all, great job ladies!!

Sage Pini First off, he is NOT a gastroenterologist, he is a surgeon. He did a scope on me and told my wife I had ulcers, but told me in the follow-up two weeks later that I didnt. Hes not great. If you have stomach problems I would suggest going to Denton or Ardmore and seeing a real gastrointestinal Dr. Update on this review. I got the report from the endoscopy dr khaira performed. It says, ulcers, chronic gastritis, GERD, and esophagitis(sic), and other issues. So this dr couldnt even match the report to the patient he was speaking to. This has cost me an incredible amount of money and time in extra emergency room visits due to extreme pain from untreated conditions, and now I need another scope from a real dr, because the pain in my stomach is not subsiding due to his incompetence and lack of treatment for recognized, photographed, and recorded gastrointestinal conditions. Im editing this review from the er of Gainesville hospital, where I just had another CT scan because of pain in my stomach. If dr khaira wasnt incompetent, these conditions would be treated and managed by now. Unfortunately Im too poor to sue him.

Lanie Nolan This doctor is a joke. He sent me for numerous tests that didnt fit my symptoms $$$$ and treated me so poorly I was too traumatized to seek alternate care. All these years later Ive discovered it was a food intolerance. A doctor would have to be an absolute moron to not be able to diagnose a food intolerance when given the exact list of symptoms for food intolerance. There are many better doctors out there. Beware this one.

Vickie Hensleigh Dr Khaira is absolutely wonderful. He saved my lung in 1995 when my other doctor wanted to remove. Dr Khaira didnt give up and stood his ground and gave it one more try and I really appreciate the faith he had in me to be able to pull through with flying colors. The staff is sweet and it was a little difficult at first but now they treat with utmost respect and care.

Janie Pini He’s not a gastroenterologist. He told me after my husbands scope that he had ulcers but at the follow up (I wasn’t there), he told him he didn’t have ulcers and he should see about food allergies but he doesn’t have food allergies.

Brandon Mitchell I had hernia surgery on 8-2-21 by Dr Khaira in Gainesville. He was great! Bedside manner great and the surgery was great! NTMC gets a lot of negative flack and I’ve never really received anything positive when it’s come up in conversations. Well my personal experience was awesome! Everything from check-in, to the nurse (Melissa Morris) that prepped me for surgery, and the Anesthesiologists were awesome. Any question or concern I had, they had a solid answer for.

Jeremy Zwinggi Doctors never follow up with their patients. Staff is slow and "urgent" is the furthest from reality. You will literally die before those Drs get back to you. Better hope you dont have more than a flu. But even then I waited an hour 45 mins before my 10 min visit.

Robert Michel What a joke. I am sure they claim they are an urgent care for higher reimbursement but no walk ins. So unless you plan a day or two to ahead a make an appointment you are referred to the hospital at higher costs to the patient. Intention of an urgent care to to relieve the simple issues so the hospital can focus on major issues. Not in Gainsville with this for profit entity miss using the term urgent care to pad their pockets. So, logically, if you know this is a busy time bring in staff to cover. When I realized my appointment was for 6 weeks I submitted the online form asking for assistance. No one followed up. Today I have spoken to two different people and left a message for the nurses. No answers. So I guess a patient is supposed to start a new med get their system acclimated then stop cold turkey for two weeks.

Rhett Rimmer I’m a native to this area and have seen this organization develop from what it used to be and what it is now. It’s becoming harder these days to find good doctors for many reasons that I’m sure most can relate to. I actually have emergency healthcare experience and have seen this first hand in all aspects most can’t imagine. My family and I recently moved back to the Gainesville area and I seeked what I thought would be a solid Dr. Klein. Whom I had seen as a young adolescent in high school and college. I’m now 35 and seeking a healthier lifestyle and adjustments. We had one appointment and it was great. We had the same fears and goals. Left the appointment with good direction, adjustments, and medications. Came time for the first medication refill and I was completely caught off guard. It was denied and I received an email from him that was the complete opposite of our game plan. It was as if he forgot our entire visit. Literally gave up on me, his words were, “I’m going to bow out”. This is someone that I had previous rappor with and thought would have my best interest. It’s obvious that that is not the case anymore, long-term or much less short-term. I attempted to follow-up and ask what had happened and was completely ignored on both attempts. Not a person I can trust anymore. That being said I would caution anyone seeking this doctor. Seems that there are some underlying issues and unpredictable attitude. Also seems he cannot communicate effectively I’d consider an alternative.

Elizabeth Magnusson Dr. Larry Sears is an Amazing doctor. He has taken care of my mom for over 30 years. Although Sears care is what keeps my mother coming back to see him, the service from his office staff is frustrating. They are nice but they are not consistent with relaying information , referrals, call-backs, or paperwork. They come across as inexperienced or neglectful. A lot of the time Dr. Sears is unaware of the issue but he shouldnt have to worry about those things, that is what an office manager is for.

Bernice Griffin PCP Dr office. Drs are good but if you need referrals,you may need to do your own foot work. In the past it was better. Recently they want you to provide the codes... Thats the MAs job to make the call and get the code from the other Dr who ordered the referral. Anyway...they get you in if you need to see the Dr.

andrew mclean Since Mcleroy has retired it has gone downhill. No doctors to see you,only nurses. They dont listen, dont seem to care and it has turned into factory line medicine, push the pills from the pharmaceuticals. I asked specific questions about a medication, everything the nurses told me was the exact opposite on the medication paperwork as well as on the bottle itself with detailed literature about not mixing with other pills, she told me I could mix them and would be fine. The app they force you to use for appts. doesnt work, Ive asked several times and no one in the office can help or has an answer. The app is suppose to show your blood work and all your health stats from bp to tests and so on, the app shows no notes or tests at all, no information at all, when i asked about this i was told to ask the front desk, i asked them for the info, i was handed one printed paper with one set of bloodwork. The most frustrating part of the visit,waiting 23 mins listening to the nurse and someone visit while I wait, was there early and in the exam room right at the time of my appt. 23 mins later a nurse comes in, 5 mins later appt over.

Jason Carter Since I travel all the time I can pretty much go to any doctor anywhere. I currently call Oklahoma my home and drive to Gainesville just to see Dr. Klein. I will be moving again soon but I am definitely keeping him as my doctor. I even chose my new health insurance because Dr. Klein accepts it in his office. Dr. Klein is one of the most personable and professional pcp’s I have ever had. He will take the time to get to know you as a patient and be very thorough each and every visit. He has never rushed me through an exam to get to his next patient. As a matter of fact, I emailed him once because of an adverse reaction I was having to a medication; within 40 minutes, he responded, on a weekend, and called in a new prescription for me to my pharmacy. I am extremely impressed by him, his bedside manner, and how amazing he has cared for me and my friends.

Cody Serna All of these people are the best. The clinic is busy at times but it does not take long to be seen. Dr. Klein has a terrific personality and is especially knowledgeable about any of my concerns. I am uninsured and they see me for the lowest price for a long distance, and I live in Oklahoma. Kevin Miller Well Ive been going to this dr since I was a little kid. My whole family went to this dr. I havent been since 2018 because I havent needed to. So I go to make and appointment today and after holding for 20 mins of silence the lady tells me they are not accepting new patients. I laughed and said Im not a new patient and she proceeded to tell me since I havent been there since 2018 that Im considered a new patient. My own family dr Ive been going to all my life denies my appointment because I pretty much havent gave them any money in 3 years. Should be 0 stars.

Lisa McLin Dr. McLeroy himself is a fine Dr....however I warn against coming here while DANNA is working the front desk. She is always helpful until you have any questions or issues, & then seems to try to delay or put other patients ahead of you....& likes to ask patients "then why do you come here?" if you complain over the hour long (over scheduled) wait time. I hope Dr. McLeroy is intelligent enough to realize she is costing him whole families of patients. It is sadly unprofessional. (been a family of 3 going here for over 4 years...sad to leave.)

Mark Absolute crooks. Shall I start by saying my name is Dr Mark. It is about time Drs start standing up to crooked hospitals and their fraudulent billing. First, I said at every visit I wanted to pay cash up front and I was assured by the front desk that is all I would be paying. Sure enough 5 months later I get bills for an additional $1400+. Procedures were coded improperly, they bill 99204 which is a complex exam of at minimum 45 minutes. Absolutely nobody spent 45 minutes with me. I was in and out well before 45 minutes. They also did not perform any exams that are required of a 99204. It was probably a total of 15 minutes tops. So there is fraud case #1. Second, I did not go in for a life saving procedure, and at no point was I told additional procedures were going to be billed or performed. What ever happened to transparency? I was of sound mind to be given the choice to receive treatment. At no point was that made. I called to make them aware many times, each time I was told I’d get a call back, which I never did. In the end, the said sorry for the improper billing, lack of disclosure, and more; but they said they WILL NOT change the bill. They are completely robbing people with improper billing. I will advise ALL of my patients to avoid Baylor Scott and White and their crooked and immoral billing department and staff

katie skeans Horrible experience. Everyone from the doctor I saw to the echo tech to the secretary was bad at their job, rude or just plain disrespectful. One appointment was cancelled just minutes before my arrival. The next appointment was cancelled as it began. It takes weeks to get the results of any tests and that’s if the doctor shows up for the appointment. Once, I showed up for an appointment only to find a sign on the door saying they had moved. No one bothered to call and tell me this information.

Bobby B I have been here 3 times. 2 times for my fiancé and 1 time for myself. Tonight was the first time for myself as I had severe swelling in my left leg. I’m only in my late 20s but have history of vein deficiency and other leg issues such as Mays-Turner Syndrome. Anyway, just went up here to get an ultrasound done and have been here for 3 hours and 50 mins and haven’t even seen the ultrasound person yet. I have been to ERs dozens of times for various reasons and have been to probably 10 different ones, depending on where an incident happened to a certain family member or friend, and this place is BY FAR THE SLOWEST MEDICAL FACILITY IN THE NORTHER HEMISPHERE. If you expect to be out of here within 2 hours, hahahahaha good luck. All 3 times (and all were minor things) we have never been here less than 3 and a half hours. The staff is nice, don’t get me wrong. They are friendly and courteous but something is wrong with the placement/structure/order/procedure of ordering tests and/or visiting with patients in rooms. Friendly staff which is good because at least you have hours to reflect on the good conversations you had with the medical workers who came to see you once every 2 hours lol.

Paige My baby had to go to the ER in the middle of the night, for dehydration. They had to give him an IV, and he’s 1. It was a tough experience for myself and especially my little one. Our nurse Brittany was absolutely phenomenal. My little one gave her such a fight, but she handled everything amazingly. She went above and beyond for both of my kids. Making sure my oldest son was comfortable while waiting with me. The best nurse I’ve ever had. I would choose to go here again and again because of Brittany! I had to give her a hug when leaving because she made such an impact on myself and my children.

Miranda Longoria Perfect visit. In and out within 2 hours. Everyone was kind, thorough, and quick (2:30 am visit, Saturday night)

Patty Mestra Everything about this hospital’s ER was so nasty filthy. The blue sheets I had to lay on had gray hair and brown stains. I left with more than what I came with. This isn’t acceptable.
